I've been using Chase Moving & Storage for my relocation needs for the better part of a decade now. No matter if it was a small apartment move, shirt term storage, or a short haul move to help a family member I've always loved working with a family run business. Everyone is so personable and easy to work with, and my expectations are always exceeded time and time again. I've had poor experiences in the past with moving (as probably everyone has) and those days are certainly behind me!

We have used Chase for three moves - a residential move as well as relocation of our business out and back when we renovated our building. They were fairly priced, on time and professional, even when we added some last minute large items. Our contents were handled well, no issues or damage, and the process was smooth. We would definitely use them for future moves and highly recommend them.

Used Chase Moving & Storage to move out of our house and would absolutely use again. Efficient and professional. Most people underestimate time, effort, and how much stuff they have and so easy to blame others (eg movers) when things dont go to plan. They moved several pieces of heavy furniture and other items with no problems. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Chase moving to my friends and family in the Vermont area. Ron recently moved me from Vermont to Massachusetts and the move couldn’t have gone smoother. The guys packing me were professional and hard working, Ron personally drove the truck down and unloaded me, and the guys on the MA end were fast, efficient and did a fantastic job unloading me. Communication with Ron and Kevin throughout the process was great! Can’t recommend enough. They were the least stressful part of my move.

I needed packing and moving service on short notice, and was very concerned about getting it scheduled, completed properly and at a decent price tag. Once I was in contact with Chase (Ron), I was immediately relieved. They were very responsive and made me feel incredibly comfortable and that I was an important client, even though they were only moving a 1 bedroom condo that was a furnished income property. I live in Texas and was not going to be able to be present for any portion - especially during COVID - but they were so nice and reassuring that I didn't have to worry a bit. My realtor (Michaela Quinlan - the BEST!) was able to get to the condo on short notice - I'm talking within an hour - to do a virtual walk through and show Chase what all needed to be packed and moved. I got a quote very quickly and was able to schedule a date within the 3 week window I had (I was selling the property). With other places I contacted - or tried to - didn't have available dates I needed, and/or I had to fill out those stupid sheets itemizing all your things, which was very hard since I haven't been there in several years, and even once I did that, it took a couple days to get a quote back. AND on top of that, labor wasn't included etc. etc. etc... Chase was incredibly flexible, knowledgeable and really put me at ease. They made it sound easy, and even better, it was. I actually was a bit nervous since I didn't have to be, if that makes sense. On small snag - which was fixed IMMEDIATELY - was that the movers came a day early, and I had someone living there that was not comfortable letting them in that day. I contacted Ron immediately and within the same quick phone call, 'called them off' and took care of it for me. I didn't have to fight with anyone, beg the tenant to let them in or apologize to the movers. So, get these guys to do your move. They're reasonably priced, incredibly nice, communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with - great customer service. I was blown away, and I made sure that my realtor recommends them FIRST to any client that is looking. And, all of my furniture arrived in good condition, and early.

Chase is great! When my daughter was left high and dry by a different moving company in Burlington, Chase stepped in and saved the day. They were able to squeeze her in within the time frame she needed to move. The owner was responsive to all her questions and eased her mind considerably about the upcoming move. The load-in team was fantastic - all three men were professional, hard working and patient with us as they packed up her life. Chase was able to store her goods until she found an apartment in another state and then promptly delivered her goods to her new place. The delivery team was again professional, quick, and very careful. I would recommend Chase to anyone.

We hired Chased Moving and Storage to move our household and business belongings all in one move to our new home. The task was overwhelming for us and huge! They provided an excellent service and peace of mind, the movers were extremely polite, skilled, very organized and really careful with all of our belongings. They packed the two moving trucks with such skill all in one day. The following day we moved in and they put everything together and in place. Early on, I met with two other movers before making the decision to hire Chase. Their quote was competitive and in the end we paid what was quoted, no hidden surprises. We could not have done this move with any other company! My husband and I highly recommend working with Chase Moving and Storage. There is no other choice—

I had a terrific experience in September 2020. Moved from Rutland to Williston. The team at both ends were prompt, careful and thorough. The office staff were very helpful and accommodating to my schedule change. They moved everything carefully and set up all the beds and cleaned up all the packaging. They put in long days at both ends and were cheerful and Covid careful the whole time. Honestly I don’t understand the negative reviews. I have moved several times and this was the best by far.

My wife and I wanted to emphasize (especially as we had a bad moving experience by another mover years ago) that Chase Moving and Storage out of Williston, were just fabulous! They were unexpectedly short a mover on the day we moved, so the president of Chase, Ron LaFountain came and cheerfully helped to get the move done that day. They handed off to the next team that brought our possessions to our new residence (cross-country). They, too, did a fabulous job. Chase gave a guaranteed price and stuck to it even though the weight/capacity was about 10% greater. They are fair, honest and professional!
