TJ called me up because I had to change debit cards and my bill wasn't paid. He was very courteous, and explained why he called. He then advised me of the various options I had in having a storage bin at the location that I never knew. Most of my stuff is restaurant equipment that I'll never use again. I'm too old and retired to work! He was very informative of what my options were, which I've never heard b4! Thanks to him, I have a better perspective of what I can and can not do. Need more people like TJ. This young man should be going places in your company if you want to keep quality people. Differently an asset instead of a liability like some of these younger generation people. Just my opinion!!

I've had the absolute BEST experience with this company because of TJ! He was very patient and willing to accommodate me beyond expectations. He communicates with his customers and double checks to make sure you're satisfied. I had the best experience today at extra space storage I came in in search of a storage unit after I spoke to several different storage companies yesterday and couldn't find one that I was happy with so I went to extra space storage in Whitehall on East main Street by Walmart and I spoke to Terrell I came in he made the process quick easy and fun . Pricing is high and ultimately unreasonable if there is not a deal applied to it like first month free. Even after that there is 1 time fees you pay that can bring your first payment to over 50$. I suggest doing 1st month free when they have that deal but your going to have to spend over 50$ plus the lock for your unit. Taylor was OK.
