What started out as a good day gone bad, was resolved in a timely manner with no issue. I visited them for a trailer hitch install, and upon driving home on the highway, my passenger side tail light fell out and shattered all over the highway. I returned home and called them, this was on a Saturday, and they quickly alerted the manager and had me send photos for documentation. The timing wasn't the greatest, as I'm just a visitor here, so I did have to source out a tail light faster than they were able to on their end. Understanding of my situation, they agreed to reimburse me 100% for all charges and were very kind about it. The whole process took about 10 days. I'm happy that they gave me no trouble when I presented them with a problem, and they handled it professionally and timely. I'm only gonna give 4 stars because forgetting to screw in a tail light is kind of a no brainer mistake, but we are all human after all. I do still recommend going here for all your storage/hitch installation needs.

The staff here were so kind and went out of their way to provide help after we sat in a wreck on I-80 for nearly 3 hours. They checked and topped off fluids, gave us cold water, and helped us get back on the road (with recommendations for food options nearby). They felt like lifesavers during a difficult trip - thank you so much! Would definitely recommend this location!

Terrific place to rent from and top notch customer service. I rented several trailers from them to help with my move and had no issues whatsoever. Roger goes above and beyond for his customers. Everyone I have met at this place has always been extremely helpful and they even rewired my 4 pin trailer connection for me. Would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic location. Top notch service & equipment. Have had the pleasure of interacting with the staff here twice & both times they squarely hit the mark. GM Tom runs a tight ship and staff (Kim plus others) are a pleasure to do business with. My Uboxes were shipped here and I received a call promptly. They were stored in secure building as promised. These were delivered to my residence & picked up subsequently as promised. Also rented a 15' moving truck to carry my furniture & goods to a new spot. They came through after the Penske "local" spot at Home Depot which treats their moving trucks like their flat beds had dropped me in the grease. Highly recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Cheyenne. Great peeps ... Great service!

Asen, Antoinette, Robert and Tom are excellent people to work with! Having had an extremely awful experience at another U-Haul truck rental store in Cheyenne, they made the experience of renting a truck so much easier. We had already rented storage unit which was so easy to use with automatic doors, carts and elevators with a Bonus indoor unloading area for the truck. GREAT PLACE to rent a truck and store your stuff!

Love their services, didn't care for their storage as much, but it certainly wasn't bad, just not what we were looking for. The people have always been friendly and helpful, but many of the part time staff if very uneducated in the offers, pricing and available services. Still a great spot if you need a hitch put on your car or need other towing services.

It took them about 41/2 hours to put a tow hitch in August 2020. They were short staff and the guy there took forever. I got lots of patience but boy was he slow. Now I got a electrical problem with the connection and had it looked at. it looks totally unprofessional. Talk to the management very friendly and no problem ,there going to fix it tomorrow. There customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty. I'll review it tomorrow after the work is complete.

Everyone who works there is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The storage units are enclosed inside the building, on three floors with a large elevator. The temperature inside is climate controlled, AC in the summer and heat in the winter. No worries about outside dust or rain getting in. The building is new, and the first month's rent is FREE ! Better check it out !

Brand freaking new. The employees were a bit green, not quite comfortable with UHaul procedures and stuff but with patience we were able to work through it. Everybody was helpful and we got it done, which is in the end important.

After a HORRIBLE experience with a different authorized uhaul location in which we were given an unsafe truck for our 900 mile drive, this facility and the marketing manager i think it is, Paul, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us taken care of. He spent 3 plus HOURS on the phone to find us a truck and make sure we got it. He made sure we were taken care of and helped us solve a problem that he DID NOT create. He and Lisa are FANTASTIC
