The movers showed up on time and were very good at communicating when they were to be expected. The young men who moved us were professional and very polite. They took great care in moving our belongings. They were efficient and had the right tools for moving all types of furniture. What I valued most was that the crew worked very well as a team. They worked hard but clearly enjoyed working together. This move took place late July in SC. It was HOT AND HUMID at both our origination and destination points. The crew never complained, even to each other. They took appropriate breaks but no time was wasted just "goofing around". Morgan was our contact at the company and was extremely helpful, communicative, and efficient as well. I believe it's difficult for a move to be a low stress experience under any circumstances. However, this company did their best to make it as effortless as possible.

ProHelp Movers is the only moving company I'll use. Their staff and crews are extremely helpful and professional. They were on time, handled everything with care and worked with us on some last minute changes. They also have a great storage facility that made our move even easier as we sold our home and moved into a short-term rental. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough positive things about Pro Help. We’ve used Parker and his crew multiple times and each experience has been pleasant and painless…. Not terms you typically associated with moving!! The Pro Help movers were professional and made sure to take good care of all of our belongings. We did not use them to box our items up but I would definitely trust that they perform this service with care. Each team member we worked with was polite and friendly and they all worked hard the entire time. Moving can be a very stressful process and I’m so grateful we had Pro Help to get us through the big day seamlessly!

We have used Brandon and his guys for over 5 years, for everything from moving us out/in our current house, moved heavy rugs, and made several furniture and antique deliveries for me. I would never use anyone, any crew, or company, other than ProHelp. Period. They are that nice and that good. Oh, and they moved us into our 1850 sq ft house, breakables and all, in about 2 hours. Call them! :)

These guys were the best! I have more moves under my belt than I care to mention. Long Distance and local. And many were an absolute nightmare from them loosing my truck, damage and even theft. This was by far the easiest move I have ever experienced!!! Nothing broken, nothing lost. And nothing stolen. I was settled in no time due to their organization. ProHelp was referred to me and I am so glad I adhered to their advice. I'm serious, my move could not have been any better. Called needing a next-day move, and the team at Pro Help responded immediately. They booked me on the day i needed it, as early as i needed it, and their two movers (Dante and Rodney) were professional, efficient, prepared and thorough. Their truck was clean and well maintained, their prices are fair and they're up-front and communicative about everything. They charge for what they do, not at a fixed rate (at least in my case) which made them a very affordable option. 10/10 would recommend to anyone doing private or commercial moves. Very satisfied with the service i received.

Had a 2 man crew pick up and deliver furniture to me. Both men were professional, friendly, accommodating and efficient. They helped move the old furniture out of the space for us and even returned a damaged chair to the store that same day after pointing out the damaged area to us. Highly recommend. What a great experience today!! The four guys, Reggie, Malik and Brycen and I am not sure of the 4th guy (sorry, bad with names!) were on time and went above and beyond. They said "yes ma'am " when I'd make a request (not common these days). They worked as a Team (again not common these days). The 4th guy, (I sure wish I remembered his name) was the best at seeing the holes in the storage unit and knowing how things should be placed. All 4 guys were just great. Should I finally figure out what me future holds and I need your services again I want those same guys!! Extremely Satisfied Customer and Recommend!!

We found out the day before we moved into our home that our POD could not be dropped off at our house. ProHelp was able to give us a team on short notice. They met me out at the POD facility and did a great job moving our stuff and assembling it. We have had bad experiences with other movers in the past, so we were thrilled with ProHelp’s quality of service. They were quick and all of our items made it in excellent condition.

A relative hired Prohelp Movers to move some furniture from my basement to Prohelp's storage facility. It is good to have my basement back. The two gentlemen, Rodney and Demario, are the most polite movers I have ever met. Although I did not hire them, they treated me as if I did. The owner of Prohelp, Parker, came to my home at the beginning of the move, introduced himself, went over the process of the move, got my approval and left. The move began. Rodney and Demario treated each piece of furniture as if it were their own. They wrapped every piece in padding and shrink wrap. They made something that I was dreading into a very positive and enjoyable experience. This writer is not one to hand out compliments. These people deserve them.
