I recently used them to move items for my personal needs and was not surprised to have everything go smoothly and according to plans. They helped pack us and moved our entire house in a very efficient and very safe way. The moving coordinator Becky was very responsive and coordinated services in a way that gave me great confidence. I’m doing my final retirement move from Louisiana to Florida and was sent the best of the best to make this move effortless! Mike and Kyle were not only 100% punctual, but they were 100% professional from start to finish! Absolutely second to none when it comes to packing my home of over 10,000 lbs in an expeditious manner. They were also extremely accommodating to my needs and were never too much in a rush to where I felt like my items were being mishandled. Please do not hesitate to hire them as your moving company, they will definitely take care of your home extremely well!

They did a stellar job packing us and unloading us. My company paid for the services. They stored our stuff for 60 days - storage was very expensive. Only issue was when we got access to our new house, we called them two weeks in advance to schedule move in. Their moving crews were backed up for a month. We were unable to get our stuff from their storage and they were unable to move it for a few weeks.

We Strongly Recommend Admiral Moving Services (Mayflower Certified Agent)! Raise your hand if you look forward to moving 17,000 lbs. of worldly possessions from a home that has housed a family of 5 with 17 years of stuff going in and nothing ever coming out. Did I mention the 900-mile trip? I don’t see any hands! Well, we recently did just that. Punch line: Admiral Moving Services (Admiral) was superb! We have been professionally moved 4 different times, all managed by corporate relocation departments. Admiral was unquestionably the finest group of professionals we have ever entrusted to move our possessions, period! Our sales rep took extreme care to ensure we clearly understood all of the moving parts of the move; costs, insurances, timing, guarantees, etc. Our rep gave us timing options that favorably impacted the overall costs of the move. And, when we just needed more time to get ready for loading day, our rep was able to shift dates without penalty. Additionally, we experienced a family emergency the weekend before our loading date. Admiral picked up our goods on the agreed upon date and then our Move Coordinator was able to add a couple of extra days before the scheduled drop off to help us address the emergency. We were very grateful for that demonstration of concern and flexibility. The loading crew was amazing. Much of our furniture is light in color. We have never experienced such care taken to completely shrink wrap couches and chairs. Torrential rains wouldn’t break through the barriers. It was impressive! The same care was afforded all pieces of furniture as well as the boxes we packed. The unloading was just as amazing. Our belongings were treated with the same extreme care that was demonstrated during the loading. Top drawer performance all the way. We had prepared room floor plans that reflected where furniture was to be placed. For the most part, furniture ended up being placed where we had planned. On the occasions the layout just didn’t feel right, the crew didn’t mind shuffling pieces around for us. From the first visit with our Sales Rep/Point of Contact to waving goodbye to the crew that did the heavy lifting, the team at Admiral treated us like family. Each member was extremely helpful, very flexible, did exactly what they said they would do and more. Plus, these are wonderful people. Our best move ever!

We were very pleased with our out of state move. The entire process from beginning to end went very smoothly. The customer service was excellent and they kept us well informed throughout every step. Ron and Bridgette, I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your movers. Yesterday Greg, Alex, and Hayden took the best care of us. All the furniture was moved, all the pieces put back together, and not a wall was nicked. Our building is not easy to access with all the hills and stairs, and the men made it work. Also on the front end when y’all moved us out of the office, Greg, Cedric, and the woman who helped (I’m sorry I forgot her name), were wonderful too. Thank you for taking on our move with such short notice, and working through our move-back-in with the construction delays. We really appreciate all that you’ve done for us!
