We called Fallon Moving & Storage after selling our house in Canton and buying a house in Ridgefield CT. Fallon arrived on time with a well trained, careful and respectful group of movers. They meticulously packed their trucks with our belongings. They met us in our new home two days later and moved us in with no issues to report. They were very imaginative on how to move some big pieces into some difficult locations. Overall, we were impressed with everyone we came in contact with at Fallon.

From Day 1, Fallon was wonderful to deal with. Ashley was my contact and she was super helpful, organized, knowledgeable and kind. I think their flexibility is what I valued most. I had to make several changes in dates and what was being moved. Never an issue. The morning of the move, the three young men showed up a little early and apologized! We had some storage issues due to ongoing renovations and they were super creative in getting all of our belongings into the house and accessible to us when we eventually unpack. I used the Fallon Moving & Storage Company today to relocate my furniture into storage. I can’t say enough nice things about how well my total experience went with them. Ashley who answered the phone was very pleasant and took my information to set up a move date. After it became necessary to reschedule the move due to an unexpected incident, Ashley was great at making this as easy as possible for me. In addition, I can’t say enough nice things about the movers that handled the entire move. They phoned me one day before the move to provide the time they would be arriving. The arrived as scheduled and showed great professionalism throughout the move and were each very accommodating. They handled my furniture with great care and made sure that the move went smoothly and quickly. Moving can be a very stressful endeavor, however I can’t say enough good things about the fantastic work they performed and how well they made the entire process less stressful for me. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was totally satisfied with everything throughout the move up to the very end. The price quoted to move my furniture was also reasonable compared to the others that I called. On a personal note, this was the third time that I used a professional moving company to handle my move. I had given up on hiring professional movers as the last two used were less than favorable. I gave it another try and I am so glad that I did and forbchose Fallon Moving to handle my move and will certainly use them again in the future. I will also recommend them to all my friends and family.

My husband and I moved from CT to FL. The night before we were originally supposed to move, I received a call from my realtor informing me that the closing on my CT home had been very unexpectedly been postponed a week. The movers were scheduled to come early the next morning! Although it was 6:00 pm, I contacted Fallon and left a voicemail message. Someone checked the after hours voicemail, got my message and contacted Jessie, my moving coordinator. She made some calls and managed to put off my move until the following week. They picked up, stored, and delivered my belongings once we bought a house in FL. The moving guys were very respectful and professional. My overall experience was very positive. I would certainly recommend them.

Fallon stepped up when another company gave our move date away. The movers showed up on time and went right to work. They packed everything with care and had our entire home packed up in 2 1/2 hours. When they arrived at our new location they unloaded everything without any damage to any of our belongings or our interior doorways or walls. These guys know what they're doing. I am very happy to write this review for Fallon Moving. We moved twice in the last year, and Fallon Moving did both moves of our three-bedroom home. Both times the crews were professional and friendly. The arrived about 8 AM in the morning and had us completely moved in by 6 PM. Both times nothing was scratched or broken. What I especially liked was that once they were done emptying the truck they spent time with my wife and I to go in every room and ask is there anything else that we wanted moved anywhere in the home. This ended up being a very big help. I would highly recommend Fallon Moving to anybody that needed their services.

Fallon moving was great throughout the entire process beginning with the walk thru estimate. On our moving day the 3 guys who helped us were awesome! They were on time and did The job so quickly that our cost at the end was lower than the initial estimate. They were also friendly and professional as were all the other employees that helped us. My mother's furniture was wrapped in plastic and handled carefully, and it all arrived at her new apartment in great shape (just a couple tiny dings). We felt Anthony and his crew did a fantastic job moving us from Meriden to Windsor, CT. It was the hottest day of the summer and they pushed through. They were all very pleasant to work with. FYI...our quote included two trucks and 4 guys for the day of the move, but only received one truck. They did give us an extra guy for a total of 5 and we felt that was fair. If we didn't decide to leave some things at the last minute it would have been a much longer day as the truck would have had to leave and come back. The guys did the best they could and we shaved two hours off of the quote. We were happy with that!

Delivery team review: 5 Stars Company review: 1 Star Average: 3 Stars Edit: Upped review to 3 stars because the delivery team called at 8:50 PM and explained why they were running late, they then came to my house after I explained my situation to him; despite original explaining they'd need to reschedule. Although my experience with the company has been poor, my delivery team (2 gentleman whose names I didn't get) were excellent and professional. They came later than I know they would have preferred and were polite, helpful, and you'd never know that I was their last customer of the day. My feelings about the way the company conducts business is still not the best but my delivery team was amazing and for that, I'm thankful. Original Review: I placed an order for a desk online and it was received in CT on 1/7/2020. Since then, Fallon Moving Services has had the desk but still has yet to deliver it. Instead, they’ve missed deliveries and when you try to call them you get full voicemail boxes and no response. I never even got a call to let me know my appointment would be missed AGAIN. My wife and I wasted a whole Saturday waiting for a delivery that never ended up coming. Horrible experience with this company and I highly recommend using other moving services if you expect any sort of communication or integrity.

Fallon Moving and Storage provided our business with a very punctual, speedy, efficient and professional move on January 11, 2020. They showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. with 5 guys and a truck, and at 9:30 they were already unloading the first trip to the new place. The job was speedily completed in less than 8 hours, and our stuff was handled with care. We are very pleased with the service we received, from the moment I first picked up the phone to the conclusion of the job. These guys really are very pleasant and professional, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a mover.

We were very happy with Fallon Moving and Storage. We had two special items - an antique glass front hutch and a 1915 Pleyel Grand Piano - in addition to the remaining contents of our home of 35 years. John and his crew arrived on time. They were friendly and hard working. The piano and the hutch - along with everything else - were very carefully packed. When we arrived at our new home (a local move), the furniture was assembled perfectly and placed where we requested it. The piano and hutch were perfect. And our packing boxes were placed just where we asked. All in all, it was an excellent experience and one we can easily recommend. The price was right too.

Fallon was great through the whole process from the in home estimate to the end. Steve gave a thorough estimate which ending up coming in a few hundred dollars lower in the end. I used Fallon Moving & Storage to move from Conn to VA. I found their pricing fair and their estimate was right on the money. With such a long haul I was certainly expecting some casualties but everything arrived just as it was when they picked it up. Their dispatcher worked with me to have everything delivered on the day that I was available. I was expecting the worst as most do when hiring a moving company, but they came through for me without issue.

we just moved from canterbury, ct., to contoocook, new hampshire, and the fallon guys were great! gave us a good estimate -- that, after the move, was lowered by about $400 -- and they were with us every step of the way. boxes were provided, the truck showed up on time for pick up, and they packed everything that we had not -- artwork, tv's, etc. they also showed up on time in new hampshire two days later and within four hours had the entire truck unpacked, the major furniture items unwrapped, the beds rebuilt, and the house ready to go. oh. and it snowed during delivery. they put a rug on the wood floor and used the cardboard from the boxes to all over the house to walk on. it couldn't have been better. rich and kris
