Hands-down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The quote was beyond competitive and from the first phone call, Frank was accommodating, honest, knowledgeable and kind. On the day of the move, Stone and his crew were awesome. They were respectful and wore masks when near our toddler, they were insanely fast (military precision), their attitudes were grateful and positive even when they were exhausted, and they took great care with our belongings. It was a long day for the guys but they were fully done in ten hours flat including travel time. I couldn’t recommend them more. This is not a paid endorsement. I’m just a dad who hates moving and these guys rock.

Everyone, every step of the way was amazing at White Glove! This includes the first phone call with the office to set up the estimate, the estimator (Rick), and Ivan and his crew who moved all of our most precious items. Everyone was professional, thorough, and very customer service oriented (which says a lot considering customer service overall, in my opinion, has been lacking since COVID). The actual movers, Ivan and his crew, were extremely careful, respectful, and hard working. I don't ever want to move again, but if I do, White Glove is the only company I would trust to provide the exclusive, high quality move I just experienced.

I first used White Glove Moving in November 2020. They partially packed and then moved my family within town. I was amazed at how the team worked and how professional they were. Definitely "white glove" service. Our next move was 18 months later, but this time we needed storage because our new home was still under construction. It was a less than ideal situation, but White Glove Moving & Storage was the simplest piece to coordinate. They again did a partial pack, but then moved our belongings to storage. What we thought would be 3 weeks turned into 3 months. White Glove was very clear about the pricing and billing for storage. I was provided a complete inventory of what they had. When my belongings showed up at my new place, everything was in perfect condition and we were encouraged to take the time to check that every item was there. Everything was placed/setup where I asked for it. It's worth noting that the same team that had packed up my things months earlier showed up with my belongings "on the other side. That was very reassuring for me. I hope that it will be a long time before I need to use their services again, but I will continue to recommend White Glove Moving & Storage in the meantime.

I recently had my first move in a 20 year interval. White Glove Moving & Storage was a blessing. From the beginning process of sending a rep over to walk through the house with me and come up with an estimate - to the customer service during the days leading up to the move - it was a great experience. The moving day could not have gone any smoother. Several workers showed up - one of which was a supervisor - and he communicated with me throughout the process. They had some heavy moving storage cases to move but did it efficiently and very time effectively. I cannot recommend White Glove enough. If I move again in the future, I will definitely use them and I may even use their packing services as well. You will not be disappointed. White Glove is at the top of their game.

We used White Glove Moving/Storage for our cross country move from NY to CA. They were very professional with us and sent us accurate info about pickup and drop off times. The staff was very efficient and the price is reasonable especially with a service that loads everything themselves. They sent us all relevant documentation timely and we were very happy with how seamless the move was. Everything was in good condition and packed well. We did not receive our goods on the earliest available date and instead 10 days later, it wasn't a huge problem for us but if it is for you I'd suggest communicating this with them to ensure you receive everything when you'd expect it. The only other complaint I'd have is that it was a little hard to get a hold of some folks who were very talkative with us prior to signing the contract, but didn't answer all our questions after being locked in. Thankfully there were helpful people at White Glove who helped us with any questions, concerns, or documentation we needed.

This was a third floor walk up and the guys were amazing! An absolute pleasure , kind respectful and extremely professional! Tremendous service moving from NJ to SC. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Great communications, everything completed to the timetable agreed. Loading process was outstanding with the moving crew packing all furniture very carefully with lots of padding. On delivery the crew unloaded and rebuilt everything. We had no damage or breakages or missing items. Price was very competitive with none of the “add-ons” I was told most movers charge when they arrive. I have no hesitation in recommending White Glove.

From the first introductory email we received from White Glove to the time we thanked their movers for the work they had done, every step and action was done in the most professional and efficient way! Their moving team of 4 arrived on time, wrapped everything far better than we could’ve imagined , without wasting any time. They made sure that every item was clearly labeled for future identification as we were moving them to a storage.Based on my previous measurements and estimate storage space was just enough to fit everything. But the way they fit them inside the space, they needed only about 2/3 of available space! From the initial discussions with the sales team to the quote and bid, I knew White Glove was the right fit for me. The communications throughout the process were stellar - so professional and very thorough. In terms of the team, the two gentlemen who came to pack up the items to be moved were phenomenal. They took such care with everything - thoroughly wrapping and packing many fragile items for a long-distance move. I paid for the service that included the packing supplies, and I am glad I did. It took the worry and hassle off my shoulders. The company made good on its promise to deliver within 10 business days from the first day I could accept the shipment - even delivering in the middle of a winter cold freeze that paralyzed many parts of the country. Everything arrived in excellent condition - I've finished unpacking and am so very pleased. As an aside, the field team calls the main office both at pick-up and drop-off and validates that everything was picked up or delivered, and the team at the main office double checks that everything is in order. It's a nice extra touch that really instills confidence in my choice of business.

White Glove did an absolutely great job executing my recent move from Long Island to NJ. The day of the move we were experiencing torrential rains and very high winds. They showed up on time and took great efforts to plastic wrap my belongings to protect them from the inclement weather. They were gentle with my delicate items and everything arrived damage free. I also had furniture that needed to be disassembled to fit up the staircase at the new residence. They disassembled it. Brought it up. Then reassembled it. This was my first move with White Glove Moving. I had another quote from another mover that was 4 times the price of White Glove. I checked White Gloves' reviews and spoke with them a few times. I felt very comfortable with them from the start. I was a little weary of the reasonable price so I had them walk through my apartment to be sure there would be no hidden extra costs. Not only were there no additional costs but they even lowered it by $100. White Glove packed and we shipped approximately 58 cartons from NYC to Florida for just under $3,000 and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to my friends.

I moved on Sept 10th, 2021 with White Glove Moving and Storage, and the moving guys were great. They were on-time, very efficient, followed my directions on what-goes-where perfectly and were extremely careful with all the furniture (especially an all glass display case). They scheduled 3 hours for the move and were done a little after 2 hours. The quality of the service was exceptional, even after I added an extra (on the way) stop to my storage unit to drop one item off just a couple of days before the move - which they handled without problem (for a small extra fee) As for the price, it was definitely in line with a company with the name "White Glove" - and that was with a substantial discount for changing my moving date. I had originally wanted to move in late August, but with Back to School moving going on, the demand was high, so the price reflected that - to the point of being unaffordable. When I told my rep that I couldn't swing it, he suggested moving the date to after the Back to School rush with a substantial discount. The price was much more reasonable (but still higher than originally expected - possibly due to COVID making everything more expensive), so I went with White Glove as they really do have a stellar reputation in my area. And their reputation is deserved. Other than the price issue, my only other complaint is that on the correspondence before the move, it said "Although completely your decision, as a moving industry standard movers tend to receive on average between $50 – $100/day each as a gratuity." - which was fair, but they didnt tell us how many movers were going to be there. Being that we didnt have a lot of stuff to move (remember it only took two hours), i figured 3 people at $75 ($225). But the day of the move, the head moving guy kinda "told us" (borderline demanded) that it would be 5 people at $100 each. Which was a little off-putting considering i felt the price was still high to begin with. I gave them $300 at the end and got a bit of an attitude from them as they left. I had forgotten about that until i was asked to review WG here and had to look thru my notes for details.

My wife and I decided to move closer to our grand daughter so we found White Glove Moving Company. Our first contact was with Lukas who came to our house in Princeton, NJ and went through each room taking inventory of our furniture and belongings. Then he explained the moving process and how we could save money by doing small things for our selves. He gave us an estimate of our moving cost and told us we would be receiving 60 or 70 new boxes for our move, so we were all set. Our moving Truck came right on time we had enough crew members to move quickly and painlessly, they all worked hard and were well mannered. On our delivery in Pennsylvania was the same, on time professional and well mannered the crew worked hard to put our furniture in our new home, again quick and orderly. Nothing broken nothing scratched all in order. My wife and I would give them a 5 star recommendation to The White Glove Company.

Really grateful for WG moving service for our recent out-of-state move. It went smoothly for both pickup and delivery they handled everything carefully with no mess at all. All the charges are quoted upfront no hidden fees. They also provided boxes and packaging supplies a week before our packing everything was included in the initial quote. We really liked that they are available on call for all the queries and concerns. At the time of delivery, two support rods for the bed frame were missing other than that it was hassle-free. Planning an out of state move from NJ to GA is more than a daunting task. There are so many variables that can take place that can make this experience very challenging. After receiving the referral from a friend that used White Glove in a similar move from NJ to GA, a weight was lifted from obtaining an out of state mover. Our first contact was with Viktor who came to our home for the initial walkthrough. He was very detailed and provided an overview of the services and the process. The quote was also provided and we felt comfortable with moving forward. He was very professional and personable which put us at ease. Moving forward to the day of the actual move, we had the pleasure to work with the foreman Boni and his crew. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were friendly and extremely efficient. They answered any questions we had and ensured we understood the process as they were packing and loading. Once the items were loaded, they called the main office to speak with a representative who requested to speak with us and check in with our experience and ask if we had any issues or concerns with the process. We confirmed with the representative that our experience was better than expected. Our items arrived in GA earlier than expected and we had the pleasure to work with Dan on the final updates. He was very professional and proactive with communication and details of the move, which was comforting. When the movers arrived the morning of the move, they were also pleasant to work with. They provided us a printout of all of the box numbers for us to check off as they delivered to the appropriate rooms to ensure every item was accounted for one by one. This system was very organized and also provided the customer with peace of mind that both parties were confident that all items were confirmed. I can’t say enough great things about White Glove. I’ve had some terrible experiences with movers in the past so didn’t have high hopes when looking for a mover this time around. I made the mistake of looking for a bargain price for my last 2 moves because I didn’t fully understand how expensive moving could be. Both of those experiences were disasters with far more damage being done to my belongings than the amount saved over the more expensive companies. For this move in June of 2021, I searched online for “best moving companies in NJ” and read through the reviews of a handful of companies. White Glove Moving had the most consistently positive reviews of any of the companies I came across. Gary came to my place to take inventory and gave me great tips for my moving process. We made our move with White Glove yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. We had Alfredo and his team and I would honestly give them 10 stars if I could. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings, put out protective materials in the new house and gave us pointers on where we should put certain pieces of furniture. At no point were they ever rushing. Every second of the job was done with precision and care. If you are reading my review and looking for a moving company, let me start by saying that moving may be more expensive than you thought it would be, but you get what you pay for and I would easily pay the same or more to use White Glove again. Peace of mind is valuable. I couldn’t possibly recommend White Glove any more. I hope to not move for a very long time but if I were to move, White Glove moving is a no brainer decision.

We had a multi-stop move and I was working on the day of the move, but they contacted me frequently to update me on the progress and when they would reach each destination (where I had other authorized family members present who confirmed their timeliness and professionalism). Everyone was respectful of following Covid measures, especially since we had a 6 month old in the house at the time of the move. We had a long distance move along with needing long term storage. White Glove kept us informed and up to date through the entire process. I was even able to track my driver to get real time status. The staff accommodated our moving schedule and was very easy to get in touch with. They held our reservation even though they knew we might have to change a few days before. I had used national movers in two previous moves and each time they didn't live up to their promises. From the time I spoke with White Glove's sales person to them contacting me with a follow up call to see how everything went, it was a great experience. MOVING OUT: We hired White Glove Moving & Storage for our move from Fairfield County, Connecticut to Los Angeles, California. Prior to hiring White Glove, we obtained several estimates, but White Glove gave us the best price, seemed the most honest, and very easy to work with. On he morning of our move, Sebastian and his moving team arrived at our home bright and early and immediately got to work. After having completed several inter-state moves in the past few years, we've come to have a pretty good sense of a good moving team when we see one. Sebastian and his team of men were the hardest working, most efficient, thorough, and careful movers we have had the pleasure to work with!! They packed up our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in just 7 hours! They had originally said it could take one day to pack and one day to move all the furniture and boxes into the moving truck, but these guys were so hard working, they got it all done in a single day! Plus, Sebastian and the whole crew were very courteous throughout it all. We are super satisfied with the service and totally recommend them!! MOVING IN: Professionalism at its finest. This is a follow-up to our when White Glove Moving & Storage packed our apartment in Stamford, Connecticut. White Glove gave us a delivery window and consistently stuck with it. No surprises! It was great. Then, due to good weather and being ahead of schedule, they asked us if we wanted our delivery in Los Angeles, California three days ahead of the delivery window. We did! They arrived on a Sunday morning and expertly parked the interstate-sized moving truck on our residential street. They didn't block traffic and immediately started to unload. We had over 180 items to unload. They did not scuff one wall in the building, one door frame or so much as leave a mark on the wall. Everything was placed in the appropriate rooms. Nothing was missing. Every item on the detailed inventory was accounted. They unwrapped all the furniture and re-assembled all the dismantled furniture, save for the baby's crib (which they cannot re-assemble due to liability issues and which you would want to do yourself anyway). They were efficient, super courteous, and very accommodating. They had to move the truck at one point to allow for parked vehicles to move and did so immediately and continued working. After two weeks, we unpacked everything. Nothing was broken. Nothing. No marks or anything on any items; no cracks; and they packed over 60 photo frames and wall art. Nothing is missing. It is amazing. We have moved four times in the last seven years. Not only was this the best move, it was the easiest. White Glove Moving & Storage met and far exceeded our expectations. They say you get what you pay for. They may cost more than deals cut-rate moving brokers can secure, but you will not regret hiring them. They are professional and handle items truly with care. I recently had the fortunate experience of working with White Glove Movers, at a time when I really needed something to go nice and smooth at all costs, and with no issues, problems or delays. My mother passed back in June unexpectedly, and needless to say it was terrible. One of the many things "on my plate" was to empty her apartment and all of its contents. in an extremely short window of time. WG was actually the 3rd and last moving company I engaged for the task Firstly they showed up at the house, in person, 3 days after i contacted the, and the gentleman was extremely professional, personable, he explained the process in full and answered the numerous and exhaustive questions I had. ( sent pics of the items to move,, and nothing to the other yet i still received quotes, which may work but i sure i would have been hit with additional charges, once they actually moved ) I expressed the time constraints and pressure i was under, for the move, and within the next 24hrs, I had a quote, a contract, and a scheduled move date and time which was 3 days later. I couldn't believe the turnaround time, but under the circumstances they "made it happen", On the day of the move they showed up 30 minutes early, called me to let me know they were there, and asked if it was ok to start early.? ( usually it is a phone call saying " we're running late") Martin was the foreman of the 3 man team, and was great. Coordinate the rapid packaging / taping of numerous pieces of furniture. I believe 10 in total., ( Big, bulky, awkward, and extremely heavy items - they don't make things with real wood anymore ). The entire process took about two hours, and before I knew it, or could even think to myself, "when are they going to be done" , they were out of there! In summary, a great experience when I truly needed one. WG is efficient, fast, professional, and caring and i would even think about going with anyone one if I have the need again.

I had White Glove pickup furniture and contents from Williamsburg Brooklyn; then store it all in their New Jersey warehouse for a month; and deliver all items to Cape Cod Massachusetts (after a last minute pickup in Boston area) Since we were not sure of the final delivery destination, White Glove provided an alternate quote for a Los Angeles delivery, as well as special provisions for our special circumstances. Their price was in the middle low end of three estimates. Just wanted to confirm that the delivery persons did an outstanding job yesterday for the new pickup and the full delivery in Massachusetts. Even though there were only two of them, they were diligent, prompt, careful, responsive and professional. No complaints by them despite terrible rainy weather, tricky staircases and a long delay before they could have lunch.. Nothing was damaged throughout the move. The pickup crew wrapped everything in careful and meticulous manner and the delivery persons took time to make sure everything was located where I wanted it, in good condition, and that they removed all debris etc before leaving. They protected the floors and walls as best they could. In short, I could not have asked for a more capable move with a focus on customer service. . With this final chapter of the White Glove service of contracting, pickup, storage and delivery, every aspect was performed in an excellent manner. Everyone we dealt with in this first rate company was helpful, responsive, reasonable and customer service oriented to make this entire move process with minimum stress.

They are professional and their customer service is excellent. A computerized system is used to inventory and track your goods which I found to be helpful. This was our second move with White Glove and both experiences have been great. From the start the scheduling team was able to work with us and put us at ease as our move-in date moved not once but twice during the final week. They confirmed availability each time and were able to do so on short notice. Once our moving day arrived the team showed up promptly and quickly came up with a plan of action to get the truck loaded in an efficient manner. The team was very professional and worked with us to confirm fragile items to ensure their safety during transport. Once at our new house the team again worked with us to confirm that all items made it to the proper rooms and all furniture was placed in the correct locations. The team was quick but cautious with all items unloaded and everything wrapped up a bit earlier than estimated allowing us more time to get everything settled! Overall, going with White Glove for this move was an easy decision and we would certainly use them again or recommend them to any family/friends in need of moving services.

Very professional moving service, I was quite impressed with the entire operation. In looking for the best company I had made a number of calls to other movers, but the person I spoke to at White Glove came across as honest and forthright. Sean gave me sound advice, telling me booking 4 guys would in the end be more cost-effective than 2. The crew were pros - at no point did I see anyone standing around looking at a phone. Tyrone had a plan for each piece of furniture and packed the truck efficiently so as to expedite the unpacking at the new house. In the end, White Glove isn't the cheapest show in town, but you get what you pay for, and I feel I got a very good value.

When the truck is unloaded, each item is brought exactly where you request. The crew was happy to rearrange the furniture as requested. This review is long overdue. White Glove moved me over the summer of 2019. I selected them on the recommendation of my realtor, and in hindsight I suspect she received a commission for that. My experience with them was average, and while they did get the move done, I felt they were charging a premium and the service did not reflect that premium. To this day I have furniture in my basement with moving blankets still wrapped and taped around it which the movers never removed. I also recall one of the movers trying to convince me that a heavy bedroom armoire would look really good in my dining room because they didn’t want to carry it up the stairs. I had to insist they take it up to the master bedroom where it belonged. I would think twice before using them again.

We interviewed several moving companies for our move to North Carolina from NJ. We also needed to store our furniture for 4 months, so it required a lot of thought about who we selected. The pick up crew was great and wrapped our possessions up with great care. As we watched the truck leave with all our stuff we still wondered how it would survive. When we received the delivery we were relieved with the condition of our belongings and the delivery 2 man crew and 2 local young men were amazingly well organized. Moving house is not easy. Especially when you are moving with a family of small kids. And more especially, during Winter. In New Jersey. Right after a winter storm. During Covid-19. Along comes White Glove, and made it all seem so easy. Stone and his crew came in right on time, early in the morning, did a walkthrough of my home, and got to work. Two trucks packed with all my household items, furniture neatly disassembled and blanketed, and all fragile items like glass curios and my 75 gallon glass fish tank, neatly wrapped. All items were moved to my new home and assembled at the place I wanted them to be. They even swapped my refrigerator, washer and dryer between my houses, per instructions and made it seem so effortless. All in the same day. At the end of the day, we were asked to review and inspect all items. I also received a call from the office at the end of the move, asking if I was satisfied and I had any concerns. We had a very difficult move, with closing dates that kept changing. White Glove could not have been more accommodating with every change. The salesperson provided straightforward information and guidance. Everyone was friendly, and they even provided boxes and tape, which was a big help. Great Experience! I was super worried b4 my move day and it took me a really long time to choose a moving company. Moving from one side of Central Park to the other side doesn't sound like a big deal but after hearing so many scary stories about NYC movers, you must worry. However, I chose White Glove Moving because they seemed to be the most attentive to detail. After speaking to Matt on the phone who always seemed reassuring, I made my decision to go with them and I'm so glad I did. A big shout out to Russo and his team! Russo was amazing, very thorough, and attentive. And not just in managing his team but also how he calmed me down whenever I was worried and about to have a Woody-Allen-style-melt-down. They did an excellent job in making sure we were all packed up and out on one end and all unpacked and moved in on the other end, and right on time in order to meet the deadline for the elevators, despite issues with extra long corridors in the first building. I highly recommend WGM and will use them again for my next move.

So far, sooo good. Lucas came to estimate my move. He was professional, attentive and knowledgeable, and most of all through. I received a quote within a day. I interviewed 3 other moving companies. White Glove was not the cheapest, but nor were they the most expensive. After meeting with the other 3 movers i decided White Glove seems to be the most professional and through. I did not want any price surprised and their quote was guaranteed within 10% of the total, which is great, so you know what your worst case scenario money wise is. Lucas came to do the estimate, and i would rate him a 5 for being professional and knowing his job. When I called to book them, Arthur was also very friendly, but professional. A friend of mine used White Glove last year and I was actually present during that move, and since they did a great job I called them to move me from Randolph to Hoboken in April of this year. I spoke with Arthur and he had an estimator, Ralph, come out to my home to give me a free estimate. Ralph was very courteous and professional and explained exactly how things would be done on move day. On the day of the move, 4/28/13, Lukas and his crew of 3 movers came and began working immediately. Even though I was paying by the hour, they were very efficient and definitely not milking the clock. They loaded the truck and drove straight to Hoboken and began bringing my items up 3 flights of stairs to my new 2 bedroom apartment. Again, they were very efficient and careful on the delivery end. I was quoted for 7 hours of labor, and it took 6.5. Much to my delight I was given a credit of a half hour towards my original estimate. When the move was complete, I spoke to Gabriel in operations - he called me to make sure the crew did a good job and I was happy. I dont usually write reviews about things, but in the last 3 years we have made several moves, which means we dealt with a lot of moving companies. After my last horrid experience with the mover, where all my stuff came after a month and with a few things broken. I was introduced to White Glove Moving & Storage, and I cant tell you what a breath of fresh air it was. Right from the start, they gave me boxes and tapes to pack, which they delivered, then they came on time with a VERY organized crew on the day of the move, not only did they check all the boxes that we had packed, they repacked a few of our boxes that may tear because of the move. On the day of move (they have their OWN trucks not outsourced or uhaul trucks) they gave me 12-14 day day window for the move from NJ to San Diego. During the 14 days they called me 2 times and constantly made me aware of our shipment and the progress. The driver called us 3 days prior to arriving and then the day before and the day off. By now I had been contacted by both the teams more than few times. Keeping my family and I at ease. On the day of arrival, we met the crew, who was extremely helpful and ORGANIZED, EVERY SINGLE box was cross checked, against my inventory and theirs. I dont know about other companies but Ive really not come across a more organized moving company. To top of it all, they came a day earlier than committed. After the move happened, again, I was contacted by the moving company, who asked me about our experience and if anything was broken. These guys clearly stand by their company name and literally gave us the white glove service..HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.

Where should I start? Right from the beginning I knew White Glove Moving was the company to help make the moving transition for myself and my sister. Andrew came to our house, gave helpful suggestions. Right up until moving day, which was yesterday (Saturday October 26th) alot of the stress was taken off. We are very pleased with the service that White Glove Moving provided. They moved the contents of our 5 bedroom home into storage carefully and professionally. We researched 8 different moving companies and are fortunate to have chosen White Glove. The deciding factor guiding our choice of movers had much to do with the estimator from White Glove who came to our home, Ralph. He was very courteous and professional but most importantly he had extensive experience doing the actual moving labor like packing, loading, unloading, assembly, etc. His estimation of labor hours, packing materials and storage space needed was perfect. Therefore, not only was the White Glove estimate lower than most of the other estimates we received, but it left no room for “surprise” additional costs at the end, like many others had. Next we spoke with Arthur at the White Glove office to schedule and book the move. Arthur was very patient and informative, taking care to answer all of the many questions I had, reassuring me of this company’s experience and professionalism. A few days before the move we received a call from Sam at White Glove to confirm the move date and other details. In the meantime, Ralph and Arthur were continually available to us whenever we had questions. Approaching moving day we had no concerns, convinced we chose the right company to handle our antiques, fragile items and all the things in our home representing 40 years of family memories. The first moving day went perfectly. The moving team consisted of a foreman, Ali, and four other men, Arsenio, Max, Ferhit and Jack. All of them were incredibly hard working, stopping only briefly to quench their thirst during a very hot and humid pair of days. Ali coordinated everything, assigning tasks and performing some of the more complicated packing jobs. Max carefully packaged our most fragile crystal, china and collectibles. Arsenio expertly loaded, organized and packed the trailer truck. Ferhit, Jack and Ali efficiently brought all of the contents from the house to the truck, including about 150 boxes of items. It was impressive to watch Ferhit and Jack carry so many boxes, many of them full of books, so quickly, carefully and efficiently. Everyone did a phenomenal job. The second moving day went perfectly. The same moving team met us at the storage facility 2 hours south. Arsenio expertly maneuvered the tractor/trailer right next to the door leading to our storage unit and the team began unloading all of the contents immediately. While Arsenio brought things to the back of the truck, Ali, Jack and Ferhit transported them inside the facility where Max was waiting to expertly organize and pack them into the storage unit. Everything was done in quick order, professionally, carefully with no problems, dropped or damaged items. To top it all off, we received a refund check in the mail for about 16% of the original estimate! Ralph told me if the estimate turned out to be high, we would get money back, and he was right. Some of the refunded costs probably had to do with additional preparation we did before White Glove arrived; boxing many of the items and bringing most of the boxes to the first floor near the front door. However I am sure much of the savings is due to how quickly and efficiently the moving team was. We could not be more pleased. We highly recommend White Glove Moving and plan to use them again in November when we move our items from storage into our new home.

My family used WG Moving & Storage twice, in summers 2017 and 2018, for moving and storage from Holmdel to Freehold, and then most recently, from Freehold back home to Miami. In 2015 and 2016, we used first Allied to move to NJ from Miami, and then another local mover when we moved among rental properties in Holmdel. Among these FOUR moves in just 3 years, including the big interstate moves, White Glove was just a fantastic provider both times we worked with them. The estimator is a straight-shooter, no-nonsense but polite and helpful partner, but it was really the crews (pickup and delivery) who shined the most, never complaining or getting upset with “mom” when she inevitably would lose her cool on move day, under the stress of it all. Heard them horror stories about moving companies? Well this is not one of them. Couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience than the one I received. From the time of pickup to time of delivery, they were very professional, efficient, careful, and clean. Furniture was carefully wrapped in moving blankets and cardboard then sealed in a plastic wrap and taped, clothes were packed in wardrobe boxes, all items inventoried and numbered. Upon delivery, numbered items were called and checked off. When all items were accounted for, movers unpacked furniture and inspected for damage, then it was placed were we wanted it. When finished, all trash generated was picked up and taken from premises. I would definitely use White Glove in the future, I would also highly recommend them to friends and family for their moving needs.

My move had to be rescheduled several times due to construction issues and they were very accomadating. The day of the move they packed my belongings with care, labeled boxes, and emptied my rental. Update: I immediately received a call back after this posting. Mark Sahni listened to my whole story and provided all possible support that is possible. She also explained the reason for some of the confusions which made sense with their perspective. She was open to some of my suggestions as well. I really appreciate the value they are giving to customer feedback.They assured that they are making improvements in their process to avoid a repeat of the experience I had. Bumping up to 3 starts for their immediate response and valuing the customer feedback. Poor customer service and worst experience. I was moving my 1 BR apartment. I used their service only because their name was referenced in my company's website. But the whole experience was bad. 1. They gave me a quote that was higher in price compared to my colleagues' who were having more stuff and longer delivery distance. 2. They never informed about 18 wheeler trucks. I had mover twice earlier and both of them user big trucks but not 18 wheeler. And due to trees in my community their truck couldn't come in. So I had to pay $300 extra for the Uhaul. And I was informed about this charge after they loaded everything into the truck.And the sales guy (Frank) tells me that it's part of the agreement contract and also he tried to justify by telling that for my stuff they need that bug truck. But when they know that they use 18 wheeler and these kind of things happen, they are still not telling us. And my whole stuff fitted into 1 Uhal truck. So why do I need 18 wheeler?? Also the delivery was to an high raise apartment and I was told that they will charge $300 if they truck cannot for in. I had to make sure that everything is fine for their truck. 3. The worst of all is the guys who talk on phone are not connected at all. I had demanded a specific date range for the delivery and since that was suiting their timing they agreed. But it was all verbal. So after I signed the papers, the next person calls and tell me that it's 7 business day policy. And when I told him about my previous arrangement, he is asking for proof. I felt betrayed. There is no trust factor with these guys. After lot of arguments, he put me on hold. After 20 mins someone picked up the call and asking 'How may I help you'. So I again explain her everything. Then she put me on hold. This repeated with 5 people. I was so frustrated but helpless. Finally one lady picked and after arguments, she pointed that I have signed documents and agreed for their timing. I mentioned about my previous discussion. So she asked me the phone number of the person I spoke. And after speaking to that person, she confirmed that it was mistake from their side. 4. Also there was damage to my office desk but I just wanted to get over with these guys. Overall they try to talk good before business and then send long agreement document. It's better to understand those (take help from someone with legal understanding) else you will be trapped. I had more tension talking to the guys than getting my stuffs. They also told me that they will open a complaint for my case to help me but no news after delivery. I heard that my other colleagues also had similar experience. Not recommend!!
