This facility has it ALL. Staff, yes, warm and easy going. Excellant well maintained they even decorate for all the holidays. Their price is more then competitive. They are near a busy street but a few blocks back at the end of a dead end road. Cannot get lost. U Haul is right there at the corner where one turns in. The buildings are spread like long arms so customers can park very near their unit and I have never been there when it was so busy to be annoying. And I got to pay Butter Cup, small in size but big in charm. I recommend it highly and that if you're wanting a storage unit consider wasting no time and heading there.

Excellent customer service! I got my storage last December so almost a year and have been very satisfied with how they have taken care of me and answered any questions. The grounds are clean and well lit and the fact that you need to enter your personal code to enter and leave makes me feel confident of my safety and a great theft deterrent. Very happy with U-Storit!

They were excellent choice for movers. I have used them for my other moves, and as usual they were on time, courteous, and helpful. They not only wrapped and protected my things, they were very careful with my home. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them with every house flip. Stacey, Madison, and Adam are all about pleasing their customer in any way requested.

Love U-Storit. The customer service is amazing. Ms. Val is very personable and helpful. The property and units are clean and secure. Best of all they have climate controlled units that protect your belongings from heat/cold and humidity damage. Prices are also competitive. I would highly recommend them.

Val, the manager and the entire staff have provided trustworthy advice and assistance to me as I prepare for an international move. I think of this team as trusted and professional friends! Having a clean environment was important to me due to the shipping requirements I must meet and U-Storit certainly satisfied this need. The entire facility is well maintained and welcoming. I have also have great confidence in the security of the facility. The rental prices are reasonable, too!

Best storage facility in Central Arkansas. Very safe and secure, has an accessible restroom and dumpster. The staff is very friendly and genuinely wants you to have an amazing experience renting from them. Location is great as well. Right off of the highway and in the heart of little rock.

The customer service, facility, and location is 5 Star! My family and I have been a customer of U-Storit for over 10 years- from college to adulting. We have two units. The facilities are clean, bug free, and the temperature is always regulated-even during the Arkansas summer it’s cool and comfortable. My sister and I enjoy the security code and gated access, we always feel safe and comfortable entering and leaving. Remember, you get what you pay for, therefore, I promise that you won’t regret renting from U-Storit Self-Storage!
