We had A great experience with Triple 7 movers! On the move day, They came on time, Were super professional with wrapping everything, uninstalling furniture, and loading our boxes super carefully! I am so glad that we chose to move with Triple 7. We relocated to another state and opted for the full pack and move option. Their crew packed everything perfect! Nothing arrived arrived damaged or broken. Ryan and Eloy delivered everything to us and unloaded it all in what I thought was record time. These guys are great! Really made arranging the whole move a breeze, the trucks for here on time as scheduled and loaded up quickly and efficiently and had my belongings at the new place with no problems. Last minute move with several schedule changes, and everything was handled with calm precision. When moving time arrived (Thanksgiving weekend) we were not fully packed and ready. We asked if it was possible for the crew to help us finish packing, and we would be happy to pay. They absolutely rolled with the punches, and graciously helped us finish everything up in a timely manner. Our estimate was for about 5 hours, and everything was completed in less than 4. Fantastic communication, consumate professionals, stellar job! 100000/10 recommend!

Just moved my dad from his apartment into the house. They were amazing. They called the day before to tell me the window of time. Day of they called to let me know when they would be there. They texted me when they were running late. They were lightening fast. They were able to pack up quickly and unloaded quickly and carefully. I would highly recommend them. And it ended up being less then what I was quoted.

I used this service for a family member who is elderly. I live in a different state so I called them to set the moving services up for her. I told them all of my concerns such as her having lots of fragile items, the tendency to hover over them because she is very particular about her belongings and whether they could move her in a timely fashion. They addressed all concerns and were very attentive and friendly. Very detail oriented. My cousin said they checked behind themselves multiple times after the last load was moved. She was very impressed at house quickly they completed the job without breaking or dropping anything. I am too because I’m almost positive she was all in their way lol. Thank you for dealing with her. I appreciate it very much. I would highly recommend this company.

After a very, very awful experience with a different moving company. Ryan, Kavar, and Michael came and delivered our belongings off the truck from the first moving company. They were fast, efficient, and funny. They helped alleviate my anxiety around our belongings. I would definitely reach out to them again in the future for other moves. I just recently used Triple 7 Movers for my in town move and I glad I did! I'm only knocking 1 star as the communication wasn't all that great the day of the move but a few things did factor into that. The team Israel, Obed, & Yahir were extremely quick and professional with the move. They did the whole move just under 2 1/2 hours so I ended up paying less than what was quoted!! Amazing work guys and a big THANK YOU again! Only suggestion is of course is better communication when you are headed to your customers. I did get a text with an ETA arrival time but once it was passed that time, no other communication was given and the team just showed up as I was talking to the previous forman. I will definitely use them for our future moves!

Good movers, great staff, hard workers. Make sure you box your stuff and you won't have any issue. Jose C., Yosvhin, and Eloy worked from 7am to 6pm and really worked hard. Worth the price!

Important billing information was not explained to us when the four man crew loaded the truck in Las Vegas. Triple 7 movers were efficient over the phone on my initial call in. They were flexible with the date and time to move, and they did a fantastic job of explaining all the charges and the things Included and not included in the initial charges. George, Ryan, and Yosthin arrived ahead of the scheduled time and were extremely proficient. They had everything wrapped up and loaded inside of an hour and the move in was even faster. This was my second time going with triple 7 movers, and I plan on coming back whenever I need to move again. The price was very fair and comparable with other companies, but the service is what makes triple 7 movers stand out.

Explained when things didn't fit or might get damaged but they did a great job of not getting any damage through the small areas. There is also double drive charges along with the 150 drive charge. We chose triple 7 movers because of the original price, not happy with the massive price change.

I had no idea that I had so much stuff but the guys on the truck were just great. This team rocks! Jose C, Mario G, Javier B thanks for everything. You handled my belongings just like they were your own. I give the admin and set up/sales a 1.5 star. Be aware that they do not discuss additional costs.There was no discussion of the actual add on costs. I was told it was "white glove service" which translates to quality for me - not added costs to wrap and pad furniture. That cost can be 100s over the estimate. . Also a negative is the fact that you can not select a exact time to begin the move just a 3 hour window. Must be a Nevada thing because any company I used in the past 40 years allows start time to be selected by customer within the three hours. When I called the company and explained my particular need I was treated like a child and her advisement:"let me reschedule this"NOT a solution. She had me fearful the movers wouldn't show up! I think that part of the operations need to go through customer service training and improve how they talk to the customer. No kindness, very abrupt. What got me more was how she refuted the fact that I was not aware of certain info by saying she knew the people I talked to and my experience could not have been the case!! I felt by voicing a concern that I was deemed a liar! This too must be a Nevada thing where customers are made to look like liars and thieves. Had it not been for the super moving team who listened and made sure the move was done with quality - knowing they can't change the admin staff approach, in fact they are the one's with 5 star rating because they turned a bad customer experience into a superior experience.

Okay...Not great. Charged an hour to drive to our house and told us this upon checkout. Charges you for every item they put plastic on. Just add 20% to whatever you think you going to pay. And they don't take little tings or unboxed things. I had to book Move It on demand moving (actually helped a ton!) to get these things which added to the cost. Guys were professional. Some things nicked up but I guess expected from moving.

This moving company is the absolute best I have ever had. I am second generation military and as a result have had dozens of moves over the course of my lifetime. This company was positively incredible. I just had my mom's piano and several other items including a 180 year old trunk. Not only was everything wrapped and packaged, even the piano, but the other items were as well. The items I contracted with 777 movers made it over 2000 miles without a scratch. The cargo didn't have much monetary value but was priceless in my family history. The care that was afforded my move, the respect that was shown to the importance to me, the careful, treatment of the piano, and the packaging of 100 year old glass was something I've never seen before. I would recommend and rehire them again to move the most valuable of my personal items. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They deserv it.

My move recently was easy, fast and without any problems. I just wanted everything to go smooth and at a brisk pace, and it definitely did. It wasn't a huge move, but I didn't remember there was a 2 hour minimum for my move because I didn't think there was any way it would be done in under 2 hours. It was. The guys were careful too. Everything was wrapped and the more delicate valuables wrapped and boxed. They had plenty of disclaimers, but they were very careful and very friendly. The crew that arrived were great. Everything was moved with great care and the guys completed every task as requested. My complaint would be with the company representative that set up the move with my wife days before the actual move. There were a lot of fees not disclosed during initial set up. My only options once the crew arrived was to send them away or move certain things myself to avoid these hidden/extra fees. That obviously defeats the purpose of hiring movers...

We had two moves. The first was 12/22/17, and involved moving the contents of my daughter's four BR house. The three men and a truck arrived at the time they said they would. They wrapped what needed to be in cellophane, and were careful with each piece, be it a chest of drawers or a box of dishes. They broke down the beds, etc. They were done in about 2 1/2 hrs. I was amazed. Then they drove to our new residence, and was unloaded in about an hour. Many of the things had to be taken up a spiral staircase.They were so courteous, professional and friendly. The second move was today, 12/27/17. Three men and a truck again arrived on time, this time moving the contents of my 10x12 storage unit to my daughter's and my new residence. I am 70 yrs old and a lot of the contents consisted of heavy furniture from my mother and dad, my grandmother, and things I just couldn't let go, lol. Again the men were careful with everything, and very nice when it came to my changing my mind on where things should be placed. I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with this company. Oh, and the charges? The first one came in a few dollars over the estimate and the second was the exact amount. Having moved numerous times in my life, I can say they were very reasonable with their rates. If you are looking for a reliable , honest, and professional company, choose Triple 7 Movers, and it will be your lucky day.

This is our second move with triple 7 movers and both times they did an awesome job....efficient, professional and polite. For this last move we had Crispin, Jorge and Carlos. All three were very nice. I would recommend this company for your next upcoming move.
