My moving-out crew was the best. The packers were thorough and took great care with what they were doing. The movers were very considerate of what I needed that day, and understood my moving stress. They were careful with furniture, and took great care around the house. All were very professional and answered any questions I had. He has been incredibly helpful as well, and helped take a lot of stress out of the process. My move-in won't happen for several more weeks while I wait to close on my new home in a different city. I can only hope the move-in goes as smoothly.

Jack was was very professional and courteous. The truck broke down I’m front of the storage unit and the place closes at 6pm. Jack was so professional he started unloading my items from the street so that we wouldn’t be charged for extra time. What an amazing guy I’m a very crazy day.

Very professional company, would use again. From the sales rep, to the operations guy, to the movers themselves - the whole process was seamless. Even though I was supposed to have 2 movers come, they showed up with 3, and still only charged for 2! Since, my move was on the last day of the month, both of my buildings were hectic. At one point, we had to wait an extra 45 minutes for the other tenants to leave the loading bay in my new building. Faced with this chaotic atmosphere, these guy remained extremely patient and professional (while keeping me calm as well). Reasonable price, outstanding quality. I was truly impressed - super fast, safe, and efficient. Moving is stressful - but thank you Best West Movers for making it a much easier process!

I recently moved from Los Angeles to West Hollywood as part of a job relocation and I will say that the move was one of the easiest processes I have had. David was such a wonderful help throughout the whole process. He conducted the initial overview meeting and highlighted the process and we coordinated dates for pickup. He then followed up prior hand to ensure I didn't have any follow up questions or concerns. He then called me on the day of delivery to ensure the drivers arrived within the specified time and loaded everything up to my expectations. He then kept me in the loop of the delivery ETA so that I could plan accordingly and followed up on delivery day to ensure drivers arrived and everything was delivered.

We recently completed a phased move for our perinatology department. The physicians requested some changes to their shared offices but upon arrival we determined the furniture they had identified would not fit. Alan and Brian were on-site for this move and as usual stepped right in and offered suggestions on reconfiguration with the available furniture to the providers extreme satisfaction. Fast and efficient. The team did a great job on the move. Our driver David came and helped pack up the house and load everything. The he drove 1000 miles to the new location and unloaded everything. Best part is that they were able to deliver 5 days earlier than the plan.

Leo is very diligent in tracking our receipts, contacting us via email on any questions he has on receipts and does a great job of tracking our assets. He also works closely with us on inventory and tracking of existing items as sometimes during the last minute move activity we fail on our side to document the items we're sending to storage so we have to doublecheck with Leo to make sure he has what he needs, he is always very gracious in helping resolve any questions. We also have a few times where we get an urgent request for delivery of equipment and one email or phone call to Best West Moving and he's immediately prepares our request for delivery. Great job Leo and thank you.

The three of them packed four bedrooms, four closets, six bookcases, the garage, and the kitchen all in around six hours. And that was after driving two hours to our house! Highly recommend.

We were a bit frazzled because we had wanted to be in our new house before Christmas, so nerves were on end and the kids didn't want their Christmas presents packed up. Brian, Alan, Nurik were Rockstar pack and load team during my move. They were professional and very comedic, which is great during a stressful move day. Hopefully you include these guys in your new hire orientation on how to interact and handle customers. The moving coordination team on the other hand is blown - I felt like someone should of paid me based on how many times I needed to call them to fill out my HOA paperwork and send to my HOA management company.

The move itself: Jack (pictured) and Alex did an excellent job moving me and my partner in Pasadena. We had plenty of boxes and heavy furniture, and they handled it all! Customer service: I was able to call and text anyone throughout the process and get quick and direct answers at pretty much any time of day. Resolving complications: Best West Moving had another job that ran late the night before our move, so they called to ask if they could delay our move from 8 am to 1 pm. There was a small issue for us with the delay: we needed them to pick up a fridge we were buying as part of the move, and the seller was only available in the morning. We asked Best West if they could just send one person to pick up the fridge in the morning, and they were happy to get it done. They did not charge us for picking up the fridge outside the hours of our move.
