I called around Columbus to various moving companies to try and pick the best fit. I’m so glad I chose Leaders. This was the first time I have hired movers and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I called customer service for a quote, I was truly blown away at the speed, quality of service, and just straight up professionalism with a really nice personal touch. Tyler and Leon moved my two bedroom home across town to a storage unit in just under 2.5 hours. They were professional, fun, and very personable. The move was following one of the worst winter storms our area has seen in a while and they even showed up and shoveled the area where they would be working. Honestly, I would rave about this experience for hours and I’ve already made sure to be passing along the word. I’ll be back in a couple months when I’m ready to move back out of storage and I can’t wait to work with Tyler and Leon again. Give these guys a raise! They totally deserve it. Thank you Leaders for the most amazing experience hiring movers for the first time. You’ve earned a lifelong customer!

I keep reading all these reviews where people praise Leaders, but unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. Make sure you have a good list of what items you have. We had moved twice in 3 months, so our list was not complete since a lot of items we didn't remember/see when we were creating our list, so the items that weren't on the list were not taken - which I 100% get. It was just unfortunate that they couldn't take them and adjust the price for them. Several of those items were larger and wouldn't fit in our cars, so we had to hire another company to come back out and move the rest of the items. Also, within the first two loads of boxes being taken out, one of the guys (I think he was training) dropped several boxes and it didn't sound good. My husband witnessed it, we aren't unpacked yet - so we don't know if anything was broken. I am hoping everything is in tact! The crew themselves were very nice, personable, and hard workers. They moved my husbands gun safe with no problem and got it to our new home safely. I understand the business model of Leaders, and I'm sure if we had estimated better, it would have been fine. It was just taxing to go back to the rental house and see all of the items left behind and trying to figure out how to get them moved.

I used Leaders Moving to pack up items from my house in Ohio and place in their storage unit. Those guys were fast and courteous. I used their storage facility for 15 months while my house in Florida was being built. The guys that trucked my items down to Florida were just as fantastic as the first set of guys. I am very happy with the experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Leaders Moving and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Leaders was great....they came out in person to give us an estimate, which I liked. So many companies give you an estimate over the phone and its hard to remember everything. They showed up on time, the crew was outstanding. They didn't rush and took care of our items and they seemed to be having fun while doing it. I like the Leaders charges per item instead of hourly and their pricing was very competitive. Our move went super smoothly and took less time than I expected. I am not a review writer unless I am blown away. I have moved many times in my life...local, to other states even across the ocean. I have had good and horrible experiences. I have to say the from the moment I called Leaders, had a home site visit, scheduled and did my move I have nothing but positive things to say. This is the best moving company I have ever worked with and I have to say the best part was the crew that did my packing and move. The crew did an amazing job packing and moving everything from personal items to fragile pieces. Beyond the move they were also so nice and respectful and had great communication with me when they had questions. I have a second move I am doing from a storage unit to my new home and will definitely be requesting this group. I can not say enough about them and about Leaders as a company.

Just went through a move with Leaders. Although the company only sent out 2 packers for a 6800 square foot house, everything went smoothly. They were reasonable and responsive through the whole process. I was quite concerned with how they would take care of my irreplaceable jukebox as they can’t strap it down hard and it was going up a stairway and back down. They were so careful with it as handled it with so much care. I was so relieved since our last movers did serious damage to it. Not one item was damaged in our move, not even a scratch. I would use Leaders again in the future!

My team of Dre, Isaiah, and Leon was fantastic. They were polite, flexible, and very respectful of my property. I had most of my home contents being moved to my new house but some items were getting loaded into another truck that I was driving to my sister’s the next day. They packed both loads with the same care and attention. They even helped me place some of the furniture in my new living room when I was struggling. Great guys who did an amazing job. This is my second food Leader’s experience so I will use them again.

Blake 1949, Payne 1940 and Isaiah 10046 were our crew and they really cared about making sure our items were protected; took precautions each time they picked something up and put it down. I’ve used Leaders for many moves now but on a recent move for a family member it was the best experience we’ve had with any mover so far. Dre and Isaiah were wonderful. They were kind, super helpful and really cared about the move. Not to mention they worked really hard and were very professional. Moving is always stressful and they made it so easy. They were so nice and everyone enjoyed the music they were playing. The neighbors started asking for the name of the moving company and the playlist at both locations. There were no damages on any items and they made the entire process very pleasant. They packed up one day and moved the items the next and it was the best move we experienced. We used Leaders Moving for a move this week, and it was worth every penny. Everyone I dealt with from the initial quote (Matt) to the crew (Steph 1220, Shareef 10023, Zaer 10050, RJ 10038, and Jr 1837) was exceptional. I was impressed with the high-quality of work, and the personality of the team. The job was hard, but they never showed anything but a positive attitude and made the day fun for us. This would have been a near impossible task for us to do ourselves, and it was over in one stress-free day. Thank you Leaders for the service! I chose Leaders for a short move just a few miles away from my old apartment. The movers arrived right within the window they said they would, and they were really quick to move everything out. I had a 3 man crew from Leaders unload my moving truck. They arrived at exactly the time promised and got straight to work. Shareef, Zy and Payne hustled the entire time. I used Leaders Moving to move a few heavy toolboxes out of my fathers house to its final home with me. Matt and John were not only meticulous with the expensive items, they were highly professional and wasted absolutely no time in getting the job done. Both fantastic men and hard careful workers. You do an exceptional job from scheduling, to Mathew Gore's estimating process, to Jason McCollums prompt responses to our questions, and of course the highest of compliments to Kareem and Teyonde about how careful, diligent, pleasant and polite they both were. I have now used Leaders twice this year and they are consistently a joy to work with and do an outstanding job every time. Early this year we used Leaders to pack up and take away selected furniture and many packed boxes to clear out of our home so restoring of floors, walls, etc could be done. Exceptionally fast and efficient to take it all way, store it locally in temperature controlled storage, and 3 months later bring it all back and put into place. Each time they worked very hard, safely, and without any issues. A pure joy to watch such professionals in operation. So when I had another need for help with moving items I didn't hesitate to ask Leaders to help. A week or so ago I went to their local office in Blue Ash OH and talked with Tyrone Armstrong, GM, explaining I need only manpower and no truck nor driving involved. With two friends we needed take heavy furniture from the basement and second floor of a home and pack it all into a covered trailer to take it all to help individuals who lost everything with the Eastern KY flood earlier this year. Immanuel Jones and Joshua Battenfield arrived at the home and immediately started moving the furniture and packing it in the trailer. What strong and hard workers!! They didn't stop, hardly even slowed down until it was all in the trailer. One large base of an entertainment center almost did not get out of the basement. It was three steps up to very small landing and then a 90 degree turn to stairs up to main floor. They tried many ways to get around the turn but just too big. One said okay one last try and somehow they made the turn and up it came to the trailer. Way above and beyond what we had a right to expect! Then my friend asked if they could possibly move a three piece sectional from basement to first floor living room and there wasn't even a pause between saying "no problem" and the sectional was up on the first floor. Needless to say they did receive some nice tips for their great work. I almost can't wait to have another need for help from Leaders! I am telling many friends and associates how impressive Leaders are and they should keep passing the word onto others! The company deserves that type of free help! Tom Dorrington Blue Ash, OH

The price beat out all of the competition in the area. Our moving teams, which had representatives from both Columbus and Cleveland, were awesome to work with. Good friends recommended I use Leaders, and I am very glad I selected them out of three companies that I got estimates from for a move from Columbus to northern Ohio. Leaders was the only company to send a live person to see what needed to be moved. The move took place over three days: the first to pack; the second to load the van; the third to move to my new home. Over the three days, there was a changing group of three guys (usually one from the previous day showed up the next) and with the exception of one guy on the last, move-in day, all of them were friendly, courteous, careful and obviously cared about doing a good, professional job. They asked questions, placed things where I asked, took their time and were quiet and focused on the job. So, a big shout-out to Tyler, A.J., Daniel, Blake, and Brian. We moved from Blacklick, OH to Fishers, IN. Leader’s rate was about $2500 cheaper than some of the other quotes we received, but they offer much more from a customer service perspective (in home estimates, box buy back program, an assigned moving specialist, etc.) Our actual moving crew was awesome. They were friendly, funny, and most importantly, professional. Donte, Shun, Daniel and AJ did a wonderful job! Note to management: There should not be a 24 hour limit on posting on review in order for the crew to get recognized. Recognition should come anytime you’re informed of a job well done. People who are in the middle of a move probably need more than 24 hours to get settled in and write a review.

Travis, Deshawn, DJ, and Mike were incredible! Leaders was our first reach out for movers as they moved our best friends and we got to see how happy they were with their experience. Leaders was also the first to contact us back out of the 5 companies we contacted while trying to get estimates. Moving is so stressful and you can’t wait to check off the next box with several things you have to make sure get completed. The fact that they were so responsive was a clear indication that things would go well. The guys were so professional and kind and it really felt as though they truly cared about our experience and what were were dealing with. There were multiple times when I would ask that they do whatever was easier for them (it’s in my nature and can’t help it) and they would tell me that this is all about you and what will make things easier for you and your husband. Pick up was fast and unloading was even faster without any quality or execution lessening at any point. They laughed and made jokes and seemed like they were actually enjoying moving all of our stuff! They also worked as a team and communicated well with Each other. My husband and I truly appreciate these guys for doing all the hard work and making us feel at ease and laugh at the same time. My husband and I decided that we will NEVER move by ourselves again. The next time we move, we will be hiring Leaders and specifically requesting these 4 gentleman.

Marvin, Darnell, Ryan and Will formed the crew that moved our household goods, both from our temporary apartment as well as a storage facility, to our new home. They showed up on time, loaded our belongings much more quickly than we could have imagined, and delivered them in perfect condition to our new home. We asked the crew to do a few things above and beyond the normal expectation and they accommodated us graciously. They completed the move in 3 hours less than the original estimate. The Leaders vans were clean, new looking vehicles, the crew wore uniforms, and in all ways presented as a professional, well managed organization. I have no hesitancy in recommending Leaders for your moving needs. You would be fortunate to have our crew assigned. They were capable, hard working professionals. The fact that they were friendly was a real bonus.

I have never experienced a company that can live up to the "under promise and over deliver" motto like I witnessed with Leaders. The professionalism, technique, and care my family saw with James F. and Brian W. was out of this world! The day was hot, the furniture was plenty, and those two gentleman did it all with a smile on their face and great patience with some unexpected moving day hurdles. We were having so much fun, that I lost count of how many people stopped to ask about our move and see what was going on. I would recommend Leaders to anyone and everyone. Customer service like my family and I received is what every company should strive for. There is something special going on with that company, and I hope it catches on everywhere! The world needs it. I had heard great reviews of Leaders, so I'm disappointed that my experience wasn't stellar. We used Leaders for a very challenging move, including moving items from our house and storage container to a new home and new storage space. We tried to be as helpful as possible by writing details of where the boxes needed to be moved to (e.g. "3rd floor front bedroom" or "garage"). All boxes needing to be put in storage had "storage" written on all sides with bright pink tape to be easily spotted. We also had thought through how to pack the truck so that items could easily be organized when loaded off of the truck. However, the team stated they would load the truck based on their own system. When the truck arrived to our new home, some storage items were placed to be taken off the truck first; however, we had to ask for these few items to be reloaded and taken to the storage unit (as they were marked storage). Additionally, many of the boxes that were taken into the home were put in incorrect rooms, even though we had written where they needed to go. I went through each room to move boxes around while the team continued to unload. I didn't mention anything to the team about boxes being misplaced. There were so many boxes, and I was just thankful to have help bringing everything into the home. Because of the amount of items, the team split the move between two days. The second day was really when we had the majority of the issues. The team repeatedly made statements about how they weren't looking forward to coming back because of how challenging the move was. We continued to thank them and express our utmost gratitude. It was clear they did not want to be doing the job that day. At this point, I still needed to move wardrobe boxes around to the correct rooms. The majority of wardrobe boxes had been placed in one bedroom on the third floor. Some boxes needed to be moved to another bedroom on that floor, and five boxes needed to be taken down to the first floor. Unfortunately, the wardrobe boxes were packed by Leaders, so we were not able to write on the boxes where they needed to be put. One team member from Leaders was sitting on the bed in the room where the boxes were, so I asked if he could take one box down to the first floor whenever he was headed back down. He looked at me with confusion, I explained which boxes needed to be on the first floor, and he told he "really didn't want to do that." I apologized and said I would take care of it when he was out of the room. This same worker walked by me a few minutes later and asked me which boxes needed to be brought down, even though I had just explained it to him. I assured him I would take care of it, but he again asked if I would show him what needed to be done. I walked back to the third floor bedroom with him, showed him the boxes, and explained I was just asking him to take one down on his way out. He scoffed, rolled his eyes, and expressed my ridiculous request warranted an extra charge. He mentioned that they put the boxes in whatever room we had written on the boxes; I explained that THEY wrote on the wardrobe boxes, and they had written the rooms the items were taken from in the previous house. He then stated that it was still our fault because we saw the workers taking the boxes upstairs and didn't say anything. I apologized again for asking and assured him I could carry all of the boxes down later. There continued to be issues with the workers' attitudes throughout the rest of the day, and there were repeated issues with them not following the instructions that were given. Unfortunately, they also broke a couple pieces of our furniture in the process as well. We were also charged almost $1000 more than estimated. With all of that said, everyone we spoke with from the office throughout the entire moving process has been very kind and helpful. We are also so thankful to have had the assistance with moving everything to the new home and storage unit. We just had a poor experience with the team assigned to us, which caused unnecessary stress and disorganization.

I wish I could remember the names of both men that handled our move on in October. They were terrific! You should do all you can to retain each of them as your employees. They were so responsible and conscientious in every way. Both were friendly but worked hard at getting our job done. On the delivery end, they had challenging stairs to climb, and a challenging driveway to get down; I never overheard a complaint although it would have been understandable. The leader of the two was on top of every detail, and worked efficiently at planning out their course of action at each end of the move. They represented your company very very well. My son and daughter-in-law also used Leaders for a shorter, smaller move in Columbus; they recommended your company to me. It was a great recommendation. Also, I should mention that the office staff I dealt with were terrific. The office staff member scheduled and rescheduled my move a couple of times as I tried to gauge when a house would sell and go into contract. He always responded quickly and was very efficient. The scheduler who called two days ahead was also very professional. I simply could not be more positive about our experience with Leaders Moving and Storage-Columbus.

I had a great experience using Leaders to move furniture from Clintonville to German Village. Getting a quote was easy, scheduling was a breeze, and my services were timely. I read a negative review complaining that the company would not transport items not included on the original itemized quote and that seems reasonable to me. This was our third time using Leaders and we couldn't be happier. Tyler (1416) and Jordan (1447) were our two movers yesterday on 4/9/20. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. With everything going on in the world, my wife and I couldn't get all of our big items moved by ourselves with our 17 month old son. We needed you guys and were so happy that you all stayed open. I don't know what we would have done. Tyler and Jordan were delicate with our stuff and kept asking if there was anything else they could help with. I've used Leaders for two moves and had good experiences both times. I like how you can go to their website and check off what you want to move for the estimate - it means you only pay for what you are actually moving and the price can be adjusted as you add or remove items. I found their response time to very fast, both in providing the estimate and answering my calls/emails. On the day of the move, the two movers showed up on time and moved very quickly through the house. We lived in/bought an older house, so the doorways and hallways are smaller, which made the move difficult, but they did a great job. I have no complaints, and I will definitely use them in the future.

Our moving experience with Leaders Moving was painless. The initial phone contact was a little surprising. We were expecting a home visit to develop a visual estimated cost. However, they walked us through their inventory process on the phone and gave us a reasonable quote the same day. All our phone contacts were polite and efficient. Our scheduled move date went without a hitch. Our scheduled time was to be between 8:00am to 9:00am. The Leaders three-man crew (Ted, Hernandez and Marvin) showed-up right at 8:00am. They went to work immediately verifying the inventory and preparing the house. There was a slight up-charge to our estimate, but was well within reason. Our new destination was only about 15 to 20 miles. All three movers were polite, efficient and communication was great. Again, we were pleasantly surprised how smoothly the process went and that they had us completely moved by 12:30pm.

Ren (1688), Stanley (1890), and Tim (1958) arrived early and were nothing but fantastic as they moved us from our little cramped apartment into our first house. We have a massive platform our squat rack attaches to, and we were absolutely convinced it couldn't be moved without disassembling it, never mind with only three men, but they maneuvered it expertly. They also loaned us tools to disassemble another piece of furniture that wouldn't quite fit out the door so as not to have to charge us more. They were incredibly friendly and kind, joking with us like friends before 8am on a Saturday and showing us how to remove the front door of our house. Not all furniture movers do this, Leaders moving accomplished my criteria. Today I worked with Darrin (1839) and Mike (1640) as they moved a couch from one part of my house to another. They were professional, respectful, and willing to try different options of where in my house we could move the couch to. At my request, they tried to move my couch to an area I had previously tried and failed and I wondered if having a professional do it would change the outcome. Darrin and Mike were so willing to give it a try even after I told them about my attempt. We ended up having to go with the originally planned location, and everything worked out so well. Darrin and Mike even put the cushions back on my couch when I didn't even ask them or expect them to. It was great meeting them today and they did a wonderful job. Not one thing was damaged in the move and they took care of my pinball machines and piano. Very impressed by these guys and their customer service. The office staff was friendly to work with as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE! We had Leaders move us from our home into a temporary apartment. We kept 4 crates in storage and just had them move us again to our permanent home. Grace, in customer service, is so amazing and patient. She was wonderful in helping me figure out our pricing - we weren't sure what was going into storage and what was coming with us. Both teams of movers were wonderful - those that moved us into the apartment and those that moved us from the apartment to our home. I will absolutely recommend leaders to others. They had our house cleared out in no time and didn’t even bat an eye when we had pods delivered to the new house that needed unloading. I had a great experience with the movers. They were quick, professional, and careful with my items. I had a local move. It snowed a lot overnight, and I was concerned that it would be a messy move. They shoveled snow and rolled out a blue carpet to make sure my new apt . would not get dirty! I was impressed. The only surprise was to learn that your quoted fee can go up or down if the number of items you move is changes. This worked in my favor, and I paid less than quoted. Just be sure to let them know in advance if you end up needing to move more items! My movers were #1401 and 1984-- they were great!

My movers: Employee IDs 1549 & 1717 I had some doubts about employing a professional service for moving. When I contacted the front desk, they were courteous and professional. They patiently listened to me and provided a quote. At that point of time I thought it was quite expensive but on checking 2 other places found them to be quite competitive. On the day of the move it was raining and icy (January) and I had my doubts. The movers showed up on time, made a quick assessment and began the move. The entire home was loaded, transported and unloaded in 2.5 hours. We were moving from Polaris to Dublin so that’s a 30 minute drive in bad weather. The movers were thorough, courteous and gentle! They were also very very fast! Astounding pace! My items were moved with great finesse. All items were delivered safe and sound! I’d recommend them to anyone who wants a professional move and special kudos to my movers!

I moved from Ohio to Georgia, and my mandatory requirement was that I had to move out in a given day, and move in another given day. I had no flexibility at all in the scheduling time. I could not be more impressed with Leaders! Although the movers arrive slightly after the window I was given, the men were incredibly kind. When I asked how far out they were customer service quickly called them and confirmed that they were on their way. When AJ (#852) and Ivan (#1884) they apologized for being late and mentioned that the job before mine took longer than anticipated. They quickly looked at what they would be moving and started moving everything right away. They were practically running in and out of my unit! I was so impressed with their hard work. Quinn, Ray, Tre, and Mike were very very good. The were on time, courteous, efficient, and fast. They exercised great care in packing and moving our belongings to both the storage facility and to our temporary location. I would say this was the first "Flawless" move I've ever experienced from a moving company. The service received from the Columbus office was excellent from the beginning--starting with Jason McCollum,who estimated our move, continuing with the great service I received when purchasing boxes from the Worthington location (one gentleman who's name I do not recall opened the doors at the facility on a Saturday to allow me to purchase additional boxes so we could continue our packing over the weekend), and ending with the moving crew today. We move again and 6 months and I will be calling Leaders again and will request the same crew. They were awesome!

At time of quote estimate staff Grace was courteous and they make sure to follow up for additional questions. Leaders moving charge per item for moving on arrival they ll make sure to count the itinerary and gave you final estimate before move to avoid surprise of extra charges at time of payment. Contrary to other companies I would definitely recommend to others. I don’t know it’s company policy or they don’t wrap furniture with plastic before move within 100 mile radius which could have been better for minor cosmetic damage. Hired this company for a small move, and I had an overall great experience. My team of Brian W, Tyler C, and Justen C. were prompt, efficient, polite, and friendly. In addition, the two calls that I had with office staff to schedule my move were very positive experiences. The best part is that the cost of my move was nearly $350 cheaper than another company that I called. When I asked that company what justified the additional price, they told me that it was because of the customer service and care that they provide; however, I am not sure it could have been better than what I received from Leaders.

This was our third time using Leaders over the past 10+ years. It was our most challenging move, but also showed why this company is the best in the business. Unfortunately, we got off to a rough start and there was a bit of a miscommunication on moving day which led to us having to wait an extra day for our move. Also, there was a mixup in regards to a partial packing service which was discussed but I didn’t notice was missing when I reviewed the estimate. So when Tyler, Mike W, and Zay arrived the following day...we weren’t entirely ready. The entire operations team came together to help us craft a plan the get our priority items moved ASAP and got us on the calendar for a second day to finish the job. Most importantly, Tyler did an excellent job of explaining what I could do that night to make things smoother for day two. The crew did a great job of getting the majority of our stuff moved over and were patient, polite, and incredibly helpful. Day two was unlike anything I’ve ever seen...Tyler (1401), Mike W (1640) and Stephon (1220) were the Harlem Globetrotters of moving crews. Fast, efficient, courteous, and professional...all to an amazing playlist. These guys went above and beyond not to just keep us as a customer, but reinforce how enthusiastically we refer Leaders whenever we can. These guys are amazing. They moved my household full of furniture from a 2-story townhouse (3 br, 1.5 bath) to a 3-story single family home (3 br, 2 ba). There was a quick inventory at the beginning of the process - the entire moving crew walked around to see what went where - then they very quickly got to work. I had Deshawn, Leon and Ryan (3 guys) in my moving crew - but these guys moved so fast at loading up the truck, that I honestly thought there were 4 of them! And they were so very careful with my things. There's no way I could've moved all that furniture as quickly and carefully as they did. The entire move only took 2-3 hours. Moving can be an anxiety-producing experience - and it was such a huge relief to have this crew of very capable and cheerful guys show up to literally do the heavy lifting. Highly recommend.

The three movers I had were awesome - #1787 (Patrick L) & #1845 (Tyler P) & #1843 (Ken G). My move was on 04/08/20. I'd been in my house for almost 16 yrs, so it was a bittersweet day for me. We moved across town and the gentlemen who moved us (Isaiah, Josh, Charles and James) were outstanding! They were punctual, very neat and careful. They did a great job loading up and moving us in. From setting an appointment for an estimate to end of loading the trucks yesterday I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! I am downsizing from a 2700 sq ft house (of 24 yrs) to a condo. My condo won't be ready until May, therefore 99% of my things will be stored with Leaders. I originally planned to use PODS and load it myself. Then my realtor recommended Leaders. Matt came out to give me an estimate about 5 weeks before the move before I had put my house on the market. He took the time to explain the process and gave me very helpful suggestions on packing, as I was packing up the house myself. Our walk through was thorough and within a day Matt had sent me the estimate. After weighing my opinions it didn't take much go with Leaders. The day of the move Marvin #365, George #1392 & Josh #1353 show up ready to go. Marvin & I walked through again to revise original inventory list as I had purged & gotten rid of a lot of furniture and I was leaving behind some things for the new owner. I tried to have the house prepped & ready to go best I could by having everything packed, staged and disconnected (electronics and washer & dryer). They appreciated my efforts to make the move more efficient. They padded the doorway & railing and put a runner on the hardwood floors to protect these areas from possible damage. After an assessment of things the made a plan and away the went. Not only did these 3 work the butts off, but were a lot of fun to have them doing the move. They seemed to enjoy working with one another, joking and laughing including me in the fun. They weren't annoyed with my questions or by anything I asked of them. They were very polite, mannered and professional. Once I'm ready to move into my new condo, I'd love to have this same crew. Moving has been a very stressful process & I honestly I was dreading this day in particular, but my crew eased my mind & made the process better than I could've expected. Using Leaders for my move was the best money of spent and well worth every penny so far!! Can't wait to move in to my new place and have them back.

I've moved several times, and Leaders Moving and Storage was by far the BEST moving experience I've ever had. I am a pretty savvy shopper, so I did my research before I moved to find the best mover in town. I wanted someone who would offer a reasonable price, was professional and responsible, and would handle my furniture and belongings with care. I called every mover in town. Not only did Leaders offer the best price, they were the most professional, the only moving company in town that actually showed up to give me an estimate on the cost of my move a little before our meeting time (so I didn't have to wait around for them), they were true to their word on their pricing, and they even boxed up everything for me - with a few guys, this only took a few hours. They were courteous, timely (even on the day of the move), they skillfully loaded a LOT into one truck (including a baby grand piano!), and they stayed in contact with me leading up to the move. Also, the guys who loaded, drove, and unloaded the truck were very professional, respectful, and hardworking. There were a few very minor issues with things that got a little scratched, but they stood behind it and were professional, reasonable, and kind. I wish every mover was like them! By far, the best (and I don't know anyone there personally - this is an honest review!).

After having a couple of friends recommendations , we decided to go with Leaders. Probably one of the better decisions I've made for moving my family. I have used quite a few moving companies in the past 10 years or so and these guys top the list. Marvin C. and Marcus O. were top notch movers, very professional and absolutely fast in their work. Above all everything was handle flawlessly. At one point in the move, while I was in another room, my wife requested extra care with a piece of furniture that was her grandmother's. I'm not sure who responded but the response was " Don't worry, ma'am, this will continue to be in your family for a long time to come". Anyone who has moved knows that worry and stress of making sure all of your favorite items arrive safely and in one piece, these two put my wife's worry at ease. Not to mention that Marvin even promised to bring my daughters some Leaders Duckys too. I usually don't give 5 star ratings often but when people earn them, I will give them out. Marvin and Marcus certainly earned all five stars for handling our move better that I expected. Leaders management should do what ever is necessary to keep these two on staff, they represent the company very well.

Mike and his team were outstanding. They arrived promptly for my Saturday morning appointment, put blankets on the doorway and worked efficiently. I love the fact that Leader's charges by inventory, not by the hour. It promotes efficiency and guarantees a fixed price. My house has very narrow stairs and they worked hard to ensure that a mattress and box spring would fit despite my fear that they may not. I would recommend Leader's to anyone, and absolutely plan on using them for any moving needs in the future.

We used Leaders for 2 moves within a 6 month period. First from a large home to a temporary condo. Then from the condo into our newly built home. Both experiences were very positive and all of the movers showed care with our items as well as with placement and maneuvering around in our new home. We had a very large L-shaped sofa that was to go in an upstairs bonus room. 2 of the 3 pieces fit through the door but the corner L-shaped piece would not despite numerous attempts from the guys to get it in. My moving/storage experience with Leader's to this point has been excellent! My possessions are currently in storage at Leader's warehouse but I have complete confidence they are being well handled and maintained. I unknowingly created a couple of obstacles for the Leader's team, neither of which were their fault, but both were handled and resolved with complete caring and professionalism. A large and cumbersome item was removed from the basement of my home and shipped to their warehouse with my other possessions, when in fact it was to have remained with the home. The estimate clearly indicated the item was to be moved and I completely missed the issue. During the final walk through the buyers noted the item was missing and they wanted it returned. I immediately called Leader's and spoke with Jason Bias. He calmly and professionally listened to my dilemma and assured me it would be taken care of. They located the item in one of my containers and arranged NEXT DAY for it to be returned to the home. I was shocked, amazed and extremely appreciative. From my first interaction with Matthew Gore who provided my estimate and his support, to the packing and shipping of my items, I could not be more pleased.

From start to finish it was as easy as a move could be. Grace made me feel assured that I was getting a fair abs honest price and that satisfaction was their goal. They didn’t disappoint. Cody, Oliver, and Alston were my movers in Columbus. They were efficient, friendly, and magicians based on how they fit everything in my storage unit. During my home walkthrough of our new house, the previous movers had scratched the front door, dinged the main entranceway walls and the hallway to the basement. The staff at leaders were super careful from moving our furniture from our original condo to the new home. They ensured doorways were covered to prevent any scratches and dings and made sure all of our furniture made it out without any damages. Receiving notification from the Apartment Complex you rent from that the building you are in is being given to Alvis House and you only have 30 days to vacate, is no fun time. The only plus in this very stressful move was that Alvis House did pay for Leaders to move some of us. The day my move was scheduled I was not thoroughly prepared. The two movers that arrived Aric #1528 and Ernest #1579 contacted their manager Brian #1118 to come assess the situation. Brian was very accommodating and offered to come back Monday morning with boxes, and help pack the rest of my items need be. Sure enough comeMonday morning two movers Tyler #1416 and Cameron #1471 arrived. These two men were very nice, fast and efficient. Even with one mover being under the weather. From booking Leaders Moving and Storage to move my 90 year old father, through tipping our movers after a job well done, I only have the best things to say about this experience. Grace was my phone contact and was incredibly patient and responsive to changes I made along the way. James and his crew moved us, and reassured me throughout that, they were there to support our needs. James style worked well for us, he was very directed while also accommodating our special requests. One of many examples was moving a heavy sofa bed up steps with a question as to whether it'd fit. James said, "am not sure but we'll try." They definitely tried, it didn't fit, and they moved it back down to an alternative location. I had one other crew headed by Tim move some items to consignment the day before and they too were very professional and responsive. This consignment crew was comprised of some managers because the original crew was running behind schedule and we had a delivery time deadline, so Leaders showed their agility in getting the job done in the promised window of time. Nothing but good things to say about service, speed, patience, price, and professionalism.

Our team lead was AJ, and his team members were Spencer and Cameron. All three were extremely pleasant and cheerful to be around on both days (our move spanned 2 days). AJ was very professional and obviously knew exactly how to make the whole thing go off without a hitch, despite how ill prepared we felt. He took the time to reassure us with kind words when we looked particularly stressed, and that is going above and beyond for a mover! Spencer and Cameron have a great chemistry together and kept easy banter and pleasant conversation going in addition to being very fast and efficient. Our crew did an amazing job moving our furniture and belongings. Brandon, Josh and Keyvon were so positive and friendly while moving a lot of heavy furniture through nasty rain for a very long 11 hour day! All three were extremely polite. Josh and Keyvon were so hardworking and Brandon had a light-hearted personality that kept us laughing and stress-free throughout the day. We had a couple hiccups...a couple wall marks and a lamp base that broke (still functional and he was so apologetic and explained how to contact the company if needed). Some issues are to be expected when moving everything out of a house and we were pleased that these were the only casualties...there would've been many more had we tried to move ourselves! Our crew were true professionals and showed it every time they moved a large or heavy piece, in their coaching and encouragement of one another. We did get quite a bit of muddy footprints on our carpet, due to the heavy rain all day. In hindsight, we should've laid plastic to protect our carpet or touched base with the company ahead of time to ask about their procedure or recommendations for rainy day moves. While carrying heavy pieces, the guys did everything they could do to minimize tracking the mud inside. We feel that we were fortunate to find a great company like Leaders and get a fantastic crew! We will definitely recommend Leaders to others that we know who are looking for a moving company!

I used Leaders a year ago to move across town and they were fabulous! Lots of steps in the old place as well as new. The guys ran up/down the steps all day without hesitation. When it recently was time to move across the country, I knew Leaders would once again be the company I would hire. Ted Coleman was the lead on my move and he was awesome! They arraigned boxes and furniture tightly not wasting any of my limited space. My move will be done in multiple stages, I plan to ask for the same team to do the next phase, they were great! This is the second time I've used Leaders Moving in Columbus. They moved a dining room set that I purchased through Craigslist. They had the lowest quote and were the only company able to complete the move right away. The amount they charged was the exact amount of the quote. The movers, Tyler and Jeff took great care with the furniture and everything came through in perfect condition. We called Leaders Moving to carry a new free standing bathtub up a set of winding stairs to a second floor bathroom. The tub is very heavy--over 400 pounds, so not an easy job. Leaders sent Tyler Marcum and Marquis Mathis to handle our move and we were totally impressed with them! These guys are real professionals. Vastly underestimate our move and Donte, Rico, and Mike not only loaded one truck, but called in another one to help and load from a separate storage unit. Jason, Donte, and Dre were excellent! Donte and Dre were to meet me to pickup a dining room set I purchased online. I was extremely late getting there because my GPS kept routing me in different directions. I was frustrated, and Jason was kind enough to stay on the phone and guide me to my destination. Our packing crew packed everything safely and efficiently. The moving crew of Tae, Ivan, and Taylor was the most important factor. As a unit, they were timely, safe, strong, and tireless. They moved an antique rolltop desk, an antique pump organ (both are famiy heirlooms), and a commercial grade elliptical which many companies would not tackle.
