Mrs Patty shows exceptional customer service skills and makes me feel more like family than just another person renting a storage unit. Great experience. The manager was super. She just wasn't interested in selling me the most expensive unit but helped me decide what unit was right for me! She also stayed late to make sure l had the right size and allowed me to see the different sizes before purchase to ensure my items would fit! That is SERVICE in all caps! We have used John Fayard storage in the past, but were referred to Life Storage from our neighbors who store a large RV there. My husband and I have our in-laws living with us and space has been hard to come by at home. I was able to reserve my unit online finish the paperwork in store the same day. I liked knowing what our monthly payments would be upfront, and we qualified for a military discount. Overall the service was great from start to finish. The facility is clean and well kept. Patricia is very personable and you can tell she really has your best interest in mind.

I was stranded after Hurricane Ida, threatened and harassed by a moving company that kept me waiting over 24 hours before they showed up, and then told I would have to pay a fee for keeping Them waiting! By the time I got to Life Storage in Gulfport, I was at the end of my rope! I checked in with Patty and she immediately knew something was wrong. She spent a while with me, helping me to calm down and by the time the movers finally showed up she helped me have the confidence to stop them from extorting even more money from me. She is a kind, caring, amazing human being! She keeps the property safe, clean and well maintained! And assisted in helping me change to a larger unit. She even took care of a couple spiders for me!! In this world, it is wonderful that people such as Patty can take big business and make it feel like a small town!!! Service: A+ Convenience: A+ I have been used these facilities on and off since 2004 using either an enclosed garage or covered storage. Given the many options for storage solutions, I have always come back to Patty and Life Storage due to the combination of friendliness, convenience, and professionalism. For example, when I changed credit cards due to a potential identity theft, I forgot to change my account at Life Storage. When my payment did not go through, instead of letting me go delinquent, Patty reached out quickly, and saved me late charges, keeping my account in good standing. If I've needed a little extra time on days to access my storage due to life events such as when I was returning or getting ready to go on deployment, she has always found a way to get to yes, easing some of the stress of life we all seem to accumulate. I realize it is just business, but her personal efforts and positive attitude were noticed and appreciated. If I get orders back to Gulfport, I intend to use your services again!

My daughter recently moved to Gulfport after having been stranded in NOLA by Hurricane Ida for a week under terrible conditions; and then being subjected to a terrible moving company that was threatening to charge her a significant amount of extra money. While she waited for them to arrived, she was scared and exhausted. The manager of this facility, Patricia O'Rourke, helped her to calm down and then stayed with her as she showed the movers the storage unit. Having a witness stopped the threats, and gave my daughter help that I couldn't in a time when she needed it. I will never be able to thank Patty enough for helping her.
