The storage unit is exactly what I needed and a great price. There wasn't a disc lock but I was supposed to have one. Otherwise great! The storage units are in a secure gated area with personal codes to get in and out, so they can keep track of who has entered and left at any time. One other downside, you can't get into the lot after 10pm. I wish it was 24 hour access but it's not enough to make me want to switch companies. These guys cost about HALF of what U-Haul costs too.

Update: Totally forgot to update this earlier. I was contacted right away, and they helped figure out a way for me to move some of my stuff into another unit until mine could be fixed. They were willing to work with me on how long it would take for me to move my stuff there and back. They are always a pleasure to work with when I go into the office, or have questions. Totally worth the five stars now! Update: I would put 5 stars if the repair for my unit was finished. I had left a lot of space for them to work, but now need that space for my things.

Clean, easy to use. Didn’t get the email confirmation the first time around so paid two extra months for not knowing the transaction went thru. But now I’m back renting a larger unit knowing what’s going on and super happy that it goes all the way thru since my trailer to barrow was huge as well. If I need more space I hope they have it available to me!

I originally inquired about getting a storage unit in April of 2020, the beginning of how businesses were restructuring for a pandemic. As a whole I felt they handled the situation very well and were prompt about getting a game plan together to get new customers into units without compromising safety. Septembyr was incredibly accommodating and prompt with my questions. The facility overall feels very safe, the unit and facilities are clean, and most importantly the roads are smooth. Highly recommend.
