Truly satisfied with the service and customer service received from Two Brothers Moving. They were easy to deal with from the start, Chris is so easy to work with and very responsive and readily available when you need from a management perspective. As for the movers, they were fantastic! Sweet and respectful every second and hard workers. They took care of all our posessions and listened to specific details on how we wanted certain things handled or where we wanted things. Will definitely be using this company again for our moving purposes!

I've used Two brothers Moving twice now and they are professional and very accommodating. The first time my father had COVID but the owner worked with me and was able to find two movers willing to complete the move! This time they didn't have the exact date I wanted but managed to schedule my move 5 days earlier than the later date. I moved across town in March, they were on time and ready to work. This company has great prices and great workers! One small dislike is the movers work fast and sometimes nick the furniture so even though it's wrapped, the finish chips and looks distressed. Easy fix if you have a warranty or can DIY. All staff are friendly, quick to respond, and follow through with the Two Brothers Moving tag line - stress free, hassle free, fee free moving! Would recommend for anyone looking to move near Middletown.

This was absolutely the best moving experience ever! And I've moved a lot. Everything was easy, from start to finish. Christopher always responded quickly to every communication; which conveniently was by either text or email. The estimate was also efficiently handled entirely electronically. Even my last minute panic-stricken flurry of questions were answered patiently. Their rates are very reasonable, and most importantly, move day went totally smoothly. Maurice, Derek and Isaiah were professional, polite, and took an amazing amount of care in handling every item. Nothing broken, yay! Moved earlier this month and Two Brothers Moving did an excellent job. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Were flexible with moving date as snow and ice we're expected in on my scheduled day and worked with me to schedule a better time. Had everything wrapped and moved out quickly and even dropped an old dresser and end table off for donation on the way to the new place. Great job all around I'd highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Two Brothers Moving for all of your moving needs! Nisaiah, Maurice, Derrick, and Sherrod were able to step in last minute to fill in for a crew of movers who (due to lack of communication and documentation on their end) cancelled on us last minute. While finishing up another move in the same apartment complex I was moving into, my mom asked if they would be able to complete my unload as well. They said they could be back in a couple of hours and that is exactly what happened. They moved my entire 5' by 8' uHaul trailer worth of items into my apartment in less than twenty minutes (might've even been less than 15!) They were professional, communicative, and quick. They continuously asked me where I'd like all of the boxes and furniture to go and even offered to build furniture for us, which we declined (although we greatly appreciated the offer). They worked well together as a team, definitely knew what they were doing, and seemed eager to help us out super last minute. Again, I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the help of Sherrod, Derrick, Maurice, and Nisaiah. We will definitely be using Two Brothers Moving for any of our loads and unloads in the future!

I contacted them for a quote late at night and Christopher promptly replied saying he would call me the following day. When we spoke he was very professional and helped put my mind at ease about the whole process. He answered every question I had quickly and thoroughly and was so very accommodating when we weren’t sure when our closing would actually be. On the move day Maurice, Ikeem, and Derrick arrived on time and were so efficient. We had a lot of stairs to go up and down with some heavier items and they did it all with ease. We had to make a stop on the way for an additional delivery and they were still done by early afternoon. Christopher checked in once we arrived to the new place to make sure everything was going well. When they were done putting everything exactly where we needed it they asked if we had anything else we needed moved while they were still there. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Everyone was so polite and friendly and I absolutely recommend using them.

I had a phenomenal experience with Two Brothers Moving. Chris was responsive and professional and quickly helped me orchestrate the move on very short notice. He was also accommodating to a last minute request, which he did not need to do. The movers were good natured, efficient, and good company during a long day of loading and unloading. The walls in my new home are white and I saw no scratches or marks ANYWHERE after moving in a lot of large furniture. They were extremely careful with my belongings. Hired for a 2BR apartment move to a home about 50 miles away. Could not be more impressed with the team that handled my move. Xavier, Bill and Maurice were extremely professional and made an otherwise stressful process so enjoyable. While they were fast, they were very cautious handling my belongings. Two Brothers Moving did an absolutely wonderful job helping me with my move last year. They also did my sisters' move last year, which required transportation of a piano - the movers were so careful and did and top notch job. From start to finish, Chris (the owner) was very accommodating and upfront about what they could do and their pricing. He was available any time of day through text as it kept changing for me what I had to move, so I would simply send him a picture of the items so he was updated and would send appropriate movers and truck. It's great that they don't charge per item or weight of item, etc like some other moving companies. It was nice to know that I wasn't overpaying for a service. The movers that showed up for us were friendly and kind and very efficient. The truck was gigantic and very clean. I have recommended Two Brothers Moving to a few people already, and you better believe I will be using them again in the future! Thanks Two Brothers!

My roommate and I recently hired Two Brothers for a local move. In particular, we had a few very large and heavy pieces to move out of a three-floor walk up and all of the movers handled them with care and ease! Chris did a great job of communicating with us, prior to the move and even checked in during the move itself and I was happy to report back to him that everything was going as smoothly as possible. Yesterday we had Two Brothers Moving (Courtney and Hakeem) helping us with our move. They absolutely made our day! They were strong, professional, friendly, and very careful with not only our belongings but also with our hw floors. I noticed how gently they put down the dolly on the floors so it wouldn’t scratch when picking up piles of boxes. We have tried to take really good care of our floors in the house we are selling and that small thing really showed their character and care for our belongings. We were very impressed! Two Brothers moved me from my apartment in Brooklyn, NY to CT. They were on time, professional, friendly, efficient and hardworking and made my moving experience seamless. They were quick to troubleshoot and problem-solve when there was difficulty finding parking in NY and getting into the driveway in CT and worked non-stop through cold and rainy weather. All of my belongings were treated with care-- wrapped in blankets and plastic and everything arrived in the condition it left my apartment. We have moved a lot in the past few years and this team was the best we’ve experienced. The business was responsive and friendly and had quick follow through. The 4 guys who moved our home were awesome. Besides being right on time and so friendly and professional, they hustled like crazy. The guys carried heavy boxes and furniture up the stairs like it was light (it wasn’t!). They were careful with each piece of furniture. Not even a scratch on furniture or the home. Moving is such a pain- and I can honestly say that the time they were moving my furniture was the least stressful part of the entire cross country move.

However the experience of moving our daughter from Connecticut to Boston using Two Brothers was by far the best I've ever known. Although the final cost was more than anticipated (2nd & 3rd floor apartments, extra stop, Boston traffic and parking) the services rendered were well worth it. Chris responded immediately, from initial quote to every question or final concern. The 3-man moving team was FANTASTIC! Not only were they fast, efficient and personable, but very caring as well. When an elderly woman carrying heavy bags to her car needed the truck moved, they immediately grabbed the bags for her, assisted her into the car and moved the truck. As the move progressed to each stop, my husband, daughter and I texted each other raving about the great job they were doing. I can't recommend them highly enough and am so glad we went with a local business.

I just wanted to share my FIVE STAR experience with Chris, owner of Two Brothers Moving. My sister needed a mover immediately because her original moving plans fell through at the last minute. Not only that the POD with all her belongings in it was going to be picked up the next day. Mind you this is Sunday morning, on top of that, a big “football” day. Frantically trying to help her locate a mover, I called Two Brothers Moving and left a voice message. No sooner did I leave a message, I immediately received a return my call from Chris saying he will be there first thing in the morning. Mind you, I live in FL and my sister was trying to call many movers but to no availability and no return phone calls. My husband and I recently planned to downsize and were in need of a moving company. Like everyone in this search, I read reviews from other people. That’s how we came to hire Two Brothers Moving. Chris, the owner impressed me with his hands on involvement. He was even accommodating after a panic text from me at 9:00 at night to ask if we could change our move date one day earlier because of a scheduling glitch! Long story short, the move went very well with the competent, polite, helpful and efficient moving men on his team. There was one casualty... a glass panel on my Grandmother’s antique China cabinet broke. I was assured that it would be taken care of...and it was! Chris drove an hour one night to our new house with tools in hand to fix my China cabinet! After an hour of patiently working on the delicate piece, the repair was done. Then he headed out the door for his long ride home. This goes above and beyond any other business relationship I have experienced in the past! Oh my goodness - it will be difficult to overstate the unparalleled service, value, and quality that Two Brothers Moving brings to something we often thing of as straight forward. We had a thousand things go wrong with our move to Connecticut and every step of the way Two Brothers Moving stepped in to save the day. Most moving companies are compassionate, but they generally refuse to return your refund or work with you if you cancel at the last minute. We had back-to-back unexpected incidents that changed both our moving date AND location. Two Brothers Moving was so understanding and worked with us to find new times for moving our belongings. We needed more help than originally planned and in different stages, but Two Brothers found a way to help us every time. Our main point of contact was Chris, and our movers were Bill, Larry, and Tyrese. Chris handled all of the logistics expertly, with updates on arrival times, projected costs, and a clear explanation of why any additional charges might exist, which was so helpful. The prices were very reasonable to begin with, but it was nice to know exactly why each move costs what it did. The movers themselves were such a delight. They were polite and efficient, but also genuinely warm and funny. They were careful with all of our belongings and really, I just can’t praise them enough!

I've moved a few times around Connecticut and Two Brothers is the best experience I've had with any moving company. Everything about our experience was as efficient and professional as it gets, from organizing ahead of time to moving day itself. The owner Chris was on the ball with everything from the moment we started planning our move, and he was always patient and helpful in regards to the little changes that happen here and there with packing/preparing to leave, etc. I'm the first to admit that I am not the most organized person to begin with, so having such respectful and professional help here really made a huge difference. Given the difficulties surrounding the pandemic, finding a company that takes everything regarding health and safety seriously is a literal lifesaver. Our movers Aveon and Ikeem were also the most friendly, professional and efficient guys I've ever worked with, too. All of our furniture and boxes were handled carefully and delivered in perfect condition. Absolutely worth every penny, especially considering the fair prices and how much work went into making sure our stuff was handled with care. I 100% recommend these guys if you want the job done well and done right.

I scouted three moving companies. Two Brothers was the quickest to respond and the most thorough in response. That provided a good first impression. Chris was quick and accurate in providing a quote. He provided the right recommendation for the size of the moving crew (3 men). He was flexible and helpful in scheduling the move within my needed time-frame. This was a good second impression. On moving day, the crew called me before arrival. I was the crew’s second move of the day, so arrival time was a little unpredictable. This was communicated in advance and then communication on moving day kept me in the know. The three-man crew was PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. They worked hard and efficiently. They asked questions when needed. They handled my belongings carefully. They were cheerful and friendly. This was a good third impression. I will call Two Brothers next time I need a move. Every step of the process met or exceeded expectations. Sometimes companies impress you with promises but not results. Two Brothers impressed with promises, delivered services, results, and follow-up. It’s a shame I’m limited to five stars for this review.

We moved from a 3rd floor apartment in Middletown to a house in Canton. Ikeem, Maurice and Nisaiah were amazing! Chris (owner) also checked in which was extremely nicer! They were very friendly, fast and efficient! Took great care of our furniture and took extra measures with items more delicate (floor lamps, digital piano and TVs as example). Loading only took about 4.5 hours and they had everything unloaded in one hour (and we had nearly 130 boxes!) Highly recommended!

My experience with Two Brothers was nothing short of fantastic. I called Chris very late notice and he was gracious enough to book with me even though I didn't have the pick-up information until the day before. After a month of working with a different moving company who threw so many obstacles my way, it was great to work with one who actually cared that they are transporting someone's belongings with personal value. His team was very professional; the guys wrapped everything, helped me catch every broken item damaged by the previous company, and got the job done incredibly efficiently. There are 5 doors and a narrow staircase to get to my apartment but the guys accepted the challenge with great attitudes and could not have been kinder. Truly can't say great enough things about Two Brothers Moving!

We recently hired Two Brother’s. In an attempt to save money I rented my own trucks and called Two Brothers to see if they had two movers I could hire to load and unload my trucks. I estimated 3 hours to load and 3 to unload, to say I underestimated would be an understatement! We had two trucks and could barely fit everything. When the movers arrived, their boss telephoned me to say it would be beneficial to send another guy, at the advice if their movers, I agreed. I took up much more of their day than expected. They didn’t hurry through or try to take any short cuts. The movers were polite, professional and could not have been more courteous. I was recovering from surgery and every time one of the movers saw me get up to try to do something, he said “mam sit down, please, we’ve got this.” They also checked their cell phones at the door, unheard of these days. Their boss checked in with me periodically to see how it was going. I cannot say enough good things about Two Brothers! We’ve moved five times and had some good movers and some not so good. Two Brothers are top notch! I was actually sorry to have to see them leave, they were that pleasant!

Chris (the owner) has probably the best business model of all the other moving companies I checked out. No B/S gotcha charges, no hidden fees...the only thing I had to keep track of was the time. The crew he sent over made my day, they turned a stessfull life event into a painless, stress free..downright fun experience. They were professional, effecient, and got everything done way sooner than I expected. TLDR: Stop searching and call to book before you have to settle elsewhere.

This was honestly the best move experience I have ever had. I have had a few. Chris (the owner) called me and gave me all details up front. He then stayed in communication and beyond tolerated my changes (thinking I would be more prepared than I was) and was even able to send up last minute boxes and accurately predict the number of guys needed for the job. That was honestly just the start. The team he sent was AMAZING. These guys were friendly, polite, respectful and just overall fantastic. They moved us in what felt like record speed and made sure they were constantly communicating about what they were doing or asking questions for clarity. The unpacking was even quicker. No idea how that was possible! I’m currently 9 months pregnant so the idea was beyond stressful. I was able to direct traffic and said what took items should do into. They were so efficient. Took all the supplies with them (plastic wrap that everything was covered in for protection) and within what felt like minutes they were in and out and everything was there I asked it to be. One person even asked me if the items were in the correct plan in the room?!?! What, how amazing! Use these guys!!!! So worth it. We couldn’t believe just how “easy” the experience was for a situation that can typically be a nightmare.

Less than two full days after we closed on our house we were already almost fully unpacked and able to relax our first weekend instead of killing ourselves trying to get everything done. Everythings was packaged efficiently, quickly, and handled with care. The workers were true professionals and were even able to make to process fun for everyone involved. They even went above and beyond to help mount our living room TV! Out of the whole house closing process, they were the most well spent money by far. We recently completed a move through Two Brothers Moving! Prior to the actual move, I was already passing the word about how good they are. However, upon completion of the move, I can say with all certainty that they rank #10 on a scale of 1-10. Chris (the owner) has great communication skills. Originally, I called two different moving companies around 5 PM. Chris called me back within the hour; the other company never returned my call. We scheduled to meet with Chris to walk through our home, so he could gauge what would need to be done. On the appointed day, he showed up on time and gave us his estimates. From that day on, every time we asked for materials, he brought them to us the next day. Although we did a lot of packing, he sent his packer to assist us. She was pleasant, worked efficiently and quietly and got the job done. In spite of the moving day being very hot (over 90 degrees) with high humidity levels, the movers completed loading and unloading all of our belongings within 8 hours. They were strong, efficient, courteous and very careful with our belongings. Even after the move, Chris has been great with his follow-up. Apparently, we had left some things behind; Chris retrieved them for us. Again, I would highly recommend this company and have already been spreading the word about them to our Realtor and to others who are considering a move in the future. 👍👍👍👍

Really a good experience! Christopher is very easy to work with and was pretty flexible regarding scheduling, load size, etc. The cost was extremely competitive and the care taken with our possessions was top notch. They showed up just when they were scheduled, went right to work, protected everything in the truck, even reserved a second truck just in case we had too much stuff. The packing was so efficient that one truck was sufficient. When we were unpacking the movers discovered a broken glass panel on a piece of furniture. They came right to me to discuss what might have happened and how to fix the issue. As it turns out, that was broken before we even packed - my fault - but they were still concerned that perhaps they were somehow involved. Every facet of the move went well. I have moved several times in the past few decades and I would rate this team at the very top!!
