This is why I rate them tops. I appreciate this, I matter to them and they are fair with me and fellow customers. They maintain 24 hour service, I am able to access my unit, any time. I am welcome with a smile and greeting every time I have visited there, so far. Recently, there was a problem with my dog being in the car, I think the situation was handled by staff appropriately, and graciously. I hope my dog may eventually be known to all staff and customers as the awesome pooch that he is. lol. I like the local touch and welcoming smiles the best. Mahalo nui loa, HSS staff! P.S. Oh yes, and thanks for the complimentary cookies and coffee.
Ho'okele KalilikaneEvery time I come in, the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Very quick and easy to get whatever I need done. I highly recommend coming here, if you like getting treated like family/an old friend, this would be your place. And they have 24 hour access, so convenient!

Ryan MixI want to thank you very much for your services.I appreciate the fact that even after a little mix up u corrected the problem and gave me a discount on my locker ..I've been using your facility off n on for the past five years and haven't run into any problems like these other people ..it sounds to me like they neglected to pay their bill on time and were charged a fee, sounds like a personal problem..I give them a 2 thumbs up...I like the fact I can get to my belongings at any time. Its been really a help...
Bud BowlesSince it’s been a great experience we had an office and a lousy month to month common area cost with a five-year lease this is month to month the staff is friendly and the place is great! We’re able to do an office here legally and it’s month to month and conference rooms are free

I chose to store at Hawaii Self Storage Kaimuki location because of the contrast between where I worked ("the other guys Storage Company") and Hawaii Self Storage Kaimuki . In every aspect of the way Hawaii Self Storage is run, surpasses the industry standards. From the Facilities, security crew and actively securing the property . Night crew Top notch crew who care and do their work with professionalism 10 +++ . To the office Ohana. I use the word Ohana because it is what best describes the welcoming feeling they evoke. Really a very caring group that strive to go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Customer service is more like dealing with extended family. Prices are competitive . Here's the big picture that some people might not see ... for every dollar spent there the benefit is far greater than anyplace else. The Staff, Facilities , Security, Accessibility and the overall way business is conducted. Is what makes Hawaii Self Storage Kaimuki
The Best in the Business . Which is why I have returned to store with them there in Kaimuki and live Pearl City. All this is being said by an ex "Relief Floating Manager" who worked for "the otherguys" and stored with Hawaii Self Storage Kaimuki and the most important fact that speaks volumes of how that business is conducted ... I am a returning customer, who highly recommends Hawaii Self Storage Kaimuki location .

Wed-Sun,between 5 pm - 12pm This staff person was rude, disrespectful to me, it was horrible, he should not be anywhere around tenants, why this person still works here is beyond me. Now, day shift, people were wonderful, especially a man named SPANKY, very kind, hard working, great with people, I would like to thank him very much, hope he gets a raise,he is an asset to this company.
