Fixed Rate Moving provided us peace of mind and excellent service as we moved our sister to an assisted living facility. Kalon and Jordan were professional, prompt and courteous. I was amazed at their skills in preparing the furniture so as to not damage it. The day we moved it was raining and yet everything arrived at her new apartment in excellent condition. I highly recommend FIXED RATE MOVING for all your moving needs!

I was very impressed and happy with my experience with the movers the company sent me. I was a little nervous when they arrived since they looked young, but Jordan and Kalon were excellent. They called to let me know they were on their way, got to work as soon as they arrived, and were very proficient and honest with their time. They had a well practiced system and worked very well together. All the furniture was wrapped and the truck was impressively and neatly loaded. Any items they weren’t able to move they were sure to explain why and their company policies. I highly recommend requesting these 2 for your move. I will be using them again.

Fixed Rate Moving was able to help us with a long distance move. Jeff was very helpful in getting us set up. The invoice was sent and payable online which was great since we were not in Arkansas. The movers were prompt on arrival time and very polite and communicated with us well. We sat back and relaxed while they loaded. They wrapped any furniture that needed it. Took excellent care of my grandmothers dresser which was really heavy. The same customer service while unloading at our final destination. Definitely use again if we need to move . Excellent rating on Better Business Bureau!! Recommend highly !!

Kalon, Jordan, and Keith were my movers and they were super friendly and wonderful! They called and communicated everything very well and did an excellent job. There weren't any surprise fees like I've had with other moving companies which was also great. Definitely the best moving experience I've had!

I hired FRM for the fifth time today. I am happy to say they were just as good if not better than the last four times I have worked with them. Jordan, Kalon, and Justin expertly loaded the truck and patiently moved the contents of our home into a storage unit. They were friendly, seemed to enjoy what they do, enjoyed each other’s company, and were very clear about how things worked best for them. Thanks for the hard work, gentlemen!

This was a great working experience! One of the smaller moving companies in Arkansas. More honest rates with employees that won't steal your personal items. Fixed rate moving will also move you anywhere in the USA except Hawaii of course. Hope this is helpful.

This is my second move now using Jeff and his wonderful staff. Jeff came to my house in Pangburn to provide an in-person inventory. It was a bittersweet experience to sell our getaway on The Little Red River! Our move team consisted of... Steven, Ceasar and Matt! Folks they were in sync like a fine Swiss clock! As always, Fixed Rate Moving gets it done wity exemplary service and are extremely easy to do business with! Will be using them again in the future for sure! Highly recommended!

So, overall experience was okay. I hired them for a Monday. I did think this was a professional moving company, but the 3 man team did about as well as my brothers would have done. I dont much blame them though, they were young, they used alot of profanity talking loudly to each other, smelled like they had just smoked weed and were watching videos on their phones periodically. They hooked up my washer and dryer incorrectly and that was just hot and cold faucets and a dryer vent 🤷🏾‍♀️. I understand they work by the hour, but they worked really slow, compared to other moving companies, I've experienced before....I had a 3 bedroom home going to a 3 bedroom apartment. I had everything boxed, labeled and ready to go...I also needed 3 beds disassembled and a table...all "3" men disassembled and reassembled each bed and the table together...I hired 3 so that I would have more work in multiple places in less time. The truck also broke down at my house, but the owner rightfully deducted that time from my bill. The young men were polite and did get the job done in 4 hours and they were reasonably priced, but I wouldn't say I'd use them again in the future.

My mother used this company for the second time and we had a few issues with the moving. We had to catch one of her china boxes from falling due to the movers carelessly placing the boxes too high and not balancing them correctly. Her Christmas decoration that was in a plastic container was opened and the decor was on the ground. I contacted the owner and he handle the situation professionally.👍

Hired this company 4 the 2nd time. First was great no problems. Gave the guys $100 tip was that good. Just moved end of April used them again. Sent 2 heavy set guys was slow, and this is hourly. Much of my furniture was damaged or broken. Gave them $40 for lunch instead of taking the 30 minutes they where suppose 2, was gone 4 an hour and put 30 minutes on billing receipt so I paid an extra $67.50 for them 2 eat lunch. Took my kindness 4 granted. 4 heavy boxes clearly marked upstairs, were left downstairs 4 me 2 figure out how 2 get them up. Move took 7.5 hours @ $135 HR. Last with them same furniture was 4 hours. Still waiting 4 call from company asking how the move went almost 3 mos later. I also had friends move a trailer n truck full of stuff before they came hoping it wouldn't take so long. Anyway take your chances could go either way.

Showed up 1 / 2 hr. late with no one calling to update me on show up time. I have personally moved business and personal items many times , but, when I offered possible better ways to offload our belongings so as to speed up the process or make it safer for the movers and our belongings I was met with resistance throughout the move. I am left with furniture ( chipped base - gouges on my office desk - a gift from my Mother ) and a hole in my wall caused by not being cautious. That's it for the bad. The good is that these 3 men emptied my trailer and got the contents where they needed to be in 2 1/2 hrs. on a pretty warm and humid morning. The company has a 3 hr. minimum and that was OK. by me. Suggestion: When your customer offers advice on how best to move an item it could be that they have moved that item previously or know how it is constructed. You could end up moving that item easier and without causing damage therefore saving yourselves from extra work and the company money for damages CAUSED BY YOU. ( use a ladder when available if needed - DO NOT SLIDE FURNITURE ON THE FLOOR OF A TRAILER - DO NOT COMPLAIN TO OTHERS AT THE HOUSE that the homeowner is somehow behaving in a biased way or that you take exception to being told where and how they want their stuff offloaded. THEY ARE PAYING YOUR WAGES TO BE CERTAIN THAT THEIR STUFF IS BEING PLACED WHERE AND HOW THEY WANT IT TO BE PLACED.

The 3 man crew was prompt, courteous and professional. They were hired to move a very heavy entertainment center and 2 bookshelves down a flight of indoor stairs and also down some porch steps. They were careful not to damage the furniture pieces or any areas of the house. They finished the job in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and less than other movers we looked at. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I used this company to move my family from Arkansas to Illinois and had an awesome experience. The pricing was reasonable. I was always able to get someone on the phone or email to discuss the details of the move which I appreciated since I was moving two houses at once. I've used other companies and sometime communication can be poor. The company also handled my packing and two vehicle transports and they did a really good job. There were a few mislabeled or disorganized boxes but nothing major. Everything arrived in the same condition it left Arkansas. I was a little bit worried about the movers scratching my hard wood floors or damaging my white carpets but they worked really clean. I moved a large white upolstered sectional which made it through the move without a stain. They did utilize a u haul truck for a portion of the move but none of my stuff was damaged. The crew that dropped off was the same crew that packed and loaded in Arkansas plus two other guys. The whole crew was very nice and hard working. Overall a good experience.

Update: I had the opportunity to use Fixed Rate Moving again and I'm still very happy with the level of efficiency and professionalism of the crew, Leto and Ryan. Will recommend to anyone. Extremely pleased with the professional care of the crew and they company. Crew arrived and started on time and helped make the day less stressful. It was hard and heavy work, but they stayed busy and pleasant. I found the price to be reasonable. I would highly recommend Fixed Rate Moving.

Great company! Very professional and responsive. I recently used FRM to move furniture out for some upgrades and back in when finished. The price was right and we received way more than we paid for. They did the work quickly and were very careful and thoughtful of how they stored the furniture. I can't recommend FRM enough and I will continue to use their services.

The team that moved us to Texas was amazing! Jeff came by the house for an estimate and provided a quote the next day. The quote stayed the same from then until the move was finished, hence "Fixed Rate Moving". No hidden or added fees like a lot of movers these days. They go through your entire load and inventory everything. Extremely professional and efficient. They were quick loading our house in Arkansas only taking about 3 hours, and unloading took about 2.5 hours when we got to Texas. I would recommend Fixed Rate Moving to everyone.
