Second, we were impressed with their frequent communication and care for our stuff. All in all, they have very courteous moving associates and team leaders. A wonderful team! I was very impressed with the whole the process. From the first call to get the initial quote through the last box being placed. The office team was great about asking questions and making sure all my moving needs were going to be met. The moving team showed up ready to work and was very professional! This was my first time using any sort of moving company and they exceeded my expectations. I was so nervous the night before that I could barely sleep, however the movers put my mind at ease within a minute of meeting. They moved quickly and carefully. My final bill ended up being less than the quoted price, and nothing went missing or ended up broken. I was amazed with how much each person was able to carry. I saw someone tuck all 4 of my dumbbells under one arm and carried it up the steps like nothing. Those things were well over 100lbs too. The communication was also very good. I felt confident in what was expected of me and felt assured that someone would show up at the scheduled time.

I recently moved with the help of Integrity Moving. The booking process was easy and they were very detailed in their quote. On moving day, the guys arrived within the arrival window and quickly got to work. They took apart my bed frame and put it back together for me in the new place. They were extremely cautious with my breakables and TV - they came with their own furniture pads and blankets. The guys even helped me figure out the layout in my new place. I’d definitely use them again!

This was my first time moving and it was the best experience I could have asked for. Jay, Stephen, and Josh were my movers, and when they said they "treat everything as if it's their own stuff" they truly meant it - they quickly confirmed the plan and organizing when they arrived, handled everything with care through transport, and were wizards with fitting everything into storage. Even more, they did it all while being friendly and personable (and teaching me some tips and tricks about my apartment and storage best practices). Highly highly recommend and will be using again for my next move!

Tyler and Floyd were our two movers. We always get nervous when services are charged by the hour, but these two gentlemen kept up a fast pace the entire time...and completed the move efficiently, thus saving us money. Their interactions with us were always positive and reassuring. They took measures to not track dirt into both homes. We've used Integrity in the past as well, and would highly recommend them.

Three guys moved our 2 story 1500 square foot house in about 6 hours. Very friendly, on time and even stopped each piece of furniture when bringing it into my new house so I could put felt stickies on the legs of all of our furniture so we wouldn't scratch our newly refinished floors. I would most definitely use their services if needed in the future

Moving is not fun, but Integrity Moving made it much better! During my initial calls and set up, I worked with Ali who was so very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Mike, the general manager, contacted me prior to moving to ensure we would be able to get everything moved from the multiple locations and was very friendly and helpful. On moving day, our moving crew was Tyler, Tom, and Jay…and they were amazing!!! Those men worked so hard and steady on the job, were very efficient, extremely polite and considerate…and that did not change from the moment they began that morning until the end of the move…when I know they had to be exhausted. They were so kind in making sure boxes and furniture were placed correctly and patient with us when we had to figure out where something was going! And to add, they did this on an extremely cold day with continual smiles. A huge thank you to the entire Integrity crew for an outstanding job!!! Integrity moved our entire household 30 miles and did a fantastic job. We had 2 trucks and 4 gentlemen. Move took approximately 6 hours. Lindsey at the office gave us good directions for preparing for the move. Having a detailed inventory along with overestimating quantity of boxes is a good approach as we had more than we thought. BE PREPARED and have everything ready to go and your move will be efficient. Gentlemen who came worked their tails off. They were courteous, friendly, & funny. They were incredible. This made a stressful time less so. I would recommend Integrity moving to family/friends.

Integrity (AKA Columbus Piano Moving) moved a piano for me. I worked with Ali and she was extremely responsive. The movers came on time and provided a call ahead. They were efficient and the piano was delivered without issue. Their prices were a little bit higher than competitors, but their responsive communication and flexibility made up for it.

It was a pleasure working with Integrity Moving and Storage. Everyone I talked with was super professional. The movers (Jon, Jay, and Clayton) took great care with my furniture and my houses. They were very nice and helpful when it came to placing my furniture in my new house. My phone died on the day they were supposed to come so they were initially unable to get in touch with me. However, they kept trying different ways and I was able to finally connect with them. Update 5/22/21: Completed the last leg of my move; storage unit to new home. Still so appreciative of the work ethic of the crew. It was a long day for three guys and they were joined in the last hours by three more that had just finished up another job in same area. Everyone of them took care and made sure they had my belongings settled properly before calling it a day. Integrity did not disappoint! From the first phone call looking for a quote to the last item being removed from their trucks, everyone was so professional, accommodating and pleasant to work with. The quote was comparable to others but their service over the phone and the timeliness receiving the quote and return call showed their professionalism. The crew was just as exceptional, easy to communicate with and they took great care with my belongings. The whole process was smooth and drama free.

Integrity Moving and Storage moved me from a ranch to a two-story house. I had a four men crew. All of them were very professional. They arrived on time, were very careful with the furniture, some of which had glass doors, so the item had to be carefully wrapped. I was worried one truck wouldn’t be big enough but there was plenty of room for all of my belongings to be safely transported to its final destination thanks to Jon, Floyd and Dayzon. They are experienced in loading and taking the extra time to make sure everything was secure. Jon rearranged our storage room to make room that we didn’t even know we had and continued to move everything left to our temporary apartment. In December we will be moving everything to our final destination and I will be calling integrity Moving and storage again.

This was our first time using Integrity and I was absolutely impressed with the care each of the movers showed with our items, the speed in which they worked, and most of all, how they worked - it is clear that they are very well trained. This was my sixth move and I’d never seen anything like it, the way they communicated while maneuvering heavy items around corners, up stairs, etc. One person served as the guide as the other two carried the item. They also did not scratch or damage a thing. And they were less expensive than a couple other companies I called. I cannot say enough good things about them. I had decided to give them a try since I couldn’t find any negative reviews and now I understand why. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Service was great, after 3 moves with them over 8 years I came to expect good service, but what's even greater is the rapport between the crew and us. It's Monday, it's cold, and these guys are gonna get soaked before noon, but that does't matter these guys are jokin' like they just beat the lottery. I truly hope this is my last move...I can't imagine doing it daily for a livelihood. But if you don't let Integrity move your household you're not protecting your valuables. By the way, they came in under budget.

After asking in a neighborhood group (because Home Advisor failed me with a list of folks that didn't even move pianos) I got Integrity Moving. Not only were they better priced than others, they were quick, professional and so careful. They allowed for my children to watch them put the piano together and made it an overall good experience. (I might also be partial because I have "Integrity" tattooed on my wrist as it is that important to me) Would totally recommend.

Regarding the most recent, it involved a pickup 2 hours from Columbus then the return. The scheduling was simple and communication was effective. Keith and his crew were on time. Yesterday Jon, Marques and Stephen showed up to my apartment right in the time frame they said they would arrive. The three men were fast, friendly, and extremely polite. Our move involved moving my apartment, and my boyfriends duplex into one place. I was extremely stressed. But the movers we worked with took all that stress away with how hard they worked. The men started at 8:30 am and by 1:00 pm they had moved all the furniture from two locations into our new spot. The pricing was incredibly reasonable. And these three men were exceptional. The truck did wipe out my mail box as they were leaving, but responded immediately and paid for the new mail box. We have used Integrity Moving many times over many years. We have used them in a variety of situations. We first contacted them because we had a baby grand piano to move to a new home. We were pleased to find out that they are a full service moving and storage company. They stored our entire household including the piano, washer, dryer...ever for over 9 months. When they delivered it our new home everything was in perfect condition. The piano sustained one small blemish and Integrity had it professionally and beautifully remedied. Since that time we have had them move entire rooms out and into other rooms for storage during renovations. They then came back upon project completion to place everything they had moved back to where it belonged. We had them move 15 very heavy concrete planters off our two balconies and they returned in a couple weeks to put them back on the balconies. Most recently we had Integrity Movers do our move from Columbus, Ohio to Michigan. As always working with Integrity was a wonderful experience. They are very professional, and they are extremely nice people and do every job with a smile on their faces. The office staff is friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I have used Integrity Moving on several occasions. I like to hunt for Antiques and when I find them, I buy them. My taste runs toward big, heavily carved and extremely heavy antiques. Every time I have purchased one, Integrity has gone to that place that I purchased it from and loaded it up and brought it to my house and put it in whatever room I wanted it in. They have also come to my house when we were remodeling and moved Antiques and other furniture from room to room so that we could work on whatever room we were doing at that time. Just recently we used them for a local move to a new house and once again they came through. These guys are professional they are courteous and they know their stuff. They are extremely careful they take great cautions with your treasures. They actually work very well together and they work in unison when they move large pieces. There’s a lot of communication and I’ve never had a problem with them or a reason to complain. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of moving services. I personally will not use any other moving company except Integrity. The gals in the office Ali and Lindsey are always a huge help in getting everything organized as well. Integrity Movers is rock-solid. In 2017 they moved my fiancé from Zanesville to Lewis Center. In 2020 they moved her from Lewis Center to Dublin, and me from Westerville to Dublin. John’s team was efficient and fast, clean and they even installed our washer/dryer hookup properly! There was a potential problem with the hookup between the washer/dryer and the hose and they addressed it. I had left a message with the general manager, Micah, and he was amazing at resolving my issue. They were friendly too and put our boxes and items where we needed them to go. Pricing was very reasonable, despite our many boxes! They also explained what they were going to do before they did it, and truly showed integrity in all their dealings with us. Highly recommended! They are 8a-5p M-F, 8a-12p Sa and closed Sunday. Website does not show it yet but they will renovate it to display their hours.

I rented my own truck and needed a moving company to load it. Three guys arrived at my house on time. They demonstrated their expertise immediately when they covered and shrink wrapped a very large bookcase with glass doors. They did the same with my piano. They handled every item with care and asked questions frequently. They were also very efficient. I unknowingly rented a truck that was too small and they asked what I would prefer for them to pack last in case they couldn't fit everything. I set aside items that I wouldn't mind leaving behind, and did end up giving some things to neighbors. Knowing up front that I would need to leave items behind was extraordinarily helpful. I did manage to fit everything that I definitely wanted. My neighbor commented on how nice and professional the movers were. I recommend them hands down. Having moved about a dozen times in the past 20 years, I can say that Integrity Moving was easily the best company I've hired.

Our team of three movers and one truck were amazing. We had Keith, Eric, and James. I am recommending them to everyone I talk to.They did more than we expected, and they had great attitudes the whole time. They were friendly; patient; spoke clearly, intelligently, and softly without hollering to us or each other; listened better than they spoke; were kind to one another; and worked really well as a team. If an item required two people to move it, the third mover was moving another item, prepping for the next large item, or cleaning up after the team. They really got to work and knew what they were doing and were extremely organized. It was pouring rain, and none of our items arrived at the new place sodden or damp. They put a folded blanket down at the entrance of the old apartment and the new apartment, so there wasn't water and mud tracked through either location, and the carpet near the door wasn't even damp. The truck and the men were all clean, tidy, and containing/wearing appropriate, well-maintained safety equipment. None of the equipment (nor their clothing) was torn, dirty, or in otherwise fair/poor condition. The movers put their things away as they were finished with them, so there was nothing to trip over, no safety hazards that they created. We had a lot of sofa cushions and pillows, and instead of throwing them or dropping them in the corner I pointed to, Eric took his time and placed them gently down in a neat pile. Nothing was going to be harmed if he had dropped them, but he just took the extra second per trip to make sure he was respectful. And they were that way with every single item. Nothing was damaged or even came close to being damaged in any way. All three movers, especially Keith, took their time hooking up our washer and dryer, and they balanced them before leaving so I was immediately able to use the machines and there was no leaks, no shaking half to death, no adverse anything. These guys asked intelligent questions, listened carefully when receiving answers, and treated each other and us with that same respect. They were super friendly, each of them took a minute or two to just make a clean appropriate joke, or tell a story or comment on something we moved, just made that personal connection. Before they left the first location, Keith and Eric took the time to walk through the old apartment to ensure everything we wanted to bring was packed, while James made sure everything was properly stowed and protected with blankets and straps. Before they left the new place, James and Eric took time to walk through the old apartment to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it, that nothing was damaged, and to ensure they cleaned up their tools and blankets. Keith walked through the contract one more time before I signed it, clearly explaining what I was signing and why the charges were different (about HALF!!) from the quote. During the move, if their hands were full, the guys moved purposefully and deliberately, with no rush. If their hands were empty, they jogged safely through the space to get to the next thing they had to do. They took their time when placing and adjusting our items, and they took their time the first time to put safety equipment and blankets away. They asked permission before moving things that were in their way, and they treated those things with respect also. They used "excuse me", "please", "thank you", and smiled as much as was appropriate. They seemed to really be having fun with the job, and they didn't shirk in any respect. We also spoke with Lindsey and George in the office to make the appointment and to confirm it. Both were well-spoke; clear about expectations; asked appropriate questions; gave more information than specifically requested, so I didn't have to fish for the right answer; and I wasn't surprised by anything during the move. The office staff seemed just as knowledgeable and organized as the movers. Overall, I was extremely pleased, and will definitely use Integrity Moving and Storage again if I ever need to move anything.

Very efficient, professional, and steady with all items. They packed them with care on the truck and took their time to put everything where we wanted it. One main difference... the 3 men worked as a team for everything, communicating and sharing the weight. Leaders didn't do that and Leaders was more haphazard about the packing of items.

I had a liberty 30 gun safe i need moved quick as moving dates had changed due to covid19. I called Integrity Moving and storage and they had an agreement ovet to me in minutes. Had it scheduled for 2 days later they had 3 movers show up. They took care in protecting my safe my floor and my hardwood stairs. I had them move it the first time to my location from my last house and the care they took is why i called them again. They are speedy and make light work of a heavy move. Mover beware! Read the fine print & ask questions with Integrity if you value the items you are moving. Items of significant value were damaged/or broken during our recent move. The items broken were wrapped well with bubble wrap inside lined/protected boxes (thought to be un-breakable). Obviously, the boxes were tossed/or slammed around. When I submitted a claim to Integrity with pictures, I was told the "free insurance" that is offered is only for items that Integrity packs/boxes. I was offered half of the purchase price of the items and not the full value. Ridiculous. Also, a bench was damaged that is being repaired by Integrity. A bench that was obviously tossed around as well. This is the second time we've used Integrity, but it was the last. I will not give my business/or recommend business to a moving company that only offers half the replacement value of items that were broken because of their staff. Quote from their site: We are so confident in the quality of our work that we provide ACTUAL CASH VALUE INSURANCE for FREE -- Not true. Again, beware.

Lyndsey on the phone was wonderful with scheduling the moving time!! The guys were about 30 minutes early, so they were a bit frustrated that they just had to stand around and wait for us to get all our ducks in a row but right at noon we were ready to rock and roll!!! Everything from there was like a well oiled machine. The three movers were very nice and professional. They took care of all the furniture and wrapped it up well. There was one small nick to the wall paper but nothing that Elmer's couldn't handle. I would give the whole experience a 99.99%. We plan on using them again this week for another move we need to do. Repeat customers say A LOT in the business world! GREAT JOB INTEGRITY!!!

We used IM to unload our PODS for a cross country move; the three movers worked diligently, unloading two in under 2 hours. One of the PODS was jammed and could not open, so the team leader Gary crawled inside the POD to address the issue. The guys worked hard in 85 degree heat and we're all very courteous and helpful.
