Shipping million dollar machines half way around the U.S can be stressful. However, Cowtown Express alleviated that stress! They're very responsive, polite, and get the job done!. The amount they quoted for the loads, was the same amount invoiced (which is rare). Plus, the drivers were so friendly! I will most definitely book again!

My opinions and experiences. First of all. You can make a living wage, depending on your financial expenses. Dispatchers are nice and friendly. They work with you on your load preferences. Now the negative. If you see their ad on dallascraigslist. You will only bring home$1200-$2000 (winter season ) weekly. Trucks are dirty on the inside when you first come on board. They only wash the outside of the truck on weekends (sometimes). Most trucks are manual shift (13speed). Maintenance crew is knowledgeable and great at their job. But restricted to doing Band-Aid jobs to keep truck’s running from week to week. According to maintenance worker. Home time is not exactly what they say it is. You can leave Sunday and be back Friday. However mid afternoon or evening on Fridays and they want you to leave as early as you can on Sunday. They prefer you are out 2 weeks. You are always rushed to get from point A-B. And they will mismanage your time. Heavy haul (RGN) gets a 34 and back out. If you are lucky. According to RGN driver. Once again my opinion and experience.

I am a broker, and they did a PHENOMENAL job communicating and running my load for me. I did not have to worry about anything with them. Highly recommend and I will definitely be keeping them at the top of my list for any loads I have.

This is my experience and opinions. First if you want to make some great money as a company driver, this is the place. Dispatchers(driver managers) are great to work with. However if there equipment has a power surge and kills your phone, they will not pay for a new one. They expect that you use your personal cell phone for work purposes, and will not reimburse you for the usage. If you try to uphold them to federal and state labor laws, they will terminate your position, saying you abandon your job, and you are unprofessional. If you see there posting on Craigslist or any other job platform, just know they recently decreased their pay, so they may have bigger profits. Do your research about this company before accepting any position with them. Once again my experience and opinion.

I used cowtown express to ship 2 shipping container homes from Waco to Bellevue Texas. Brazos was my contact person with the company. I found him to be very prompt In returning my inquiry and giving me a quote. Prior to the date of shipment, he got all the details from me so that he could make sure that the trucks he was going to send were the correct size. As it got closer to the time and date of shipment, he kept in touch with me regularly, almost on a daily basis, to ensure that the crane (out of Irving), the welder, and the representative from the manufacturer site would all be there at the same time. The trucks did arrive at the stated time, the crane arrived at the same time and the whole process of unloading and stacking the containers took about an hour and a 1/2. I was very happy with the level of communication that Brazos provided, and the punctuality and professionalism as well. I would use them again in the future.

Cowtown Express has been a saving grace for my company in helping to haul last minute needs. Every time I have asked to get a last minute load covered, Timothy has come through and within an hour has a truck on it's way to pick up! In the world as we know it today, this type of urgency and attention to detail is very rare. Their communication from pick-up to delivery is unsurpassed. Thank you for all of your hard work!

There are so many stats I could point to that show how head and shoulders above other transpiration/logistics firms Cowtown is, but the one that for me tells the tale is their driver tenure and reviews from those on the road delivering promises on their behalf. Super friendly people. If you ever pick up from here make sure your trailer is clean & no holes. They swept my trailer for me and used electric leaf blower also.
