My dad had a major stroke as his move with mom approached. We knew Levi had a moving company in town and after a quick call, all the worry and concern about the move evaporated. The 3 man crew called en-route and after introductions we made a plan and they worked without breaking for 3.5 hours moving exactly what needed to go and leaving exactly what needed to stay. They were professional, courteous, compassionate and easy to work with. My mom is usually nervous around new people and doesn’t like strangers in her home. She commented on how nice the team was and how much care they took with her property. 5 stars!!

Even when one of their guys called in sick (which I appreciated bc of Covid) they communicated with me and sprang into action with a solution that didn’t slow anything down. Extra guys joined later and Levi stopping by to make sure everything we going well. You guys—they even put felt pads on all my furniture legs to protect the wood floors, at no extra cost!!!

On the rare occasion, life has a way of unexpectedly transforming a dreaded reality into an enriching and positive experience. That was the case with the recent move of our home (from Atlanta to North Carolina) via Levi’s Neighborhood Movers. Levi Siegelman, his operations manager Marie (who was unbelievably friendly, responsive, and resourceful), and crew were simply amazing! We used Levi’s preferred packing partner, The Britton Group. Anna and her team spent two days packing up our home – carefully packing and staging to make the work of Levi’s crew intuitive and efficient (note: we’re now ~95% unpacked and only had one very minor item damaged in transit … unbelievable!). When Levi’s crew arrived and began loading, it was very apparent that they were exceptionally well-trained and coordinated, resourceful, collaborative, polite, careful, knowledgeable, motivated, … I could go on. It was a pleasure watching them load-in and “solve the puzzle” of how to best transport our effects. There were unforeseen adversities, including the need for a smaller “courier” truck (because the large ones could not ascend our steep driveway). That forced the crew to have to pack the small truck, drive it to the street, and then transfer it to the larger trucks. Additionally, there was a steady downpour during the entire unload at the new home. Those not only failed to discourage Levi and crew, but seemed to motivate them to work harder and more coordinated to overcome the circumstances. Then, there was the humanistic aspect of it all. Sometimes when you meet someone, it leaves a lasting impression and you are glad that you “paths crossed” with that individual. This was the case with Levi, who impressed us at every opportunity. It is hard to describe, but Levi (and his crew members: Quade, Riley, Sylvester, Josh, and Alex) almost felt like family by the time the move was completed. Who would have thought that a moving experience would turn out to be such a positive experience?!? To recap: a) One candle-in-a-jar broken of a whole house move through the winding mountain roads of W. North Carolina; b) No damage to either property (not even a door ding or scratch on the hardwoods); c) Very reasonable/competitive rates; d) Definitely look into their packing partner’s services, as that was foundational to a damage-free move; e) You won’t find, in my opinion, a moving resource that will make you feel like they are moving their own possessions and are as friendly, respectful, careful, and efficient as Levi’s Neighborhood Moving … I promise!

5-stars does not accurately convey the amazing service that was provided by Levi's Neighborhood Movers. Our move was not an ideal or easy move by any means. We had multiple flight of stairs at the origin location (including getting an elliptical down 2 flights) and an unforgiving steep driveway at the destination location. The truck was not able to get up our driveway due to the incline so Levi and the crew CARRIED our items up our very long, steep driveway plus many more yards to our actual house. Not once did I hear a complaint or see any disgruntled looks. They took everything in stride and remained positive, talkative, and cheerful throughout. Levi was quick to think on his feet to problem solve and we were able to provide a little relief after some time. (The delay was due to us and not the movers). No items were damaged, no walls scratched up, and no missing items. I would absolutely use Levi's again and highly recommend their services to anyone needing professional, positive movers.

Levi’s came recommended by a friend. Although our initial move time was changed from the early morning to the late afternoon, they made the move out of our studio apartment quick and efficient. Levi and his crew were pleasant and listened to our requests for handling our special and irreplaceable items including a solid wood hand carved queen sized bed that they thoroughly wrapped to keep it protected. Their rate was reasonable and worth the investment rather than attempting the move on our own.

Levi's crew meticulously blanketed and wrapped all of my furniture pieces, and even helped me move some last minute bags to my own car. Levi also took apart and reassembled my bed frame and desk. No damage to any pieces, including a large glass cabinet that could have easily shattered. Would highly recommend!

Hire these guys. I recently called them to move my mom's furniture into storage. Levi had offered a quote I could live with (very fair), but I had no idea how positive moving day was going to be. They called me as they were finishing the previous job that day. Called, again, when they were about 5 minutes away from getting to me. All three men introduced themselves, and set about securely wrapping the furniture, and "voila!" It was loaded, and on its way. As they were finishing with delivery, I was already making calculations in my head as to what the final tab was going to come to, but was surprised when that figure came in LESS! That, alone, should earn them 5-Stars, but it was the people, themselves, who made me want to write this review. A delightful and personable crew. The kind of people you'd want to enjoy a cookout with, or meet for a drink or a coffee, on your own time. Genuinely, good people who inspire confidence that they are looking out for your belongings. And, best yet...they did.

Levi 's Neighborhood Movers did a fantastic job with our move. I called them with three days notice over the Christmas holidays and told them that I needed to move on Sunday, December 30th. He said they could accommodate me and showed up on time at 9 AM and work nonstop till 6 PM and completed my move safely and efficiently with no damage to any of our furnishings. My new apartment has mostly engineered hardwoods, and they offered to put pads on the footings of my furniture, sparing me a trip to the hardware store to purchase pads.
