Chase and Jose were awesome. I won't ask for anyone else to move. They were punctual, fast and extremely polite and efficient. I rented a storage unit to move into and it was way too small for my stuff. These fellers play real life Tetris and get every single item in the unit. I am extremely satisfied and happy. Chase, TJ, Jose and Ro were our “team” and each of them was professional, efficient, courteous, and hard working. Going the extra step to stay calm and friendly and positive even during a stressful moving day. Chase was the team leader and handled some last minute challenges with a cool head and the team got the job done in less time than the estimate given so saved us money. It was a long day with also driving to a storage unit across town with some glitches in the particulars to gain access (due to our challenges..not the movers). I would sum up our experience with these four guys as excellent because finishing the job with integrity and getting everything done is really important to each of them. They also work very well as a team which smooths out the process. From the minute they showed up, they worked and worked hard getting everything moved out, packing our kitchen and loading in the truck..offloading in our new house, then driving to a storage unit in downtown Denver traffic and offloading items there with less than perfect instructions on how to get in and out. Thanks again guys! Now a separate review for whoever facilitates the communications to these great guys about what we set up with Derek when he came to do our estimate. We made it very clear we wanted our entire kitchen packed and verified that with him but somehow the ball got dropped and our team did not have that info so had no packing boxes or packing material. They had to scramble to go to Home Depot to buy supplies since they never were informed. They also had incorrect info that there was something to pick up at a storage unit when they needed to drop several items of furniture and heavy things off..plus a location almost an hour away. I highly suggest that the communications handed off to the actual moving teams be done accurately because it really is unfair to them. They somehow managed to pull everything off and meet this challenge even though they were at a disadvantage from the beginning. This is unacceptable for a company like this so please address this and make sure the right information about the move is given to the guys actually carrying it out. I never thought I should have confirmed this detail was passed on. Thank you.

They moved my things from the third floor of my current apartment up to the third floor of my new apartment and were really fast with it - I was impressed they they moved everything in 4.5 hours. All of my items turned out unharmed. All three are also very polite and make sure that they’re moving the correct things to the correct spots. I would highly recommend these three to help with your move, they’ll make it a lot easier on you!!!

The workers that loaded and unloaded the furniture was great. The sales people who gave us our quote didn't explain all the extra fees added on and they didn't put down exactly what was being done. So the workers had a smaller truck than needed and was 2 or 3 hours longer than they were expecting

My brother and sister in law moved and utilized You Move Me. Though there were supposed to be three movers, one was unable to make it, but the two that worked the job (Chase and Dequan) were excellent. They made sure that everything was place correctly, moved with care, assembled items, and were diligent to ensure there was no damage to any items, walls, or floors. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!

You move me company was very easy to get an accurate quote and set up. I had inquired with a few different companies at once to ensure I was getting the best and this company made for a seamless experience in everyway. They are not a broker, they have their own employees. I had a local move in Denver (from south east of DT Denver to near Coors stadium), 1 bedroom apartment. I also needed to be moved over 4th July weekend which I was nervous about. They were originally scheduled to arrive between 8-10am however ended up having a few people call out and arrived later. Despite this, they went above and beyond to accommodate me by ensuring my move happened that same day which meant giving me an extra person to make the process go faster. I am so grateful and couldn't have asked for a better customer experience- $hit happens and they made it work! More than I can say from previous move experiences. The three gentlemen that helped me were very experienced, organized, very fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Moving is always a headache and stressful. I have had the pleasure of using this company for the second time because I remembered how nice and courteous the gentlemen who were moving me were. That was the same case with David and Tramon (sorry if I misspelled your name! >_< ) they were eager and very detail oriented which made this move a whole lot less stressful. Though I did have to take wasp duty to ensure no one was hanged up on (and proudly might I add! No one wants to be harassed by wasps while moving cumbersome IKEA furniture) I would 10x hands down would use this company for moving locally. From estimate to actual move day it was a good experience and worth every bit. (No movers were harmed by wasps during this move)

Best moving experience I've ever had. We used You Move Me Denver to relocate our family from a 5th floor apartment into a house across town. I worked with Ricky and his team and I was 100% satisfied with their help! I've been hiring movers from around the Denver area for several years and Ricky's team was by far the best moving experience I've ever had. The team was punctual, helpful, careful, and very attentive in making sure my furniture was well wrapped and safe for the move. Based on service from previous moving companies we were a little nervous about having them move our valuables. But Ricky's team was so professional that we ended up having them transport several family heirlooms and paintings without any worry that anything would be damaged. Price was also very affordable. I will absolutely use this company again, and I recommend their services to anyone!

These guys are amazing!! Evan was very helpful getting the process started and walking me through my estimate. G, James, and Marco were incredibly professional, careful, and not to mention speedy. We needed help packing and didn't have as much ready as we would have hoped prior to them coming, but they were very efficient. It would have taken us more than a weekend, and they packed and moved our entire house in a day! They took extra caution to protect our belongings and even help disassemble/reassemble furniture. G helped direct us through the entire move day and made it extremely easy. I normally don't write reviews but these guys made it worth it and took the stress out of what could have been an awful weekend. Don't hesitate one bit to hire them! (Not to mention they had the best quote we could find in the area and I checked with many before hiring them.)

I was nervous booking a mover because you hear so many horror stories about movers not showing up, breaking things, disappearing after your stuff is loaded. These guys were fantastic. I initially ended up going with one of the other movers because their pricing was going to be better. I had that mover come out to do some preliminary packing (5 days before the move) and I'm so glad that I did. They charge me by the hour and were slow as molasses. This gave me great pause about using them. I called up Ricky and I explained my situation. He came back out with Richmond to reassess the move and tweaked his quote to a number that we both felt comfortable with. Alex and Steve tool care of my move and did a great job. The move ended up taking twice as much time as originally scheduled due to the road by my house being covered in ice and the uploading taking more time as we had to find a way to by pass an ice skating ring. They didn't complain once and powered through it. Highly impressed! This was a small move with stored items in a friends garage to a storage space. It didn't matter. They treated everything like it was brand new. And even though it was a cold snowy morning, Alex and Samuel arrived with a smile on their face which they kept during the whole process. I was concerned about time but was put at ease by the reassurance of Alex they would take care of everything, I was not to lift a finger. During the years, I've had many "helpers". The team arrived on time and brought the tools, people and resources promised. They worked hard and got it done. Was a long day but what moving day isn't long. The team disassembled the beds, bagged them, moved them and did the reverse on the delivery side. Overall, a positive experience. One thing worth noting was that we had a lot of very heavy furniture, some in a finished basement. The team did damage three corner beams when extracting the furniture. The upside was that the office staff called the very next day and the damage was fully repaired within 48 hours (and the repairs were extremely well done to the point you couldn't tell there was ever any damage). Moving is stressful and modest damage is to be expected. The fact that they owned it, fixed it quickly and didn't balk at anything made this a truly positive experience. The office staff was also very pleasant to work with and ensured that the overall moving day was a success. I would recommend You Move Me for any local moves.

Edit: I still stand behind my review of our move from Parker to Centennial. However, we just moved again with this company and it was not a good experience. Ricky was amazing throughout the quote process and setting up the move, we had a few hiccups with the move in date and he was very accommodating with us. Move in day came and it snowed the night before, understandable that there might be some delay. The team (different from our first move) was supposed to be at our place at 8am, Ricky called at 7:50am to inform us that the truck was having trouble starting and that they just needed to warm it up and they would be on their way, arrival time would be closer to 8:30-9am. Around 9:15, the team had not arrived, so we gave Ricky a call and were told another 5 minutes. The team showed up and started loading the truck. We were quoted for a total move of 5 hours with an 1.5 drive time between apartments from Centennial to Aurora, it took the guys 3.5-4 hours to load the truck at the apartment in Centennial. Once at the new apartment, the team called to say they were 15 minutes out, 30 minutes later they showed up. By about 2:40pm, after they had been at the new apartment for roughly 40 minutes, we began to get frustrated with the inefficiency and disorganization of them bringing our belongings in. After trying to suggest alternatives to their process for more efficiency and feeling ignored/blown off by the team, we decided to jump in and help to aid in the process. After the team left, while moving boxes and furniture around we noticed a lot of them had been damaged. We feel that the team either did not care about possible damage to our belongings or did not pack the truck properly. Overall, we are feeling frustrated and disappointed with this move and team and have decided that we would not use this company for any future moves. We hired You Move Me to move us from a house in Parker to an apartment in Centennial. Our movers were Gerran, Chris, Marco, and Richmond, they were quick, efficient, friendly, and did an all around amazing job. Would definitely hire You Move Me for our next move and request this team!

Tony and Eric were great. I moved in May and they brought me a coffee the morning of the move. Great guys. I just think the company should give you some leeway due to traffic. I understand there is a gas fee but when 45 minutes of my 2 hour minimum is spent in a van on the highway, it doesn’t give you a lot of time to pack and unpack without running over that time. But guys were great! They brought a plant once we were done and I asked them to move my bed frame slightly and they were willing to help without hesitation!

Quoted for 2 movers, 1 truck, and 5 hours of a furniture-only move for $800 from a 2/2 condo (for a 2 mile move).They came on time with 3 guys And 2 trucks, finished in 3.5 hours, and came out to $600 with tip. They didn’t need the 2nd truck for our furniture but the 3rd mover was a bonus for sure. They taped, wrapped, and padded all of the furniture before move and unwrapped everything afterwards. Furniture was moved safely and my walls were spared of any dings or scratches. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and efficiency. All 3 guys were very professional and friendly. Worth every penny. Will use them for future moves and recommend them to my friends and family.

I have used these guys several times with know issues. They're on tome, efficient and honest. They treated my stuff and my family with utmost respect. On my latest move, a TV got broken, I was initially worried, but the general manager Ricky went out on the first business day after my move, brought me a brand new TV with the gift receipt from the store in case there were any problems. These guys were on time, in uniform, professional and respectful, nothing damaged. Everything transported very safely, including a couple of things that they warned were a risk (large plants) but it was all fine. I won’t diminish the five star rating by saying this, however… My one complaint is that they all four showed up with no masks on. Given the state of the world, and the science of it, they should be wearing masks and if their customer says otherwise then fine, if they agree, but to assume the lack of safety is unfortunate. Overall Very Pleasant Experience (for a miserable process)... Moving is never a fun thing to do... That being said, We hired You Move Me Denver in Mid-July. We were very happy with the professionalism of the team that was sent to pack, load, and unload the trucks. Greg was our "team lead" and we can't say enough good things about him - his level of communication with us throughout the 2 days was outstanding, keeping us posted on the progress of the move, letting us know when the team would be taking a break (so that we knew we wouldn't be paying for them to sit around). The team was very polite, dressed in nice polo shirt uniforms, and were very friendly (we have 4 kiddos who even commented on "how nice" they were. It is because of Greg and his team that we are giving a Full FIVE STAR review. We had a large move (3 Trucks Full) and were given an estimate for each day of the move: 1st Day & 2nd Day. The 1st Day the cost came in at about $100 less than estimated, but the 2nd day (loading & unloading the trucks) our total was roughly 20% (about $1,000) over our estimated cost. Our advice is to "Ask for Greg!" We definitely will the next time we hire You Move Me Denver.

Very good experience with a very difficult move from a second story condominium. Several large, heavy pieces had to be moved out through a exterior patio and lowered to grade. Moving personnel were very concerned with worker safety and protecting my furniture during this ordeal. Very slight damage to some pieces occurred, which was expected by me due to the difficulty of the handling, and did not get my undies in a bunch. Very personable crew, and the final cost (although somewhat higher than the original estimate) was not outrageous for such a time consuming effort.

I had an amazing experience with You Move Me from start to finish! From the founder's recording when you call them to the little gift they give you when they're done WILDLY EXCEEDED expectations. I was moving from a house to an apartment about 25 miles away with a decent amount of furniture. My movers were Austin and Rhamel (I hope I spelled that right) and they were AMAZING. For every 1 thing I got into the truck, they would get like 5 things in there. He was able to move my heavy queen mattress up THREE flights of stairs ALONE. I wouldn't even have thought that was possible, to be honest. They were friendly, they were safe and courteous drivers and weren't even phased by doing this a day after snowfall. Austin and Rhamel were super understanding about me having to stiff them on their tip because I was so broke, so THANKS GUYS, here's the review I promised I'd give you instead. Furthermore, they arrived on time and came in way under their price estimate because they were so fast! I basically called them in a panic because of my poor planning for the move and had a SAME-DAY MOVE scheduled a few minutes later. As others have said, all my furniture was wrapped like it would have to survive re-entry into earth's atmosphere and I think my stuff actually came out of their truck in better condition than it went in. Magic. The rate was a little more than a couple places, but this is a great example of "You get what you pay for." Having a flat travel fee was super cool too. Paid with a Square reader after everything was done. Thank you You Move Me, Austin and Rhamel. You have a lifetime customer. I'll recommend you to everyone I can. You didn't only save the day, you made my whole moving week amazing.

I've purposefully waited a while to submit my review of our October 31st move in order to fully inspect our items and make sure I am portraying their services accurately and fairly. Halloween is a tough day to move and on the plus side, the crew was on time and ready to work. They sent an extra move person with the crew as a "courtesy" but in reality they really wanted to get done quicker to get their Halloween evening plans going. Fair enough... Expect damage if you have any larger items, or anything that requires any form of finesse to move. We had one piece that was difficult to move, and that was apparent from damage to both the piece of furniture and the wall(s) that the crew damaged. After multiple complaints they took care of the wall damages in our old house, however I paid out of my own pocket to fix the broken glass from our tv stand. No big deal, but as time goes on we find more damage from that day. I had casters on the bottom of an empty file cabinet snapped off and shoved into a laundry basket only to be found later. Whoever broke them knew about it, but didn't say a thing. We also ended up with trash from the move (their water bottles, tape measures, a hat etc) to cleanup. At the end of the day, our things were moved, but in all honesty for the prices they charge I would have expected more. Also felt a little odd at the end when the project lead presented the final bill and there is an immediate option to provide massive tips to the guys from his iPad screen... like 20-30-% of the total bill in the form of a tip... I declined that, and presented each guy with a cash tip, but you could tell they were hoping for much more. Just something to plan for and expect. Would I use them again... not likely unless I was in a really bad pinch and couldn't find another quality mover.

They did give a window of 1-3p and a 3 is what it turned out to be, but that couldn't be helped because of the job before mine. But the later start time did push us into the early evening to be done.

So I’ve moved twice in the last couple of years. Used You Move Me for both times. Each time has been crazy easy. They give you an estimate, keep you informed throughout the entire process! You Move Me me really came through & helped my elderly parents move. The thoroughly explained things to my parents who suffer from dementia & made things as cost effective as possible. They really seem to care and treated my parents as if they were their family. The whole organization from scheduling the move to the movers and especially the boss Ricky really helped my parents and I at one of the most stressful situations one can face. As I'm disabled with limited mobility, I was unable to help my parents and You Move Me stepped right in and took care of everything. I highly recommend them and will only use them in the future.

UPDATE (5 days later) As we unpack, we're seeing a very helpful pattern: the packers crumpled one end of the tape when sealing our boxes, making it easy to start peeling the tape off. Simple, fast, and very useful when unpacking! However, the quality of packing is uneven. Some boxes are packed neatly, carefully, and with an eye to what we can realistically move around for ourselves. Some are painfully heavy (such as 'medium' boxes solid with books: about 195 pounds). And some are half full or less. We're not done unpacking yet, but we just now unpacked two 'dish packs' -- 5.2 cubic-foot boxes with $pecially $trengthened $ides -- filled with nothing but crumpled packing paper, an empty used pizza box, and one stainless-steel gravy ladle. There are some nasty names for that sort of behavior. On the other hand, the two days of moving did go as well as described in the original review. If The Perfect Movers were really out there somewhere...but they're not. You could still do a good deal worse than these folks. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is actually a 4.75-star review, but the moving crew was so excellent that I'm rounding up. We moved yesterday and the day before. We have a LOT of stuff, especially for apartment dwellers: lots of books, lots of shabby things which you'd never guess are of great sentimental value, lots of fragile items...just lots and lots of stuff. You Move Me packed us up on the first day and moved it all on the second day, from a third-floor walk-up (i.e. no elevator) to a nearby first-floor apartment with a zigzag entryway. The crew was really great: prompt, cheerful, responsive, efficient, careful, and caring, consistently, all the way through two back-to-back ten-hour days. And they came in about 5% BELOW their estimate of the job. So why isn't this a five-star review? It's not because there were a couple of minor mishaps in the process. In fact there were, but that's something we were prepared for. There's always SOMEthing. And the crew took extra time -- off the clock! -- to do all they could to deal with those mishaps. One of them they completely fixed; the other...well, the problem was that something which shouldn't have gotten packed did accidentally get packed, and no one could find the right box once we realized it had happened. We are completely confident that it's in one of our boxes, safe in our home. The problem is, we need that item TODAY. So we had to go out and buy a replacement, which cost us about $70. The reason for less thatn five stars in this review is not the fact that this happened. As I said, SOMEthing always goes wrong. It's the way management dealt with that situation. We proposed that management should fund our purchase (at our estimate of $50, which turned out to be low), and we would find a store whose hours made it possible to buy the item in time for our needs today. Their response was to assure us that, if we did not find the required item in our boxes within ten days, they would pay for it. That would be an excellent response if the problem had been whether or not we still have the item somewhere. But it wasn't. The problem was that we need the item today. In my opinion, five-star management listens better than that. Having said that: don't get me wrong! Management gave us a truly realistic estimate, which we have sadly learned you don't dare count on. They also pro-actively made sure the we understood, up front, about all the rules and conditions and expectations. They responded quickly to our questions and concerns at all times. And in fact they showed up early on the second day to check with us (and with their own eyes) how the job was going. If I could give management four and a half stars, I would. They fell just short of awesome, but they are darn good. And the actual moving crew was nothing short of awesome. These guys walk the talk. The company's mission is "to move you, not just your boxes". Well, they did it. They not only moved our boxes; they moved our home.
