Tash and Terry are fantastic. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Also this store location,the physical property is excellent. If you store inside, it's air conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Plus they have elevators and rolling moving carts. Highly recommend!

i had an amazing experience here. this is the first storage place i’ve been too and i don’t think it gets better than this. Tasha helped show me around the storage units, and answered any question i asked about payments and what not! She is so kind! im glad i had her help me through the process!

The gate to my unit is quite squeaky and does not lock easily. This can be frustrating and has not been addressed. However, Danny, who was a temporary front desk rep on 10/27/2022, was so helpful that day. The gate was not locking and he really handled him with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Kudos to this young man!

Moving house is stressful to say the least, but moving while down sizing is doubly stressful. We have divided our review into 3 sections: the facility; the operation; and the personnel. 1. The lockers were clean, secure and in great functioning order; 2. the fact that the entry door was not operational resulted in some inconvenience. Reversing through the exit door was a little stressful, as was getting locked in the facility when my car battery died at closing time, was also no joy! 3. Personnel is the gem of this facility. Terry and his team are personable and a pleasure to work with. They help to alleviate some of the stresses of moving. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The staff is great and worked with me on a complicated move by making a few exceptions until I could move and claim storage unit. They put up with me calling them several different times with concerns I had. The storage unit was clean and I think they are very well insulated.

I have never rented storage space before and I am so glad I chose Simply Storage on 28th Street Grand Rapids, Mi. The assistant at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, she was very thorough with explaining and showing me everything about my unit and the facility. The office and space as well as the grounds where very clean and easy to use. As we went back to put things in the unit, she was always friendly, helpful and always smiling. Quick and easy process setting up a unit. I needed a second unit a few days later and it was easy getting that setup also. Property Manager, Tiffany was excellent! Great experience! I had to last minute find storage and their website was super easy to use and I was able to find a unit and reserve within seconds. As soon as I did I received a call from Tiffany introducing herself and letting me know she received my reservation and where they were located. Once we got there the whole experience was great plus great conversation. Awesome customer service.

I had an awesome move in experience. I have rented spaces before, but this time everything went so smoothly. The price I got quoted online was the actual price I pay monthly (excluding the insurance). The manager, Tiffany, was very personable and gave me a tour before I signed any paperwork. I asked for a extra amenity to be added by phone and she did had it entered by the close of business that day. I liked the drive up load/unload zone.

Great customer service! Tiffany was able to help me right away and super friendly! Indoor and outdoor facilities are clean and easy to access. There is a little bit of cooking oil on the floor of my unit, but that's not their fault and it doesn't affect the things I am storing. Overall wonderful facility and I look forward to renting from them!

Was OK. My daughter got a 5x5 indoor storage and we just emptied it out. It was nice pulling into a garage to get it done instead of being out in the freezing cold so I guess I'd say it was pretty cool.

We moved from Arizona in October thinking we had an apartment but half way through the trip we found out that we didn't get it so we were stuck in an hotel for several months and had to out our stuff in storage. When searching for a storage facility Simply Self Storage was the best option in my opinion. Their rates were very compatible, the grounds were very clean, the indoor storage was clean and well kept even the public restroom was very clean. They had several carts for moving items, two elevators for freight that work without issue and the customer service as well as management we're very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone and I'd use them again if need be.

Tiffany responded to my email right away and got me into a climate-controlled space to fit my needs. The space is clean and convenient for loading and unloading. I rented a unit here for 5+ years and had nothing short of a wonderful experience. The rate for my unit was reasonable, and they only raised the rate once (and it was only by $10). This place was great in my transition and many moves from college life to regular adult life. Any time I needed to stop in the office to update payment methods or ask a question, the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Whenever I visited my unit, the business was living up to their end of the deal of keeping a clean and climate-controlled environment. Many people can't wait to move out of their storage units because they think it's a waste of money. When I moved my last box out, I was a little sad to be leaving, because it was money well-spent.

Would highly recommend this facility! Staff is friendly. You're allowed to rent month to month and prorate if needed. Be sure to ask about promotional deals. I would challenge anyone to find a better deal than I got under the promo that was happening at the time I rented.

I began renting in early December. I was not familiar with the process, but I was lucky enough to meet Terry at Breton &28th st. Grand Rapids. He calm my nervousness, assured me that this was the size I needed, which it was. His kindness, gentle approach, his patience in answering all my questions was over and above!! I so much appreciated working with Terry. I came back today and rented another unit for some additional items to be stored. I would recommend this facility highly for anyone that needs this type of service. They are a five star in service & kindness!
