I had placed an order through a big box store and could not get any updates from them. I reached out to Estes to see if they could help. An Account Manager got back to me quickly and the local depot manager emailed me when it got to town to let me know I should have it shortly.

Michelle is an exceptional customer service representative. She listened to my requests, and followed through to the end and kept me updated on my situation. Estes is very lucky to have her representing them. Definitely will be using Estes again, especially if they have representatives like Michelle working for them.

I have had good experience with Estes. They have really done a good job of helping us with our freight. Their team has been very timely in their responses and they have done a really good job helping us ship large freight across the country. Michelle Adkins and Christopher Miller have been great to work with. The rates could always be better but that is the same with any carrier. Their customer service has been what continues to bring us back to using them.

Driver was able to maneuver a large truck into my rural area. He unloaded 2 large heavy pallets by himself and had to back his large truck out of the hollow for probably at least 1/4 mile. He called before the delivery and was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend Estes. They have trained and reliable drivers.

Did a suremove with Estes Express Lines and they were excellent. I packed the truck. They moved it for me. Their drivers were nice and helpful. Jeremy, Jimmy, Debbie and Michelle in the office were very helpful as I was nervous about the whole thing. Estes stays in contact the whole time which was very reassuring.

Freight/shipping was one of the most difficult aspects of my job. My company previously used many different carriers for our LTL shipments and we did not receive the best service, charges were difficult to manage, many drivers were sub-par, and shipping in general was extremely frustrating. That all changed the day my Estes rep, Chris Miller stopped by our facility. Everything he told me up front was absolutely 100% spot on. The rates we receive are fair, the service we receive is second to none and that extends from sales rep support, to local terminal management and support, and the drivers that pick up and deliver from our facility. Needless to say, we now ship exclusively with Estes Express, both inbound and outbound. This has been one of the best business relationships I have had experience with and certainly hope we both enjoy a long term affiliation. I would like to personally thank Chris Miller, for all of his assistance and attention to detail, regular drivers Randy Roberts and Jason Doddrill, as well as Jeremy, Debbie, Michelle and the rest of the contingent at the Charleston, WV terminal... I was a little nervous when my brother, who is 3000 miles away, let me know he was shipping some of our deceased parents "stuff" to me. I was mostly afraid that it would get dumped on my front lawn and I would have to find someone to help me. Turns out, Jake was all I needed. He did look a little (I thought) askance about our steep driveway, but he just took a breath and manhandled those crates into position and even suggested places to place each one so I would have easy access as I spend the next several months going through them. He was nothing but kind and helpful and the whole process was effortless, although to be fair, my brother did the arranging and paying end of things. I initially gave 1 star because they forgot to deliver my children's playset two days in a row. A lady named Debbie had to "deliver" the bad news, but she was very professional and apologetic, but at the time that didn't do much to ease my frustration of changing my work schedule to be ready for a delivery two days in a row only to not have it arrive after I was called and told it would...However, a gentlemen named Jimmy called back and very professionally and apologetically fixed the problem and got the playset delivered ASAP. I'm not sure where the ball was dropped, but the sincerity out of the employees I dealt with made a difference and leads me to believe they don't make mistakes often. They did make a mistake this time but they made it right...and I can respect that.

The only carrier I want to use. Service was really top notch. Had a piece of freight that we mislabeled. Michelle, Debi, Monique and Jeremy all are on the ball. They really helped me when I thought I was going to be in big trouble. Cant give this team enough praise.
