Great movers!! We frequently use this great group of guys at Jacqueline Adams Antiques to help us unload and move new shipments and high-end antiques. They are wonderful, punctual, friendly and professional. OG helped move a large enfilade up a flight up stairs. Tracy and Pevy were great at supervising and taking direction of where we wanted the items. Chris, Fiyaz and Robert were also here and were professional and extremely helpful! The group here is quality movers and I plan to use them in my own move. I am delighted to call them again and recommend them to anyone.

I used this company a few weeks ago for a small local move, and had an overall great experience. The office staff employees that I spoke with to get info and a quote and to set up and confirm the move were helpful and pleasant to work with. The three guys who did the actual move (Mike A, Vontay, and Justice) were friendly, polite, worked efficiently, and were respectful to me and my belongings. Everything went smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend Around the Town Moving to anyone.

Around the Town Movers moved our law firm on 7.30.2022 and we absolutely loved their communication, prompt arrival, explained the contract, began work promptly, moved with grace and unloaded timely and expeditiously! What a fantastic experience. We had a move from Atlanta to North Carolina. The move went flawless, was a reasonable price, there were no price adjustments, the same guys that loaded our apartment, drove 8 hours to North Carolina and unloaded. They took great care of all our belongings and us, as moves are sometimes difficult. I would highly recommend this team and the equality office staff that setup the move, called on the day of the move and then again a week later to check on the move. Thank you all for making this simple and pain free.

I hired this company to move me in December. First let me start of by saying they were extremely friendly and professional. My boxes were labeled to inform the movers of what went where. During this move several of my items were damage and broken and unable to be replaced. I informed their claims department of my damages and concerns. The customer service department was very apologetic and resolved any issues I had in a timely manner. I appreciated the professional ethics that this moving company displayed while handling my claim. Because of the ethics and morals I would definitely recommend this company.

Called these guys Saturday morning at 8am to move heavy furniture upstairs and to the family room. Was able to give me a fair price for a smaller job, same day with 3 guys. They had me on the schedule for 12p. I got a call about 30 min later to say they could come at 10am. Tim, Eric and Jalen showed up at about 10:30a. They got done in about 30 min and were looking for more ways to help me. Unfortunately I didn't have anything else I needed assistance with. Speedy, efficient and willing to help. Would definitely call them again. Thank you so much for coming at the last minute when 2 other moving companies canceled on me!

The guys neglected to wrap the couch, thus parts of it are dirty (smells of the back of the truck) and there are worn parts, almost a hole, in the year old couch. Over the last month, old friends and new among their crews helped me sort and stage an online auction and make final delivery to my new home across the country. My family and I have been consistently pleased with the professional and considerate people from Around the Town Movers of Marietta. Best moving day I’ve ever had in GA. This is the 4th moving company I’ve used in the metro Atlanta area in the last 5 years and I guess it’s now a 4th time is charm because I have finally experienced stellar service. Gary, CJ, Fat & Pat took care of even the tiniest details. Everything was wrapped, no scratches left in my home or on my furniture. My entire family was treated with the greatest respect. 4 bedroom, 2 story home and finished basement these gentleman had their hands full with us! Around the Town is the absolute best! We had to move out of our house and into a rental house for 6 months while building a new house. I spent 3 days with these guys, thanks to the rain. They packed my house on the first day and moved all of our things over the next two days. They were professional, polite and they cared about all of my belongings (I have WAY TOO MUCH). This company is GREAT! The sales manager, Richard, was so friendly and efficient and the movers Gary, Anthony and Doug were AMAZING!! They moved at least 40 boxes of files, 10 boxes of very fragile antiques and some large furniture out of our office then to two different stops in Marietta and Woodstock and did it all within 3 hours. They were fast, friendly, and fun! I can't say enough great things about them. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know!

I had an out of town move that was different than I expected due to COVID. My realtor referred Timothy from Around the Town Moving & Storage. I called on a Friday and Timothy coordinated with my realtor to go see what needed to be moved almost immediately. He contacted me promptly to tell me he could move my things to DC on that coming Monday since he had a move to New York that same day. The price of the move was more than I expected based on the price of my previous move from Atlanta, but I appreciated them doing it on such short notice so I figured maybe that was the premium. Andreas and Jason were my movers. They were very personable and professional. You could tell they were professional movers and not just some people that you pick up off the street and put a shirt on. Moving is always stressful, but they made it easier even in the midst of a pandemic. The only issue I had was a miscommunication between the movers and their boss about setting up a trundle bed. They were good sports about my 4 level home and the stairs and we had good laughs about the workout for your legs. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and especially to anyone doing an interstate move and/or one where you can't be available for the packing/loading.

Last month I have to do a pack and move at Walton Crossing Apartments... right before Thanksgiving. There was a situation which required me to immediately change units. I got confirmation on the move Friday night. Management reached out to the movers, & they confirmed. They came in Saturday morning & knocked everything out in two hours! They helped me pack & they took dishes over by hand. They set my dish cabinet up the exact way it was at my old unit. They broke down & then reset my w/d units. They set all my furniture in my new apartment the very same way they saw it in my last place. They also boxed whatever they could you help me gather belongings, & brought them over in organization by room. They did a phenomenal job. I live alone, & during this time had no one to help me. That was the easiest, quickest move I've ever had. I truly appreciate the men on this job. They were professional, prompt, & funny. You won't regret going with this company. I never will!

They were very professional and on time with everything from beginning to end. They walked me through how things would go and were very efficient during the process. Taurean and Justin C moved my daughter back in December. She was moving from one apartment in her complex to another. It wasn't really far enough away for the guys to use the truck, so they carried or used a to move the furniture! It would have been a lot easier if the new apartment had been downstairs. Unfortunately, the new apartment was upstairs, and these guys just gutted it out!! I appreciated their hard work and good attitude about this move. They were polite and friendly. Third was from one home to another. Three guys. Great job. Each time they were fast. Didn't take any breaks. For some little guys, they're power houses. Very courteous and friendly. There is a $155 travel time added on which I would understand on longer moves but with moves in the same town within a five miles seems a lot to more. Regardless I was happy with the moves and would recommend them.

First, leg me say that everyone I dealt with was wonderful, friendly, and professional. The movers were amazing. My only frustration was with the estimate. A gentleman (again, very nice) came to our house to look at all of the things that needed to be moved. They gave us an estimate of between $495 and $895. Yet the final bill was more than $1,600. Because I had showed them all of the things to be moved, I have no idea how the final bill was more than three times the estimate (albeit the lower range of the quote.) Joe McKechnie

These guys were professionals and accommodating. I had to change my move date twice, and my move location once and their response was NO PROBLEM. They quoted a fair hourly rate for a Saturday move. The crew called me early Saturday morning to see if they could come and get started because they wanted to beat the rain. Arriving at my new home they busted theirselves to get all moved inside while respecting both my property and the property of the owner where I was moving into. They asked if I was satisfied with the placement of everything and did a walk through with me to finalize everything. Everything went PERFECTLY. I have already had the opportunity to recommend them to 3 of my customers with upcoming moves; and will gladly continue to give them high praise to anyone who will listen.
