I don't put things in storage but I have helped family members put and remove their things they put in storage. This location is massive and there are a variety of storage unit sizes. From the looks of it, I noticed they store all kinds of stuff. I saw vehicles, a forklift, trailers as well as a horse trailer. I saw a gentleman in his storage unit and it was so organized - it looked like that was his actual office unit. I saw another gentleman whose storage unit stores all his restaurant's dry goods and non-perishable items. It's amazing what people need to store and how storage companies are an important part of so many of our communities! This business was clean, well kept, four floors of units and from the looks of it - a lot of units were occupied as many had padlocks on them.

Great rates, clean, secure, well lit...However the best part about this place are the employees. Every single employee is super helpful and nice. Was my first time needing storage and they made the process very simple and fast. I definitely would recommend salt lake hawaii self storage to anyone in need of some storage space.

I have been here for two years and I have had the most excellent service. I keep items for my business here and I get a lot of support with my incoming inventory. Security is supreme and I feel safe when I come after hours. The facility is clean! If you are looking for a space to rent, I recommend Hawaii Self storage.

Although I was on Oahu for only a short time, I never had any problems here. Payments went through with no problem. Staff was easy to talk to and addressed all issues, the biggest of which was my entry number not working once (it got taken care of in a snap). They didn't have online pay at the time, which is a huge convenience (they do now). Very recommended.

Carissa & Reid were very welcoming when i walked in & Reid showed me my unit which was too small for me, but he worked with me to find the one I wanted! Ended up getting a bigger unit & knowing how secure their location is I know my belongings will be safe. Thank you Reid.
