I had a great experience with this storage company!!!! Customer Service is on point! Ms Hunter is very professional when it comes to her customers! She’s wasn't rude, I don’t know what that other customers was talking about. Also Phone Service was amazing! Ms Hunter is a polite, respectful and help young Women, I give it a 5 stars!

The young lady Ms. Hunter was very nice and assist with getting my paperwork together from online to in store. The location is very clean and I didn’t see any critters or remnants in the new unit I moved into. The hours of operation for the office are a little wired but at the same time the access hours work perfect.

We've been really happy with Life Storage. Karol is fantastic to work with- really helpful and she made sure we had all of the info we needed for our storage unit. She called before and after we made our first trip up there to be sure we were happy and didn't need anything or have any questions. The unit was very clean and the bag was waiting for us with all of the supplies we needed. We definitely recommend them to anyone who needs storage in Columbia!

My family won a storage unit from this facility and the process to retrieve the unit was easy. After we won the unit, I called the facility and spoke with the manager, Karol. She told me their hours and when we could do the paperwork. I got there to do the paperwork, paid for the unit and paid the refundable cleaning deposit. Me and my family cleaned out the unit and received our cleaning deposit back. The staff was great and provided excellent customer service from start to finish! Their facility is clean and I would recommend others to buy storage units from here along with storing items here. I didn't see any bugs or rodent activity in the units or on the premises so that's always a plus!!!

Amazing! Service. Kenya was quick and easy to work with. Paperwork was a piece of cake. Literally came in, picked the truck up and did my move. Time-lines were flexible and the customer service was beyond reproach. I usually don’t do 5 stars, but this place earned. Military personnel, I highly encourage the use of their services.

Reservation of the unit was super easy via their website. Setup kit was provided (lock, key, information packet). Facility seemed well maintained and with adequate security. Closing out the unit was a breeze (did it in person, not sure if there was an online option). The clerk (sorry I can't remember her name as I was only there for about a minute) was SUPER friendly. Only had the unit about a month, but overall was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be going back here if I need storage in the future.

Mr.Torres was awesome....my dad needed alot of help and was stressed out when he couldnt find his key..getting his lock cut, getting a new one, forgetting his gate code, etc etc lol. Mr.Torres was kind and very patient. He calmed my dad down by being funny and having a light spirit about the situation. He was very pleasant to be around and had wonderful customer service. I'm extremely happy that my dad rented with them and that Mr.Torres is up front to represent the business. Mr.Mitchell was very patient and understanding about my father's situation as well. He waved a few fees for him knowing he was going through a rough time and was very compassionate. He allowed us to prorate the month and have my father move his things out in a very generous amount of time. These employees are just so kind and helpful and it was some of the best service you could have from a storage facility. Thank you guys!

I really have no clue where to begin! This is not "your grandfather's storage facility!' From the Sunday morning that I met Kenya(who happened to be a new employee at that time) until I recently met Prathon, my experiences have been nothing but SUPERB. These are two of the most professional and courteous people that I have ever met. The premises are clean and secure.
