I had to call customer service twice, and both times I spoke to someone different which completely ended in my favor. I had the pleasure of working with both Jason and Maya, Superstar Reps! Both were very kind and informative. Maya listened to my concerns with compassion and Jason was patient when We had to pick up where Maya and I had left off. Between the two of them, we were able to get the perfect unit for my families needs, which included reasonable pricing!

My experience was great. The staff recommended the perfect style to meet our needs. Staff was very friendly and most helpful. It was easy to get in and out of. Appeared tone quite safe! We had a great experience!

Missy was amazing! Very friendly and very helpful! Her customer service skills are on point!! When we arrived at our unit location it was a different story. I didn't get the girls name that we dealt with. She was total opposite of our experience with Missy. This girl didn't explain anything except the location of our unit. We figured out how to open the gate on our own going in. During our visit we also had to step over another occupants personal belongings that were spread throughout the hallway, he never offered to move stuff over so we could get through instead he insisted we go around to the other door which was a much farther distance to our unit. Since the girl on staff did not show or tell us any info on how or where the code box was for exiting the property, my boyfriend had to climb the fence to put the code in the only place we knew about so we could finally leave.The girl was pulling in the property while he was climbing the fence and still didn't say anything until we asked her the correct way to exit. Today and tomorrow are the big moving days for us and we are hoping to have NO ISSUES!!! 🤞🤞

We'd originally rented a 10x10 unit. However, by the time we attempted to put the last of our belongings in the unit, we realized that we were in need of a larger unit. So, a "GREAT BIG" shout out to the Manager Kerri/Carrie(s/p)? for going above and beyond the call of duty. Instead of us paying for two separate units, we were fortunate enough to get the size we needed and it just so happened to be available. All of the units are clean, easily accessible and reasonably priced!! The manager is very professional, personable, friendly, helpful and always has a smile on her face. Clean property and very well tended to. Thanks again, Kerri/Carrie(s/p)? for all your assistance that you were able to offer. You're the best! I look forward to doing business with you. My StorageMart experience started out with a wonderful conversation with a young lady named Dolores somewhere in Missouri. She was very helpful about finding the right unit for me and including any discounts and specials that were available. I was very pleased with what my final bill came to. Dolores was professional and pleasant. When we arrived at the StorageMart on Southeast 14th Street in Des Moines Iowa Kerrie was very helpful as well! She knew that I was disabled and used a wheelchair so she brought paperwork out to me on a clipboard to sign and was very instrumental in getting us started. The main drawback I have with my storage mart experience is that because I drive a handicap van and I use a wheelchair it's impossible for me to punch in the code to get through the gate and get back in my vehicle in time to enter. I would like to see them replace the key pad to a place where you can do it from your vehicle. Both going in and coming out of the facility.

I've had storage at this location for 10 years, so I've been working with StorageMart staff since they took over this facility. Everyone I've talked to by phone or in person has been very helpful and nice. Samantha, in particular, has been extremely helpful and so easy and nice to work with. I greatly appreciate the understanding and flexibility given me as I adjusted to the changes during the transition to StorageMart. The lady talked to me like I was illiterate or dumb. I know how a storage unit works & I'm not 5 years of age. I know how to read & follow directions. The are great tho! The facility itself smelled clean and my unit is clean.

The place is clean and safe. But it's too expensive and I felt like I was treated like a criminal for spending too much time there by an employee because theyve had a " homeless people" problem recently. I was highly offended

dnt use this as storage. caresless people.no one is at the office when you needed. they do change the locks with out noticing. if you call them there is no answer.
