Best moving experience I've ever had. Highly recommend using Adamantine. Drew and Josh were great with our slightly difficult move-in and made it fun. Kind of wanted them to stay and hang out! The grouped that packed were awesome, nice, easy to talk to and got so much done so quickly. Brooke made the process easy from the get go and answered every little question I had to give me comfort with the move. So many good things about using Adamantine for moving. Will be using them again and can't go wrong. Best decision I made was calling them, process was stress-free from beginning to end!

All my life I always moved my stuff personally or was moved by the military. This was my first time hiring movers. Lizzy was super friendly and had answers for any questions I asked, even the last minute ones. Wes and the moving team arrived on time, worked efficiently, were extremely careful with my fragile stuff, and kept me up to date on their progress as I left when they started. Was quoted a fair and competitive cost at start and still managed to arrive under budget and not a single scratch or ding on anything! Highly recommend, this was the absolute best moving experience I ever had!

Living in our home for 20 years, moving seemed like an impossible task. But, from the in home quote to the move itself, Spine provided everything we needed to make this move possible! This is the second time I've used Spine Moving. Both times, the office staff was super responsive, helpful and professional, and the crews were fantastic. They take seriously matters of protecting furniture, floors and walls at both ends of the move and they clearly respect both the people and property involved. An added comment to underscore how good this operation is came from one of the Directors of the Assisted Living facility where my mom moved to last week. She said she had never met a moving crew that was so great to work with and that did such a good job.

From being to the end Adamantine staff were very professional and the move went super smooth. They packed items with care. Cory, Nick, Brody, Savannah and others packed the truck perfectly. I was surprised it all fit. 200 miles later Cody and Nick completed the unload on short order. Not a single item was damaged. Cory and Nick were super pleasant and very professional. The walk through at both locations give you an opportunity make sure all items were taken and items were placed in the correct location. So happy they took the beds frames and headboards apart and re assembled them. Excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend using Adamantine Spine Moving.

They took into account items that were more fragile than other and took special care of them or suggested we transport them ourselves. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next move. I can't say enough good things about Adamantine Spine Moving. I moved from Iowa to Massachusetts and didn't know any moving companies in Iowa -- I found ASM through a Google search, and reached out to them not knowing what to expect. They exceeded even my most optimistic expectations. Their level of professionalism was really top-rate: they were always in communication with me about the move, but didn't bug me unnecessarily (always a delicate balance!), and immediately responsive to any questions I had. They gave me an estimate that was really fair/reasonable, and then the actual cost ended up being lower than the estimate despite adding a few items last-minute. They were really accommodating when I had to change the date of my move. They arrived on time, the moving crew was fantastic on both ends (Eric, James, Ben, and Darian), and just made the experience of moving cross-country so much less stressful. If you're reading this and, like me, are discovering ASM through a Google search, I really can't recommend them highly enough. I've had so many problems with movers in the past, and truly, my move with ASM could not have gone more smoothly. Five stars.

I had to schedule movers at the last minute, while out of state, and after several days of being turned away and ignored by multiple companies, I found Adamantine Spine Moving and gave them a call - yesterday. Now everything's done, barely 24 hours later. I'm happy to say that the positive reviews are legit, and that's an understatement. Brooke made everything super easy when I called, the movers were professional, fast, and friendly, they handled multiple contacts, AND came in less than quoted. I was very nervous about having my piano delivered from Cedar Rapids to Des Moines, but felt like I was in great hands every step of the way when working with Adamantine. I worked with Jeff for scheduling. He was extremely flexible with pick up/drop off options and communicated effectively and efficiently throughout the entire process. Both Jeff and Dillon delivered my piano. They were both efficient, experienced, friendly, and took great care of my piano. My 5 year old daughter was very excited to be getting a piano and Dillon and Jeff even included her in helping with the move. I am highly satisfied with the service that I received. Everyone at Adamantine Spine was great! From Brooke, who estimated and made the inventory list in an easy 30 minute facetime call, to the moving crew of Yaw, Dalton, Brendan and Ryan. We've never used professional movers before, and Brooke was always available for my questions about the process. On moving day, we got a text and a call when they were on their way,and had good communication all day. The crew not only worked hard all day, they were awesome to have around as they were all cheerful and easy going. They carefully work to protect your flooring and also wrap the doors. I never was concerned about my items or my house.I have zero negative feedback and I highly recommend Adamantine Spine if you need movers.

They were very diligent using the proper supplies (moving blankets, crates, any additional boxes, etc.) to take really great care of my household contents. Very positive experience from the first phone call to the last box moved. Emily in the office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the movers were very polite and friendly and every time we asked them to take something to a different location or pick something up and move it to a different corner, we always got a "You bet!" or "Of course"! Never a negative word and we had a full 2 day move. And they always took extreme care with all of our items and while there was some damage done to an appliance, they immediately took responsibility and are making it right. One nice touch is the owner, Cliff, stopped by our new house to check in to see how things were going. Highly recommend!

Cliff and his team were AMAZING! They helped us move an upright piano (which weighs btwn 400-500lbs) down to our basement. 2 other moving companies said it couldn’t be done, 1 even came to our house, did some measurements, and didn’t even attempt to move it. So it seemed like an impossible task, but not for Cliff and his team. They came in, got straight to work, and made it happen. All with positive, can-do attitudes! I can’t say enough great things. From the beginning, all the people at Adamantine Spine Moving have been terrific to work with. I’ve used Adamantine Spine Movers twice now. Both crews, the one 3 years ago and the crew today, were amazing. Emily at the office called me a few times to schedule abs to help me with getting prepared for the move. The company sent text message reminders and information in a timely fashion. Then on moving day, one of the crew, Mitch, called to see if there was anything else they needed to know before leaving the warehouse, as well as gave me a spot-on ETA. When they arrived, Mitch, Hunter, and Griffin, they were all courteous, friendly, and attentive to any instructions I had. These guys didn’t dilly dally at all. They did their prep work and got right to moving. They moved me from a second story building with no complaints, with the utmost care, and in a very efficient manner. The move to the new location was just as smooth. They put exceptions where I wanted it, even moved stuff again when I changed my mind! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! If you have to move, choose this company!!

Adamantine is phenomenal! They were very fast and cost effective. College Hunks quoted us almost double what we paid with Adamantine. The movers were very friendly. They took care of everything and nothing was damaged. They made sure everything went exactly where it needed to go. They also made sure to let us know we were right at our time limit and asked if we wanted to use an extra 15 minutes to do the last couple of things which was very nice to let us know rather than just charge us after the fact. Couldn't recommend enough!

We had to pack and move a young family of 4 from Iowa City to Florida. Not only were they able to coordinate this move with our flights, they somehow arrived before we did so that we could maintain a smooth transition for the little ones. They packed and moved the entire house with 5 years of accumulated knick knacks, including some heavy exercise equipment that required disassembling. I was recommended this company by a friend. Our new job had recommended a different professional moving service. Adamantine Spine not only came in under their quote, but they were able to give us very specific moving days and times and work with our needs (vs. the other quotes which gave us approximate moving windows spanning entire weeks). Emily packed our kitchen a few days before loading. Cliff and his team rotated drivers and finished the move on time in the 100 degree Florida swamp, and ahead of schedule for another coordinated move within Florida. Adamantine Spine has a funny name and family friendly feel, but don't let that fool you-- they are the ultimate professionals. Professional service with a small town personal touch. I would recommend them to anyone, especially moving within or to/from Iowa. One of the many wonderful special hidden gems of Iowa. -- Adamantine actually means unbreakable-- and they live up to their name 110%.

If you’re needing movers, this is the company to go with!!! My realtor gave me 2 names and I decided to go with Adamantine Spine Moving primarily because of their estimate at first. I had all of my items prepared for them to pick up and move into the truck, expecting that moving day was going to be terrible. However, it was quite the opposite. The customer service was quick, professional and understanding. Emily was fantastic and easy to work with for scheduling and completing the inventory sheet. The two young men (Yaw and Tyler) showed up arrived on time, called me in advance notifying me they were on their way, and were very professional and courteous. They had everything to carefully handle my fragile items, proposed solutions with challenging items I had to move, and handled everything with care. I have a white couch and a lot of glass items and they wrapped and covered each item. I had originally planned to move some of the delicate items myself, not trusting movers to care for them in transport, but they showed me the tools they had and handled everything how I would have handled them personally. These guys were outstanding! They also observed that the place I’m moving into is still being worked on and worked with me on stacking my furniture. Cliff worked with me to ensure my items were protected while work is being done at my place. I didn’t even have to ask, they offered!!! Most companies look out for themselves. This company put me as the customer first, paid attention to the environment, sought solutions that would work for me, and took my preferences to heart. I’ve moved many times in my life and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had!! You will be so happy you chose them. I did and moving day was actually pleasant!! (FYI- They just opened a branch in Des Moines which is the one I used. They have their stuff together, no one can match them!)

Absolutely blown away by this moving company. We had a crew of three who worked in the most efficient manner possible yet managed to be really careful and safe with all of our stuff. I am extremely happy with this company! They helped us with an out of state move on short notice. There were 7 guys that came and packed everything up in just a few hours. We only had them pack/crate TV’s and some wall decor. Upon arrival at our new home they were there before we were and got started right away. We marked everything and my wife told them what rooms to take everything to. Dalton and Shane were the two guys doing the unloading and they had it done in about 4-5 hours. They were great! After unpacking and getting through our stuff the only thing that was damaged was a small dent on our dryer. The guys reported it and the company was in touch very quickly with the options we had for the damaged item. I had a coworker moving to the same area that had booked a different company and it was a complete nightmare. This other company didn’t show up and called last minute saying they had to push it out 3 days (that wasn’t going to work for him so he got a uhaul and had to make multiple trips). All and all it was a great experience and I would recommend Adamantine Spine Moving Company to any of my friends or family! Thank you guys for the great communication and a great job done!

The three guys who did the move were friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job. I moved into a house with narrow hallways and staircases, and they somehow managed to get everything in without damaging furniture or the walls. It took longer than expected but no one complained....I was really happy with my experience and thought I'd closed that chapter, but a few weeks later I had a heavy dresser delivered to my front porch that I was struggling to get in the house. By coincidence, Emily and her husband Cliff (also with Adamantine Spine) happened to be running by my house, and they stopped their run to help me get it inside and up the stairs. Amazing, quick, efficient movers. Arrived right on time and got to work right away. They protected the door frames, placed plastic on stairs, rolled out the "red carpet" to protect the flooring. They were kind, funny, even entertained our 5 year old with her shenanigans. All this was done during Covid19 as well. Masks were worn during the initial walk thru to size up the situation and then our family of 3 was able to be outside, away from them while they worked. Some of our furniture was pretty heavy, they protected it with moving blankets and plastic and even moved an 800 lbs motorcycle. Thanks guys for all your hard work, Also, Emily WAS AMAZING!! Not only did they do the work well, Cliff and the whole crew are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Seriously--they are nurturing, professional, friendly, and caring. They took a stressful situation and made us feel like it was going to be ok, and that they would take care of things--and they did. They work so hard, they just keep going. Our move was in the middle of the summer during some serious heat and humidity, but they never slowed down. They also took the time to prepare furniture for loading, taking pieces apart and carefully wrapping the parts, and then putting them back together again after load-in. They were great around kids, and respectful of both people and property. We eagerly recommend them to anyone we know who is moving, and will use them again without a second thought if we ever have to make another move.

I was apprehensive before the move. I had read all the good reviews, but was still worried in particular about my Amana glass-door china cabinet and the super-heavy Amana rolltop desk. Well, I was relieved when I watched the guys carefully wrap the glass doors and lift everything, even the heavy pieces, very carefully. I watched them maneuver skillfully around corners and tight spaces that I had been concerned about. They were respectful and polite; they were efficient and knew exactly what to do.
