Without reservation I would recommend Movemasters for your next move. The entire crew was incredibly profession, polite, responsive, and friendly. The crew lead Charles runs a tight ship and has a Zen-like quality where nothing is a problem to stress over, which was so helpful because moving is stressful for the homeowner under any circumstance. When I wanted furniture rearranged, the whole crew easily implemented my vision. Movemasters accurately predicted the timeframe for the move-day, communicated effectively from the initial consultation via FaceTime to the end of moving day. If I move again, I will definitely use Movemasters again!!

This is the best moving company in metro Denver. Unlike other moving companies they arrived on time, packed/unpacked quickly and we’re consummate professionals. The two individuals were polite, courteous and took great care of our furniture. The movers met us in Boulder and helped move our daughter’s furniture out of her apartment and into our house in Denver. The move lasted five hours and came in under $1000. We highly recommend this company for their exceptional customer service, reliability and professionalism.

Seamless and easy loading help from Movemasters. They helped my load my truck for a long distance move and were very careful to make sure everything was secured for the long drive. They were great! We just had our 2nd move in 6 months and I had thought our previous movers from out of state were excellent, but Movemasters blew them out of the water. I have no problem in saying the Yelp reviews for Movemasters 100% live up to the hype. The team arrived on time, had great communication with us and were all incredibly careful with our belongings and both the property we were moving out of and the home we moved into. They were efficient and I was surprised to see how well they all worked together to carry heavy items, coordinate to make sure nothing was damaged, they took apart some furniture and put it back together how they found it. Truly amazing and excellent work! We'll definitely be using you guys again in the future!

Our move with Movemasters was great! We have a lot of very large and very heavy items, and the team was unphased by any of it. They had to procure a different truck to make the loading of these items possible and they did it with a smile. In addition, our new house is in the mountains with a very steep and very narrow driveway and the team conquered that challenge with no problem. Again with a smile. Moving is stressful and the guys who moved us made it all a little easier by being professional with a sense of humor. Thanks, Movemasters!

Highly recommend. The two young men who handled my move were very professional, but also very sweet and wonderful to have around for the day! It was a long day for them driving three hours to the mountains (in the snow) and back to Denver. They moved all of my furniture—including my peloton and an ancient piano—up and down stairs. Movemasters also gave me a fair price compared to competitors.

Very professional and hard working. I moved from Denver metro to Colorado Springs and movers were very efficient as I was paying them by the hour. Did have some damage to my TV but Brian came through and reimbursed me for the damage. Will definitely use them again and refer them to friends.

I would give 6 stars! We did a cross country move. I have also used movers many, many times. These guys are the best. They were so responsive. SO QUICK. We could not believe how quickly they unloaded our pod and put together our furniture. They were also super polite and took care to not ding walls, and made sure to place items exactly where we wanted them. We had so many moving parts and contact at movemasters understood we were reliant on a pod getting delivered in time, house closing, etc. and was great at easing our concerns about whether this would work for movemasters. They were also the best business we interacted with on this move. Again, lots of moving parts- frustrating pods, frustrating "unpacker" we hired. Not frustrating- movemasters! We immediately sent their details to all our friends.

These guys were awesome. I've moved several times and these guys were by far the best I have dealt with. They arrived on time and were very friendly. My movers were college kids and I felt good having them handle my valuables. It was 97 degrees outside and they ran back and forth the entire time they were moving to complete the move quicker. The move went very quickly. They even provided us with more boxes to pack things up we were unable to the night before. Movemasters were recommended by my next door neighbor and I'll recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Movemasters we will be calling again!

I moved a one bed one bath apartment to a new location not far. The two guys who showed up (Juan and another guy I forgot his name) were so polite and respectful. They had all extra materials I needed (extra tape, etc). They were so quick with the move not wasting any time. I had an issue getting my couch into the new place and they tried everything to make it work- taking off the door, etc. I was impressed with their speed but also how they handled my items with care. 5 stars! Thank you for a great experience. It relieved my anxieties with just the stress of having to move in the first place. Thank you!

Having had some unprofessional movers in the past, I compared two movers and chose Movemasters because they are very responsive and knowledgeable related to moving needs and estimate. Both packing and loading services are top notch. They are young professionals, who are starting out and some are still going to college. Movemasters handled a relatively small move for me across Denver. Everyone I interacted with was extremely responsive, efficient, and polite. When it came time for the actual move, the movers were on time, fast, and conscientious about not damaging the furniture or the doors/walls/floors as they disassembled and moved the furniture. When they unloaded at the destination, they pointed out that one item (the leaf for my dining table) had been chipped and offered to have it fixed. (I declined, because it was on the underside of the leaf and I knew it could easily be fixed with some wood glue.) The fact that they pointed it out, when it would have been months before I noticed (if ever) speaks volumes about their integrity and professionalism!

The movers were late by 4 hours which threw the entire move off- I understand being short staffed; however this setback my entire day. With that being said, the movers themselves were friendly and worked hard. This was my first time using movers and they were so great! Quick, efficient and very thorough. They made sure everything was wrapped up, protected and secured. On time to my apartment and even done before the estimated time frame. Nothing broken, they unassembled and put back together my bed, they even tried to fix a shelf that i had previously broke! Before they left they made sure to ask me if I wanted any furniture moved and if things looked good/in the right place which I though was so nice of them. Will definitely use them in the future!!!

All three of our movers were great, but especially David and Henry literally jogged in between loads to and from the house, and they often carried multiple boxes at one time. They came in under time for the quote which saved us money and made the whole process so easy. The reason I went with Movemasters is because the person I spoke on the phone with (I forget his name) was very genuine, clear and upfront with no hidden costs later down the line. Deven, Gustavo and Jospeh called prior to arriving, showed up on time and were very respectful throughout the entire process. They required no instruction and started promptly with a staging process that was very efficient. Highly Recommend!

Within the past 20 months, I have used Movemasters to complete two very complicated moves. Each time the staff was friendly, positive, and helpful. They worked well as a team and communicated excellently with each other and with me. The team members were very efficient and focused. They were incredibly patient as I put protectors on all the furniture before it touched my new hardwood floors. The team leader was very transparent about asking if their crew had caused a few marks he noticed on the walls (they had not caused these), and the guys went out of their way to accommodate special requests such as taking a couple items to neighbors and making extra stops to deliver borrowed items being returned. I would like to give a shout out to Jesse, Josh, Tanner, Quincy, and one guy whose name I cannot recall. Moving is stressful, but the support of a Movemasters team makes all the difference in the world!

Great moving experience! Movers were running late due to unforeseen circumstances and the company actually CALLED ME to apologize and give me an ETA. Movers were courteous and seemed trustworthy. During the move into our new building the elevator broke down, which was a real bummer, but our movers handled it very professionally and efficiently. The movers had to prop a door open due to the elevator malfunction. I’m not exactly sure what happened but the door ended up damaged. The managers at Move Masters completely took care of it. They told me to put them in contact with our HOA and it would be resolved. I really appreciated not having to be a part of this issue. Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for movers in the Denver area, look no further. I cannot more highly recommend Movemasters for your move. After a horrible experience moving across the country, I was extremely reluctant to move again. Movemasters made all those worries go away. They were professional, kind, and as efficient as possible. They proactively flagged when the move was taking longer than expected and were literally running between the truck and the house (while taking good care of the items) to make things go faster. There was only one item damaged during the move, and they were so responsive and timely in helping us get a replacement. They made every part of a process that could've been horrible as seamless and painless as possible.

We sold our house and were planning on a direct move to our new build home. However, due to COVID, the new build was delayed. We contracted with Movemasters to move to storage first and then to the new build upon completion. I thought the crew on the first move were fantastic. The crew on the second move were even better. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Not one of our household items were damaged. They did a great job in the furniture set up as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

Since it's 2020, we were able to do it via Zoom, which was extremely convenient. The team that did the move was strong, quick and polite. I can not express enough about the awesome job they did, with the conditions they had to work in. We will be moving again in a year. Movemasters exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on their reviews. We had a lot of stuff. They estimated the truck space needed perfectly. Sent two trucks and a crew of four. The crew were very careful and well organized. They followed all instructions and moved everything without damaging our items or either house at all. They disassembled and reassembled furniture without complaint, and correctly. The guys were very appreciative when we bought them lunch. We ate together and they were polite and friendly. Could not recommend Movemasters more enthusiastically. Best moving experience we have ever had.

I used Movemasters last May for a short move (literally across the street), and I can't recommend them highly enough. We were given a reasonable quote. The movers arrived on time and were very professional. I had intended to move my many books myself, and partway through realized I wasn't capable of doing it all and up to a third floor apartment. I asked if the movers would be able to, and they did (they charge by the hour). They were careful with our things and actually just moved everything on wheeled carts across the parking lot. When it seemed they might not get done in the allotted time, they added an extra mover at no cost. Even with the additional items, they only took an extra hour. This also may be the only move I've ever had where nothing was broken. If you are looking for a local move, I don't think you could do better.

First Review: I wish our experience with Movemasters was as good as others but unfortunately it was not. There were 5 guys who packed our things, or I should say threw it in boxes in no organized manner. On moving day, 7 guys showed up and really only 2 of the guys did what we asked. Some were bringing my decorative wall pictures off the truck into our garage in the wheel barrow. The pictures weren’t wrapped or protected at all... just wheeled into the garage to sit until I asked one of the guys to take them into the house. Some of the guys took stuff to places we didn’t tell them (boxes of bedding to the basement storage room, not good when you’re exhausted and wanting to go to bed late at night and can’t find sheets or blankets). We’ve found several scratches on furniture and today just discovered that they used duct tape to hold our t.v. cabinet together while not telling us they broke a support piece off underneath it. I would not recommend using Movemasters. 2nd Review: After leaving the first review, I was contacted by the company and they worked hard to make up for our poor service. I’m impressed with their dedication to customer service and feel like our concerns were heard and then made right. I also appreciate the fact that they’ll pick up your boxes for free and come back numerous times to pick them up as you unpack. Our second box pick up was done by Ava and she did an excellent job, even left our garage in great shape when she was finished! We would try Movemasters again after their concern for our bad experience and willingness to make it right!

Movemasters moved us on January 16, 2019. We would hire them instantly again if there was another move. The men were very careful, eager to please, and very polite. We couldn't have been more pleased. Every piece of furniture was shrink wrapped. We have moved several times and no other mover has ever done that. They wanted to make sure the furniture was placed where we wanted in the our new place. Our Sleep Number Bed wasn't plugged in and without any hesitation Movemasters came over the next day to plug it in (as the outlet was awkward to get to) without any extra charge. If you need movers, hire Movemasters. The only disadvantage is that they only do moves in Colorado.

Moving right now with this busy real estate market is not easy! Movers are busy. Easy to sell -not so easy to find the right property. We needed a double move including storage. Move masters was recommended. Not all moves go smoothly and in this double move and storage several of our pieces were damaged. Yes-I was upset, but I will say that Damien at Movemasters was very responsive and wanted to "make me happy." He did everything he could to make things right, even replacing a desk to right the problem. I would recommend this company because they cared and stood by their word to right the problems. We had two experiences with these guys. The first, when we moved into our house, was excellent. The team could not have been more professional, careful, conscientious, and courteous. WAY above and beyond. The second, when we had them transport a heavy piece of furniture from an auction site, was horrible. They only sent two guys and should have sent three. They were both young and inexperienced and they obviously didn't know how to move the bulky piece. Consequently they scratched and damaged it. They were also late because they got lost and charged for the entire time they were driving around. I hate to give a bad rating because our first experience was so excellent. But I would caution people to make sure to have them send at least one knowledgeable mover or you could be sorry.

We had our move with movemasters two weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the crew who helped us. From the minute the six men showed up and individually introduced themselves to us, everything was handled in a professional, efficient and cheerful manner. They almost ran back to the house from each load delivered to the the truck and amazed us with their ability to come down the stairs with three boxes carried safely on their backs. They wrapped most of the furniture pieces in shrink wrap and blankets to ensure their safety. The men all retained happy and cheerful demeanors and were always polite when asked any question. Delivery at the new house was carried out in the same efficient manner and they checked to see if there were any piece of furniture that we wanted moved before they left. Nothing in our boxes was broken; we ended up with a few minor scratches on some of the furniture legs or sides, but they sent an expert in repair who did a great job in fixing even the minor nicks or scratches. We were very pleased. This seems to be a well-run company who do a great job in training their staffs. Kudos to all. It was exceptional from estimate to execution. The estimate was accurate by $20, they showed up on time with a crew of 3 and the right size truck. They were both fast and careful, checking in along the way to confirm our preferences. Most impressive was the fact that the took the sectional from the lowest level out the patio door and up the rocks on the side of the house, to make sure no walls or furniture were damaged. This was the hard way, but the right way and it really impressed us. When they got to the new house they were aware it was a new build and went to pain staking lengths to carefully place items on all three levels and not leave any marks. This is the second time I've employed this company and once again I'm thrilled with their speed and efficiency. Today I had them move a heavy box upstairs and a rather large desk (68" x 31" x 29") downstairs. They managed to get it through a narrow doorway, around a sharp left turn, down a couple flight of stairs, and then out the front door before it needed to be placed in the garage. Wonderful job!
