Antwan, Tre and Lucky did an AWESOME job loading my truck today. They were friendly, efficient, and they were great about asking me where I wanted stuff loaded and how. They even drove all the way down to Camden (about 2 hours) to help with my move today. I appreciate their help so much. They did great work. The two guys that helped us out were Gary Ward and Houston Hunter. And I must say, having used All My Sons twice before this time these two guys were hands down the best we’ve had! From the time Bob Roberts and his team arrived, they made the experience of moving my 85 year old mother to another state very positive. They were complementary of the progress Mom had made in packing her home and getting ready for the move. Company provided very professional, quick and efficient service. Offered great rates. The first time I used them over the summer. Scheduled a move out of the same storage unit they moved me into for today. Spoke with the “manager” on Wednesday who said he would put me on the schedule at 11am today. After no call no show, I called the company several times with no answer. Called 2 men and a truck who were able to fit me in last minute.

Locora Bryant and her crew were fantastic. Great customer service I would’ve gave a five star, but at the end of my move my total cost was way more than estimated. Several hundreds dollars more. I have moved several times over the last three years. Two of those times have been a cross country. This was one of the most expensive moves I’ve ever had and it was only an 20mile move. Again the crew was fantastic thanks again Locora but the cost is outrageous!

So pleased with the moving services provided by Adam Gill and his colleague. I hired All My Sons back in 2009 to move my Mom. And after moving here to Little Rock, I took a chance, hoping that the excellent service provided all those years ago was still the standard at All My Sons. And I’m so glad I did! It was! They assigned my move to Adam and he and his colleague - I believe his name was Curtis - were outstanding. They arrived bright and early, on-time and ready to get moving. They worked at a swift pace while always taking great care to handle my items with care. I also needed my bed reassembled as well as a dresser with an overhead mirror. And Adam in fact went the extra mile by straightening out one of the metal latches on the bed frame. Unbeknownst to me, it had been damaged by the company who shipped my items from California. Many movers would have just said, ‘hey, this is broken and we can’t reassemble’, but not Adam. He got his pliers out and next thing I knew, the bed frame was up. They were patient with me as I decided where I wanted boxes placed and didn’t even complain when I asked them to try to to get a sofa into a back room that was too large for the doorway. They simply said, “this isn’t going to fit, it’s too long and wide” but if you want us to try we will; once they picked it up and started moving in that direction, I quickly saw they were absolutely spot-on, correctly sizing up the situation and they kindly, with a smile, moved the sofa back into the living room. They were gracious, professional and personable. I couldn’t be more pleased with the ease of the move and the excellent service. I highly recommend All My Sons AND especially recommend Adam Gill.

I give the movers 5 stars for quality of move their workers are prompt on -time very pleasant. The manager Jermaine was horrible , he didn't give me an overall estimate of charges when asked he stated I lied on him when I asked him about the overall cost so I can correctly understand what I need to have to pay for the move the office need to have a better structure on pricing and make sure customers understand the prices and how everything is calculated. It makes a huge difference. I would use them again but would not like to deal with management or customer service.

Wonderful and efficient service. All of the movers were very friendly and very communicative about what was needing to be moved rather than just grabbing everything in sight. All items we hadn’t already packed were wrapped and taken care of as if they were their own items. Our move unfortunately involved going down two flights of stairs and they handled them no problem. The movers themselves were nice. They helped tape the boxes I didn’t have time to and were pretty fast. The overall experience was stressful however. I just gave a 4 for the sake of the movers. Long story short, I went with them because by the initial quote that was given by them was more affordable than my go to service. I ended up paying a little over what the first company I called quoted and there was added stress of not being able to have an exact time they’d arrive (not the actual movers fault) which I needed to know in order to relay to others.

I will give these two guys 5 stars had it not been for the company practices themselves. The reason for 4 stars : The one thing I would caution about the company estimates though is that they charge a 2 hour minimum for the move PLUS and a tea hour from warehouse to your destination PLUS an extra surcharge and tax. So our initial estimate of $139/ hr went into the $400 range for a move that took less than an hour. So BE AWARE that they over charge you This is deceptive in my opinion and I will probably look around before I hire them again.

Personally, I've had some horrible experiences moving in the past, but All My Sons was great. Nate was very helpful and professional and Stacy and his crew were fantastic. They definitely had their work cut out for them with the move since I have some heavy furniture and was moving back to town as well as moving stuff from a storage unit. They also had the challenge of getting everything up three floors and in a house from the 1800's that has more narrow stairwells. They did a really great job and had fantastic, positive attitudes which made my experience better overall. The movers that I used previously were cheaper, but damaged every single piece of furniture and didn't take the time to do anything to prevent it. Even though it was more than what I was originally quoted (because there is no way to know exactly how long it will take until they can access everything) it was worth the professionalism and service they provided. They didn't damage anything, were well equipped, friendly and extremely helpful and I will definitely use them in the future. I recommend them highly!

I’m a little late to this review, but better late than never. We moved from a 3564 sq ft home into a 1600 sq ft as we are renting while our home is being build. Stacy Palmer and his team did a marvelous job making everything fit into the smaller home and the two car garage. Some of our furniture items are oversized, but the team made sure that we would “make it work.” They made it work! It was raining when the guys came and got all furniture and it was snowing when they delivered our stuff (3 hours in-state move). Everything is nicely wrapped up in the garage and they asked me along the way how I wanted things done. If you are looking for a stress-free moving experience that requires more than just “muscles”, you need to go with these guys. Request for Stacy Palmer and his team if you can. I also have to recognize Eli Murray as he was the consultant I worked with. Eli was very professional and helpful and did not rushed me through the process. He was direct and honest in his messaging. The movers were amazing!!! Extremely professional, nice and super efficient. They wrapped everything and handled my belongings with great care. They didn’t waste any time getting started. The fees and cost however, that are determined by the company and have nothing to do with the movers, are ridiculous. It took them less than 2 hours to move everything, yet I was still charged a full 2 hour minimum of $129 per hour. The travel fees, you’re charged a full hour for travel, are unfair. Their office is 15 minutes from where I moved from. I moved 1 mile down the road from there, but was still charged for an hour of travel time when in total, it was 33 minutes of travel time. The company isn’t clear upfront about how much you’ll end up paying. Some pricing is unpredictable as it is based on time and mileage. However, the charges and fees are not affordable. The movers and drivers are AWESOME! They need to go into business for themselves. While the experience with the actual moving of items was great, I unfortunately would not recommend hiring this company unless you’re happy with being overcharged.

However, I did not realize the true cost of this move and it was 3x what I budgeted and planned for. We did all our own packing and required no set up and it still cost a small fortune, which was not explained to me when I called to schedule. Also I was told by one person my move would be between 8-10 am and my move did not happen until 3:30 pm. The movers were fabulous and I can’t say enough good things about them, but I feel like I had to wait way too long and the price was much higher than explained to me over the phone by the managers. I moved across town, did my own packing and required no set up and it still cost me almost $1,000. That’s 3x more than I expected.

I really enjoyed having this crew pack, load and transport my belongings. I think I’m general I had a positive experience and the crew were very professional and careful with my belongings. On the plus side, I think for a full pack and move service they were very affordable. They were very courteous and as noted professional. They get paid by the hour so I think one could worry that they may not be very quick but they were. They did not milk time but worked hard to get thing going quickly. They confirmed for a Monday move but due to some problems were unable to move Monday so I had to reschedule for Wednesday (they did offer a discount for having to do so and were very apologetic). No one came to estimate what they needed for the move and worked off a very rough estimate which caused a little miscommunication on what needed to be done and what was needed. It worked out but I feel like it’s below a top tier moving company. They packed without labeling and then did not off load boxes where they should be (eg, things in the kitchen were in the closet). However, they did the best they could and it was quick. Again not top tier but I think that needs to be measured with what you pay for. There was no offering to crate anything - which I don’t really care that they did but for some, that really important. Valuables can’t be moved, so if you have valuables then insurance may not cover it if it get broken. All in all, it was a good experience. I really like the guys from the crew to the guys on the phone. If you want a mover to treat your things right and be affordable then I highly recommend them. I really like that they packed for me because I really don’t like packing and was a great stress relief and they did a pretty good job. They did label one rooms boxes when I asked for them to. In hindsight, I could easily have gotten them to label if I really cared that much (I just didn’t think too much of it).

I did not have a good experience with All My Sons. Proceed with caution if you are considering them for your next move. What seemed like a very organized operation leading up to moving day turned out to be quite the opposite. Ken, the operations manager for the company, did not follow through. Full details of my experience below: When I booked my service, I was told that I would have a crew of four people that would arrive between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. This was a not the truth. I called Ken at 1:05 p.m. on Saturday to check-in and see what time the crew would arrive. Ken told me that two of the crew members were at the facility and that the other two members were "5 minutes away" and they should all be in Hot Springs by 2:00 p.m. At 2:13 p.m., I received a call from one of the crew members informing me that they were 40 minutes away from Hot Springs. I immediately called Ken to complain about their arrival time. This was the first time I knew Ken was not telling me the truth. Ken offered to give me a $75 discount on my move since they were so late (a drop in the bucket when the moving fees are so high to begin with). The second issue is when the crew arrived. I was told I would have a crew of four people, but there were only three. This was the second time I wasn't told the truth. I should have had four people. Why would Ken tell me two guys were at the truck and he was waiting on the other two that were "five minutes away." I asked one of the crew (after they arrived) where they had been before my call. They informed me they were in Conway (not close to being five minutes away). Ken was never waiting on another two crew members, it is clear he was just trying to find any able body to send to Hot Springs and move our belongings. When I booked with All My Sons, I was very clear that all of our belongings were already broken down/boxed in storage and that they would be transported to our new home that we just finished building. I informed Ken that I would want them to build our beds at the new house and I was told that the crew would be available for that service. This was not the truth. The crew told me that they were not allowed to put beds together that they did not take apart. This is an issue. I would not have hired All My Sons if this was the case. Instead, my wife and I had to put all of the beds together. Two of the workers were great. One of them was very weak. You could tell that the weak one had never done this before. He was being taught by one of the other guys how to tear tape, carry, hold stuff, etc. All the while, I am being billed by the hour. It was taking so long for them to load things at the storage building, that I finally started helping take things out of the storage building and placing them by the truck. Not to mention, my wife and I had already worked from 12:30 - 3:00 p.m. loading our entire personal 14 foot boxed truck before they ever arrived. Employee training should take place prior to a job where you are paying by the hour. When we arrived at our home, I was presented the estimated bill. This is routine practice and was discussed with me prior to the move by Ken. That said, the estimated bill had the end time at 8:30 p.m. They got finished a little before 7:30 p.m. I had to end up contacting All My Sons to receive an updated bill and receipt two business days later. This should be sent automatically. After sending my message requesting an updated bill and sharing my many concerns with Ken and the upper level leadership of All My Sons, Ken responded with the updated bill and gave me an additional $75 discount for my trouble (total of $150 discount). Nice gesture, but still a terrible experience. All My Sons nickel and dimes you to death. I ended up paying $1074 for the 4.5 hours work, $114.70 for packing materials (this is not boxes, mind you, but the shrink wrap ($40), tape ($29.70), 1/2 Bubble Wrap ($25), and 1 mirror box ($20), plus a fuel charge of $150.36.

When they arrived, many items we were giving away (and they were told they wouldn’t have to fuss with during the previous walkthrough) were still there (due to my wife’s last minute mind change). They took it in stride, and obtained materials to pack the items. Everything was wrapped, padded, and securely stored quickly and efficiently. I served in the Army for 25 years. I’ve moved over 20 times for deployments, schools, assignments and what have you. I know moving. If you have one planned, don’t hesitate to call All My Sons and ask for Stacy specifically. They took extra care that there wasn’t any damage at the house we moved from; and did the same for the new unit at Chenal Village, always asking where items needed to be placed and working together as a team. Way better than other moving company I used recently (Mustard Seed - zero stars from me, do not use). Not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for and they were absolutely worth the money.

Cedric West and his team were fantastic. The three of them carefully and meticulously wrapped everything. Then loaded the one truck, yes one truck, with everything we had to move. I watched them very closely, not because I was worried how they would treat my items, but in amazement in how just about every cubic inch was used in the truck. I mentioned more than once “guys there are some extremely large items still left to load” and their response was always “Yes sir, we remember and they will be loaded”. They were right. Their services are not cheap but after the move I truly feel I got my money’s worth. I have moved myself many times but this time I let the professionals do it and couldn’t be happier. I personally loved my movers Devan and Mike..they were quick, respectful, and neat. They set my bed back up and removed all the wrapping they used. However I did not like that the company added extra fees at the end i asked if there were any extra fees added and they assured me no but at the end I got charged 100 for fees. Other than that I would recommend them again.. they should just make sure they advise of all fees

The movers themselves were great. Nice, efficient, careful,friendly. The office folks though... Be sure to ask about hidden fees. When the final bill was revealed before they would unload the truck it was almost double what I was told. Fuel fees, and all sorts of stuff. I have to argue and fight with them about it and if they hadn't made some mistakes with the date and left us hanging an extra day, I probably wouldn't have been able to talk them down to what I had actually been quoted. Beware.

Had a really good experience. Called several local companies for quotes and went with this one because of the price but also got a good feeling based on the professionalism on the phone. On moving day, Stacy and Al did a terrific job. Doorway edges were protected, liners were placed on the floor, things were handled with a great deal of care. The charges were hourly and I never saw a bit of slacking or slowing down. I'd be happy to use this company again.
