I have had my share of moves, but this company is definitely the best. The customer service pre-move was really nice. I called a couple of times to reschedule and thy were happy to oblige with no complaints. The pricing is definitely competitive but I think it's worth it when considering the professionalism of the 3 men that arrived. I have to give a shout-out to Ceasars and his team. Gave me a heads up and communicated their arrival time.had a pleasant experience working with 3 men movers.

Jose and Crew were just phenomenal! This crew is professional, intelligently efficient, and worked together like a well-oiled machine withsuperiocommunication. They were so thoughtful in making sure all items were secure and well wrapped. We moved out of a 2ND STORY Apartment to a THIRD FLOOR Apartment! From Austin to San Antonio. The crew showed the utmost courtesy and was extremely good at Tetris-ing everything we had so it looked even neater than we had imagined. There was a great deal of camaraderie among the team and they seemed in great spirits—smiling, laughing, and genuinely happy and taking pride in their work. Before the work was done, the concierge called and concisely explained all the policies and answered all my questions. He was very responsive to emails. I even got a call en route to the destination to check on how things had gone and were going. And the team actually beat us to the destination. They wasted no time at all…I’ve never seen anyone working by the hour move so quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 3-MEN MOVERS AND WILL ONLY USE THIS SERVICE WHEN I MOVE AGAIN. ALWAYS. OUTSTANDING!!!

These guys are worth every penny! Daniel Salas in his crew had my apartment loaded, drove across town in 9:00 am traffic and unloaded in just under 3 hours. I live on the 3rd floor and have seen other movers take all day just to load the truck for neighbors but these guys were moving so fast I was struggling to keep up. And nothing was damaged!

We had the best experience with 3 men movers. They were on time, were careful with our belongings and worked quickly and efficiently the entire time. They had to move appliance down three floors and were very professional and moved them fast! They listened to our needs and were fabulous. My four month old was napping at one point and they tried to be so quiet not to wake her up. They were so kind and worked hard the entire time it took to move our house. Oscar and his crew of Ruiz and Miguel did a great job of moving me. Last time I moved 6 years ago, I had 3 people but only 2 moved me. The third stayed with the truck and on the phone. This time, all three of my movers worked hard to load everything onto the truck and took great care to wrap my furniture carefully. They put everything where needed. Nothing was broken or scratched. I recommend 3 Men Movers to anyone and I recommend Oscar and his crew especially. They are the best!

They were on time, very proficient, and handled all of our belongings with care. It was a total of about 3 hrs to move everything from our apartment to our new house a the entire time was a petty smooth process. I had the most awesome moving experience on today. Luis Valencia was the Crew Leader. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. He called me around 7:30 and introduced himself. Luis and his team arrived on time. They begin working as soon as they walked inside the house. The entire team was magnificent. Luis and the crew were very professional, courteous, and efficient They worked nonstop until they finished unloading all the furniture in the the storage unit. They worked a little over five hours. Not one minute was wasted. They did an outstanding job in wrapping all the furniture and stacking the furniture in the storage unit. I really like the way that Luis and his team spaced the furniture in the storage unit. I love it! Luis and his team did an outstanding job in handling the furniture. They handled the furniture with so much care. Luis even tightened up a leg piece on one of the jewelry stands and hammered a nail on the back of the wardrobe armoire to make it stronger. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. When I am ready to move the furniture from the storage unit back home, I will be calling 3 men movers again. I want Luis Valencia and his crew again. This was one super crew. I highly recommend 3 men movers. Thank you Luis Valencia and your crew for making my day so great. Superb job!

I was able to track them were they are and how long it will Take time for them to reach my place. The service was right on the spot and the time was just so perfect . We utilized a company a year and a half ago and had some scars from that. When our house finally finished we contacted 3 men movers. They were quick to respond and set us up with their big truck. They arrived 10 minutes early. Got to work and did not stop until everything was gone. The crew was awesome. Attentive. Careful and they took care of our furniture as it if was theirs. When they arrived to the new house they laid down red hallway runners and mats to not track in any dirt or mud. I would 10/10 recommend this company.

My wife and I moved two times in less than 4 months. We initially moved our things into storage in August and in December moved everything into our new home. We used the same team from 3 Men Movers both times. "Rene and Crew" They were prompt, efficient and careful with our belongings. The day we moved into our home it was raining and they took every precaution to get our belonging in without damage to them or the home. I had special requests / concerns for a few pieces and they professionally went above and beyond. These guys know what they are doing! I got my 2 bed moved to a storage and they guys where quick but made me wait a very long time for someone to process the balance it took a few phone calls and a bit of a run around . It was paid litterally with the same card I gave a deposit with. 25-30 mins and I kept asking them to stage my items the way I need for easy access to my storage they claimed they would fix it once everything was out of the truck and STOPED working for the time until they could get someone on the phone for the balance.. clearly it went thru but they never fixed my items as requested and also made me late to picking up my kid 🙄. I move in my new place next week don’t think I will use them again but I did catch the guy on the phone for a while when they first got there.. I still paid. With no complaints of money just wish I didn’t have to set my stuff up my self like waste of $500 smh

50 minutes. That was all it took for Emmanuel and his team from 3 Men Movers to empty my third-floor walk-up apartment, drive to the new place (only about 5-7 minutes away), and carry my goods to another third-floor walk-up apartment. I had used these guys when I moved from the suburbs into town and recalled the amazing job they had done before, so even though this was a short move in terms of distance, their efficiency from before had made an impression on me. Years ago, I used to use another company that had red trailers, and I used to see them all over town. I don't see them any more - now I see "3 Men Movers" trucks, and there's a good reason for that: these folks are the best! I found Emmanuel, the lead, to be especially friendly and professional. At a time when many in the service field take an adversarial stance with customers or management, it is so good to know there's places - local ones! - where personal contact still matters. The 50 minutes I dealt with 3 Men Movers was the easiest part of my moving experience!

The crew that came for my move, led by Kenny was extremely professional, fast and efficient. They wasted no time and carefully wrapped all the delicate items and furniture in blankets and plastic. The pick up point was on second floor of a secure building and all I did was keep the traffic of the 3 men moving with card key for elevator, etc. They emptied the unit and filled the truck in hour and fifteen minutes, traveled to the destination and emptied it in 2.75 hours total time. All items carefully handled and no damage.

Lets begin with I had hired Power Movers to move my townhouse and a offsite storage room. The first set of movers were only able to fit half of my townhome items in their truck leaving me stuck. I had only one day to get this move done so rescheduling was out of the question! IN COMES 3 Men Movers to the rescue, not only were they able to send someone within the hour, the guys they sent were AMAZING, professional, and fast. Needleless to say I was quite agitated and highly upset due to all the drama that transpired with Power Movers, so I wasn't the friendliest. Nelson and his crew were able to calm me down and GET THE JOB DONE correctly. Definitely using them again for all my future needs!

Luis texted us 90 minutes prior to arrival, and he asked for the time we preferred to begin; he also texted us when he was 5 minutes away. They were very patient as we showed them around both locations, and they were kind in the manner by which they asked where we wanted things stored. It is very obvious that this crew is well experienced and trained; they each had a company jacket with their names on it. The furniture was assembled and positioned perfectly. Per the order, Luis followed us to a second stop to pickup additional items, and then to the final destination. We were able to observe Luis being a safe driver, and a great follower on the road. We used the flex afternoon move and I was called with an estimated time as expected and then they were on time. My three men moved efficiently and smartly and we got what we wanted to move moved. They used blankets and shrink-wrap on our more expensive pieces. Payment via credit-card (phone) worked when they were all done, and the time we were charged was correct and fair.

Y'all, I am not one for reviews... like ever. But when I tell you that we have had more than enough experience with moving, that is an understatement. We have moved individually and with various companies. We have had "okay" experiences with movers, so our expectations were kind of low prior to moving this last time. We decided to hire 3 Men Movers and they were kind enough to help us on Sunday, as it was the only day that would work with my husband's shifts. The team crushed it from the start. They arrived 15 minutes early with everything from boxes to wrapping. They needed minimal instructions and got straight to work. They had our house cleared in record time (like 2 hours). We drove to our brand new home that had absolutely nothing inside. Not only did they unload the items to whichever room we requested, they did it in seriously an hour. They did not scratch a single wall, floor, doorframe, nothing. They were kind and friendly during the entire move. They made us feel at ease and we were able to trust them the entire process. At the end, they politely asked if there is anything else we needed help with. We asked if they could potentially help us move our additional fridge into a very tight laundry room space and without hesitation, they moved it. This was not an easy task and probably would of lead my husband and I to a total meltdown if we decided to do it on our own. If you are questioning which company to go with... seriously, do yourself a favor and look no further. Outside of their awesome pricing, the teams they have are just plain awesome. We were so so happy to have gone with them and they took every bit of moving stress off of our shoulders. I hope my review helps you make the same great decision that we did. Thank you 3 Men Movers!

Edit: I am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars because customer service reached out and offered me a fair compensation for my time. Thank you to William and the customer service team. I feel comfortable recommending 3 men movers to others. Old Review: We had a move scheduled today 8/9/22 at 8 am at the 3 men movers storage facility. Our crew was an hour late and they are only compensating us $50. I don’t think that’s a fair compensation for being one hour late. The hourly rate at this company is $169 dollars. We should be compensated $169. Another note is that despite us being at their storage unit and headquarters we are being charged a $100 travel fee. We rented our own moving truck so that feels unfair as they are not traveling to us. We traveled to them. We have to drive from Houston to San Antonio and are going to be late picking up our keys to the new apartment and meeting our second crew in San Antonio. I am disappointed in their compensation policy. They made my moving day incredibly stressful. This company has some of the highest rates around town. They need to do better.

Very pleased. We are having our floors redone and just needed furniture moved to the garage. The phone set up was friendly and gimmick-free. I received a call from the crew chief the evening before just to make sure he knew what we needed. The guys came on a Sunday morning, and quickly sized it up and got to work. Felix and his team were nothing short of amazing. We have heard horror stories from other friends and relatives about hourly movers taking their time and not being very efficient in order to take more trips, this was not the case with 3 men movers. Felix showed up a couple of minutes early so we could take care of paperwork and his team could get a feel for the house we were moving out of and be ready to get to work and hustle at 8am. They were very efficient, nice and I will recommend them to anyone. If we ever move again, I will be requesting not only 3 men movers, but hopefully Felix comes with it! We had an amazing experience! I had a fantastic experience with 3 Men Movers. We moved 2 soccer goals. I hadn't wanted to take them apart but the large goal wouldn't fit in the truck. The guys were professional, problem solving, quick to make the decision, very careful, and were able to do it all in one trip and in the allotted time. Definitely an A+ plus overall. But let me tell you why! from starting with the administrative, they had 1 # wrong on my phone # and 1 # off on an address. I had to call probably 7x for the various reasons and since the phone # was off they cancelled my move. so it was just a fiasco because when I move i don't want the hassle of having to keep calling back to the automated and wait for somebody to answer, exedra which I had to do. BUT once ANIBAL the crew leader and team got there, how they handled me changed everything!!! I've used three men movers for years, they've always been good but now moving in my own place. It had been 10 years. I didn't realize how much stuff I had and so they got to try and help fit it in the new place. They helped me put my bed frame together for me and they were just so professional. saying ma'am , no ma'am. I couldn't find the code to get out of the storage. they were just so nice and just waited. I will say when I did call back on the mistake the admin was very apologetic and sorry. From a terrible beginning anibal & team made up for it with excellent ending. thank you three men I will use again

We hired 3 Men Movers to move us from a 6-floor one bedroom apartment that had no working elevators at the time. Angel and his crew arrived early and got to work immediately. We had your typical furniture, queen size bed, 2 night stands, dresser, TV and entertainment center, sofa and about 15 boxes .It took them about 3 hours to move us out from the 6 floor with no elevator with a total of 4 hours. After loading the well maintained and clean 24’ truck, we had two stops; a storage unit and a final home destination. 3 Men Movers is a great moving company. The three guys that showed up at my home to move me and my belongings to an apartment were very detail oriented and careful with all of my belongings. They wrapped everything with care that they were supposed to. I had stuff all over my house and they were only supposed to take what I told them in the early part of their arrival and they remembered everything I told them. They were strong but gentle with all my things and I really appreciated that. My concierge was Louis and the other two men were Louis and Rene’ . Due to the amount of stuff we had to move, we ended up using two crews (we couldn’t super size the move cuz the larger truck wouldn’t be able to turn on our new street). Both crews arrived a little early and were attentive to our needs. They got to work immediately and they worked quickly and efficiently. They took apart larger items like our dining room table and sectional sofa and they also insulated all furniture before loading and securing in the truck. They pointed out existing scratches and small defects on furniture so that I would know they didn’t harm our things during the move. From start to finish (loading up two trucks, driving half an hr to the new house, and unloading to my exact specifications) the move took only 4 hours. I expected it to take a minimum of 6-7hrs but it was over before I knew it. They reassembled all my furniture perfectly and I even had them rearrange some furniture when I changed my mind about the location of a dresser and bed in one room and they were happy to help. They were extremely professional and polite. I recommend both of the crews we hired - the Wilson crew and the Rafael crew. I’ve already recommended them to family members who are moving next year and I recommend them for any moving services you need!

3 Men Movers provided the best moving experience that I have experienced in over 40 years of moving from one place to the other. The 3 man crew was very professional and polite during the entire duration of the move. They took care to make sure that delicate/fragile items were properly wrapped and secured to prevent any accidental damage during the move. For the entire 4 hours that the move required, all 3 individuals worked very hard, and only took a brief refreshment break at our insistence. Miguel, the crew leader, was on his first assignment as crew leader, after having 3 years previous experience with 3 Men Movers as a member of their moving crews. He made a brief reconnaissance of the items to be moved and mentally noted to where they were to be relocated in the new residence, He followed through by very efficiently and effectively directing his crew at the new location as to where items were to be left. We only needed to provide a little additional direction on the locations of a few of the smaller items as to where they were to be left. And out of approximately 50 boxes of stuff and three rooms of furniture, only two of the boxes were misplaced in the wrong room. I highly recommend this service. The customer interface on the front end was excellent. It was easy to schedule an appointment and I had a very clear idea of how my move would be billed and what the final cost would be. I also received several follow-up texts to confirm the move was still scheduled for the appointed day and time; to allow me an opportunity to ask any additional questions that may have come to mind about the move: and to advise me that the moving crew was on its way.

THE BEST MOVERS I'VE EVER USED - EVER!!! In previous years I used another company - the ones with the red trailers you may have seen - but this time, when I needed to move, the line was busy. It was GREAT LUCK that that happened, because I would not have had to call 3 Men Movers! I found 3 Men Movers here on Google Reviews, and checked to see if they have a good BBB rating (they do!) so I called them. From the first call, they took care of everything. They explained their policies, their insurance, how they handle contingencies (like rain), everything. When the big day came, I got a text message they were 10-15 minutes away. They pulled up, showed me their iPhone with the policies and stuff to sign, and then started the clock. To make a long story short, from the time the move started to when I signed them out was 1 hour and 50 minutes - and that included loading from my old place (up one flight of stairs) and unloading at the new place (up two flights of stairs, no elevator!). The guys were very professional and courteous, too. This was a move from the suburbs to near downtown and it could not have gone smoother - a 23-mile trip was done in under 2 hours. I have to believe that this company using 3 men instead of 2 made a difference, and it was worth the money - very efficient. I tipped them 30 percent on top of the base rate! EXCELLENT JOB, RICKY AND CREW AT 3 MEN MOVERS! YOU ARE MY NEW MOVERS FROM NOW ON!!!!

This is an incredible moving company. Alfredo, Rafael and Basilio moved us over the weekend and it was so seamless. They were on time, super efficient and sought direction for our important pieces. They wrapped everything in plastic including some boxes that were pretty full, and as a result the furniture arrived at the new place without a scuff on it. They moved some large leather furniture, exercise equipment and a piano without issue. We used the move-its container service and i was really impressed with that. The container stays on the truck when they load so its just like a moving van. I cant say enough about the quality of the work this team did and I would recommend them far and wide. The in town moving package was reasonably priced. I was surprised how well this move went and I think thats credit to the team in the office for good planning and especially the character of the individuals doing the work. I had a really good experience with the movers. The group was on time, professional, positive attitudes, and very polite. They worked very hard and it showed. One of the guys dinged my wall with about a 2 inch cut in the dry wall moving a large piece of furniture. They apologized and offered to come back out to repair it but I asked them cut me a deal on the move and I’ll repair it myself. Their supervisor offered $50 off and I felt it was a fair deal for both of us. This was a 3 story townhouse and lots of tight spaces in the stairwell. So I would definitely recommend 3 men. I felt they were honest and fair and when I had an issue they resolved it, I can’t ask for more than that from a company.

I used 3 Men Movers over the weekend for my move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a newer, similar place. It’s about 2 miles between my old and new places from Galleria to Greenway. Juan and his team did an awesome job! They actually called me at 8:30am and came MUCH earlier than expected, but I was ready and happy to get started on the move. They were prepared to wait until later if I wanted to (I was booked for an afternoon time). Professional, polite, quick, and accurate. I had multiple pieces of furniture to take apart and reassemble and they did it with ease. They also took great care to make sure my things weren’t scratched or damaged and that floors/walls were left okay too. At the new place, everything was placed exactly where I wanted, even boxes so it was easy to unpack. The move took about 3.5 hours. It cost $700, which may seem pricey, but it was well worth it. If you don’t want to move heavy stuff in the Houston heat in July, take apart and reassemble furniture, walk long distances to apartment elevators and gates with said stuff, hire Juan and his team! Packing is stressful enough (they offer that too, I’ll book it next time haha) and you’ll underestimate how long and tiring that process is, so leave the actual move to an expert like Juan!

The crew leader did a tremendous hob at communicating with me so that all my expectations were met. They handled my belongings with care and shrink wrapping was included with the price. I will definitely use them again in the future for my next move.

I want to like 3 men movers, but I’m just not sure I can anymore. My husband and I moved a few weeks ago with them. We hired packers and movers. The packers were at the house all day and still didn’t manage to pack everything. The movers were there for almost 13 hrs and did not manage to finish the job. They left almost all of our boxes in the garage. While nothing was broken, the reason they get 3 stars, it felt so slow and exhausting. A 2 bed move should not take 13 hrs and not finish.

The movers arrived 15 mins early & got straight to work quickly, professionally, with care of our items and did an amazing job. (They did lost but, it wasn't their fault since the community we moved is brand new & not updated on Google maps as of yet) I WILL most definitely use them again if we need to & WILL recommend them to anyone. Greg and his team were awesome. They came in ready to get the job done. I was contacted when the movers were ready for my move. All pricing was told before the move but I do feel they are priced a little high definitely higher than their competitors. When came time to pay there was an issue with their system where I had to enter my card info into the system with no amount reflected it created a little anxiety but worked out fine in the end. All in all good job to the team and company.

Even though I packed the majority of my stuff, Robert and his crew were nice enough to wrap and protect the stuff that they suggest. I was amazed at how organized and effective they were in loading all my household goods into the truck. They arrived at my house when they promised. The transfer was from Houston TX to San Antonio TX and i was so amazed that they arrived at my new home way before I did. Geo and his crew at 3 Men Movers were fantastic. They were professional, courteous, communicative, efficient, and took very good care of our many delicate, fragile, and large/heavy items. Geo stayed with the van to monitor our belongings, while his three crew members carried everything out. You can trust these guys with antiques -- this is the first time I've made a long-distance move without anything being broken or damaged. Definitely recommend 3 Men Movers!

Their service/scheduling center was very responsive and flexible, and both the packing crew and the movers were on time, efficient and professional. The moving crew in particular were outstanding - they worked tirelessly to not only move us out of our house but to empty nearly two storage rooms of stuff into our new home.
