What a great experience! We were nervous about our move but our crew showed up on time and with the number of people we were told to expect. Each member of the crew was professional, friendly and handled our furniture carefully. Nick, the crew leader was great. He was thorough and ran an efficient operation. Absolutely a great experience and would feel comfortable in recommending them.

I did more of a "Four Men and Two Trucks" situation because I had a lot of stuff and I didn't want anything left behind. The crew which arrived included Reddeck, Marcel, Adrian, and Emil. They were all courteous and took care to move my things and the boxes I had packed up. I had three issues with the move, two large items which were damaged, and a set of storage drawers which the crew carried down the stairs upside down, scattering the contents withing the drawers. The company promptly sent me a check per the insurance I bought for the move which covered the replacement of the two items. They also acknowledged the problem with moving drawer units upside-down and said they'd take it as a training opportunity. Overall I'm quite satisfied. I want to give an extra call-out to Adrian from the crew that showed up for my move - he was particularly polite, and during unloading he would often ask me where a box went instead of setting it in the first empty spot he could find.

I'm beyond amazed by my experience with Two Men and A Truck last week! It was my first time moving from an apartment, and my friend recommended I hire Two Men and A Truck because she had a positive experience. I much appreciated how organized and clear the process was. I had to change my estimate a few times, but the employees were helpful and understanding each time I called. I appreciated them calling me days in advance to confirm my move and update the list of items I had. So when the move-out day arrived, everything went so smoothly. I had the pleasure of working with Sadi and Nick, who were so nice... and so FAST! What would have taken me DAYS to do = they did everything in less than 2 hours. (To give context, I lived on the second floor of my apartment building which did not have any elevators, and I had over 50 boxes, each weighing 25 lbs. Plus had a sectional couch and bed) I anticipated it being a LONG morning for all three of us, but Sadi and Nick were not phased by it. After moving all my stuff out, we all had to drive ~2 hours to my new apartment. When we arrived, everything was going well until we realized that my sectional couch did not fit my new apartment building's elevator. LOL (I was staying on the 4th floor. RIP to Sadi and Nick). They still managed to get the couch in my apartment, and I can't express how thankful I am for how careful they handled each of my items! The cost of moving is not cheap and can especially take a lot of your time and energy, but hiring professional movers truly made the difference for me. It was SO worth it. I will definitely be recommending Two Men and a Truck to my friends. If I could give 10/5 stars for my experience, I most certainly would. Big thanks to Two Men and a Truck! The moment I called for a quote and received a kind and friendly voice over the phone, to the men who came to move my things from one home to the next with the utmost quality and care. Their pricing was unbeatable, they were able to fit my move in very quickly, and guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I received my quote, accepted it, got a follow up phonecall a few days before the move to remind me of the time and date the movers would be showing up, received a call from the movers when they were on their way to my home that day, and then a phonecall the next day (on a Saturday) to follow up and make sure all went well. I just had my move today and it was the best experience I could ask for from a moving company! From the beginning with gathering inventory and receiving a quote from Laura, to the actual move itself, everything was seamless and stress-free. Laura had excellent customer service and was very responsive to emails even when I had to change my inventory multiple times. Because of the excellent customer service I received, I ultimately went with Two Men and a Truck compared to other companies I gathered quotes from. I was initially very shocked at the price that was quoted but it was explained to me that my move was a long distance move and the current cost of gas also factors into the quote. But other companies were quoting similar prices too. I’m currently very busy with my own studies so hiring a moving company was extremely worth it, since time is money. The less time I spent moving, the more time I can spend on my own obligations and unpacking. I also very much appreciate the excellent customer service from the movers, Sadi and Yinson (Grand Rapids, MI branch). They arrived at 8 am. I was impressed with how quickly they packed up my apartment, in about an hour. When we got to my new apartment about 120 miles away, they unloaded everything in less than an hour. A move that I thought would take at least 6-7 hours only took 4 total, including travel time! Sadi and Yinson were also very friendly, personable, polite, and cheerful. They also placed all my furniture exactly where I wanted it, quickly and efficiently. I’m pretty lazy with writing reviews sometimes, but I do give credit where credit is due. Professionalism was top notch with everyone I interacted with. I would definitely recommend Two Men and A Truck to those who are looking for a moving company.

While I was planning a move, I was reluctant to rely on any movers as this would be my first time using a company. After a few weeks and wildly overpriced quotes from opposing company’s for a simple and local move, I decided to rely on Two Men and a Truck for my move. I needed assistance in moving all my big furniture (Couch, beds, entertainment center etc) and made sure to prep for the movers to make it as quick and easy as possible. Upon arrival of the movers, they were happy to see everything prepped and took little to no time to cover, wrap and move everything. They took great care and concern for my furniture. While the move relied on the use of an elevator they managed to navigate and plan efficiently/accordingly. Last and most importantly, upon arrival to the storage unit, they removed and stored all of my belongings quickly and carefully. The movers expressing genuine concern for the well being of the furniture left the couch wrapped to preserve the quality while in storage. Quoted for 3-5 hours they completed the job in a little over 2 hours. These movers made me very happy with my decision and if there ever came a time I needed movers again, I would hands down call them. I hope everyone has these gentleman for there moves, because they will have the peace of mind without a doubt. Don’t forget to tip your movers, they deserve it!

Wow... I don't even know if I can find the words to explain how amazing this company is! This was our 2nd time using Two Men and a Truck and this time we moved from Michigan to Oregon. From the first call to the out-of-state delivery this team was magnificent! Extremely helpful staff to set up the appointment who was available by phone and email (super quick responses to emails - within 10 minutes or less). They were flexible with delivery to fit my needs. The movers were amazing! Not only were they incredibly nice and professional, they showed up on time and were extremely gentle with my home and items. The best part is that the same two movers who packed the items in Michigan drove to Oregon to deliver them. They were friendly the entire process... even during the terrible Oregon wildfire breathing conditions. Moving is already stressful enough and Two Men and a Truck helped eliminate the stress caused by moving our household items. They were always polite and it was like a breath of fresh air to see the same two men arrive with our things thousands of miles away from the original location. It was like a seeing home again in a completely new part of the country. Would absolutely, always, recommend this amazing company! 100 out of 10 stars!

I hired a 2 person team to help me load a moving truck. The team was a little late due to a last minute staff issue (original team had a personal emergency or something, so it was out of their control and didn't bother me at all), but when the team did arrive (maybe 30 min late), they were apologetic and they immediately got working. The original time estimate was over 3 hours, and the team got everything packed in just over 2. The guys were friendly, professional, and careful. I was very impressed with how neatly they were able to pack everything, especially when we originally worried that not everything was going to fit. Everyone I spoke to about my move (from the movers themselves to the staff in the office) was friendly and helpful. They were able to answer any and all of my questions, which really helped me feel at ease with this move. If I weren't moving out of state, I would definitely use this office's services again.

Movers and office staff were informative, communicated clearly, professional, on-time, and efficient. They had no issue moving heavy furniture and took care in wrapping large items in cloth and plastic wrap to avoid damage. No problems getting everything up the stairwell, and attentive in placing things where they were desired.

I was impressed with every step of this service. We needed a piano moved. They were courteous with scheduling and very informative. The original times available worked, but were not ideal. After scheduling the next day they called to say they had another opening if that time worked better. Which it did! I was grateful for the consideration. They arrived timely, made a game plan and cautiously and swiftly had the piano out of the house and loaded in their truck. Unloading went just as smooth, even with a tight corner to maneuver. I submitted online requests to several different movers. Two Men and a Truck were not only the only ones to respond, but also provided an VERY reasonable estimate, kept in communication with me and provide prompt, efficient service. The guys were friendly and helpful, also to put me to shame! (I had a couple of items I couldn't lift with a friend, which one guy moved into the truck single-handedly!). Also I just have to say that the guys themselves communicated with each other REALLY well when moving my stuff out of one place into another. They were really careful when carrying big items downstairs and through doorways. Highly recommend them!

I'm so glad I did! Laura was wonderful, helpful and got me an appointment the next day. The "Two Men" were efficient, friendly and did excellent work! At first, I was a little concerned about the hourly rate but they were so worth it! They were so much faster than the 8 dear friends who loaded the cubes for me that we were done far earlier than I expected. Truly professionals! Didn't even flinch about the very heavy couch or all the stuff going upstairs or into the basement. I just hired them this past weekend and couldn't be happier. I called several weeks ago to get a quote, they gathered all the needed info, then emailed me with the price and schedule details so I had it in writing. They called several days before the move to confirm the details and answer any questions. The day of, they showed up on time and walked through the house with me to confirm everything being moved. I very much appreciated that they wore masks during the move too! They were quick, efficient, and careful with my furniture and other items. We recently finished our lower level and needed to move furniture etc from a storage unit close to our home. The local team of Jerry and Collin were excellent. Clean cut, punctual, polite and worked quickly and efficiently with out a single ding in any walls or furniture. The moving costs are quite expensive, but on par with some other movers who we have used who are not nearly as good or fast.

I needed a local mover to move furniture and boxes from my deceased in-laws assisted living apartment to storage fairly quickly. Two Men and a Truck were easy to schedule and were available for a date only 3 days out. The movers called ahead on the day of the move and were actually slightly early. The movers were professional, efficient, careful, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Hired Two Men and a Truck so as not to interfere with family obligations. What a difference! They were amazing! The guys showed up eager and ready to work. They began with boxes and totes and then carefully wrapped and packed my furniture. Before beginning to unpack, they covered my new carpet with plastic. Then they took each box and piece of furniture to my designated location. They even moved heavy exercise equipment to the basement. Just completed our move with Two Men and a Truck and I could not be happier. I have had 5 professional moves in my career and this one was by far the smoothest. They were on time, fast on both ends and took great care of our belongings in transit. NO DAMAGE to anything. The other plus was they employ their own staff to load and unload (other national companies I have used "pick up" laborers in the city they travel to). Fantastic bunch of folks. Took GREAT care of my stuff (including an antique phonograph) and not only got everything here quickly, but also took great care INSIDE my house. Had a 600 pound gun safe to be picked up at the sporting goods store, they told me what time I could expect them there they were already loading the safe when I got there. I needed 3-men they were very respectful and dependable. The safe had to go into my basement without a hitch and without damaging anything they got it done in no time and helped me remove my door and put in back. And price let's just say the store had movers they use for $250 to the garage only. But I paid $276.00 for 3-men and a truck putting it into my basement. Saved me time and money.

Wow! All I can say is wow! I had a complicated move to accomplish: empty my home of 32 years with a fairly extensive art collection; going to 4 locations! I had phenomenal packing help and three moving teams that were outstanding. In addition, the communication and timeliness from office staff and various teams was excellent. I strongly recommend this company without reservation!

The guys were nice for the most part. One dropped a tub that had drinking glasses and about 10-12 shattered as well as 4 coffee mugs broke. Towards the end they acted like they just wanted to go and get done - even though we were only at 6 hours and I was quoted for 8.5. They did not grab everything I asked them to from the house and there was plenty of room in the truck to at least grab the little/smaller items - but they left them. This resulted in my husband and I going back and forth twice with 3 truck loads and 2 SUV loads to get everything. I also needed to rent a 2nd storage unit because they said they couldn’t fit everything in the 10x20 that I rented. After I looked in the 10x20 - they did not stack the boxes nearly high enough and left a ton of room around where I most likely didn’t have to rent another unit.

This is the second time we've used Two Men and a Truck and had no issues either time. These guys are very hard working and efficient. No damage to walls or furniture. I called 2 Men + Truck yesterday. I needed help with two extremely heavy items. We scheduled for this evening, but I made it clear I hoped they would come earlier. And, they did! Three (not two) clean-cut young men showed up in their clean-cut truck with an extremely fancy electro-mechanical dolly that carries heavy things (heavy as a piano) up stairways. We had the whole thing done in two hours, including their drive time. That was just over twenty-four hours after I first called. Everything exactly as I wanted it. Thank you! I never could have organized this on my own. Even my strongest friends could not have accomplished this. Call Two Men and a Truck. And, tip your two or three men generously.

Had Andrew, Logan, and Levi move an old antique Coke machine from a storage space to the basement of my house. They were very meticulous in every detail, from properly wrapping the machine in padding to being extremely cautious with protecting our walls in our home. They didn't rush, took their time, yet still finished the job in a timely manner. All three gentlemen were very courteous, shook a firm hand, and looked me straight in the eye. Bang for the buck, they did an excellent job. The office staff was also wonderful, making sure I was properly notified of procedures, etc, without completely bombing my inbox with unnecessary emails. The moving crew called to let me know when they were on their way, did a detailed walk-through upon arrival and were courteous and interactive throughout the move. There were no breaks, just determined effort to complete the move satisfactorily.

I would rate this a six-star moving company and they cannot receive a higher recommendation. Use them.

Very pleased with the moving services provided by Two Men and a Truck. They only needed three hours to move our grand piano, freezer, massive hand-built desk, treadmill and other stuff 'way too heavy for me and my friends. Our "three men" (we needed three for the grand piano) were meticulously careful with our furniture; we had zero dents or scratches in the furniture or in either house through which they moved. We're planning to move again in a year or so (clearly gluttons for punishment); I'm very tempted to spend a few extra bucks and have these friendly and very capable young men do ALL the heavy lifting!
