Rented from the 3414 Shadeland, Indianapolis, location on June 6. Five people made reservations for 9 am. The lovely employee took care of each person in turn, working quickly, amiably and efficiently. I wasn't in a rush, so waited to be last and thus saw how he handled the people anxious to get on their way. Everyone's vehicle was clean and ready for them on site and everyone was treated with friendly courtesy. Being last, the employee and I had a little more time for chatting and joking. The truck I rented was clean and had no mechanical or aesthetic issues. Booking online was simple.

I rented a truck and was pressed to make a long trip the truck had low air warming found 2 nails in the front tire made for a stressful trip finding air and repair had a hard time calling for help with Enterprise once I reach someone I was told someone would call me with information to where to replace the tire and no one called back. Can't say I was happy but managed.

As a small business owner (Kenadi Logistics named after my daughter) I honestly do not know what I'd do without this location and crew. Great balance between professionalism and making you feel like family. They always go above and beyond and without hesitation will go outside their realm of duties to suite your needs. From the location manager Verenda ,to Seth, Dan the Man, Blue Magic, and the prep personal you will always have your needs exalted to the highest level. All these guys are management material and I'm sure will be reaching great heights with Enterprise....

Great, friendly service. Had to get a last minute rental and they were very accommodating to make sure I got it, then worked with me when the event I needed it for got cancelled and they refunded a good chunk of my cost.

Asst Manager Joseph Snellenberger and team member DeMarcus really came through and made my move easy and manageable. I sincerely appreciate the weekend hours and attention when I dropped off the truck Saturday evening. I love the cab-over/rear power lift of the Izuzu they offer and will be using it again anytime I help my friends move. THANK YOU JOE!!
