Everyone involved with our move was pleasant, respectful, and careful with us as homeowners and with our belongings.We shipped 2 vehicles separately which was pretty stressful but the ee ward people were very supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. There was very minor miscommunication about items we could not move which added unexpected cost but in general everyone was super responsive and eager to do a great job. I have already recommended this company to friends moving later this year!

My crew lead was Paul, and they packed and moved me out of my old place. And then 30 days later they moved me into my new place. They were quick, neat and very professional. The driver called me 2 days in advance to confirm he had the correct information and to confirm pick up time. The morning of the pick up he called to give me an exact time of arrival. Packing was seamless. Would highly recommend. EEWard called before during and after to check in. Very impressive.

They communicated from beginning to end and they were thorough with everything from top to bottom this was my first experience with movers I have normally done everything on my own in this particular case I never had to lift a finger. We had 6 moving professionals at our old house at about 9:00 AM this morning, they started removing things from our home of 33 years then at 2:30 PM they drove away from our new home all finished. They were efficient, careful (wrapping each piece of furniture) and friendly. It was a great experience!

Appreciated the quick response from Shanna to come to get an estimate and arrange for pick up within a month's notice. The driver and two helpers were really good and efficient. They had everything packed in 4 hours in Thursday and was here at our door in Florida on Sunday and done unloading within 3 hours. No damage to anything. Since John was able to get the semi into the complex, we got a credit of over $880 since they didn't have to use a shuttle truck. They offered a guaranteed rate .

Jan 3 2022 I used EE Ward Moving services to move my mother to senior Assisted living. The entire team from office staff to labor staff was professional , attentive and courteous. Office staff explained service in detail and checked in several times leading up to move and day of move. Move crew called when they were on way. The were very, patient and kind with my mother. They moved everything efficiently and with extreme care. Move crew was accommodating at senior facility to comply with all Covid Protocols. Move crew was INCREDIBLE!! The crew assigned to my move with EEWard was nothing short of amazing! They were so surprisingly fast and on top of that they were friendly and helpful - taping up boxes for me and continuously asking questions on what to move and what was staying. I contacted E E Ward for my move into storage until my new home is built and then my final move to South Carolina. Shanna came to my home to do a walk thru to quote the cost of moving. Once we were in agreement, Macy contacted me to set up payment for storage. Then today, Eddie and his crew of four came to load up all my belongings to go into storage. They arrived at 8:30 a.m. We did a walk thru to discuss what was moving. As we left each room, these amazing guys picked up a couple of boxes to move to a central area. Within minutes, all boxes were moved up from the basement. They started bringing down all the boxes from my upstairs. They were all very efficient and just the nicest guys to work with. They covered my hardwood floors, bannister and door frames to protect them. Because of the care they took, there were no marks anywhere. When done, I ran the dust mop and then walked out the door. Macy called to see how the move was going and we were done. The team was on their way to climate controlled storage to offload my furniture and household goods. My move with E E Ward went very well. I am extremely happy with their service. If you are planning a move, I highly recommend E E Ward. I hope that I get Eddie and his crew when it’s time to relocate to South Carolina. The movers were very experienced and got down to business as soon as they arrived. They throughly prepped the house prior to packing up and moving the items out to the truck. All types of packing materials were used and I felt confident that our belongings be be safely moved and stored. The movers were friendly and answered all my questions completely. A quality control person came by to check up on the movers’ progress and performance and asked if all was well. Before long all the items were in the truck, papers signed and they made sure everything in the house was as they found it. A great moving experience!

Gene and his team right from the start were congenial and shared their moving experience across the team, which put us at ease. They were engaging but worked their tails off. Very respectful to our family as well. I've recommended EE Ward to my realtor and told her to only recommend them moving fwd...they were that good. Professionals through and through. This was my second time using EE ward to move and they did an amazing job! Gene, Jesse, Josh and Dan did a fantastic job moving the furniture out of my house and went above and beyond by helping me box a few small items that I had missed. Most importantly, they were very careful with all of my mirrors and other fragile items and even covered the walls and floors of my new home to make sure nothing was damaged. They were able to move all of my furniture into my new home very quickly and this made our move a lot less stressful! Top notch service! Each and every employee I was in contact with at E.E. Ward Moving and Storage was professional, courteous, and outstanding. Shanna, who wrote up the estimate, got back to me quickly when I had questions. Marcie, the moving coordinator, took great care of me. And the moving crew was nothing short of impeccable! James, Farmer, and Pedro were efficient and knowledgeable, very careful with my belongings, and went above and beyond on every possible level. Not only were they a team in the way they worked together, but it was clear that they were on MY team. I was downsizing (I recently retired) but I still kept way too much stuff and, of course, every living space has its own limitations. This crew went above and beyond in every way and helped me think through where best to place everything - in particular those several "special" pieces of furniture that very likely will NOT be moved until the next time you move. Two of my four children were here today and they both agreed that these guys were awesome!

We have not moved in almost 20 years, and didn't know what to expect especially with moving to condo with very strict moving times and days. The crew arrived to pack up on time and were nothing but professional and polite. The company that crated our marble came on time as promised and they were also very professional. They treated our property as if it were their own and arrived the next day at the condo exactly at the time they said. They helped move and unpack, more than we expected. This was our first interstate move and the EE Ward team did and outstanding job from start to finish. It started with the estimate with Abby in our home. She was incredibly thorough and very personable. She put us at ease right away. Sarah then flawlessly coordinated everything and continued to follow up each step of the way. Gino and his crew loaded us on time, took great care with our belongings and were very accommodating. The only issues we had were created by us. We packed on our own and I will NEVER do this again. It was very stressful and caused some issues with loading and unloading. Pay the professionals to do this. I wish I had. The delivery was great too. Kevin and his wife Tina were amazing too. Everything was loaded into our new condo with care. By the end of the day we felt like we had made new friends. Thank you EE Ward for making this stressful time a lot easier.

We were very excited to have our new mattress delivered today. Jason and Nate called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. I was particularly impressed by the great care and pride they took in protecting our home as well as our new bed during the delivery. Our home is 120 years old and has much of the original (and irreplaceable) carved wood “fretwork” and stained glass. They took notice and worked around it very carefully The whole delivery and setup process was complete in less than 30 minutes which included the removal of an impossibly difficult TempurPedic king mattress. Despite the fact that I’m sure there are time parameters assigned to specific jobs, I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel like they were rushing. All debris and packing materials were removed by the crew and they made a specific effort to let me know they appreciated our business. We will be relocating a business in the next several months and I intend to see if we can again work with EE Ward for that job as well. I will also be notifying the manufacturer of our mattress of our high level of satisfaction with the delivery service since I’m sure it is important to them to know how their brand is being represented. I was first very skeptical of using this company as someone in my neighborhood used them and said nothing nice about them. My move was from Columbus, Ohio to Lake Wylie, South Carolina. Speaking with Shanna and asking for her assurance that it would all go well, gave me the confidence in moving forward with EE Ward Moving. Our team lead by the operator (Gene Willis) was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, careful and experienced. He made sure my spouse and I were comfortable with everything that was going on during the move. We were informed either by Shanna (sales) Sarah (move coordinator) or Gene (van operator) of how the process worked and all were consistent in their information. The truck and loaders/packers showed up when they said they would and both loading and unloading went very smooth. Best of all- Nothing broke or missing!! They even helped us build our beds back and move furniture several times to get it in the desired space. If I picked up a box, someone was right there to get it out of my hands. I highly recommend EE Ward and their team of movers.

Our office just moved and EE Ward handled the move for us. They were wonderful!! They got the job done quickly and very professionally. Considering we had some unforeseen issues arise, like desks that couldn't fit in the door of the new office and had to be completely disassembled to one having to be brought through a patio style window, they handled every issue with grace. The attitudes were upbeat and fun. 3 of the gentlemen had to return the following Monday to finish assembling some items and hang some pictures for us and they were the best! E.E. Ward company delivered a mattress and foundation to me yesterday. The two guys did an excellent job. They called me when they were approximately 45 minutes from my home and then they were right on time. They had the old mattress and foundation removed and the new set up within a matter of minutes. Have relocated 8 times in past decade from south to north to west and have never experienced such conscientious & industrious staff in ANY business like Marcie, James, Farmer& Kameron. They packed EVERY item & loaded truck of 3 bedroom home in under 1 day. Exceptionally organized, punctual, respected items as they would their own, even offered professional suggestions to lower the stress of a 'last minute' move from Grove City, Oh to SW Illinois. I just wanted to say thank you to James and Eric at EEWard for the smooth job they did with my mattress delivery. I have a small home, so it was a tight squeeze to get the new mattress set in and the old mattress set out. It was apparent that they were trying to be careful. My ceiling light is original to the house (1940's) and I forgot to take it down so it wouldn't get hurt, but there was no need to do that. Eric (if I mixed up the names, I apologize) carefully maneuvered around it without my saying anything. I really appreciated it! Thank you Eric and James.

I ordered a mattress online and the price included white glove delivery. They chose to use E.E. Ward as the delivery service. The coordinator at E.E. Ward was very polite and communicative at all stages, and apologetic when the delivery was delayed by a day. The two men who delivered the mattress arrived at the scheduled time, and although it was a challenge getting a king-sized mattress up a tight stairway they managed it. Thank you! There’s no way my husband and I could have done it on our own.

We needed movers for a special Holiday Cheer project KidSMILES Pediatric Dental Clinic and the Lady Jackets were working on for the Salvation Army. The staff at E.E. Ward worked with us to coordinate boxes, movers and a truck to get our items to the Salvation Army in time for their holiday event. The movers were professional, friendly and great at their job. I hate to move and as a result of past moving traumas, I had stayed in a rented townhouse for 28 years. As the neighborhood changed, I knew I had to move and I needed help. A friend recommended E.E. Ward. Cole came to visit a few weeks before my planned move to assess what would be needed and made a few recommendations that helped me better organize my numerous treasures. I was amazed that on the day of the move, the movers worked like a well-oiled machine and were able to empty my old townhouse and move everything into my new condo under 5 hours. Two small trucks...two teams...one trip. It was a seamless effort. I did not suffer the usual trauma of moving. The guys placed my boxes and furniture in places as I had tagged them. I don't plan to move again but I recommend E.E. Ward for anyone who is facing a move. If you organize yourself, they will follow your instructions. Best move ever.

Moved from Ohio to Tennessee. Cole was fantastic to work with and provided a fast estimate. This is what led to my family choosing EE Ward. Other companies literally took a week. Moving group showed up early and packed efficiently throughout the day. They were friendly and careful. During loading, they laid traffic mats down and put padding on the doors. They moved my household items down to the new location in one day following complete packing and loading. They showed up early to unload and were finished by early afternoon. They showed the same care to the home during unloading with the mats and doorways. They asked where I wanted items to go and were polite during the whole process. No items were lost. One item was broken in a box, but was not a major issue for my home. Packing was done well. Boxes could use a little more detail with labeling (my only minor suggetion). I would definitely recommend EE Ward!!!
