These guys saved my day. Osbaldo and Kellen were great. I was waiting to review until I stopped after my 8 hr drive with the truck. They were getting 5 Stars for their efforts, but now I'd give them 10💫 Everything was right where they put it upon packing it up. They did a great job. Cash tips are king!! I wish I could say the same for Lugg. They confirmed the job. Gave new arrival updates and then 10 min before expected arrival time, arrival told me the movers would be 2 hrs late. And from what I understand, it's Lugg who directs the movers around, so... all complaints and dissatisfaction are with Lugg. Not the movers. Lugg gets 1 Star for being the app I used, but reliability and accountability is absolutely zero. After I complained via text and email you said they were sending a certain crew and had upgraded me. Then I got a text that O & K were on the way and would be there in an hour. Sheesh. I was just hoping someone would show up since the communications were not matching up. In the meantime, I loaded up 1/3 of the truck myself while waiting.

Wonderful communication. (Through the app and in-person) Arrived approx 10 mins before scheduled and called to check-in. (Great start to the day!) Both beautiful gentlemen were open and receptive to delegation of tasks to optimize the time. I had everything pre boxed and ready to go, but Joseph and Kenny did all the heavy lifting down the stairs. The price was reasonable… the site was easy to use to set up the services we needed. Lugg did a great job of helping me get my new mattress to my home in spite of the complications of the stores Covid hours being restricted. It was necessary to cancel my original order and hire Lugg to come at a later time. The only down side is Lugg doesn't have a phone to speak with customer service for help which would speed up the procedure more quickly. Apart from that their service was excellent.

All of the above !! The most professional together company I’ve dealt with in forever. Book and forget ! On time , you are kept in the loop as to wear they are and I’ve used them a couple of times the delivery guys are awesome!! And super reasonable especially in today’s crazy gas prices . Great experience with the whole process. I moved from a storage place to another about 25 miles apart. I placed an order, cancelled, placed another order, canceled and then finally got all my ducks in a row. The people managing Lugg orders were terrific in double checking with me via email. Then I was notified of the approximate arrival time. Brian and Jose were there 5 minutes earlier. They were quick, cateful and we were on our way in 30 minutes. They got to the new unit, unloaded, helped me with the fragile boxes I had put in my car and we were done in 2 hours. Great job! I will use Lugg.com again!

Mark and Emad did a great job. They were on time, and moved an extra large queen sofa bed through two narrow doors quickly and efficiently. They took great care not to damage the sofa or the walls. They even noticed that the store had not sent the complete order, and they waited to verify for the store that the order was incomplete when they picked it up. Since they get paid for each job they do, waiting so they could help us with the store was amazing. I highly recommend them as Luggers.

Wow! It’s like Uber for movers! I had a large chair picked up from a store and brought to my house and it all happened within 2 hrs! Amazing!! And you could track the movers on your phone and they text you when they’re on their way. Very cool. I’ll use this service again

Tom and Peter went above and beyond for this pick up and delivery. Funny enough it was my first time using Lugg and didn't know what to expect. They were both punctual, attentive and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend. Mark & Emad are super nice and made hauling furniture across the city a simple task! A chore that would have taken me all day to get done was finished in a couple of hours thanks to these guys. They were very professional and careful with maneuvering large pieces around a small space even taking the time to tape off the doorways to avoid scrapes. So, if you are looking to get a dirty job done fast, without breaking a sweat while also working with attentive people who will communicate with you through out the whole process then they are definitely the way to go.

I received a confirmation text the night before and another text confirming an hour before scheduled time. I had the pleasure of meeting Emad and Peter who made the experience 10 times better than what I even thought. Emad and Peter were so helpful and great I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The app was easy to navigate (other than when I first requested the service, it said I was it was unavailable at this time. I tried it 30 seconds later and it went through just fine.) Juan and Sam showed up on time, wearing their Lugg shirts and a pickup truck stocked with blankets, straps, even a plastic bag to put our mattress in (which they weren’t supposed to have! I think we got lucky with that!) They worked well together, wore their masks the entire time, and made sure every single request we had was met. I would definitely hire them again.

Had an amazing experience with Lugg LA - I've used Lugg in the Bay Area, but this was my first time using it in LA. Mark and Emad did not disappoint! Excellent communication throughout, despite the fact that they were juggling me in Northern Cal, the pickup location (that was complex and struggled to release the furniture despite their best efforts), and a challenging delivery up a large flight of stairs. I have used Lugg about 3 times now. I have had a great experience with it! Keep in mind, you have to know how to use it. Depending on where you live, may affect the arrival time of your movers. I live in Laguna Beach, which can be pretty tricky to get into on a summer afternoon which is when I needed to move. My movers, Roy and Chandler, communicated with me as they were on their way. And once they got there they busted a move!!! I was by myself and had no help except for them. I was so worried about getting all the items in the truck and fitting them into the storage room. And thanks to them, it all worked out. I am so pleased that they were able to finish moving me out of my rental property. Tonight I will sleep much better because of Roy and Chandler and the Lugg app. Thank you guys!

The whole transaction from getting the quote to final delivery was great. I hadn't heard of this company until we had purchase a bbq island from home goods and they were advertised there as a delivery service. i was doubtful that they would be able to move it due to its size and weight but i thought i might try anyway. so i booked the appointment on my app and waited. in the morning i received a text from lugg stating the the item is very heavy which it was and that they would require some extra people so i had to order just a simplest option, which i had no issue doing. when they arrived at my house they went above and beyond for us. Damien Todd Antonio and Kyle all were amazing such friendly people and professional. I showed them a few ways in and they picked the way they felt comfortable with. the unit was extremely heavy though as one piece so they went out of their way and spent extra time and effort taking the unit apart moving it into its spot and then putting it back together flawlessly lay i add. i will definitely be using this service again next time i ever need something to move and i hope i get the same people to be honest because they were amazing and so friendly.
