UPDATED REVIEW-(2 stars originally up to 3 because sales staff and customer service was nice and helpful) I would be cautious using Two Men and a Truck - To give credit, I was referred to them by three family members who had previously used them and stated it was a "great" experience. Please note that I have moved 13 times as an adult and every time this was with me and a buddy doing everything. We purchased our first home (new build) and decided to hire movers to make it smooth and enjoyable. While things started great from the sale to the loading it took a turn that ruined trust. Movers arrived on time, loaded items safely and were very careful moving things out of the 30 year old rental we were leaving. However, in the new build they dinged a corner in the living room and scraped the front door trying to move a fridge by using a dolly (simply using carrying straps would have allowed them to open doors and swivel but this either is something they chose not to do or are not permitted to do). I witnessed both of those minor things happen and chose not to say anything because it's minor, items are heavy, and no one is perfect accident happens. And this is probably an easy fix. However, my son's bed frame is where I became upset. After they told me they were finished, adjusted the work hours and I paid, they left. I went ahead and got the fridge and stove hooked up and went upstairs to find my son's bed frame unassembled and the mattress still in the plastic protection. Previously, they used a drill to disassemble the frame at pick up for loading (didn't ask permission) and I assumed they just forgot it and went to reassemble the frame myself. However, when I went to remove the allen bolts that they had screwed into the frame for travel I discovered they had grossly over-tightened one and stripped out one of the bolts using the drill preventing me from removing the bolt and reassembling the frame. That situation wreaked of intentional deceit since they left it unassembled and there had been zero apologies for the frame, dinged corner, and scraped fridge and entryway. If they would have at least said sorry or stated they stripped the bolt, I would've been okay; instead they said nothing. I then emailed customer support who had no solutions to make up for this and required proof of purchase on the bed frame for reimbursement. I don't know of many people who keep receipts for 4 years let alone are asked to go digging for it because of clear neglect on their end. I was left needing to get a new frame that wasn't needed at my own expense. Now 1 out of 4 (25%) bad experiences within my circle isn't bad but I regret trying to make a brand new, first home move smooth and exciting for my family. And if I could go back I would just ask a buddy to help me and saved the cash because the cost of the move with damage and lack of post-care is not worth it, I could've use that money for so much more. 5-9-22 Update - after a couple email exchanges customer service did a search of similar frames and provided a reimbursement to recoup the cost of purchasing a new frame. This was very helpful and I updated it to 3 stars thanks to the sales and customer service support.

I cannot say enough about how helpful, pleasant and professional the crew was during our recent move. We had 4 very pleasant young men helping us. They answered all our questions and handled all our belongings with great care. Even though our move was approximately 120 miles, the speed and efficiency was very welcomed. All 4 men were very cordial and respectful of us and our belongings. They helped to relieve some of the stress that always goes with a move of this type with wit and good humor. They had to negotiate moving our belongs up to the fourth floor via a stairwell instead of an elevator without any "grumbling". Their decision making on how to accomplish this move , was outstanding. I would highly recommend this crew and their company to anyone looking for a short or long distance move.

The moving crews were awesome! The entire time they were professional, efficient, and careful with all items. They keep you informed along the way, and make sure you understand what is going on. We moved a 3 bed/2.5 bath in about 8 hours and at a MUCH more reasonable cost than what competitors quoted!! The total cost actually came out below the estimate which is awesome! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I had a great experience with Two men & a truck. My movers were friendly and responsive to any ideas I had during the move. They were very efficient as well. Moving my apartment in less time than I had been quoted. The main person I spoke with was Oliver, he was great. I can’t remember the other guys name, but he was fantastic as well. I had one heavy piece to move and another guy who works for Two Men happened to drive by, not planned, and stopped to see if they needed help. Also, a manager stopped by during the move and helped some. It was a great experience overall and I will definitely use them when I move again.

From the initial meeting with Eric Green, the sales person, to the moment the four guys said good-bye, our move with Two Men and a Truck (for me it was Four Men and Two Trucks) was an excellent experience. Eric did his best to get me the most help to fit our budget and the guys were friendly, fun, and easy to work with. There are a few pieces of furniture that ended up with minor damage, but considering the amount of stuff they needed to move, I am still impressed by the great job they did.

We recently moved and hired two men and a truck. I have never used movers before, and I have always found the loving process to be very stressful. I am SO glad we decided to hire two men and a truck! Raffael and Colton were so amazing. Raffael was very personable, and professional, and he definitely knew what he was doing. They made our move so easy. We moved a 4 bedroom 2 story house in 7 hours, and they handled all of the heavy lifting and it was so nice that they took apart our beds and put them back together. If we ever move again we will most definitely be using two men and a truck and requesting Raffael and Colton again!

I simply cannot say enough good about the service I received. From a timely contact and scheduling (less than a week) and the two young men who completed the job -Cody and Dante. They removed a freezer from a small cramped space in my finished basement and moved a couch to the basement. Everything was wrapped-padded and protected. I had visions of gouges in my floor and holes in my walls-- but the house was pristine when they left. They were so careful and respectful of my property. They were also polite and professional. This is not the first time I have used Two Men and a Truck to move my belongings. I use them because I have never had any issues...ever. My move was a short distance but I have a lot of furnishings and boxes. They provided two trucks and four men. They worked hard. It was hot and humid but their energy was high. One thing I noticed is how well they worked together. They were laughing most of the day. Their happiness was infectious. My house was not damaged and my belongings were delivered carefully. I appreciate all the hard work and laughter. If I have to move again (I hope I don't have to), I will again use Two Men and a Truck. Thank you!

I honestly thought that I wouldn't be able to afford Two Men & a Truck, but they have some options that are fantastic deals. So, I assumed they'd send their bad movers since it was so cheap. Not at all! I've been burned by moving companies in the past, so I was pretty weary. Everything was perfect. The communication, the price, the quality of the movers. There were no hidden fees; it actually ended up being less than what I was quoted. I was stressed out over the move, but they made it so easy. And, they were super fun! Read the reviews- I'm pretty sure they're not fake. These guys are wonderful! And if money is an issue, try them anyway.

We had an awesome crew for our move! I will start with communication leading up to the move. Zach was really helpful in helping us figure out how to get this move within our budget. He called the day before to make sure we had everything we needed. We shopped around quite a bit and saved a TON of money working with 2 men. I have never hired movers before but I'm glad that I did! Ashlie was very helpful and responsive in getting my packing list together and my moving scheduled. Tyler and Tayvon (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) were the best team I could have had. And another man (I'm forgetting his name - the one with quality control) stopped by while they were loading the truck to make sure things were going well and I was satisfied with my movers. The guys were both very respectful and professional and they made sure I knew what was going on with every step of the process. Everything was packaged up and then taken out nicely and nothing was damaged in the move. They were very patient with me as I hadn't quite decided where everything would go yet. And we finished in seven hours when it was originally scheduled for eight. Overall, the day went very well. Thank you!

We are currently working on expanding our K-8 school into a building next door. This will be the 3rd time we've hired Two Men and a Truck to come out and help us move furniture and miscellaneous items from one building to another. The 3 gentlemen that came were excellent! They were helpful, friendly, and worked at a good pace. Some people might balk at the price, but the price includes insurance, a truck, and three fit, fast guys to move oftentimes difficult items to where they need to go. Great service and we will be using them again.

These guys are the real deal. They got me moved in less time than estimated and didn’t damage anything. They’re really strong, and they practiced good lifting form to move my heavier things and had every tool necessary to do a good, clean job. Anything that could cause damage in transport was padded with extra moving blankets. The final price is higher than some competitors, but the service was great and I was told not to tip because they’re paid a fair wage. Overall I couldn’t be happier!

I recently moved and called Two Men and a Truck on a Thursday and was all set to be moved the following Tuesday. Zach was professional and friendly and answered all questions that I had. Ashley called on Friday afternoon to confirm and reassured me everything was ready to go. When the team arrived on Tuesday, they all introduced themselves and got straight to work. They had loaded two 26 foot trucks in 2 1/2 hours then drove to the new address. Even in the heat of Mid-July move, the team stayed positive and jovial. 85% of the boxes were delivered to a basement and they never complained about the stairs. They were quick to rebuild the master bed, office desk, and hook up the washer. Raffael was the lead and he covered all necessary details and made sure I understood the process. Next time I move, I will definitely call upon this group again. I would also recommend removing clothing from oversized dressers. I own a 8 foot long by 5 foot tall master chest which when fully loaded was way too heavy... they were able to move it, but I felt bad as to how long they spent moving that one piece. Definitely call them for your next move!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

Highly recommend these guys. They kept our furniture very clean with fresh blankets and plastic wrap. The truck was also very clean. They listen to you and will put things where you want in the order you want. The experience overall was efficient with zero aggravation. It also helps that the crew is very friendly and upbeat on a day that tends to be very stressful!! I also liked the fact that I could get an estimate started online (late at night, at my own convenience) and the personal response was next day. Our movers as arrived on time. They verified the items being moved, made sure all items were prepped correctly for the move and loaded and secured on truck. Upon arrival at new location, all items were placed properly in our home. There was no damage to furniture and no scratches or other damage to walls or doors. Everything was moved carefully and professionally and were always asked if the furniture was being placed as we wanted. Could not ask for a better experience and this was our second move with Two Men and a Truck.....would highly recommend.

I was moving out of state and didn't want to move myself - especially since I was going to be doing it in the winter and moving north meant that it might be snowing on the days I planned. No thanks. I went with Two Men and a Truck cause I'd used them before (albeit a different office in a different state). The office was super responsive when I had to make changes to my move and made scheduling and planning everything much easier on me. My movers (Chris and Red) were awesome - professional, fast, and got everything through the move with no damage. Can't recommend enough.

Alexander, Tyler and Haley were very professional as well as friendly. My furniture is solid wood and very heavy. I was very concerned about my furniture being damaged. Alexander and Tyler were very careful and took great care in moving all of my furniture. They also completed the job in exactly two hours which is what the quote was. I would definitely use them again. Great job guys!!! FYI. If you have very expensive pieces or Antiques you may want to ask for “Veteran Movers”.

This move out of large house we lived in for more than two decades required 5 separate engagements with Two Men & a Truck - (1) move of daughter out of on-property apartment and into new apartment; (2) move of much furniture to consignment store; (3) two days of packing; (4) two junk pick ups; and (5) loading 2 vans, driving them for two days to new location, and a full day of unloading. Every element of this was well planned and well executed. Two Men & Truck teams were personable, responsible, great problem solvers, and extremely effective. This move included my 92 year old mother and many of her antiques, crated marble pieces, and many boxes of fragile art, glass and ceramics. The team was careful and responsive. I particularly call out Jake and Rafael, our two drivers. They were extremely thoughtful about the loading and unloading of the trucks, responsive to questions and concerns, and went out of their way to help us solve moving challenges like uncrating marble, changing our minds about furniture locations, and locating special items among all the boxes. They were wonderful with my mom. I also appreciated the work ethic and good nature of the two movers from the local Two Men who came to be part of the unload team. They were responsible, patient, personable, and very hard working.

We had a move scheduled in advance and the two guys that showed up were so nice and worked really hard. The customer service however is horrible. If you book a move expect to at least 3 hours on top of whatever they say because they are horrible with their estimates. I gave complete detail of what we had we may have added like 10 to 15 boxes more than what we set an estimate but that wouldn't take an additional 3 hours we told them the square footage we went room by room and they said 4 hours they could get everything done and then day of move they tell us 6 to 8 hours. Well $200 an hour that becomes pretty expensive and way different than what we originally estimated so you do get blindsided the day of your move. Our movers work so hard they were able to get it done in 6 hours but still the only reason I gave three stars is because our two guys were really nice and helpful.

I got a quote for a 1 bedroom & 10 boxes. When the driver showed up he took a look at what was actually being transferred to my storage unit and was able to give me a lower dollar amount!!!! What business does THAT!!! Now now he could have kept at the same rate and made the company money & possibly lose me as a customer, or did what he did and gave me a much better rate!!! Scheduling on our part was vague at first, but then when it clarified there were No problems. The guys that came to move my couches downstairs, were very good, quick, professional and kind. The only thing I had a problem with, is this move only took them about 1/2 hour. I got charged for two hours $249.00 which was unfair and thats to much money for that quick of a move. I think a price less than $249.00 would have been more fair. I felt like the price was as really unfair.

I was impressed by the detail and time and CARE they took while packing the truck....i actually thot they just throw things in the back and DRIVE....but nope...they strap everything against the walls of the truck...making sure nothing rolls or moves in transit....as...packing the truck was a small art project in itself. The office team reps that I spoke with were Fred and Zach. They were both attentive and responsive to any email, call or text that I sent. I used the online quote tool and it was super easy as it let me go room by room, pick the furniture that was in the room and then name the room! They handle glass furniture which I was relieved with because some local companies around me either did not handle glass or would not replace the glass to its full value if broken, which two men and a truck do! The mover Cody and Mason were great. They called before they showed up, allowing me time to head back to my apartment from my new house. They were quick! We specifically wanted movers to move the big furniture in our house and my husband and I moved the smaller boxes in a U-haul. Cody and Mason were super careful with everything. They covered the pieces with moving blankets and the saran wrapped it fully. We were quoted for 8 hours but only needed about 4 hours and 15 minutes of that. We will definitely use two men and a truck for any future move sine they left a great first impression. Thank you!!

The office agent was amazing and answered all my many questions questions and returned my repeated follow up calls very quickly. The moving team was fantastic- friendly, professional, efficient, and took very good care of my items. Please note! Their price is sightly higher than others because it includes everything- travel time, fuel, etc. Other places charged extra for these (as well as shrink wrap, blankets, required boxes for TV etc). Well worth the price and, in my case, finished in half the quoted time. Would definitely recommend and will use them next time for my move.

All of my things made it without any damage including my extremely fragile items. I can’t recommend them enough. I booked these movers extremely last minute. I was scammed by a previous company that flaked out on me 2 days before my move. Also preparing for one of the most important examinations of my career, the timing was terrible. My moving experience even prior to this was awful as all of my belongings were stolen, so my trust in moving companies at this point was nonexistent. These guys worked with me to do everything they could to move me out on time and get my things to me as quickly as possible. They were very understanding of my previous experiences with other companies and really went above and beyond. They were punctual, professional and had a great sense of humor. They were always available to answer my questions and concerns. All of my things were delivered as promised, on time and intact. From the time I booked the truck until the final box was moved in on moving day, the professionalism and courtesy of the company’s employees was exemplary. The office workers I dealt with had answers for all my questions. Everything was spelled out and there were no hidden costs. The workers were fast, efficient, and careful. They explained everything and kept me updated on how the time was going. We did go over an hour on the estimated time but it was due to waiting for elevators in apartments and long hallways. I have used Two Men and a Truck a few times in the past for local moves and my experience has always been good. The Two individuals we had this time were two of the most professional and kind movers we have ever dealt with. We recently moved across the country with another company and it was a nightmare. All of our belongings went into storage while our house is being built. The storage unit is very large and accessible on both sides via garage doors. We needed the items loaded in with boxes on one end and furniture on the other so we could access our boxes if we needed something. The previous movers basically threw everything into storage with everything mixed together and stacked in a manner that was unstable (move one thing, everything falls). On top of that, they jammed everything up against one door making us unable to open that door. We hired Two Men and a Truck to empty the storage and re-pack it correctly. It was a big job! They were courteous and professional (and felt awful when they saw the condition of our belongings due to negligence of the former moving company-crushed boxes, broken furniture, etc.). They listened to us and stacked things exactly the way we asked.They also helped us identify some of the broken furniture so we could deal with the former moving company. We’ll be moving again in 5-6 months and I will be calling them back to do our next move. So thankful I called Two Men and a Truck, I will use them for everything moving forward.

Jake, Griffin and Larry were so awesome, I cannot begin to tell everyone how wonderful they were on this move. They performed a move from 1.5 hours south of Columbus to Columbus. My dad had recently passed away and we were moving my ailing, elderly mother from her home of 32 years that was filled with many sentimental items. The place was packed with items to move and sell. They were great from the moment they arrived, doing the walk through, being kind and respectful, starting to move items. They were methodical with the moving and loading of items, did a great job explaining the process to us, as well as various methods of wrapping, picking up and moving items with the trainee (whom we were not charged for, but received the benefit) and speedy while being careful. They also did a last minute estimate and loading of several bags of items to be thrown away. This saved us the trouble of dealing with it later. They did a great job unloading as well. Not one broken item! I highly recommend them. I also want to mention that Ashley was so helpful in the scheduling and planning of the move. She kept in touch with us throughout the process of getting ready.

I searched around on different review sites and this company seemed to have real honest reviews. After talking with Eric ( the boss I think ) he answered all my questions. After the 2 guys arrived, Cedric and I forgot the second guys name they ask what was being moved. After we walked each room showing them what was moving they went right to work, putting moving blankets on tvs and furniture. I watched at first to see how good they were and to make sure they were not going to hit corners or scratch the walls. After 10 minutes of watching I knew I had 2 great guys who were really careful. I went back to packing some small items that I was going to move 😊 and never gave them another thought. So if you are in need of a good moving company who DO actually care about your items, look no further.

Their estimate was conservatively high, and I appreciated that. On moving day, they called ahead and communicated their arrival time. Nice movers, fast, great job with heavy items, haven’t found any damaged items yet which is a huge plus. Only downfall with our experience, was after they left, we found a fair amount of clearly labeled boxes for specific rooms just piled in our office or in the garage instead of in the rooms they were labeled for, which has been frustrating. That said, overall the experience was good.

We sold our ranch house and lived in an apartment for 7 months. We hired Two Men and a Truck to do our second move from apartment to new build house. We had three movers since we had a piano. The most experienced mover has been with the company for 2 months and admitted this was the biggest move he has seen. The move ended up taking 11.5 hours when it was previously estimated to take 6 hours. I do not feel staff did a proper job estimating the time for the move initially. The manager even came on-site but did not provide guidance for the movers or get extra staff to assist. The employee who had the most experience (two months) was very friendly but spent far too long packing the truck strategically. We suggested multiple truck trips since we were within 15 minutes of the move, but instead they packed it as full as they could and left a few items for us to move later. They did knock off an hour charge for a couple dings and a broken shelf. We were just advised our washer is broken too and it would be cheaper to buy a new one. I left a voice mail for customer service about it. Everyone we delt with here was supper friendly and professional enough, but not the best choice for big moves. Edit: Two Men and a Truck did contact us and offer reimbursement for our concerns. Staff was easy to work with and promptly corrected the issue. I still would not recommend for larger moves, but based on other family experiences are well suited for small moves.

The actual movers were lovely and did a good job in less time than planned. I was also lucky to be able to reschedule last minute, because my son came down with a stomach flu the day before the original move date. However, I had two significant problems. 1. I described a treadmill that would need disassembly in detail over the phone in advance, and was assured it could be handled. In the end, it could not be moved without me paying someone else to come disassemble it (and waiting for them to show up). 2. I was mis-billed. A few days later, I was phoned by the office saying that they had significantly under billed me (four hundred some dollars instead of a little over a thousand). I answered the call while out and about and said I would need to double check the credit card billing on my end, but warned the guy I spoke to I was super busy (because you know, just moved?!). Within 24 hours he wrote suggesting I would owe delinquent charges if I did not call back immediately. That seemed pretty unnecessarily aggressive, given that it was *their* billing error and it was less than 24 hours from when I was notified of the error.

Seeing the movers from two men and a truck arrive was like seeing three nights in shining armor. At the time, I was dealing with movers from another company (Ohio Packers and movers) who were horrible. They arrived eight hours late and after five hours they only had 20% of my house packed up in the truck. By 1130 at night the horrible movers were in a verbal confrontation with my neighbors which turned into a physical altercation. Police were called, the situation subsided, but most of the moving has stopped. By 2 o’clock in the morning, The movers had managed to fill the truck with another 20% of my belongings but then suddenly they decided to leave. I heard the truck start, and ran out of the house in time to see them pulling out of my driveway, driving down my street, and sideswiped my car. After multiple calls to them, they refused to keep my belongings at my house overnight and claimed to return At 8:30 the next morning. By 1030 the next morning they finally arrived only to find multiple neighbors and the police waiting for them to take a report on my damaged car. At this time I found out that the driver of the moving truck did not actually have a drivers license that was valid nor could they produce any insurance information. I asked these movers to remove my belongings from their truck and leave them in my driveway. At this time the three guys from two men and a truck arrived. They were able to pack up my whole house, deliver it to my new house and unpack with professionalism and courtesy in under four hours. I am so extremely grateful for these guys. Two men and a truck are the best moving company. Next time I know to go with them first. Thank you!

He was so kind, professional and patient that I sent the info right over to my son!! I booked the move that same day....which is today!! The price was right, the people were easy to deal with...almost too good to be true! When the packing team came this morning it was evident that this was not their "first rodeo"! They got right to work. When the moving team got there they jumped right in and got things going as well. Yes I called last minute when another company said they could pick up my item's from and auction. They fell through they didn't have packing material and said they needed 3 trucks and three guys . I asked her what kind of trucks were they she said pick up trucks. I said no way. Called two men and a truck that morning. The person on phone was very helpful. Said they had blankets dollies.everything you would need. Two guys meet me at auction site, I had bid on two separate auction thought they were both at warehouse. But found out the other auction was at a private home in Powell. They called office and rearranged everything for two pick up sites. They were very professional, knowledgeable and worked as a team. The items were packed with blankets and secure. It was getting late and the delivery was at my home in Mount Vernon. They were going to park the big truck at the company and first thing in morning call me to let me know they were on the way. That happen, they were here less than an hour followed my direction to a T. I had told them to pull behind my house where garage driveway and back door was. Done than they played down drop cloth up the stairs through my mud room into breakfast area. Those two young men worked as a team. They carried in the heaviest piece I thought it would fit nicely in livingroom. It didn't it was to big for space. So they wanted to see where they were going to move it to before they did it. I took them up steep stairs and showed them the room. Well thought out plan. They did it with out blinking an eye. Brought everything in. They get it done in 45 minutes because they were working like a team and well prepared. I was so delighted. I just moved to this house in January of this year. I only wish I would of used them when I moved here. But I go to auctions all the time. I will not being trying to fit things in my little SUV.. I will have Twomen in a truck from now on out. Couldn't be happier. I am not good at remembering names but I know one young man's name was Quincy and i believe the other guys name was Adam. So please give everyone that help me gold star you can look up their names from my receipt. Please do. These people are awesome. I was only moving 4 hrs away but to another state, and they correctly assessed that my studio apartment won’t take long. So they did the same day interstate moving and was excellent in maintaining time, professionalism and efficiency. They were nice to my dog too. My parents don’t speak English and they were courteous to them, which was my biggest concern with some movers making fun of their clients. Anyway, they are excellent! I would recommend them to anyone. They were about 1000 dollars less than their competitors estimate. They are honest and hard working bunch.

WOW! I truly can't say enough about the quality of service I received this past weekend from the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team! They came to my business and loaded some huge furniture items for me. I could not have these items shipped directly to my house, so it was imperative that they be transported to my home from my business. I am a single-mother, so I didn't only need help with the move but also with the assembly of the furniture. I was moving 5 pieces of furniture and 4 new mattresses, still boxed. They wrapped everything and loaded them within 30 minutes. They were prompt and on time for pickup. They did all my paperwork and signatures on an Ipad which made the "administrative" part of the move fast and efficient. They transported the furniture to my home and met me at the address within 45 minutes and were ready to unload. They even marked the street with cones where they were unloading. The guys did a quick walk-through to see where the furniture was going to be assembled and look for any obstacles that may be in their way. They unloaded the furniture into the house and were careful of my existing furniture. They had their own assembly tools and were fast and READ THE DIRECTIONS!!! They were friendly with my children and and jovial with my Pitbull, making sure she stayed in her cage. Overall, I can't say enough about the team from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. I just recently purchased a new home and they will DEFINITELY be my first choice for movers and for assembling my furniture!

Once again Two Men and a Truck have done ab above excellent job of moving my belongings. They took very good care of all of my stuff, and helping me wrap the last few remaining items that I needed help with. They took very good care of my tv stand which has a glass bottom that I could not take apart. The unloading went very quickly and the movers asked several times if I needed any help in moving items around before they left and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything was. Called before leaving to start the move and also called to let me know when they might be arriving at my new place. I wish they would have laid down for protective covering for my brand new carpet at my new place.

Overall, I would recommend Two Men and a Truck but the quality of service varies with which movers you get for the day. I have used them twice and my latest experience was less satisfactory than the first time. The office worker didn't get an accurate estimate which eventually led to a price increase. The movers for my latest move felt like they were less professional in handling furniture (half of the furniture they moved they didn't wrap them in anything), time management, and Covid-related safety precautions (e.g. they weren't wearing masks most of the time). I ended up with some dirty, damaged furniture which was frustrating. I understand that they were working in the hot weather but I was also paying them a lot. I hope this can be addressed that I can expect consistent quality of service from the company.

I had never heard anyone that satisfied with any service. I went over and talked with the quality assurance inspector and he gave me a business card. Donnie and Steffan were great! They arrived at our Ohio home in the morning and immediately got to work. Our items were loaded in about 3 hours and they made the drive to PA. The next morning, they arrived at our new home on time and completed the offload in just about 2 hours. The van line my company wanted to use was prepping us for a 2 week process involving 2 companies and the possible need to store our items in a warehouse for days; all for a 400 mile move!
