My son and I have used Cowboy Moving & Storage three times in the last decade. Every time we have received excellent professional service! The office staff are personable and competent. When I had to change my move in date the office staff were very accommodating. The movers were on time, handled our belongings with care, listened to my initial requests for what I wanted done, and took directions well. They stayed on task at all times so I felt the $150.00 an hour fee was a good value. I would recommend Cowboy Moving and Storage to anyone!

I chose Cowboy Moving & Storage to help us move from our current home and store our belongings as we await the completion of our new home. The first phase of this could not have gone more smoothly. Erick, Jorge, and Vincent did a wonderful job pulling together our move. They were absolutely great, starting right on time and communicating wonderfully with us throughout the day. They did a great job of protecting our furnishings and the house as they were putting the move together. I couldn’t be more happy with these gentlemen. I also should add that I shopped around and I believe that Cowboy Moving provides a very good value. Happy to be working with them!

Absolutely the best movers I have ever worked with. Your team arrived as scheduled, evaluated the scope of our move, and immediately went to work. Extremely efficient and polite crew. They moved everything in our 3000 sq ft home 60 miles in one day with care and respect for our possessions and home. Our son moved a few weeks before us and he couldn’t stop talking about how much better Cowboy Moving was than the company he used. We’ve moved five times and we’ve used Cowboy Moving Company ever time. The service providers are all so wonderful. I asked for additional padding on this past move, and they were very accommodating. The service provider (Erick P.) went above and beyond wrapping my furniture. Jorge M. and Erick P. were both amazing!! It was a long hard day, and they did an outstanding job!! Scheduling was very easy. Customer service was so very helpful. Our house wasn’t ready to move in as we expected and so we ended up storing our furniture in a pup trailer instead of moving it to our home. They were able to switch trucks to solve the issue a couple days prior to our move. What a stress reliever!! We highly recommend Cowboy Moving.

We contracted with Cowboy Moving & Storage in July to pick up and store our furniture while we had our home remodeled. Derek, Justin, and Kyle who picked up our items did an awesome job, shrink wrapping each item, and removing them carefully from our house. Fast forward to now when we had our furniture brought back to our newly renovated home. Everything was returned in good condition. Jorge, Mario, and Erick were very careful not to damage the newly installed flooring and newly painted walls. They covered the floors with moving blankets and even hand carried several items down the stairway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from a moving company, and would highly recommend Cowboy Moving & Storage.

Jesus, Emilio, and Daren were perfect moving us back into the after a 15 month remodel. They actually remembered where things went from when they moved us out over a year earlier. They took extreme care to protect all our new floors, walls, stairs, hand railings etc. no damage, after a 7 hour ordeal. They asked if there was anything more they could do and we had them move things from our own storage into the house and assemble it. A really easy and experienced crew to get along. All 4 guys were amazing--professional, respectful, fast, and so nice and funny. Complete opposite experience from the last move we made. Cowboy was booked up that time so we had to go with another company that requires their movers to wear tuxedo tshirts (so fake tuxedos) in an attempt to make you THINK you're getting good service, but Cowboy doesn't need a gimmick like that--they hire and retain good people (A couple of our guys said they'd been at Cowboy Moving for 20+ years!) and actually provide a good service at a reasonable price. And, they didn't damage anything. We'll never use anyone else to move us and we'll be sure to tell everyone we know this! Thank you, Cowboy Moving! You made what could have been a stressful experience a very enjoyable one!

I was very impressed with the movers at Cowboy: Argenis P., Jorge M., and Erick P. They worked fast and were extremely careful with my belongings and the new home. Their strength was incredible as well, which was seen in the moving of my home gym as well as furniture up and down the stairs and in tight situations. They were careful in covering the carpet so as to not cause stains and removed two doors to improve efficiency. The communication and mentoring among the team was impressive as well. All three gentlemen were kind and respectful. I have to admit that I was worried that the move would not go smoothly, but I could not have been more wrong. I've already written 1 review but felt compelled to write another. A few years ago, we had to move at the height of covid. Cowboy Moving Co was literally the best. They moved us without breaking or damaging anything, and at a very fair rate even though other companies were charging extra for covid. A few months back, we were having to move again, but out of Colorado. My first call was to Cowboy's. Unfortunately, they didn't do out of state. The company we ended up going with was absolutely horrific. Breaking 11 of our 67 large items and losing several boxes/totes in the process, as well as charging us double from the original quote (totalling over $13,000). I'm STILL fighting with them over a claim. It has made me realize what an actual gem Cowboy's was. The men were all so caring with our belongings and professional in every manner. Even though I have a bitter taste in my mouth for the last company who screwed me over, I'll always HIGHLY recommend Cowboy's to anyone looking to relocate within the Denver metro area. THANK YOU!

Phenomenal job again, this is the second time I've used this company and they are top notch in efficiency and the way they care for your items. While the company isn't the cheapest, I will say they are worth the extra cash. If you want to make sure your items are not broken and well maintained give them a call. Not only were the items we'd left in storage with Cowboy in pristine condition, the team did a wonderful job of accomodating our many requests as we shifted items aroud the house. Cowboy provided the best move of our lives! Over the course of two days, Jorge, Alejandro, Argenis, Erick and Vince did a fantastic job both packing and then moving our home. The entire crew was professional, curteous and carful with our belongings and our home. We have moved 3 times in the past 5 years and this is without a doubt the best moving company experience I have ever encountered. In addition to Cowboy Moving & Storage being easy to work with, this crew was the best I have ever encountered. I hope they are used to move us into our new home in a couple of months.

They were extremely careful with our belongings and very efficient. We didn't think we were going to be able to fit everything in our truck but Jesus took charge of the complicated game of Tetris in the truck and managed to get everything in. Highly recommended.

I get it... accidents happen, unfortunately in this case it was not an accident rather poor judgment from the two moving guys handling the furniture. Cowboy Movers did a fantastic job moving my elderly mother from one apartment to another in the same building. A few days prior to the move, the office called to confirm the date and time. I was called the day of the move with specific arrival time information (and they were exactly on time). The two movers were professional, efficient, careful, and very personable. My mother was completely at ease. I had "shopped around" for movers. Our's was a small job but only Cowboy Movers was willing to do it without a minimum number of hours charged. Also, for a small additional fee, they moved a piano. Some movers will not move a piano, which forces you to hire a specialized piano mover. I highly recommend Cowboy Movers!

Cowboy movers provided a wonderful moving experience for us both packing, storing and delivering our house belongings. We had them store our truck of belongings on their lot for 3 months. The workers were extremely courteous.and so careful bringing the furniture into our new house not to scratch the walls . They also layed down carpet protector to keep the floors clean. All of our furniture was well taken care of with not a single scratch or dent. The workers were very quick and did not take many breaks and earned every bit of their pay. Gerald & Augi did a great job. They clearly have done this many times and took care to protect my belongings and my new home. They made sure all of the furniture was wrapped for transport. Then, when we got to the new house, they put plastic on the new carpet as requested but also, without us even asking, Gerald made sure the guys put blankets down to make sure the hardwood floors would not get damaged. I was also very impressed that Augi was able to take my treadmill apart to move it into the basement and then reassembled it. We have since used it without issue! Cowboy has moved us several times now, and the latest was from Denver to the mountains. Their professional and kind demeanor, attention to detail, and strong work ethic impresses me every time. These guys took care with our belongings but worked extremely fast. They movers should up on time and went straight to work. The move was flawless. Everything was wrapped up and protected, moved without a scratch (even though they had to negotiate 3 flights of stairs) and was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them!

All of our belongings were in two storage units and a POD and Cowboy Moving did a great job. There was a lot of random stuff in the storage rooms that wasn't packed in boxes so they used wardrobe boxes to consolidate everything. The guys were great and very pleasant to work with. And now for the best part, one week later. I received a reimbursement check in the mail because I was mistakenly charged the wrong hourly rate. I had no idea that I was charged the wrong rate (it wasn't a huge amount) so the check was a complete surprise. It speaks volumes about their character and work ethic, that they would catch the mistake and take it upon themselves to send me a refund without me asking for it. For this alone I would recommend Cowboy Moving. Also, when I was scheduling the move I called the office a few times. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was always very helpful, took their time to make sure I had all my questions answered and was never pushing to make a sale. The only thing I would recommend to Cowboy Moving is that they clean and organize their truck before heading to the job (either after their last job the day before or that morning). I know I'm being picky with this so it doesn't change my rating or above opinion, just sharing something that could be improved. The truck had drink bottles (probably from the previous day's job) and other trash that had to be cleaned. I just think it should have been done earlier and not as part of the time I was paying for. Either way, I will certainly use them the next time I move. Thanks for making our life much easier during a hectic time!

Even though their rate is higher than the other well recommended company we were considering, we saved money on the travel time and they did not disappoint with their customer service. Our job was pretty small, just moving large items for a floor refinish but SO worth having them come rather than asking friends. They took great care of our items, were very efficient, and and made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left. They had to work very hard, as many of our pieces are extremely heavy. They were able to make everything work out well with zero damages! Agustin, the lead mover, thought creatively about how to maneuver oversized furniture around a very narrow corner. He was prepared with tools to remove/reinstall two doors and when he discovered our dryer plug was not compatible with the outlet, he offered a fix suggestion AND to install the converter if we were able to pick one up that morning. Great team of Keith, Darrin and Derik. This was the move in after storage of our furniture. They arrived at 8:45 am and completed the job and drove at 4:30 pm. For three movers they were quick, professional and polite. We had two broken glass shelves. They took them back and we had them replaced within a few days. There were some dolly tracks on carpet and they sent someone out and took care of that as well. Cowboy recently handled a move for us from Douglas County to Grand County. The first day we had Eric, Vincent, and Kyle load our furniture and boxes. Moving team was great, but their office let them down. Their estimator, who claims didn't need to see our house to base his estimate, dropped the ball. He/she sent one crew with one truck and one van. We easily needed 2 crews and 2 trucks. Left me with no option but to scramble the next morning and find a uhaul with several friends. Moral of the story: INSIST they send someone out to get eyes on the project. This shortfall added a huge amount of last minute stress to us, stretched their crew into a 14-hour day, and generally left a bad taste with us. Complaints sent to their office was met with a half-hearted "sorry", with no offer to do the right thing. But they WERE quick to connect the next day for payment.

Darrin and Eddy were both professional and kind, however I feel the two of them could have worked more efficiently together. I know going up and down stairs can be tough, and I know moves are hard work, but if Darrin helped with up and down trips we may have saved a little bit of time. When I called to schedule and based on space we were told two person team would take 5-6 hours including travel time. (I know there is no guarantee until you see the space).The move was for a single person in a one bedroom apartment. It was close to 8hours. Overall, they did a good job, but felt it could have gone a bit faster. Thank you!

Had a good experience with this company. They were able to keep my stuff in storage for ~3 months as I sold my place and shopped around for another. After I did finally have a place to move it to, Mike and Beto came to deliver it all. What a wonderful experience. I was able to get all of my questions answered by Debbie on my first call. I used CM&S for moving out of my house and storing my belongings. I received updates for when the crew was arriving and when they got to my house, each of the guys shook my hand and introduced themselves. In today’s world this is a common courtesy that most other companies have forgotten. They were gentle with each item and worked quickly. They were all very friendly and professional. They were very careful with our furniture & were particularly challenged by a large display case that was moved without a scratch. Augie & Jessica were fun to work with and we're so helpful. Thks to Debbie for setting everything up for us. Also they arrived on time and we're extremely courteous. I highly recommend Cowboy Moving and would use them again.

While moving is stressful, Cowboy made it bearable. When I was getting quotes, they were very responsive and understood that I would need to move out of my house and store my stuff, and then move it to my new house sometime in the future (at that time I didn't know how long). They helped me find the right solution at a reasonable price. Then, when we were frantically packing and didn't think we would get it done, they were able to send a crew to help with that. The crew that moved us out of our central Denver location was amazing in navigating the narrow streets with the semi trailer and got us moved out of there. Then, today, the crew was incredible: fast, funny, and super helpful. They figured out how to get a large piece of furniture into the basement when it didn't seem possible, and reassembled and even cleaned some of our furniture! I have had bad and mediocre moving experiences before; this was the best I have ever had and I strongly recommend them!
