AMAZING!!! I am above and beyond impressed with Hilldrup. I’ve moved quite a bit over the past few years and this is hands down the best moving experience I’ve had. The movers did a full service job, including packing. They carefully packed and labeled items, carefully unloaded and put together the items upon arrival, and they did it all with amazing energy and kindness. I seriously appreciate the three guys who did my move. Just … awesome.

The delivery team(Suzanna, Miguel and Kevin) were great. They contacted us before arriving to make sure we were available.They made sure access and unloading did not interfere with any traffic or neighbors. They carefully moved everything into our home. They reassembled our bed and some other items. They removed all the carrier boxes. They verified all the items were delivered and were very professional and pleasant.

I was super impressed with the moving team from Hildrup. Sharon the move coordinator checked in with us frequently to make sure our move was going smoothly. The Driver who goes by T was super professional and attentive to our needs. His team was amazing. They were able to pack and load our entire house in one day. They were also able deliver our furniture on the same day that we closed which was super amazing because we did not have to sleep on an air mattress till our stuff came. The Hildrup team did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived early and quickly got to work after a walk through of the house. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. There was an administrative mixup on the timing of the movers showing up, which meant that they showed up much later in the day than anticipated. But the movers themselves were very professional and efficient. Zero issues with them. Assuming the admin goof was a fluke, I would use this company again.

When first introduced to hilldrup I thought it was another salesman at another moving company calling me yet again. But we did a virtual tour and the price was right. I bit the bullet and hired a mover. I was immediately contacted by a move coordinator who was very helpful and very responsive. Fast forward to the move, the team that showed up to move us where punctual and moved with a sense of urgency. They packed our entire home in 4 hours and unpacked in 2 1/2. We are still unpacking but so far nothing is missing or broken. The guys worked hard didn't complain despite some VERY heavy pieces and several flights of stairs. Overall, I am very satisfied with the move, would recommend to others, and will hire again in the future when I have to move.

Tarnier and his crew with Brad created an amazing moving experience from MD to VT. The care and extra effort taking by all staff that were involved in my move were excellent. The pickup went just as smooth as the delivery. The driver was incredibly effective at communicating the delivery time and strategy. Angel and his crew arrived on time and were very understanding considering that I was not at home, but out getting coffee. They were patient because I still had some things that needed to be packed but they worked around that as well. I also had a stop off as some things were being placed in storage. The second part of my move was trying I'm sure because it was on the third floor and some of my furniture was extremely heavy (so sorry), but they handled it like the professionals they are. They also reassembled all the furniture, and I am very happy with the service they provided. I can say without a doubt that on my next move I will call Hilldrup and I hope that I will be fortunate enough to have Angel and his crew.

Absolutely stellar job packing and loading my stuff. Their color coding and QR code system for each box was on precedent. Krystal and Moe were extremely professional and outstanding. The only reason for four stars is because there was a mixup and I found out the packers were coming less than 24 hours before they arrived. They were originally scheduled for three days later but there was an admin mixup. Fortunately we worked together to get it all done. I definitely think this was a one time incident and would 100% use the company again.

Before they arrived we felt so unorganized and scattered and they were able to fell confident throughout the whole day. When they left everything was in perfect order. I used Hilldrup through United Van Lines and the process went relatively smoothly. Items arrived intact, save for a lightly damaged TV stand, and timely. It did arrive two days after the desired delivery date, but they were very communicative of the timing on my delivery. The price is a bit steep, but worth it considering I moved across the country.

I used Hilldrup to pack and move in January. I had used them previously two years ago. Both experiences were great. The packing crew was careful and made sure everything arrived in the original condition. There was a lot of contact to make sure crews arrived promptly and that the process was proceeding smoothly. My items were dropped off at the agreed time and placed in the proper rooms for unpacking. While packing cost was pricey it was worth it.

Hilldrup packed our 2400 sq foot townhome and moved us, the process took 2 days total. All of the hilldrup employees that were in our house were courteous, kind, professional and excellent. There was some confusion on day 1 as only one packer was sent and all of the packing was not completed in the singular day, however the day 2 team finished packing and moved everything out. I was able to reach a service person when necessary and everyone I interacted with was helpful. There may be a big discrepancy between what was quoted and what we moved (weight wise) but that’s not known at the time of posting this review

Suddath handled all of our move from Silver spring Maryland to fort Myers florida. Throughout the entire process we had clear and complete communication from all areas of the company. The price was fair and the service outstanding. Once the move day arrived the crew and driver who packed us could not have been more professional and friendly. The same occurred on the receiving side when the furniture arrived. I would unequivocally recommend this company to anyone needing a professional in the moving industry. Our Suddath moving team (Tannier Marrocchi, Ester Scott, Andres and Ivan) were outstanding. Hard-working, fast and friendly. It was a challenging move since everything was wrapped from overseas transport and a large couch had to be lifted up to our 2nd floor deck because it couldn't fit in our front door. And they were so thoughtful in helping us set up everything. Highly recommended!
