Muscle movers were great, honest, and very communicative during my move. There were tons of movers reaching out to me and did not know who I can trust….As soon as I met Jeff and Vince I automatically knew they were the ones I had to use for my long distance move from Las Vegas to San Antonio Texas….everything was wrapped properly and they were very timely to my needs!!!! They have a whole team to get things done fast and reliable thanks MUSCLE MOVERS!!

I hired this company based on reviews; however, I now question the validity of those reviews. I was promised 3 men and what I got was 2 who worked very hard and one who was totally useless and stood outside by the truck the entire time. When he tried to lift something, he couldn’t and we had to jump in and help him so our things wouldn’t get damaged. This resulted in a relatively small move (2 bd house) taking five hours. Items were carelessly stacked on top of each other in the truck, resulting with scratches and dings on corners of several pieces. I called to let them know about my experience and asked for a refund of one hour’s time which I thought wasn’t asking for much since I was overcharged, but was told by whomever answered their phone, “that wasn’t possible.’’ Why that would not be possible is beyond me. Never heard back or received an apology. Not a good experience.

Rich, TJ, and Johnny were super great and helpful! They were quick, finishing the job in three hours, which is the minimum required hours. They also kindly adhered to not wearing shoes upstairs, and even taught me how to take apart and put my recliner together, and I didn’t even know it could do that before. We had them come and pack and move everything in our two bedroom apartment to a two story house. They packed efficiently and carefully, and put rugs down to cover the carpet. They were able to work without much direction and set up all the big furniture. Would recommend!

Due to the fact that my current landlord wished to sell his property, I was in a bind to find a moving company that was reasonably priced. I stumbled upon Muscle Movers. The first positive was the fact that a person (Vincent) actually called me to schedule the move. Other moving companies I had looked at kept having automated systems call me and in the fast paced world of technology, it was nice to speak to an actual person to get this move done. So thank you Vincent! Additionally, the company was always responsive anytime I had a call leading up to the move. I never felt like I was bothering them and genuinely felt that they cared about the work that they do. Frankie W., Carlos, & Tone? or Tore? I apologize if I got any of the guy's names wrong on the list were extremely professional and did everything they could to make sure that my stuff was handled and transported safely. When one of their drills quit working they offered to come back the next day to finish putting stuff together at a time that was convenient for me. I am truly impressed by the overall team and would definitely hire again! Please do consider Muscle Movers for your next move, guaranteed to not disappoint. They were very fast and very careful with all of our boxes and furniture. Then 2 weeks later they helped us move our things into our house. Very quick and very careful. Mikel and his coworkers were extremely professional. They moved all my furniture with care as if it were their own. Everything was wrapped and padded carefully.
