Michelle took my phone call in regard to a specific question, and Lisa worked things out for me once I arrived on location. Michelle was patient and answered my questions-, and was beautiful with allowing--and answering in-depth (as needed)--all of my questions. Once on-site, Lisa took over and she was definitely on it. Helped me to feel welcome and also answered all of my questions. Very cool. They were both cool, and I would definitely recommend this place!

The whole moving to Chicago experience has gone much better and smoother than I had expected it to be. Was here a week already getting my apartment in order and organized. I came to the conclusion that with the limited space and storage that I have, that I needed to get a storage unit. I already had a storage unit back in Indiana so I wasn't worried so much how it all works but how well and fast it was going to be to get one.Jessica was there when I arrived to pay for the first month of rent after reserving the unit on the phone. Jessica was very knowledgeable about the facility and took very good care of me. She was also very personable to me and my partner and we talked for a little bit after she showed us our unit and that all paper work was completed. She was very nice and liked how she welcomed us as customers and as new to the city.

The manager (Jael) is very nice and patient. She helped me decide the size and she is willing to help! Even though there is something unexpected happened, she tried to help me out. But I do agree with what previous client said: sometimes, it is really hard to reach the staff via phone at this particular facility. When you call the specific number at this facility and when the staff is out of his/her desk to help with others, you will be directed to the general number of LifeStorage, which makes the communication very complicated and time-consuming. I feel like that they are under staffed.
