Everything was top of the line, except the cost! We shopped around and College HUNKS was not just the best price, but totally transparent from the very beginning. Dealt with some (of our) scheduling issues which were handled immediately. Our (RAINY/COLD!) moving day went perfectly, with great attitudes and super-professional hard work ! Rashad was THE MAN, smiling and handling things like a champ. Chris was super chill, careful and strong. This is my first experience using movers and Preston, Javan and Reeyo(Mario), gave me the best first experience ever! They were super courteous, careful, efficient, helpful, professional and got good sense of humor. They were very helpful with arranging and suggesting when i was indecisive, lol. These guys are the best, plain and simple. I wish I could leave ten stars - I will recommend HUNKS to everyone. Robert and David wasted no time and kept us in the loop throughout the loading process. Preston and Carlos were both hard workers. They moved quickly, didn’t take breaks, and knew how to break down furniture (large china hutch and wooden bed) and put it back together. I had such a wonderful experience with College Hunks!! They sent out Derek &Otis and I have never been THIS pleased with ANY movers I’ve used in the past. They quoted me for 3 1/2 hours and these guys got it done in two hours! We had a few stops along the way, but they were nothing but professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful in making sure the move, and my belongings were taken care of. We had two services done on the same day! First it was junk removal and Josh and Bryan were kind, they moved quickly, and it was clear that they were eager to be helpful to us. Then later on we had movers come to move a bunch of furniture for us. Coleton, Thaddeus, Kendrick T, and Slim were all amazing! They worked quickly, were courteous, and definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of! We even got a picture at the end (Slim was the photographer ☺️) We will definitely call College Hunks again next time we need them!

Marco showed up on time, was very courteous and explained pricing and gave an estimate that was accurate to what we ended up paying. Once I gave the okay they got right to work. They were very efficient!! In an hour they had loaded our huge pile of junk (filled the whole truck). Very, very pleased!

Josh and Marco did a wonderful job removing a swing set from our backyard. Our yard was very wet after heavy rain and I had to reschedule the appointment several times. Josh was very professional, polite and conscientious in communicating with me about rescheduling. Additionally, hey were on time and were diligent about removing the anchors that were hammered into the ground and not easy to pull up. I couldn't have asked for a better team. UPDATE: Eli, Robert, Brennan, Cody, and Zach came out and moved my stuff to a storage building until I find my new home. They were amazing and professional but funny and made me laugh all day. These guys are the BEST!!! Eli is the Jedi master of Tetris-he was able to get my whole house into that storage unit without leaving anything behind.. with the help of the guys of course! I will be calling them for my next move!!! OMG … Can I just say that this was the first time I’ve used a moving company to pack & move me and it was the BEST thing I could have done! 4 people showed up at 9 this morning and my whole house was packed by 4. They were professional but funny, were great with my dogs, very respectful, and I had a marvelous day! They made me laugh and I could tell they were used to working with each other. They got the stuff I didn't want loaded up on their truck really quickly. If you need anything hauled away junk, donation items or whatever you should not hesitate to call them!! I know when I need more stuff hauled off I will call them. I also had an amazing moving team: Kim, Grace, Eli, Dalton, William, Brennan, Cody, JT and Kendrick. They all showed up and worked hard and packed up our years of stuff to move to our new house and storage unit did amazing every single one of them. I can not say enough good things about my experience with my moving team...they really made it feel like working with friends not just some strangers I just met who had 1 day to pack and move all of our stuff!! If you are looking to move do yourself a favor and use this company... I used a different company the last time I needed stuff moved...it was way cheaper but as I now know...that doesn't always mean better. From the moment Kim walked in she told me what I should do to make the packing and moving go smoothly and it did! The moving guys AMAZED me with how fast and careful not just with my belongs but they helped each other out and there was NO complaining and they were all peppy even though the job ran a little later than we expected. Call them, you won't be sorry!!!

It’s hard to pay to have junk removed, and sometimes it’s the only option. Their prices feel a bit steep, but the “hunks” are very professional, careful, and efficient. I left off one star for the poor communication on the part of the toll-free booking agents. They did not accurately schedule the job. So follow up and make sure the details do your reservation are correct. The men who loaded our stuff were excellent.

Specifically, Tommy was great to work with in scheduling an in-person tour of my home to actually see my furniture/belongings and give me a reasonable estimate. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The final price of the move was very close to the estimate, and you don't pay until all of your belongings have been unloaded in your new home allowing you to inspect for any damages. Additionally, Josh and Rashad took excellent care of my possessions during loading, hauling, and unloading. I had absolutely zero damage to my belongings, and these guys worked extremely hard to load and unload things as quickly as possible. Not only are they hardworking, they are also very professional and polite, as well! 6/20/22- Because of the past two excellent services I have received, I once again used the same company. The guys with College Hunks are always nice. This time I had Thaddeus, KP, and Fazo as my movers. The worked very hard and quick in the 100° weather! I was very impressed. I worried they would get too hot but nothing seemed to stop them. Everything was moved efficiently and safely. They went above and beyond and put every box and piece of furniture where it was supposed to go in the new apartment. To see three young men working so hard was awesome and really makes me angry when I hear people say that young guys don’t want to work. Nobody could do a better job, especially in this heat. I’m thankful I had them to help me get moved and will always recommend College Hunks to others. 6/27/21- Because of the excellent service I received two years ago, I decided to go with this company again. They were more than awesome! Josh and Ethan volunteered to work for me on a Sunday (their day off) because my apartment wasn't ready on the Saturday I had booked and the apartment complex let me know as the drivers were on their way! Not only were Josh and Ethan caring and considerate but they were excellent at what they do. They moved my things even better than I expected. When the apartment complex, once again, said the apartment wasn't ready after they had loaded the truck, they waited 4 hours and informed their manager Tena who got the ball rolling. She was willing to contact a manager for the complex and get us in at 6 pm. These wonderful men, without a complaint at all, finished their unloading and putting my bed together, etc, making a 9+ hour day for them on their day off. Because they were so gracious and sweet, it made my day of stress better. I can't say enough about these guys, the company, or the excellent service they provide. I will never use another company for moving!!! 6/28/19-They keep you informed every step of the way and are very courteous. Everything was well protected. After my planned help backed out when I had moved across the country, they were able to come and save the day- the very next day.

Unfortunately, I am having to amend this review. We recently had to go into our storage unit and were shocked to find the way the furniture was stacked into the unit towards the back, Not only that, our refrigerator (which had to be taken apart) was scattered in many different places. The drawers and shelves were in one place, the doors another, the door handles were on the ground and there is no sign of the screws and parts that will put the refrigerator back together. Due to the lack of care given when stacking and putting items in the storage I will not be calling them again. While the group of men were very nice and wrapped my items well, they did not offer the same care when putting in the storage unit. Kendrick, Edwin and Alex were very professional and polite. That is about all I can say. Very disappointed but glad I found out now rather than use them again.

Our experience with C.H. Moving was excellent. I set up the move by phone and we went through everything regarding the move. I called the day before to make sure we were scheduled for Monday and the schedule was exactly as we set up. Planning the move and the phone service was great, but the day off was just OK. They failed to remove a lock on a wheel on the grill and that wheel was destroyed. They dissuaded me from running to the store to buy more moving blankets, saying they would just plastic wrap the bed frame. They did NOT. EDIT: The actual move process was good. The movers hustled and got the job done in the timely manner. The admin work of this company needs work but the actual moving (most important duty) was done well.See the details below for the admin troubles I had. This company seemed like it was great in the past. Maybe this is due to their popularity and high volume of requests of service, but the customer service team/system they have on hand is TERRIBLE.There are some guidelines I had to make just to get their service because it was too soon to switch moving companies at the time of my move Where do I start... 1) NEVER use the callback service. Most of the time they WON"T give you a callback. Make sure to stay on hold and weather the storm of them force feeding you their ad of how they want to create a "stress-free experience." 2A) Make sure you have an hour time block to schedule an appointment. Half of the time they won't answer, and you will be on hold for 20 minutes. Also, after the twenty mark if they don't answer, they will give you this message of how they are experiencing "System Problems" and will hang up on you, and you have to start the entire process again. Once you finally get somebody on the phone..... 2B)Schedule the appointment like you would anywhere else. Most of the time they are well mannered. Then once they schedule the appointment be ready to give a call back because on three separate occasions I never got a confirmation email. If you don't get a confirmation email, it's like the call never happened! EVEN IF YOU GOT THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER.So be ready to start THE ENTIRE PROCESS AGAIN. I'm hoping the owner finds more employees to answer the phone and book the appointments.

The guys that moved my one-bedroom apartment into a POD were great! They diligently carried/dollied items down from the third floor. They were also great listeners and took my perspective into consideration. I would recommend them.
