These guys came thru for me with almost zero notice. We were planning on doing our move on our own but I got more into the 16' truck than we had anticipated and needed help unloading into a storage unit. I load and unload trucks with crews regularly and this truck was packed. James and Christian rocked it in an hour. James was super responsive and friendly throughout our interaction from booking to the move. We will definitely be using their services again.

Burlington Moving Company did an excellent job on my pack/move. I own an extensive collection of early American antiques that are heavy and valuable. They moved all the furniture efficiently and without damage. I would highly recommend them for your packing and moving needs.

I was blown away by how easy and pleasant my entire experience with Burlington Moving Company was. I was in a major pickle when my original plans fell through and only had about 10 days to find movers. Gabi was very responsive and put together a reasonable quote very quickly. They were the only company who could accommodate my needs on such short notice. Justin and Wayne were so lovely! They were professional and efficient yet super friendly. And we even got to share a few good laughs. As soon as they showed up, all of my anxiety melted away. I was genuinely shocked with how fast they worked and how they made it look so easy. Overall, the final price came right in as quoted. I would definitely call them again for any future needs. I've moved 4 times in the last 5 years and this was definitely the best experience I've had!

We just had the best experience with Burlington Moving Company.. When we submitted our request the Lovely Amber reached out to us within the hour and had us on the books for our desired move date. We had to make some last minute scheduling changes and they said it was no problem and they were happy to assist. Day 1 the group showed up on time and ready to move. We even got to have a nice chuckle when our cat thought hiding in the box spring was a good idea. I believe the mover said "I think your box spring just meowed" ;-) They stored our items overnight and everything was ready to go the next day. The 2nd day of moving it rained and was cold but you couldn't even tell. Movers had smiles on their faces and were happy to be helping us. Wonderful Experience, we will happily use them again :)

In general, lovely and responsive and on time. I had gone out of my way to secure an Eco-friendly mover…one that used plastic reusable tubs instead of cardboard. However, the day of the move it seems the plastic tubs had gone missing…and cardboard was used. That was disappointing. The packing of our two room apartment took longer than expected and the loading of the van did, as well. This may have been because one of the movers was powering through a broken hand….which was impressive, but may have slowed things down. In all, happy with the move snd the movers, but paid more than expected due to the extended time…and was disappointed with the lack of reusable containers.

James is very personable and went out of his way to handle my moving needs 2.5 hours away. However, we'd discussed an 8am arrival several times, and I'd booked 2 movers. Coming moving day, I call for an ETA at 8:10 am to find out that James is more than 30 minutes away and coming alone. While I understand the issue with his usual "guy" was outside anyone's control, I was bothered that I didn't find out until I called him and also that he didn't make an effort to bring someone else. Yes, James got the truck loaded by himself, and quickly given that he was working alone. However, it was finished much later in the morning than I'd been hoping for based on my travels for the day. A little more communication, a little extra effort to go the extra mile meeting customer needs would go a long way.

Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, on time, and very responsive to our needs and requests. I want to give a special review for Amber Romero, who has gone above and beyond for me. Not only was she flexible and very patient working with us on our in state move, she has done research for me to find the person and information I need to pack and store and antique glass fronted cabinet. She is charming and wonderful to work with! I will be using this company again.

These guys are AMAZING. My roommate and I had spent all morning trying to wrestle a sectional into our elevator and up the stairwell with no success. I called Burlington Moving Co and they were here in 10 minutes. They quickly agreed that the elevator and stairs weren’t an option. I expected them to come back another day. Nope. They passed that couch up balcony to balcony up to the FOURTH FLOOR and had the couch inside in 20 minutes. Super friendly guys, amazing service. They really went above and beyond for us. Will recommend them to everyone!

They (two) were easy to schedule and reschedule (once as needed). They showed up on time. The were efficient and careful with both the boxes and furniture and the house. Some items were particularly difficult and they were smart and experienced with their approach. I will use them when I move from this rental house to whatever is next.

Christian, Loren and Logan were great. They we’re communicative, they showed up on time, and figured out how to move my VERY heavy pellet stove and foosball table down a narrow, difficult stairway. They were innovative and didn’t give up. I recommend!

Burlington Moving Co is a professional and responsive company from Christy in the office that is so helpful and just a delight to deal with as she gets you set up. To Cory and Chris that did an excellent job unloading my 83 year old mothers pods and unpacking her belongings. They went above and beyond to help her with everything from setting up the kitchen to getting her TV set up and working. I highly recommend them for any moving help that you may need.
