Got a hitch out on my Subaru Forester. Really easy process, booked online, took about 2-2.5 hours for the install. The installer was really helpful and asked some questions on how I’ll use the hitch to better position it and showed me how to remove it and use the wire harness. Really happy I decided to go with UHaul because the dealer wanted $1000 for the same setup.

Insurance doesn't cover most items so it's a waste of money. They don't compensate for what's not covered if items are stolen so you are taking a risk.

I couldn’t be more grateful for Maria and her staff for all their help today. My appointment was made incorrectly by someone at the call center and she went above and beyond to insure I left with what I needed. It meant a great deal to me, seeing that I was under a time crunch. Definitely happy to have gone to this location with the right knowledgeable people. Thank you Maria!!

Staff is very friendly. Maria is such a great person. Her personality and the way she interacts with customers is unexplainable. Facilities are wonderful, very well protected and clean. I definitely would recommend this UHaul to all friends and family.

No communication! Good intentions but very poor results! Leave a vehicle all day for hitch install and at 400 say a problem etc. Never again! Plus details expressed early just disregard etc. Simply unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend at least this particular uhaul to anyone! Not for hitch install!🤒 …

I went to get a hitch attached to my car the experience was great the office manager Maria and the coworkers Ashley and Tristan were great they take care of there customers answered everyone’s questions and we’re very friendly thank you for your services and the amazing staff

I had a great experience with these guys, the guy who helped me was very nice and gave me all the info I needed, the truck was super clean and worked perfectly (it only had 60k+ miles on it), and the price was competitive. Would use them again.

Good staff, clean facility. 1 great experience renting a car mover. UHaul is getting a bit expensive but overall performance and their products are good. Credit to the Manchester CT branch for finding a close location with the trailer I needed

Nice clean place all types of things for storage. They treat you and talk to you with respect. And they deliver the bins to your house and pick it up when you are ready.

Very very friendly staff. One was a very good multi-tasker. Didnt like having to drive through all the insane traffic to get there, never want to do that again, I hated it.
