Chrissie is awesome as well as Kimberly. We inquired about the largest storage they had a available they didn't hesitate to show us many different options to choose from. We choose one and still needed another but they made it even more convenient they got me two units near each other with easy access. This place is climate control and top of the line with a security gate and plenty of cameras. We have plenty of confidence in this company and definitely will do business with them from here on out. The prices are awesome they run deals that can't be beat!!! This is definitely where you want to store your precious belongings. You can also reserve your unit in advance with a reservation which is what I did and still went to view it just to lock it in.

Reserved on line and got a follow up phone to let me know the day I wanted to move in they were closed in the office and offered me another time to come in in person. Upon arrival they showed me my options and let me know about some better pricing they were offering. Really easy and nice to work with. Definitely recommend.

Samantha was fantastic, very glad I came in for a unit today! Edit: moved everything out after 5 months, and Chrissy was a huge help! She was closing up and saw we were loading up, and let us know there were carts to make it easier, and made my sign out process even easier. I know I'll come back if I ever need another storage unit!

Wow! I have been rented a storage before and this company the best of the best. Most of it is because the service that I got from Chrissie, she is sharp, fun amd very helpful. She took me and show me e everything she thought will be perfect for my staff. I just moved here to SC as you know moving is always Stressful. Well Chrissie she made it so smooth and fun that I just smile and said - “thank you so much.” I recommend this storage as they hire great people to take care for their clients.

Got a 10 × 10 unit with Chrissy and couldn't be happier! She was so sweet, professional and knowledgeable. I felt she went above and beyond to satisfy my needs even offering to price match if I found a cheaper unit and only charged me one dollar for first months rent. Hard to find customer service at this level these days so I rented with her just because of the experience she provided! The unit was clean and not hard to access either. Totally satisfied!

I was going through so much with my move having a really difficult time. I had already had a storage unit before I found this place. My previous storage was on the 3rd floor elevator broken, poor Customer service, didn't even offer a discount!!!! Then I found this place heaven sent a lady named khrissy such a beautiful personality!! Worked at the front desk Immediately brightened up my day had, me moved in, the same day reasonable prices just great.Also Climate controls was on point. Very clean and, smells great.

Been working with Kelly on a unit and move in date. She was incredible helpful, very friendly, outgoing and patient. Today I had my movers deliver my belongings to my unit. Yesterday Kelly said she’d have it cleaned and ready for me and she certainly did. The only hiccup I had was the motion sensor light didn’t sense my presence. Luckily my unit was the first one inside and I was able to move using daylight. I let Chrissie know as I was leaving and she said she’d look into it and call me once she was able to determine why. So all in all today went well and I look forward to smooth sailing for my time there.

So far so good. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Showed me my the unit prior to signing any paperwork and made sure I was satisfied with size, location and ease of access. They offer locks, boxes, packing material, tape and other supplies at a reasonable price. I was quoted one price online but was actually signed up for 10 dollars less than quoted They have security cameras in all the hallways. My only concern was that I did not see cameras in the actually room where my storage unit is located.

Robin, Sandy and Kayla could not have been more helpful. If not for Robin, I would not have rented the space (she is who I spoke to first) and thanks to Sandy who made the move and the paperwork so very easy it is all done. I moved from another storage space that was way too expensive. Robin gave me a great price and assured me that it would not go up at a speedy pace as my other storage space had. The facility is clean and easy to reach -the space has a large opening for easy access. If one has to store items, I highly recommend SROA in Columbia, SC. My thanks to them.
