Our first experience with movers did not disappoint! David, Fernando, and Devante did an amazing job moving our personal belongings with care and made the job seem effortless! They were great at communicating times with us in advance and were responsive to all of our questions before and in real time. Additionally, we had a great experience when discussing something with a customer service representative named Austin. He handled our question promptly and professionally. We would highly recommend All my Sons Moving & Storage!

Binion and crew were extremely professional, all of the guys were very nice. I’ve not seen movers work so hard for so long. We were very happy with their services! That being said, the company did not complete the job in one day as expected. They left a significant amount of items behind and had to go back and retrieve them. I believe the job was underquoted, so I cannot fault the guys who showed up and did the move. They ran out of boxes, space in the truck, and ELD running hours.

David and his crew did such a wonderful job! They packed my kitchen for me and then moved me from a second floor apartment to a third floor apartment...it was not a fun or easy job but they were amazing! They were quick, respectful, and so kind. They were very patient while I decided where a few things went in the new apartment since I wouldn't have been able to move them myself after they left. I would definitely recommend! It was also easy to get an estimate get the move scheduled, everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful.

Team Binion’s Minions were fabulous! I told them we were moving into my forever home finally, from a life of renting, and they padded the walls with cardboard. I’ve used a couple moving services and this just felt easier and more fun. Price was a little less than the ones I’d used before but comparable. If I had to move again (which I hope I won’t) I would use the minions lol. Thanks guys!

I moved with All My Sons on Saturday. Alex and Erik were fantastic!! They were respectful and patient. I was not fully prepared and they were very patient with me as I got stuff together. Great experience with Binion and crew, They were fast and efficient. They drove to Bellefontaine to PU a freezer and drove back to Powell to drop it off. And AJ was awesome in getting this delivery as economical as possible as well as scheduled ASAP to avoid an upcoming possible snow storm! To begin with I was highly displeased with our first initial move, therefore, a call was made and the manager on shift said he'd make it right. And make it right he did, the second crew they sent to help us move was amazing with a capital A. I would personally like to thank, and hope that the crew members they sent out to help are recognized for their upmost courteous, and professional attitude towards their job. If you choose to use this company, ask for, David, Anthony, and Muhammad. You won't regret it.

Great decision in choosing All My Sons Moving & Storage at the Hilliard location!!! We are new to the Columbus area and didn’t have any recommendation to go by but the internet. We took a leap of faith and trusted their reviews. From the start, Gerrod Bird was so sweet and understanding, he gave us a great price based on our needs. On the day of the move, Wyatt and Al came on time, with Wyatt calling ahead to let us know their arrival time. I was amazed how strong they both were in quickly and carefully moving our furnitures and boxes. Some items were heavy and they were able to carry it individually. I think Wyatt has a nickname of “Superman” and I think that is fitting for him. They both were so polite and professional. Everything was move-out of the old place and move-in to the new place in two hours. Great job guys! We would definitely recommend and use All My Sons Moving and Storage again!

I'll start by saying the movers were friendly, nice and respectful kids. Unfortunately they came unequipped for a move, no drill for furniture take down or put up, 4 to 5 blankets for rooms of wood furniture that was inventoried, and no skills with a dolly. I was asked to remove legs from my desk, I supplied personal blankets and sheets to cover my things, I took my bed apart and put back together. My temperpedic king mattress was left against the wall when they left ( for bed that they did 'set up'). Washer was dropped on its back, my Liberty furniture wood desk chipped (no blanket for it... just plastic wrap). I know it's hard work but company was paid well and kids tipped well to only get a response when I called the manager to let him know... "sounds like they didn't want to work that day" ...and a number to call about my chipped desk.

My family ended up in a pinch when another moving company cancelled on us the day of our move. We had scheduled over 6 weeks in advance and were left to just figure things out on our own. I called around Columbus on the morning of the Ohio State/ Michigan game and All My Sons was the only one that had a live person answer. I had left messages with other companies but I will always treat those who have an actual person there to answer questions with so much more respect. Alihondra was amazing and found us a slot the next day. She discussed the details and I then had a follow-up phone call from AJ who was also very helpful and informative. The day of the move it had started to rain and when Kyle, Sterling, and Patrick showed up, they were nothing less than amazing! These three young men not only filled up their company's truck, but also helped us with our own U-Haul all while dealing with our own personal family stresses. They were not phased, not even too much when their work truck then became stuck in the mud at our destination. The three young men were again wonderful. We went and got them lunch, I helped them get cleaned up in this new house that was not finished and still very unfamiliar to me and my family. They wanted to make sure they were doing everything they could to try to keep our day from taking a complete turn, however, our emotions were certainly getting the best of us. These three young men didn't flinch when my husband became emotional. One of them asked if I was ok when they saw me tear up because the stress of the move was just becoming too much. Once their truck was free, they continued to work as hard as they had all day. We know we will be moving again in 6 months to our new build, and I know right now that I will be having All My Sons helping us with that move. Thank you so much!

Alex and Binion provides a great experience Couldnt have been better. Highly recommend. Make sure to ask about fuel charge and Packing rates(them using cardboard and stuff to keep your stuff safe) when booking. Understand that they expect you to pay their labor rate for the time from old home to new, separate from the travel charge. If I had to move again, I would hire this same company and ask for the same guys. Thanks fellas.

Moving is on the top 10 list for stress in life and they definitely made it less stressful. It was a very long day but they kept at it until the job was done and were gracious and accommodating without my feeling they had better places to be. (I speak from experience, I've had some dissatisfaction with other moving companies.) Not one ounce with Jeremiah and Kyle. I wholeheartedly reccomend All My Sons. While I hope I don't move again anytime soon, they will be my first call. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time and money. Call All my Sons 1st. Thanks Jeremiah, Kyle and All My Sons. Anthony, Jeff, and Evan made quick work of my move. Fully furnished 2 bedroom townhome amount of stuff and they made quick work of it! Began at 1:30p and ended at 5:45p. Other reviews have stated they weren't happy with the amount of money that it costs to hire moving companies-- this is the going rate and yeah it's expensive, but that's the reality of hiring movers. I could complain about the money, but I'm just so grateful for their help! TIP YOUR MOVERS!

Overpriced. I wish I had read the bad reviews properly before deciding on the company. We moved less than a mile down the road at 3.5hrs and was charged over $1,000. They're not as upfront with prices or services as they should be. They charge in 15min increments according to the representative on the phone AFTER the move. The pictures of people's stuff piled up after the move, is accurate. They don't put furniture up if they don't take it apart first but, don't tell you this. They have a clause in the contract that doesn't charge if you DON'T have them document what they put on the truck but charge if you do. They will charge diesel fuel fees for a truck traveling to you, claim time starts when they arrive but back document time frames in 15min increments. (10:10am will become 10:00am) seems minor but they will post date time in 15+ increments after they leave. All of that raises the price further. We got a refund because we went over the itemized statement that I had to request multiple times. And then had to request the amended statement multiple times to make sure they'd honor it. The contract also states they have a right to hold your items hostage (my word not theirs) if you don't pay the fees upfront. They won't unload the truck at the destination otherwise. If you don't pay they have a right to hold your items in storage with up to 110% fees needing to be paid before you can get it back. I don't think legally you can put the percentage 110% in a contract... Shouldn't paying the total due be 100%? Writing 110% means that you are surcharging taxes and fees that have accumulated when you're already expensive. And finally, the reviews on here that are 5 star are written by the company. They solicit anyone who was on site to write a Google review and offer to write it for you and those who aren't tech savvy or are pressed for time allows it and that's how they get those reviews. The lower rated stars are more accurate. I give it a 3 because they did move the bigger items and I'm grateful for that, but, their lack of transparency, less than honest underestimations of things and lack of breakdown for what they end up charging you is dishonest. We came away thinking we'd pay no more than $500 tops and double almost tripled that amount. Find a moving company that gives you an itemized statement that's accurate and honest before you employee their services. Also, they charge for tape, boxes, wrapping your items, and other miscellaneous items they can put on the final bill and they don't mention that upfront.

AWESOME JOB! Request Mike, Jacob, and Johnathon- what an all star crew! These guys were professional, courteous, and polite. They moved our entire house in about 3 hours with a 45 minute drive in between. Not only did they have a sense of urgency but they handled all of our belongings with care! The moving crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. They arrived on time and walked us through the entire process. All my sons charges by the hour, but the four-man crew was amazingly quick as they wrapped all the furniture and safely stored it for the move. They made two stops to drop off large items before they reached our new home. Because the crew typically worked together, they operated as a finally oiled team. Normally moves are highly stressful events, but the movers were funny and friendly. We just enjoyed working with them and would not hesitate to hire them again — even though we can’t imagine another move. Ever. On top of everything, the price very reasonable.

The movers were very nice and fast. We were on a budget so it was nice to have 4 guys working so quickly! They do require payment before unloading, but this is common practice and they were very upfront about it. There was damage to our dryer Knob but we are filing a claim with the company to get it repaired. We were also able to use all our own supplies, mattress bags, plastic wrap, etc. So we didn't get charged from All My Sons. I was very happy with this company, if you have questions or concerns just ask them, they answered all my questions!

Nicholas, Rick and Jermaine did an absolutely fantastic job. I hired All My Sons to conduct a local move. All of the fragile items were moved with care and they recommended appropriate packaging and wrapping for furniture that needed it. They were friendly while simultaneously working like racehorses. They moved heavy furniture with the skill of professionals and maintaining great speed. They moved all of my possessions and furniture out of a 2 bedroom (with the furniture of a 3 bedroom) into the moving truck in only 1 hour and the entire process (20 minute drive to the new property) took only 2.5 hours! Very impressed. One critique is that someone needs to give them a more modern tablet to complete their electronic paperwork and payment because it was very laggy and caused a bit of delay. Definitely wasn’t the fault of Nicholas, Rick and Jermaine, though. Very satisfied and would recommend them to everyone.

While my experience with their office was absolutely abysmal the crew that came to my house was truly wonderful. If you use this services - get every last detail of the plan and what you’d requested in writing. And I mean EVERYTHING. I’ve never as upset with a business as I was with their office/dispatcher. The man I spoke to was impatient, condescending and back tracked on everything I’d discussed for my move — specifically full service packing and needing boxes. The crew showed up with no boxes at all and not enough time to pack as their last job went way over — 100% not the crews fault, again they were all wonderful. The price is good. But WATCH YOUR BACK in the planning phase, get everything in writing and ask for Austin D, AJ, Nick and Dustin.

Zach, Al, and Zay were great. Very Professional and they know what they are doing. Price was a little more than I was expecting, I apparently was not charged my quoted price, which I see in the reviews, happens a lot. They took the fuel surcharge off my bill as I was not told about and it was certainly more than the cost of gas per mile. I left a better review originally, but the I saw they only respond to the positive reviews and never the negative ones. Not good business practice. Due to the additional $200 I was not expecting to pay, I most likely won't use them again. The guys were great though !
