Excellent experience with this company. They worked with me to find movers for my date in a short time frame. Caleb and Josh arrived a few minutes early and worked quickly to empty our storage unit and load the van. They unloaded at our location quickly and efficiently- checking exactly where each item should go. They maneuvered the small quirky stairs well and somehow managed to get both the queen bed frame and mattress upstairs with no issues. They were courteous and friendly and didn’t waste any time. They also watched the time and let us know that we still had extra time if we needed anything else done. I would hire this company again with no question! Thanks Caleb and Josh for a job well done!

I had such a great experience with Undergrads and will definitely use them again. They sent two young strong college guys, Jack and Hector, to do the job. They were nice and polite and ready to help with moving a new commercial printer in my office that really needed the help of a professional. They were fantastic and they arrived right at 9 am sharp as agreed to by the Undergrad office. I personally have NEVER had a mover arrive on time in my 57 years of living! What mover arrives on time and sends well groomed and respectful men to complete job?! I guess Undergrads is the only one I know of. Thank you again for your help!

We were unsure whether to go with a moving company or rent our own Uhaul and get movers. We are so glad we went with that route. The Uhaul was cheap for a day and the undergrad movers were fantastic. Two young men arrived promptly and worked together to help pack the Uhaul to the top. They drove themselves to our new house and quickly got to work unpacking. The best part was they used an app at the end to put in the start and end time calculating the cost. It was cheaper than estimated which was surprising. I would assume they would just ask for the quoted price, but they fairly adjusted for the actual time worked. They were both usc students and deserved their pay and tip. Highly recommend!

These guys are life savers. Highly professional, punctual, and strong! They managed to accommodate my last minute request even though they were fully booked. The actual moving guys, Tate and Jackson, were ever so humble and helpful. They had no issues using their personal vehicles to move my boxes and were very courteous. Highly recommend!

Michael and Jack were great! We had a 10-foot Uhaul and they unloaded and carried everything up to a third floor apartment, on one of the hottest days of the years in Durham. They were efficient every step of the way. We definitely recommend Undergrads Moving!

Our first time ever using a moving company and we were a little apprehensive, but Reece, Zach, and Isaac were enormously helpful on this move. Very polite, efficient, and considerate. They were all super good about the entire situation (we were on a third floor walk up, with too many heavy boxes, and a dog) and even went as far to ask where we wanted things placed at our new house. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys to assist with the move. Exceeded our expectations ten fold. Definitely recommend.

I love this 'college kid helping out cheaply' business model and this company has it nailed. And what's not to love about working with bright, young adults as they work their way through school in pursuit of better lives. You've got to appreciate their ambition and willingness to work hard as they do. A special shout out to Evan and Zac for their swift efficiency, running up and down three flights of stairs hauling heavy, bulky items. These guys were the best! Also, Tiffany and crew were patient over the phone with some scheduling changes leading up to the move. Great rates also. Highly recommend! 👍😊

I had a great moving experience with Undergrads. Ben and Will showed up on time and worked non-stop the entire time. They also helped me move a heavy sofa that was not a part of the first house, from the first floor to the second floor of the second house. Also, I found the cost very reasonable because I paid only for the number of hours they worked and I rented the truck from U-Haul. I would hire them again and highly recommend.

We just worked with Undergrads Moving to load 3 relocubes. It is really easy to schedule an appointment, you can just do it online. On the moving day, two young men showed up right on time, they are Jason Reynolds and Will Brittain. They were so efficient and friendly. They got the items of whole house moved in less than two hours. We were so impressed! Overall we feel super lucky to work with Undergrads Moving! Absolutely 5 stars!

The Undergrads movers that we had to help us out, Evan Hahl and Caleb Burkhart, were so efficient! I mean, really, to say that is an understatement! My family and I had packed up the majority of my stuff, the stuff I KNEW we would not be able to move into our U-haul truck, knowing that we would have 2 hours with the guys… The process by which they were able to move and load everything into the truck was nothing short of impressive. They were so quick! Then, because we had so much time remaining, even, they were so very patient to wait while my family and I EXPEDITIOUSLY packed together other items to be loaded into the truck. By the time they were finished, just about ALL of my furniture and belongings were loaded and ready to go. I do not know what we would have done without their help, honestly. I am very thankful for their care, helpfulness, and patience. As well, when we reached our destination — I relocated from Durham, NC to Westbury, NY, the unloading process was very manageable on account of how efficient Evan and Caleb were with packing the truck. I would DEFINITELY recommend Undergrads, because as I said, we could not have done any of it without their help. Thank you. Evan and Caleb, thank you.

Both Jacob and Nate were awesome in helping us in our transition. We encountered an unexpected event, and they were gracious enough to accomodate on such short notice. The biggest takeaway from our move and that meant more than anything to both my husband and I was their interaction with our son. They included him in the move and made him feel like a big boy. We needed movers in less than 24 hours and Undergrads quickly responded. They sent 2 movers to us named Evan and Skyler. They were absolutely amazing! They were extremely professional and polite, it was a pleasure having them with us during this stressful time. We had an issue with our truck rental from a different company and ended up with a smaller truck, that normally wouldn’t fit all of our things. Evan and Skyler did an unbelievable job stacking and organizing the truck just right to keep all my furniture safe during the move and compact. We were all beyond impressed with how quickly they worked and how knowledgeable they were with loading and organizing. To make everything even better, they both had lovely personalities. I couldn’t be more happy. I’m so glad I called Undergrads moving!

Four ,strong ,polite,young men arrived to help us unload 26' truck .They were fast ,accurate and careful with our stuff. They definitely knew how to get big peaces of furniture in the house with challenging layout. It was raining and made their job even harder,but they were cheerful till very end. Great job ethics! They were consulting which peace to put where.They got job done in 2 h! We were so happy we called them instead other company! And this experience just made our move so much easier. I was moving from Anderson to Greenwood, SC and decided to use this service. Not only were Michael Bertram and Isaac Rios on time, but they were a pleasure to work with. Great attitudes, hard workers, and they tackled every slight hiccup during the moving process with ease. I was more than pleased with their work and the care with which they handled the furniture going upstairs, which was far from simple. The price I paid for the work I received was worth every penny. I would be more than happy to use their service again in the future.

Hired 2 undergrads for 2 hours for a last minute move. They were able to schedule me with barely a week's warning, at a reasonable rate ($50/person/hour). Dispatch was communicative, and Zac and Hector were absolute superheroes. Moved all my furniture from my old apartment to the new apartment in that time, with good humor. I didn't have to lift a finger, and they really powered through when at the end it started pouring out of nowhere!

They were very understanding of the situation and helpful to accommodate over time. I had like 30 small boxes with heavy books and fragile glass, and they placed them in the truck so well that, even after climbing up a steep hill, nothing was moved. Caleb and Jesse showed up on time and got right to work. They loaded the truck carefully and quickly despite the apartment being on the 3rd floor. My closing got delayed and they agree to follow me to my personal residence and also unload the truck due to the delay. I would definitely recommend hiring them and am using them again next week.

Undergrads moving was great. I have used them for two moves. My movers Davon and Cal took a lot of care ensuring they didn’t bump and walls or damage the furniture. For starters - Ben was a good communicator - texted me early on the day of the move to see if we wanted to reschedule due to the weather forecast. Once we confirmed the move was still on, he quickly replied that they'd be there as planned. Ben and Harris were both prompt, polite and professional!!! They worked well together, making sure they moved everything carefully and did an excellent job loading the truck and securing our furniture and belongings. The "checkout" process at the end of the move was quick and easy. Undergrad Movers provided great service at a great rate!!! Jack and Mason made what was a very hot, hectic day incredibly smoother! I picked the hottest day of the year to move to a third floor apartment (no elevator) and Jack and Mason did a wonderful job getting everything up there in record time! I asked them a few times if they wanted to stop and rest for a few minutes and they declined (for their safety I gave them a couple of Gatorades) , I couldn’t believe it….real troopers! Colin and Heath arrived on time and ready to get to work. They moved my entire 20' uhaul trucks amount of stuff up 3 flights of stairs for 4 hours and never complained or slowed down. The business office was very patient and punctual about getting back to me. They sent two movers Jacob Richburg and Jacob Hill. As everyone knows, moving can be stressful. Undergrad took all of the stress out of it. I was given service by Matt, Caden, and Jacob that was on the same level that you would expect at chic fila! They worked fast and had a 26' truck loaded in a little over an hour and unloaded even faster. They are way cheaper than using 2 men and a truck(i have the estimates to prove it). Even after renting a truck i still saved over $400 dollars. Give these guys a try and you definitely won't regret it.
