Super nice guys & were super careful with our stuff & got it done pretty quick too. We don’t have electricity yet in our new house & they still moved our stuff with it being sort of hot & dark & they didn’t seem to mind it. We were in a bind today & didn’t have anybody to help us unload our truck & they were life savers honestly. Would definitely recommend them to anybody needing help moving.

First, scheduling was super easy even though we had to request multiple delays and changes due to our close date being changed. Dallas was patient, professional, and flexible each time we called. Second, the three man crew that completed our job was amazing. Not only did they work diligently and efficiently, but they were all so very personable and kind. Thank you to Mace, Travis, and Dustin. It has been a long time since we have seen a company value hard work and exceptional customer service, but Positive Moves does just that. The entire process of working with Positive Moves for moving out of an apartment into a home was smooth. The rate was competitive for a 3 man crew PLUS truck included for $155/ hour. From the scheduling and confirmation staff on the phone, to the punctual and hard working crew, every one I dealt with was friendly and professional. My moving team got the job done in a timely manner, protected all of my belongings, and worked hard. I would recommend Positive Moves to any one in need of moving assistance.

We booked Positive Moves for our move from Hurricane to Charleston. They arrived on time and were well prepared with straps, blankets, and tools. They had a 4 person team to move our furniture and belongings, and they were so fast and efficient. The worked well together as a team and communicated very well with us and each other. Everyone was very friendly and personable, and they made us feel at ease in our homes during the stressful time of a move. They were careful with our things, and I don’t think they bumped a wall in either of our homes, even when maneuvering in tight spaces. The name of this business is accurate- the team kept a positive attitude all day, even when hauling heavy boxes and furniture to the second and third floors of our new home. We had a few bulky/awkward items (Peloton, heavy dresser) and they moved them expertly. We would 100% recommend them to anyone moving! Thank you so much!

I'm sorry it is taking me a while to come on and post review but I want to say that positive movers have really gone above and beyond to help me out on the 25th of September when another company Sam saved movers failed to do their job no phone call no nothing no apology. All three men were fabulous! They moved everything quickly and carefully, they took charge and knew exactly what to do, and they even helped fix what the previous movers had messed up. I can't say enough good things about Positive Moves service! I've read horror stories about moving companies and was a little nervous when booking my move. Peter was so accommodating and made the process so easy that I wasn't sure he'd actually show up. The day of my move came, and when they were 10 minutes late (I was moving from a condo, so every minute counts when you've booked an elevator), I was sure I'd been had. I called only to find out that they were already there and waiting for our security to let them up (I also later found out from family that they were actually there BEFORE our scheduled service start). The team that arrived were friendly, knowledgeable, strong and took incredible care of our furniture and new (and old) place. They even finished in less time than was quoted! I'm looking forward to recommending Positive Moves to everyone I know!

I looked for a moving company on Google as I wanted to find a company I would be satisfied with. I was completely satisfied with Positive Moves. They analyzed my needs, were very polite and patient. They asked where items should go and I felt I got value for my money. I have since recommended to a friend who is moving next month and would use them again.

This is the first time that we have ever hired movers, and it was a great experience from start to finish. There were 3 movers, and they were speedy, friendly and highly efficient - they arrived early and I think the whole move was done in about 3 hours. There were very careful with our things, and nothing was damaged. They managed to move a heavy 1950's fridge out of our basement with barely enough room for it to fit up the stairs. I would not hesitate to recommend Positive Moves, and if I move again I would definitely use their services.

If I can give more than 5 stars I would!! I was very against movers because of what o heard about them. But because I needed to move fast I decided to go with Positive Moves. They were on time and quick. They did an amazing job nothing was broken. They made sure eveything we needed moved they were able to move.
