James Turner and Owen Fox brought their A Game and if I could use them for every single move, I would. They handled all of my belongings so carefully and moved everything so efficiently with a professional demeanor the entire time. My team was absolutely amazing! The movers did great! They were quick and could handle everything. When they were done they rechecked to make sure I didn’t want to move more upstairs or downstairs, then did so willingly and offered to rearrange furniture, etc. AND QUICKLY!! There was no time wasted and although I had several heavy pieces, there was no hesitation to move them and place everything according to what I wanted. Honestly, I can’t praise them enough (and I’ve had some nightmare experiences moving over the past few months) Thank you for providing me with a positive crew. Mike, Mo and Rafe were all outstanding and their service was too notch! I’d recommend (and request them) again without hesitation. A+++

Michael and Rafe were great help with our move. They were very quick and efficient. I am really appreciative of their help. They were organized and professional and made my move a lot smoother. They even took extra stuff that I didn’t have on my inventory list. They took great care of my belongings and were even done a little early! I used Bellhop for a local move and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. They have an excellent dashboard to manage your move, but still have a customer service line if you want to talk to someone! I was able to reschedule the move (about a week in advance) at no cost all through the dashboard. Perfect balance of technological convenience, but with a personal touch. My bellhop team was prompt, courteous, and very respectful of my things! Jason was a great team lead, Arien rocked the truck , and Samuel and Ashton were heavy lifting champs.There was a lot to move and they made it happen all with a smile (or at least I think so...they were also responsibly wearing masks and social distancing). Highly recommend this team and bellhop in general!

My overall experience was excellent and this was my first time hiring a moving company. The team lead James showed up a little early to walk through the home and was able to remember which things weren't to go onto the moving truck. He was able to successfully instruct the other movers (Bill and David). After getting to the new house, shortly after I arrived, James did another walk through to ensure the correct placement for items. My glass tables were wrapped and light bulbs removed to reduce damage. I could hear James from the truck saying, "ask Liz" to further make sure items went to the correct location. I attempted to help move my sectional couch and James insisted that I allow everyone else or himself to put it together and move it because, "This is why you hired us, this is why you have movers. Where do you want it?" Not one mover took a break and they moved with an sense of urgency. Amazing experience, great customer service and would definitely use them again.

My loading team was great (Isaiah and Kelsey) even though another guy didn’t show up for work. Isaiah and Kelsey stayed focused on moving my items safely and efficiently. My move coordinator Joan did credit me for the person who no-showed. Kudos to Joan! My unloading team (Ayrielle, Jante, Rafe) did a great job as well! Overall I am satisfied with Bellhop and would use them again.

Moving pieces of a new treadmill from the garage to the front bedroom was a small job, but my wife and I did not have the strength to do the task. Samuel and Joel were able to do it in a few minutes. Can't thank them enough for helping us out! Both were very pleasant to talk to and very polite! This was my first time using Bellhops and I was impressed! What a cool company! I was very satisfied with the services provided by James and Rob during my recent move. The guys worked hard and quickly moved me from one place to another. James communicated well prior to their arrival, confirming the date and making sure to answer any questions. The guys were also extra careful with my TV, which I appreciate. Bellhops online quote and portal made everything simple. I attempted to get online quotes from other companies but they all required a phone call and a conversation.

I compared a couple of movers that offered online estimates and Bellhops was the best choice for me based on their rate structure. I was only moving the large items with plans to move smaller items myself afterwards. So a truck, driver and 2 movers for less than $450 with tip was a steal. The online registration process was easy. I especially liked the email introducing the team. The team was on time, courteous and efficient and completed the move in the time I had reserved with some to spare. I would definitely use the service again.

The team (Noah, Bobby, Elijah) were very fast and efficient. Unfortunately, they ran into a truck issue that was out of their hands. However, once corrected and back on track, the move went quite smoothly. Although that two hours of downtime definitely threw my day off schedule. Bellhops did right by me for the inconvenience. Second time using them and will book this company in the future.

We used Bellhop for a local move yesterday (7/1/21) and had a very good experience. Our team - James (lead), Terry and Kawsu - were friendly, helpful and hustled to get us all set in a little more than the four hours we had booked. James reached out ahead of time to make sure they had an idea of what we were moving, any tools might be needed, etc. Pricing was straightforward and easily handled via the website. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

If you’re moving, use Bellhop! I cannot say enough amazing things about the team we had! We were moving from an apartment into our first home. Our team arrived on time for an early move, and ready to work! Our team lead Marcus reached out to us the day before our move just to check in. I truly appreciate this because we had never hired movers before and I was stressed and worried about how our experience would be. My fears were quickly put to rest. We had two pro movers along with a lead on our team and two new team members. The pro movers Grant and Terry were amazing and experienced. They took charge and helped a lot and lead by example for the two newer team members. Even though Nahom and Travis were new, they jumped right in and did everything to help! Our team went above and beyond for us! Our team lead Marcus even personally came back to our home to drop off an item that got left behind. Our driver Terrell was helpful to us and to the team. He knew what he was doing! I began thinking we would need to make a second trip, but Terrell knew his truck and knew that we could get it all! Everyone on our team was friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, dependable and fun to be around! If we ever have any moving needs Bellhop is where we’ll come for help!

I was blown away with how helpful Kawsu and Evan, my Bellhops, were. They moved everything I had in exactly two hours, and were friendly and fun while they did so. They absolutely saved me--I had to move on short notice and never could have done it without them. Unlike previous movers, they didn't damage anything! I am genuinely, thoroughly impressed. After a previous company canceled last-minute, Bellhop was able to assemble a team in less than 24 hours to load my 1 bedroom apartment into a truck. Erick and John went above and beyond to get the job done in a quality, timely manner-- even when I offered them easy outs to cut a few corners. Under no circumstances could I have done as well as they did. I will be rebooking with Bellhop once I reach my destination.

Let me be honest, I’m giving the team 5 stars, not the company. The team of movers we had were great and took great care of our items. They worked hard and never stopped until everything was exactly where we wanted it. Couldn’t be more pleased with the team. I’m pretty unhappy with the company for cancelling our move less than a week out and without another option at the end of the month, we had to move late. I would’ve gone with another company but figured I’d take the 20% discount since I couldn’t get anyone else to do it sooner anyway. The team of movers helped make up for that bad first impression with the company. The company cancelling our move, along with many other people I’ve read reviews about, makes me say 2 stars for the business because overbooking and cancelling at the last minute as a regular practice leaves people in a very tough spot during an already stressful time. If your move date is flexible, use this company because of the great employees. If you absolutely have to be out by the end of the month, find a company that doesn’t overbook.

The gentleman were professional, courteous, friendly and fast. I like how thorough the customer service representative was. He and the lead mover called me the night before and I received a phone call at the beginning of the move. I felt safe seeing a picture of the gentlemen the night before the move. I really enjoyed working with Jante, Phoenix and Michael today. They were courteous and efficient. The day started a little precariously when we couldn’t get my storage unit opened but they handled it all with good humor. The moving guys were great and the driver was super nice. Moved my entire 1 bedroom apartment to the new apartment in under 1hr (excluding transportation). Doing a quick scan I haven’t found any damages. They were super cautious and took preventative measures to protect the furniture while moving. Very friendly and productive. It rained hard majority of the time, and the guys were so quick and prepared that nothing really got drenched. I’m shocked! I appreciate the work ethic and the drive to get through the move quickly. My move was from Columbus, OH to Philadelphia, PA. Jamie was the agent I spoke to over the phone. He patiently answered all my questions. Michael, Marcus, and Rafe helped me with the loading. They got to pick up destination on time and were super friendly. The did the loading within an hour. Ray was the driver. He got my stuff to the moving destination on time. Kevin, Jonathan, and Jahlil, helped with the unloading. They were a little late because of a previous job and were very professional and finished the unloading in no time. It was unbearably hot and sunny outside, but they still hustled to get everything moved inside as fast as possible and hardly stopped moving. They took as much as they could carry at a time, like multiple stacked boxes, and were careful with everything. They were also super friendly, professional, and even showed up 10 minutes early! The price was exactly as quoted and a good value for the service. Will definitely use Bellhops again.

I just had a few items of furniture to move, but they included a huge sofa, oversized stuffed chair, and ottoman that my moving team had to maneuver through a narrow entry hall in my new apartment and then a tight 90 degree turn under an arched doorway to get to the furniture into the living room. It required taking the apartment door off its hinges and removing the globe fixture in the hallway ceiling to have enough clearance, as well as Ayrielle's amazing ability to visualize how to rotate and tilt the sofa to make it work. They brought their own tools to take care of the door although I had some on hand just in case. The driver of the truck managed to arrive at the new location before I did, even though I drove away first. They wrapped the furniture in shrink wrap to keep it clean even though the truck itself was tidy,. and removed the wrap and took it away when they finished. The move started exactly on time, not a moment wasted, and finished in less than the 2 hr minimum. I can't recommend Bellhops and my team in particular highly enough. Communication was also excellent with a confirmation message sent over the weekend with photos of the movers who would be handling my move on Monday..They also had someone manning the phone in the evening over the weekend when I called to alert them about the likely need to remove the apartment door and ensure that was a service they provided so I have to give them 5 stars for communication too.

There were a couple small scrapes to furniture and one broken fan - the damages were not bad at all. The claims associate offered a reasonable settlement for damages. Movers were on time, hardworking, and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. 3-4 hour est. loading for a 3-bedroom house only took 2 hours. Unloading only took 1 hour 15 minutes. Suffered a fabric tear on one expensive sofa. Some things (like mattresses) were not properly covered in the truck and got dirty. Movers were extremely forthcoming and transparent about any issues. All things considered, I think the service was very good and would probably use Bellhops again.

Happily everything went well, nothing was damaged and nobody was hurt. We only had one large piece to be moved and reserved our move through the Groupon which we purchased. You should be aware that there is a base rate of $129 which was separate and apart from the services of the truck, movers and mileage which was added to the minimum 2 hour move charge. Thus, after our Groupon was redeemed we still owed $167 for 2 movers and truck for the 2 hour minimum, even though we had one item and the move was complete within the 2 hour window.

Bellhop is like uber: the service aggregates demand and guarantees quality but contracts the work to people looking for work/gigs, which isn’t a bad thing. Bellhop itself is responsible for setting up the move, scheduling the workers (maybe the truck) and billing/payments. The movers themselves in my case were well prepared, positive, and knowledgeable on how to best move heavy & bulky items without damaging anything. The google guarantee also really helps with peace of mind as it basically indicates the movers are insurer, and the service itself is guaranteed by google which in turn means there is a lot riding on the success of the work being done.

I just want to say from start to finish my entire experience with bell hop was top notch! From scheduling to customer service to the movers it was a very easy and pleasant Experience!! The movers had to move furniture to a 3rd floor apartment not once did they complain and I'm sure it was tough but they made it look easy and seamless And treat it our furniture and items with so much care.
