Graceful Moves was a great moving experience for me. Usually (and I've moved four times in the last seven years)something goes wrong or in unhappy with how I'm being treated or how the movers are handling my furniture. Not with Jeremy and Clement, they were prompt, polite, professional and quick. Great company and I highly recommend them. I'll use them again.

These guys are by far the best all around movers we have ever used (and there have been plenty). They were very pleasant and went out of their way to provide whatever help was needed. Afterward at dark we thought we’d left a black bag in their truck which contained important medications. The next day they told us in which box the large bag had been boxed. The only suggestion we would make would be to label boxes with name of room. A pleasure to work with!

I’m not giving Graceful Movers 5-stars because I used their service. I’m giving them 5-stars because I SHOULD have used them. Here I am in the middle of my move with another company and the truck was too small and the time estimated should have been 30% longer. All I can think is, shoot why didn’t I use Graceful Movers? They told me the facts upfront, we’re responsive when I had questions, and didn’t sugar coat things. Petrick at Graceful Movers told me the truth about time/# of trucks and gave me a good price. Unfortunately, I went with my neighbors suggestion and it’s now costing me double. My estimated time is almost over and sitting in my new house waiting on my things to arrive hoping that it doesn’t take as long to unload their truck as it did to load up. P.S. We will have to go back to my old house to pick up everything that won’t fit. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Next time I move I will absolutely use Graceful Movers…so please do yourself a favor and use them too!

Graceful Movers and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our moving was successful and stress free. We were treated as VIPs. The guys who came to my home were highly professional and full of energy, positive energy, there was no dull moment, it was fun all the way. The guys had a good heart, they got the job done, handled my property with great care, I've never seen a thing like that. We found the whole crew incredible. They packed us and moved us in the time specified and damaged nothing. I have never seen movers take such care in wrapping and protecting our possessions. Devonne was especially careful with the hundreds of glass jars he had to wrap as well as Clement. George was exceptionally fast and professional in handling everything. Lorena was attentive and fast paced as well. Flex lead the team and kept everything moving at a safe and constant pace. He was a great crew chief. In all the experience was fantastic. Kevin, Jaiden, and Ryan showed up earlier than expected. This was due to me not reading the arrival time correctly, and not at all their fault. I have to say, these young men deserve a huge pat on the back for being representatives of your company. They were extremely respectful, eager to accomplish our goals for the move, and responsive to our desires for certain items going to the house, and the ones going into storage. Even when I messed up and forgot about the concrete bird bath until the truck was loaded, they jumped into action and got it done. These young men were excellent movers, and their work ethic would definitely get me to use Graceful Moves again. I appreciate the help, and please convey my thanks to these great employees! We had some non-standard requirements involving an appliance swap between two houses, a flag pole, a second floor couch lift through a bay window overlooking the living room and a storage building. We chose Graceful Moves to help move my elderly mother closer to us and we were very pleased with our crew who got the job done without any issue. Our 4-man crew all knew their roles and worked diligently, professionally and all were extremely polite. All the glass shelving, grandfather clock, tv’s and curio cabinet made it through the whole move without a single issue. They took time to roll out carpet to control foot traffic dirt, used a threshold ramp for easy rolling of furniture into the house and even took the time to remove the door handles off the fridge and unhinge the front door to carefully maneuver it out of the house. I highly recommend Graceful Moves to anyone needing moving services.

Did a 2 day move. 4 guys each day and 2 guys were here both days and the 2nd day was harder than the first. I’m horrible with names so won’t try to list them and spell them wrong. Definitely recommend them. All the guys were nice and presented themselves professionally.

Ron, Flex and Sam were AMAZINGLY GREAT. Very quick, professional and courteous. They executed all of my needs and even went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first time using movers and I promise I will be back anytime I need anything moved! You get an outstanding value for the price, and the sales team with Patrick and Ryan also communicated well prior to and during my move. They even accommodated my last minute change, and worked out a time that was perfect for what I needed. My things were handled carefully and taken care of very very good, they even hung my clothes for me and put up things in the designated rooms. Kevin and flex were awesome , very professional let us know everything in detailed along the way extremely satisfied.. This is the first time we’ve ever use movers We were so so so very impressed. Let’s start at the beginning. I’m taking my time to write this review because I just drove the first leg of our move in a 26ft UHAUL that was professionally loaded and organized by the best crew I have ever worked with. The walk through with Ryan for an estimate was spot on. He noted we would fill a 26ft truck and we definitely did. We would have loved to use these guys for the full move yet due to our own schedules we chose to hire them to load our UHAUL and I am glad we did. It would have taken me hours to do this without their expertise. Professionalism and customer service from start to finish. The crew of Andre, Bryan, and Andrew worked together like a well oiled machine. From taking care to wrap and protect all items and furniture , moving with care in and out of our apartment to making sure all parts were together. They took apart everything that needed to be packed away and truly packed the truck like a jigsaw puzzle where every item had a specific location. I would definitely hire this crew again and again. Please consider the care of your items, the skill it takes to do this fast and efficiently and the time you save using a mover that does exactly what they say they will. Alex got in touch right after I submitted a quote request and was very understanding and helpful with some factors being up in the air (number of boxes and several stops). He checked in with me a week before our move date to see if we had any questions about packing and went through their services with me again. The day of the move, Brandon gave me a 30 minute courtesy call and he, Dennis, and Nolan were all amazing. They were fast, very careful, friendly and professional; I couldn't have asked for a better team. We had four total stops but they made it look easy. Graceful Moves has overall amazing service at very competitive rates and the little touches (I got a "meet your crew" email with a short bio of our three movers) really made me confident that we were in good hands before the move even started. This was the 1st time I used them to move. I had good experience with them. They are hard workers. They tried their best to move fast. They are good at what they do. Nice crew with good vibe. They were being very careful with furniture. However, accidents do happen. They drive carefully with truck loads of furniture. If there would be any damages. They try their best to be fair to cover damages and credit back to your account. They are straight forward and honest. I have used other moving companies before but never been satisfied as I am with this company. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

I recently used Graceful Moves to shuffle some furniture between different family members and a storage unit. Brandon and his crew were extremely efficient and did everything as requested. I hired Graceful Moves for a move from an apartment to a one story house. They did a great job of communicating and scheduling everything. They were very flexible when it came to figuring out the best plan for them to move everything from my fourth floor apartment to the ground floor. I also think they did a great job of protecting my furniture, apartment, and new house while moving. I have quite a few larger pieces of furniture and I think they handled them really well compared to past movers I've had. I didn't have to worry about what they were doing and how they were packing/wrapping everything. They helped me get everything moved to my new place in just a few hours, and I had quite a bit to move. They even helped disassemble some furniture that was tricky to get into the narrow doors of my new apartment. The movers were really kind and respectful. I recently sold my house and was in need of movers to help me transfer all our stuff from a 5 bedroom house into some storage units. I can't stress enough that we had a TON of stuff. Couches, beds, bookcases, tables, a giant office desk, and probably close to 150 boxes along with all sorts of other items. This was a massive job that I know would have taken me days to finish. Brandon, Amani, Ruben, and Fir showed up with two trucks to tackle this monster job. They were polite and were careful with making sure none of our stuff got damaged. I was very pleased with the work they did. They also managed to use some expert level tetris skills to fit all our stuff into the two trucks and then again into the two storage units I had reserved. I was worried I might have needed a third unit but they made it fit so thanks for saving me some money there! If anyone is looking for movers, I recommend using Graceful Moves!

We had a 10x20 storage with boxes and some small loose items. The house had a matress/frame, couch, love seat, washer, dryer, and my 140 and 150 HEAVY fish tanks with stand and canopy. Alex, Jeremy, Buck, and Sam were our movers. They knocked it out in 6 hours and handled the fish tanks with no problems. Great guys. After unpacking, there were a few knicks and broken stuff, but that's moving! You have to pack good too. The guys were busting their butts and stuff happens. All in all, great experience with the guys. We weren't too impressed with the big price jump from the initial estimate to the end price. $900 to $1,500 and our storage unit was floor/middle level full, not full like we were charged. For the job the guys did and how hard they worked, we'll live.

Graceful movers were great. My furniture was wrapped carefully, my walls were not scratched, they took off their shoes to protect the carpet. When scheduling the move, since my move would be the teams second of the day, booking agent double checked availability time to make sure the necessary schedule was doable. Start time was scheduled between 1 and 3. On scheduled day, crew called at 10 till 1 and said they would be on site in 7 minutes, and they were. They took extreme care with all items, worked well together and worked fast on a very hot afternoon. I have another move coming up in just a week or two, and will absolutely be using them again. Made second mover on 8/12 - same great experience. Crew arrived on time, took great care with furniture/boxes, worked quickly and professionally. Office move from Downtown to Galleria. We had an office space of about 10,000 sq ft. In a high rise building in downtown. Dealing with the "after hours only" policy of the building and the usage of the freight elevator was no small feat. Greg and the Graceful Moves crew tackled every obstacle with ease. Due to the obstacles, and sheer volume of furniture and equipment, the project took about 3 days. What set them apart from other moving companies was their honesty and genuine hard work. I supervised the entire process and not once did I see them slow down. Due to the efficiency, they hit their estimate/quote, which is huge when it comes to movers. And they did all this with smiles on their faces. The friendliness was just an added bonus. I would definitely hire again.

I use there service one week ago. They did a good job moving my belongings, nothing was broken or damage. However, I feel that they took advantage of me and ran my bill up by working slow. I did not have much to move: kid bunk bed (break down), sofa, loveseat and 3 tables, 2 dressers and maybe 15-20 boxes, and kids toys. That was a 4.5 hour job which when they arrive to my new place they only brought the items in and left because the lights were off. I had paid $511 and Greg (owner) came back the next day to fix my girls bunk bed. I know I will be moving again in the future but I will not be using their service. There was no integrity on how much they charge for that move. I only can imagine how much I would have paid if I had other items: washer and dryer, master bedroom set and etc. I do not usually write reviews, but I use the previous reviews to select them to move me as well as my mother on the same day.

Greg and team are hard workers and very friendly. They overcame several obstacles (outside of their control) with my old apartment complex - 2 other moving trucks were taking up the parking spot and the freight elevator we needed. Greg was able to find a safe and creative solution so we could the crew busy. Our move still took longer than we expected due to those challenges, but everyone kept a positive attitude and insisted on working through the lunch hour with no breaks. One small inexpensive lantern was broken during the move (due to my packing - maybe it was packed with too many other items or without enough bubble wrap) Greg brought it to my attention and offered to pay for the cost of the item (I told him it was worth about $15 and he took $25 off). Overall very impressed with this crew and their honest hard work.

We recently moved from Champions to Cypress after building a new home, and the amount of furniture and stuff to be moved was overwhelming. When shopping for movers from the start I was impressed with Graceful Moves due to their prompt reply and speed in having someone out to provide an estimate. Jerry, the sales manager, was professional and accurate in estimating the resources needed and cost of the move. The final cost was was right in the middle of the proposal quoted. On the morning of the move Brandon, Leroy, Clamont, Ruben, and Fir arrived on-time and ready to go! These men are professional and great at their jobs. From the multiple (10 +) wardrobe boxes of clothes they packed and unpacked, to the storage unit filled with boxes of books, a household of furniture for a family of 4, and an exercise room, they worked to move everything with care. The studio Pilates reformed they moved downstairs and then back upstairs at the new house didn’t even cause them to slow down! It was a huge undertaking and Brandon and his team worked hard and everything made it safely and reassembled in its new home. Whatever they guys are paid it’s not enough!!!
