Michelle VigilI worked with Johnson Moving to unload two 16 foot trailers at different times. Johnson was able to accommodate me on a holiday weekend, which was incredible!
The workers were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. No problems or concerns.
The only issue was dealing with their incompetent administrative assistant, Jessica A. She did not follow up, did not email my receipts in a timely manner. Nor did she know about the billing, claimed I owed money when my bill was paid via credit card.
Had to call back several times to get my receipts. Very unprofessional and inefficient! Other than her, service was great.

The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They were able to pack our things, load the truck, and deliver in a 3 day period which exceeded our expectations. They were courteous and careful with all our belongings. We are so happy we contracted them to do this move for us. There was no stress or worries.
