24/7 Moving was absolutely amazing! I had a lot of antique furniture that had to be moved into a storage unit and they did a phenomenal job! Brian and his team were quick, thorough and took great care of all of my items. I cannot recommend this company enough! I was nervous about moving a lot of heavy and old items, plus didn’t want the rental to be did damaged. They exceeded all of my expectations and I will definitely be using them again when I move my items out of storage. 1000/10!

Best moving team I been use so far.Get notice before they come. Professional know want to do and how to do . Everything almost warped with blanket ,stretch film or tape.Fast moving nice and friendly team . Worth what I paid and will suggest to friends who need moving service. This is the best moving company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Friendly, on time service. They wrap your items properly and take care of your things as if they are their own. They're very efficient and work fast to move your items. Overall quality of work is a 20/10 rating! They are phenomenal. And they're great to strike up a conversation with. 100% recommend this company, you won't regret hiring them.

I moved the entire contents of my home into storage using 247 Moving and highly recommend. Francisco led the 4-man team that packed my house, and then he asked to lead the 8-man moving team, knowing my items and the care that was needed. He was terrific - a great communicator who definitely understood the value of my fine furniture and artwork. The guys on the crews were nice and professional. Everyone was on time. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. They weren’t the lowest bid but the experience was worth the marginal additional cost. Five stars!

First time using 24/7 Moving. We'll be clients for life. Honestly. Things started out great and kept getting better as the day progressed. The crew showed up ten minutes early and immediately got to work. They were very attentive to what they were doing, wrapping everything with great care. Upon arrival at our new house, they were equally careful moving things in, making sure not to bump into any walls. All in all, we can't say enough good things about 24/7. They went above and beyond our expectations, and they were very pleasant and kind the entire time. We recommend them 100%.

Firstly, let me say this: I was not ready when they came to my house. When I first called 24/7 Movers I asked for a packing date of the 19th and a moving date of the 20th. The paperwork showed a packing on the 18th & moving the 19th. When I called back she told me that was all they had available. I accepted it but I forgot to change my calendar. On the 18th the packers called my apartment. I was not ready, as I had planned to buy more boxes and do the majority myself. It was a 3 bdr & I had packed 2/3. I asked if they could come back & the leader said NO. So I gave them a tour & left. I asked if they could wrap my furniture as I had tons of moving blankets. They told me NO they have their own blankets & would the 19th. They packed super fast. I was not there to watch because of the date mixup. I did say DONT pack the kitchen. When I came home, they had packed the kitchen. This included the paper plates & cups that I had planned to use for the next day! The next day they arrived early & moved very quickly to empty out my storage unit. Next they drove very quickly to my apartment. They had 2 trucks which was unusual I've moved at least 6 times in the past 10 years & I've never seen 2. And I have significantly less stuff now. They were very careful to take photos of furniture that had knicks or that was already broken (which was good). I asked them to use my stickers that said "living room, dining room, bedroom, bath, etc" and label each box. They ignored me & used a black marker on each box. They loaded up the trucks & headed to my new house. As they uloaded the truck they moved quickly, but it took a while. I GASPED When I got the bill! The amount due was double what I've ever paid. And I moved many times in LA. I had 8 storage units at one time. I donated 4 storage units before moving to Atlanta. I never needed two trucks or spent over $1200 for a local move. I accepted it as they insinuated I should be grateful that the owners proactively added a 2nd truck. For 3 bedrooms and a 10×10 storage unit? Now at almost $300/hour I expect to be DELIGHTED. Not just with the speed but with the care of my goods. And it bothers me every time I look at my stainless steel electric garbage can & see the dents, or the scratches on my compost container. Or the broken spindle on my antique lamp. It bothers me that my artwork ladies legs were mangled in a box. Items had so many small nicks and dents because they either didn't have enough blankets or just didn't care. But it bothers me MOST that I found at least 16 boxes that were clearly labeled "bedroom" that they just dumped into the 1st floor laundry. The room closest to the truck. They stacked the boxes to the ceiling in there & didnt say a word. They asked me to check their work. I didn't see the markers on all of the boxes to correct them. But you knew they said bedroom. So I had 16 boxes in my laundry room that I had to ask some guy friends to move. That just pissed me off. I really took my time online to research and find the right company. If all I wanted was "fast" they might have met my needs. If I didn't use them to pack they might have met my needs. If everything had been packed and wrapped so they didn't dent stuff, then they might have met my needs. But since they didn't pack and wrap everything appropriately I now have to see the disappointing remnants of a $3000 local move. The stuff that transported the best? It was the stuff I packed myself earlier in the week and moved in my SUV. So glad I followerd my gut with my glassware and framed art. Phew!! The crew were very kind. The guy in charge? He had the personality of a can of paint and seemed offended that I gasped at the final price. Even after I tipped he didn't say thank you. He just walked out. If not gaslighting it was again a lack of personality or ability to say the words thanks for the $3000. We appreciate your business.. I hope this review helps someone. If your stuff isn't wrapped and packed well, you will see the damage every day after.

Francisco, Reyes, & Morales we’re our movers and we are thrilled! It was SO fast and they were very careful and respectful of our vintage furniture. They made sure we were comfortable the whole way, and booking was easy. Honestly it only took 3 hours and we have a full house and garage. Our payment ended up being less than quoted. I highly recommend these guys.

Hired these guys after my initial movers canceled (someone had covid so it was understandable). These guys were awesome!!! Booking was easy, pricing was clear, I even had stairs they had to move my things out of into the next place that had an elevator and they were FAST!! When I got to my condo building they were also patient when the building allowed someone to use the bay we were supposed to load into, I would absolutely use them again next time I move.

Mario,Domingo,and JCarlos arrived at 8am sharp. By 8:25 my 1st floor was completely loaded onto the truck. This is my 4th time using 24/7 over the years. Poetry in motion. They strategically arranged my belongings into my storage space. Like a puzzle. No one on this team stopped working until the job was done!! Bravo guys! I always refer you to potential customers.

They handled every single thing that I thought would be a curveball with ease. We had a difficult management company to deal with at our old place, and unexpected contractors at our new place, but they came in and wrapped everything carefully and were so, so professional and pleasant the entire time! I can't recommend them enough, worth every penny. Also, I did get quotes from 3 other moving places (before 24/7 was recommended to me) and 24/7 was the least expensive as well. A truly excellent experience.

First off, wow! Having experienced many moves and using other moving services in the past, I can confidently say this team is exceptional. This time was a little different because I was in desperate need to move out of the in-law’s house ASAP. This team was life saving. They arrived on time, assessed the task, and handled every thing with care and professionalism (even the BS my narcissistic father-in-law tried to put them through so they couldn’t work efficiently). The team still handled everything with a smile and that put my stress and anxiety at ease. All of my bigger items were wrapped carefully and everything arrived at the destination in great condition. They even helped me figure out how/where some furniture should be placed for ease of maneuvering. After this experience with 24/7 Moving, I can only recommend this company from here on out- specifically thankful to the guys Francisco, Chris, and another teammate (sorry I didn’t catch his name). The crew, Francisco, Mario & Pariente arrived right on time, and were super friendly and inviting! They worked swiftly and carefully. They wrapped everything which was a bonus cause I know some movers charge extra for that. It took about 4 and a half hours to move everything from midtown Atlanta to 30 minutes down south!

A 24/7 team just completed a move for us this past weekend and we are so grateful for their help. The team that was assigned to us was awesome. Booking was easy, price was fair and competitive, I received a confirmation the day before, and one of the team members called before they arrived to let us know they were on the way. On the ground, they are consummate professionals. We moved from a third floor, no elevator, and they were able to get large pieces of furniture down the staircases without making a single dent in the walls. They wrapped furniture carefully and the truck was impeccable and well organized. They disassembled pieces that required it, and re-assembled in no time. Everything was fast and easy. Will recommend warmly and use again if needed!!

My experience was very poor. They were quite slow to move few pieces of furniture and they damaged some items. Assembly was sub par and they were not using foot covers although asked to do so. Their insurance is quite limited in the basic option and has quite high deductibles that limit its use. Very unsatisfactory move and would look elsewhere. I rarely ever posted reviews but the frustration I had with this company is quite high. EDIT: less than 24 hours from this review I was contacted by one of the owners. Jose was very polite and with sincere intent to mitigate my experience. He listened to my complaints and experience and went to refund an hour of the moving. Jose came across as a carrying professional With genuine interest for customer care. I greatly appreciated the call and refund.

24/7 Moving not only met, but exceeded our expectations. We are still talking about how great of a move it was with 24/7. The crew was fantastic! Professional, friendly, and helpful. Throughout the entire move they had a great attitude. And we did not have an easy move. We moved into a stacked condo with lots of stairs in a narrow staircase. At no point did they complain or show any frustration with the move. We are beyond impressed with how well the move went from start to finish. I cannot imagine us ever working with (or recommending!) another moving company. I have moved many times. I almost always prefer a smaller/local company because you usually get better service with movers who take care of your belongings. That is true of 24/7 movers. Given how poorly my move to Atlanta from SC went with Allied Van Lines/Coleman, I was extra nervous for my recent move. Scheduling was super easy. The team showed up a few minutes early, which was great. They listened to my concerns regarding a few pieces of furniture that needed to be handled with extra care. They wrapped EVERYTHING very well so that nothing for dinged or damaged. They were patient with me as I finished up some last minute packing and were also patient when it came to placing furniture. Not a thing was damaged or broken (which is great considering they had 2 flights of stairs to climb at the delivery address). Only one piece of hardware went missing (a shelf peg that costs about $2 for a set of 4--which the head mover said he'd inform his manager about that day and that they would send me a replacement). By far one of the best experiences I have had moving. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them the next time I move.

These guys helped me move in 2017, they were great. I was stressed and not completely prepared for moving day and they handled my BS with finesse. The guys came on time and didn’t even roll their eyes when they saw the three stories they would have to climb to get to my washer/dryer and my bed. They even came back after my move to help me troubleshoot an appliance that wasn’t working after they installed it. Turns out I needed an electrician. Their follow through was above and beyond. The process from estimate to moving day was smooth and pleasant, which is an incredible gift when you’re relocating.

24/7 Moving Atlanta was incredible. They also had excellent communication. We used them to do some packing of our kitchen and dining room, and all of our large pictures and mirrors. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. So far, I have seen nothing broken as I have been unpacking! On the day of the move, 6 guys showed up and they were so incredibly fast, careful and polite and cheerful. The estimate had been 6-9 hours for the move, and the move took 8 hours... so completely worth every penny. I bought insurance but looks like I didn't need it. Very reasonably priced and I cannot say enough good things about them! UPDATE: One month after our move, we discovered our washing machine wasn't working properly, and after a diagnostic repairman came out, he said it was damaged in the move. I contacted Daniel and because we bought insurance, immediately he worked with me. Within an hour, he made me whole by sending me a credit to my credit card for the new washing machine (minus the deductible). This company is top notch and a class act. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

We worked with 24/7 over a course of several months. They helped to pack our house, store our belongings in their warehouse for several months and then delivery our belongings to our new house. Loved the experience on the front end! They packaged things well and were very professional. The day of delivery was good but one gentleman on the crew was a little pushy about leaving a good review. I asked him what site to leave the review and he said it was hard to find and he'd be happy to pull it up. Before long he was typing in the names of the crew and asking how I would describe the moving experience. He handed my phone back with the review written and asked if this review was accurate of my experience. I didn't appreciate being put on the spot like this and felt this was unprofessional. I contacted the owner, Daniel, whom has always responded via email or phone in a professional way and he said he would talk to the gentleman concerning the matter.

I hired 24/7 to move my photography studio from an old building with no elevator to a new one with an elevator. My team was led by Fred, who was super communicative and all of the guys were just fantastic. They were quick, efficient, and very careful with the boxes and furniture.They even made a stop at my house en route to the new studio location to pick up a few things that needed to be transported there, and still accomplished the entire move in just under 4.5 hours. If I could give 24/7 Moving 6 stars, I would. I've used decent movers in the past, but they usually take their time, inefficiently move items, and underestimate the number of people needed. Not 24/7 Moving! Here's what amazed me. 1. Estimated time of arrival was 8am - 8:30am. They arrived at 7:50am! Early and ready to rock. 2. All three people were no-nonsense, good attitude, and hard workers. They did what had to be done, and they smiled, laughed a lot, and seemed to enjoy the work. 3. They used amazing tools and solutions to efficiently move items. Straps on boxes they carried on their backs, shrink-wrapped big items to lessen damage, dissembling and reassembling my bedframe, etc. They adapted to each location well - a difficult third flight, no elevator apartment complex; a storage unit; and a townhome. 4. They got from Point A to Point B to Point C fast. My previous movers took a 2+ hour lunch break. These guys took 30 minutes. 5. They did not complain, make excuses, or laze around. 6. Previously, a move with other movers with just my stuff took 7+ hours. With 24/7 Moving, even after adding a storage unit to my apartment stuff, the entire move took 5.25 hours. This company is just plain GOOD. It's interesting that the person who recommended them to me said she used them and loved them, and 4 other people who she told to use them also loved them. Consider that 5 now. I will use 24/7 Moving again if I need to move, and I will HIGHLY recommend them to others. WOW!

I have had some horrific experiences with movers, so it was such a relief to have excellent movers for a change. They wrapped all my furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently, but carefully. They packed the truck securely. When unpacking they made sure everything was where I wanted it and moved things again when I changed my mind. I could not have had a better experience with my crew on moving day yesterday! First of all, because I always wait until the last minute to do everything, I only scheduled this a week in advance. They fit me in with ease and even called to move me up in the day when someone canceled. On Monday day, they literally arrived at 8:01 when they gave me a range of 8:-8:15 a.m. My head was literally spinning as they quickly yet carefully wrapped and moved my furniture into the trucks. What a FANTASTIC experience! I had three guys (Randy, Fred, and Justin). They were so professional, kind, and efficient! They showed up promptly on time. They emptied my storage unit in less than 45 minutes. Then drove to my in-laws to pick up a dresser, then moved to my apartment, and finally my house. They were more than happy to drive all over town if I had asked them to in order to pick up more furniture. They worked so hard all day long, not once did they stop to take a break except for a quick lunch! They were very mindful of my time and was sure not to waste any of it. I was very worried about the integrity of my wood stairs; they not once blinked an eye about it. They hand carried all my furniture, boxes, and even washer and dryer up all four floors of my house. Not once was there an eye roll, scoff, or any attitude about the amount of work they did in those 10 hours. I seriously can NOT rave about them enough! I will never use any other moving company. I am SO thankful for those great guys and how smooth they made my stressful day! LOVE LOVE LOVE 24/7 moving!

I've used 24/7 Moving services twice and both times were fantastic. Before them, I never paid anyone to help me with moving, except maybe some with food and drinks to family and friends. The guys from both moves were astonishingly efficient. I didn't have tons of stuff the first time, moving from a one-bedroom apartment and they did everything in less than 2 hours from start to finish. The second move involved an apartment with another bedroom and that took less than 3 hours. We had 2 movers the first time and I think 3 the second move. I highly recommend 24/7 Moving. The movers themselves are quite punctual (and call you prior to arriving) and careful with your stuff. I've had no damage to my things. The office people who coordinate payment and the moving itself are friendly and professional and follow up to make sure the process went as expected. Their pricing is fair and convinces me that paying them to transport my shiz is money more than well spent. Make sure to tip your guys (or gals?), as they really bust their butts!

I plan my move over two months in advance. Then on the day of the move, the people that I hired canceled on me. I need it to move out by 5:00 pm that day it was 12:00 pm. I placed a called to 24/7 moving and they send a group of the men with a truck. The names of your movers were Fred, William and Elvis. They where very efficient about the move and finished the job so fast they had extra time to put my stuff together. Super great service and great hard working group. If you're moving this is the best moving company. You can relax while they do the heavy lifting. Don't be like me and hired someone who will just canceled at the last minute. They will give you a time and show up at that time, explain the entire process. Show you what they are doing and why. They will show you how they protect your stuff and you just relax. Simply amazing service at a very affordable price.

Fred, Melvin, and Elvis helped us move and they were INCREDIBLE! They were very professional and went though the house with us before they started the clock, so they could be sure about what we needed to have moved. Then they wrapped everything from our two-bedroom house and moved it into the truck in under one hour! I should clarify that "everything" included an entire home gym, complete with a weightlifting platform (SUUUUPER heavy) and a lot of weights. As they moved everything into our new place, they asked which room we would like each item in. They are very efficient, thoughtful, and also hilarious. This was the best moving experience I have ever had. They were all done in about 3 hours (it helps if you have disassembled any furniture like beds beforehand). Nothing was damaged and it was reasonably priced, too. Best movers EVER!

Fred and Elvis are The Best!!!! Such great guys. Our move consisted of swapping out a bedroom set and moving various pieces of furniture inside around the house (three levels, including the attic). These guys are good at logistics and figuring out what to do when, and they are so incredibly nice and polite. I hugged them both when they left! We also used this company when we did a full move into our house in March, and we liked 24/7 so much that we chose them again for the smaller move.

Updating my review. Had another great move with 24/7. Fred, T-Rex, and Elvis were great. They were extremely polite and had a great attitude. They work quickly, but not rushed. Great at taking direction, but also catch on really quickly so everything gets where it should be. We'll continue to use 24/7 for all our moves! Always a great experience with 24/7. I love this company. I have used them twice and they were fabulous both times. Very timely, efficient, and friendly. For the second move, Fred was the foreman and he did a great job. He went out of his way to help us, including doing things like repairing furniture that had been assembled improperly, and also fixing a closet shelving system that fell down in the new house when clothes were hung on it. This was possibly the best moving experience I've ever had, and I've had many. Fred and Melvin were the friendliest, most conscientious movers I've ever worked with. Fred did something no other mover has done: before starting, he asked me "What can we do for you to make this a wonderful move for you?" Not his exact words, but the point was to find out from me what my main concerns and goals were, which I appreciated. Too often, people you hire do not ask the right questions. Fred asked the right questions to get the job done right. He listened to my answers, which were to get it done as quickly as possible while protecting the floors and door frames while moving stuff out. They delivered on all counts. We got the whole 20 mile move done is 2.5 hours. Billing was transparent and honest up front, so no surprises. Rates were very reasonable and competitive. Melvin was an excellent driver. They were both hard workers and very professional. I definitely recommend them, especially over In and Out Movers of Atlanta. That company's employee was very unprofessional and unreasonable. Because of that, I tried 24/7 Moving and was so thankful that I did. They are the best!

We're still unpacking but I had to share my review on 24/7 Moving. Excellent movers. Melvin and his three man team showed up at the exact time they estimated, we did a quick walk-through of everything to be packed then they quickly separated and started wrapping and packing. No time wasting at all. They were very careful with all the furniture and any scratches or tears they saw prior to wrapping, they made sure I saw and acknowledged. We had stuff in storage as well and they quickly got all that taken care of. What was most impressive is how quickly they got everything off the truck and into the house. They started setting up beds, we had a fridge that they had to take off the handles off of and even the door to the pantry, had to be removed. Very efficient. Very Courteous. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience! Fred, Carlos, and Reyes moved us on Saturday and they were absolutely amazing! My boyfriend hired 24/7 a couple of years ago and bragged about how awesome they were. Several neighbors referred 24/7 to me and I generally trust their judgment. I wasn't disappointed with 24/7 Moving. When I called and spoke with the company to set up the move, they were really informative and explained the entire process which allowed me to relax a little. The crew was extremely nice and professional. They showed on time for the move and moved our home and shed contents to our new home in the next neighborhood. Our belongings were plastic wrapped and padded. They worked all afternoon and finished our home in 5 hours. The price was super reasonable in comparison to the competition. We have had several moves recently between ourselves and aging parents. Working with 24/7 was the best experience of the bunch. They communicated well, arrived on time, worked quickly, protected our furniture well with blankets and shrink wrap. Their billing is easy to understand and everything made sense at the end of the move. They weren't the cheapest option, more average price based on my research, but they were by far the best choice. When you factor in the lack of damage to our belongings they probably were cheaper than other movers that we have used recently.

The manager came by to confirm the estimated hours and trucks needed—the estimate was very accurate and helpful to have upfront. The day of, they called us 20 minutes before arrival and were so efficient, friendly and customer focused. 24/7 moving made my moving nightmares a nice a pleasant surprise. I just moved to the city, and I was in between places. I chose them from the list of movers that Google gave me. They were the most affordable and majority of their reviews were positive. I cannot Thank and Praise them enough. They were awesome. I used them twice within a 2 months period. They picked up my stuff and moved it to their storage (yes, they offer warehouse storage too) my apartment was being renovated. After a month, they delivered my furniture from their storage and I added a stop on the way to pick up a couch. It was still cheaper to add the stop than to pay the furniture store to deliver the couch. The movers that helped me were professional, prompt, courteous, on time, and did diligence. They also help with taking care of my art work; put back together dissembled furniture that was in storage. Their payment process is also very practical it can all be done online or prior to the move or when they complete the move. I would highly recommend them. They are simply great!

When I did my Google search to select a moving company, 24/7 Moving stuck out because they offered three employees for similar rates to other companies that only offered two! After selecting them, I accidentally told them the wrong day to move, and was only made aware of it due to their reminder early in the week. I was able to still move on the day I told them, but due to parking restrictions near my apartment in Midtown, they were able to work with the schedule and come thirty minutes late. Once they arrived, they got to work immediately and quickly got my two bedroom apartment loaded up into the truck- no easy feat considering the excessive wait for the (non-service) elevator! At my new place they unloaded promptly, and did not put anything into a room without asking where it belonged first. While tipping is not expected, I would recommend it. The gentlemen moving me put in good work and an extra bump in pay is always a great way to say you appreciate the job they did! The moving lead mentioned repeatedly their ultimate goal was satisfying the customer. Based on my experience, they did just that! I had zero issues with them. In fact, as I mentioned above the only issue was me, when I called last minute to say I accidentally booked the wrong day! 24/7 Moving is highly recommended from me.

Very professional group! Working work 24/7 Moving was the most positive experience of our home sale. After being in our 4500 sq ft home for 19 years we downsized and moved the majority of our belongings to storage. I was very impressed with 24/7 for our move. We moved about 20 miles away, from 2 story- 2600 sq ft house to a 2 story with basement 4000 sq ft house. They brought 5 guys and 2 trucks. Federico lead the group (been with the company for almost 15 yrs as the first employee!) They showed up on time, did a walk through of the house, asking clarifying questions as they went. Took 3 hours to pack home, they took a 30 min lunch, drove down to new home, then took 4 hours to unpack. They used mats, were clean, didn’t break anything, and were accommodating with placing things in the right rooms. They also reassembled anything they took apart (beds, desks, etc). All in all great job!

First let me say I never do reviews so this must be exceptional experience!!! Initially I was leery as many people are when choosing a moving company. I contacted several well-known moving company but the customer service was less than sub-par in terms of returning phone calls, quotes etc. Going with this Company was the best choice I could have ever made!!! From the point of reservation and confirmation my experience was above par. Prior to the move in date, I was contacted to ensure everything was track as scheduled. The moving crew Randu, Alejandro and Elvis arrived promptly at the expected start time and called me before arrival to give an ETA. These guys moved my stuff along a long hallway (which I know I was exhausting) and did not break a single item. They handled all of my furniture boxes with care and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with everything. They set-up my new home from the living, dining room and bedrooms just the way they I liked it. They were so nice; they even put out a chair for sister who sustained an ankle injury so she could rest while they were moving out the rest of the furniture and boxes. These guys are top-notch and if I ever need to move I will definitely be using 24/7 movers and this particular moving crew. Excellent experience. We had a ton of stuff for the size of our place, but the crew didn't blink an eye. They definitely have the three-man crew system down, with each person having a role and going about their tasks quickly and efficiently. In spite of my protests, they wrapped each piece of furniture. AND when we got to the new house, they helped to carry some of the items from the garage into the house! Now that we are rearranging our items (moving entire rooms from upstairs to the basement) I am contacting them again for additional help. It's worth saving friendships not tapping buddies in exchange for pizza/beer -- and it's no hassle or headache, as I know 24/7 will do right by us! Just used 24/7 Moving for the third time. Another GREAT experience! I have never been disappointed by any of the movers who have come to help us with another move. We will be moving again this summer and I plan to call 24/7 for the next (and hopefully final) move! I can't offer a stronger recommendation for this moving company.

Francesco and Reyes did a great job! They loaded and unloaded with the utmost care. They were friendly and approachable. They were also very aware of time and did everything they could to get everything done in the timeframe promised. The reason for losing one star is because the company never told me I'd have to pay for insurance. With the previous moving companies I've never had to pay for insurance. The only free insurance offered by 24/7 is a $300 cap for total damage protection.

The guy I spoke with to reserve my move was quick to answer each time and actually called me with reminders. I can't remember a moving company who does that. Another great add is that they charge by the 1/4 and not 1/2 hour. Saves you a little bit, but it's nice. Makes you feel like you're not getting ripped off at the end of your move. As for my 3 man crew, I can't say enough. They were fabulous! My move went extremely smooth. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Melvin, Alesandro, and Horacio were a well tuned machine. They called as they were heading my way and arrived on time. I have some antiques that are delicate and they did a great job wrapping and carrying everything - no damage. I was only moving about 5 blocks away, so hadn't prepared my lamps and some other small items for them- just planned to load them in my own car, but they found a large box and extra wrapping and did it for me. Everything was finished in just a little over 3 hours. I had a friend at work who moved about the same time I did and her move cost over twice as much. 24/7 is a bargain - great service for a very reasonable price.

I had a great experience with this company. Started by submitting for an online quote, and after not hearing anything I called. Come to find out, the e-mail response had gone to my "Spam" folder so watch out for that, not their fault though obviously. I spoke with Timothy on the phone, he was very helpful and described everything. On the day of the move, the two guys showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were very friendly and worked SUPER fast and smart as well (the one guy used moving tie downs to get about 3 or 4 boxes on his back to go down the stairs instead of carrying them one at a time). I was concerned at our new apartment because the unloading area is far from the elevators and I knew it was going to take longer than I had thought (There was also another moving company parked at main area). But the guys tried to get the truck in the best spot and again worked as fast as they possibly could. One of them even used some screws and repaired the leg of our coffee table which had been broken since we bought it, which was very nice and unexpected. They scratched the footboard of our bed, but it is pretty insignificant and that is the only damage I saw for the whole day. And they were very careful, wrapping everything in plastic and blankets to protect them. Overall a great experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to someone else.

Fred, William, and Alejandro unloaded a 26ft Uhaul for us in roughly 3 hours (with three flights of stairs) and did it safely and with impeccable service. They were on time, friendly, and more than accomodating. Their flexibility in moving heavy items into different rooms when we changed our minds took our stress levels down considerably. They even helped us find solutions for items we wanted to trash. We will be moving again within the next year and will request this team by name. I was moving from a 1 bed room apartment to a 4 bedroom house so I only needed one truck and 2 men. Rando and J. Carlos were my movers and they called me before they arrived and let me know they were on their way. They just requested a walk through and what I wanted moved and they went straight to work. We had a horrible experience with out last movers and was hoping this company would not let us down. Daniel and his guys were great! They moved my one bedroom apartment from Buckhead to Midtown. Our new building required a certificate of insurance with some specific declarations. Daniel was responsive and helped me get that paperwork completed weeks before the actual move. I also compared prices from 24/7 and other large moving companies in the area, and 24/7 was very competitive with their pricing. On moving day, they arrived promptly at 8:00 am, wrapped everything carefully in moving blankets, and got it loaded on the truck quickly. The new building had an elevator that they had to use, but they still were very efficient and took great care with our furniture (especially the TVs). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to move!

They did a great job for us! Arrived on time(a little early actually). They worked consistently the whole time, were quick where they needed to be(most all the time) and slow where it was required(being careful with sensitive items). Super nice people(Melvin and his team were really good). Courteous and conscientious. We packed 80% of our own boxes, but they wrapped and padded all the furniture and large items very well. They were thoughtful to the building and grounds of both where we moved out of and where we moved into. All in all it, cost-wise it came in under what I was expecting and time-wise it was done sooner than expected(possibly some kind of record for moving in my experience). I can't say this is always the case as this is the first time I have used them, but they deserve their near 5 star rating(I am giving them 5 stars). And when/if I need to move again i will be using them. Also, will recommend to all my friends.

UPDATE: 2015 - Used 24/7 again and was not disappointed. Original review from two years ago ... The best movers I have ever used. Hands down. When I first moved to the ATL I used Two Men and a Truck. They were late, rude and slow as molasses. I got no customer service whatsoever. I thought I was in for a mediocre experience with 24/7. I had to move up my time by an hour because I was having issues coordinating with the landlord to turn over the property. But it turned out they were very flexible and gave me some reasonable alternatives. They arrived exactly when they said they would, not a minute later. The movers were polite, paid attention to detail and efficient. I moved from an apartment with three flights of stairs and no elevator to a single-level duplex. The move out took a while, for obvious reasons. But they moved us in within 30 minutes. I looked at my watch to be sure. And they even set up both my beds. Their rates were quite reasonable and included furniture padding and a truck. No driving, no truck rentals, no paying for gas. I will be more than happy to call on them for any future moves. Life is too short and your time is too valuable to move yourself. In addition to hurting your back and imposing on your friends, you just don't do it enough to be efficient. These guys know what they're doing and will help get you through what will likely be the hardest part of the move. Total time was four hours. If I hadn't had such a high-level condo, I'm sure it would've taken less time. Do yourself a favor, save up some dough and hire these guys. Worth every penny. Believe me.

I trust this company - they have awesome people!! I had 24/7 Movers pick up new furniture from a warehouse for us. These were expensive pieces and Miguel Ortiz scrutinized every single unit before loading for delivery. He sent pictures of the furniture and talked to me throughout the process to ensure we are happy. He discovered one of the dressers had a broken base and facilitated an exchange on our behalf (working against some unethical resistance from the furniture store). HIGHLY recommend these movers. Never thought I'd write I had a good experience with a move - usually you just hope it's not a disaster. But, these movers were amazing. We had moved and stored items in multiple places multiple times for prepping for house being sold, apartment living until new house built, and then final move. Therefore, they moved stuff from an apartment, a storage unit, and a box filled garage into new home with 3 floors. Boxes were marked incorrectly because they were from the prior moves (i.e. said 'garage' because that's where it was moved to 6 months ago to store, but box actually had extra linens). So for each item they took out of the truck, they had to ask where it really went vs. the label. Plus it was intermittent heavy rain storms while they were unloading. Plus, new office furniture had to be rearranged multiple times because space wasn't as expected. They handled this all - with no complaints and remained careful and courteous the entire time. These guys were GREAT! It was a pleasant surprise to be exhausted from the move, vs. exhausted from having to deal with movers.

Melvin, Juan Carlos, Horacio. These guys are the best. Terrific job by the staff. Pros: 1) Professional packing. Everything goes into the proper package. 2) Quick moving. Usually my stuff should take at least 5 hours, they moved everything in 3.5 hours. Saved my time and also money. Thank you. 3) Patience. These guys are super patient while moving fragile stuff. Nothing even had a scratch, I had a lot of glass ware to move. 4) They had everything for moving unlike my previous movers. 5) Timely: They are on time. And finished it early. Cons: Nothing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about 24/7 movers. I had a three man crew (Randu, Horacio, and Alberto) and they arrived right on time. They were courteous and careful with my things, wrapping up all the furniture in shrink wrap and blankets. They moved me out of a third floor apartment with no elevators with EASE. I moved into an apartment on the first floor (much easier since there were no stairs involved) and they had all my furniture and boxes in my new apartment in around 20 minutes (and I have a full set of furniture). The entire process took right at two hours, and that included the driving across town which took them about 20 minutes. 24/7 movers was the cheapest moving company I found (I called around) and I wil recommend them to everyone I know. They made my move stress and hassle free, so I could focus on the fun things like decorating my new place. I am very satisfied with the work by 24/7 movers and when I move again (Which I hope is a long time from now!) I will without a doubt use 24/7 movers.

Super quick and friendly! Very professional! I scheduled a few weeks out in advance with an early morning slot and these guys came right on time - to the very minute. I was impressed. When you book an appointment, they make you pay a deposit up front, which I wasn't used to, but it helps lock your time in. For the service I got, it was worth it.

Our hardwoods were damaged in a couple of spots, BUT they promptly responded and sent out the most amazing floor/furniture repair guy (Ronnie Cude) who made the indentions and scratches completely disappear. I could not have asked for a better team than the guys from 24/7 moving! Randu, J.Carlos and Fred were professional, courteous and moved QUICKLY!! I've used other moving companies in the past but none of them compared to the service I received using these guys. Can't say this enough, I highly recommend this company (great prices) AND ask for Randu, Fred and J. Carlos! Oh and Tim! He answered all of the questions that I had and made scheduling this move a breeze!

I moved on January 18, the day after an ice storm, and with two inches of ice and snow on the sidewalk (my old apartment was on the back of a building with lots of shade), I wasn't sure the guys would still be able to come. But sure enough, they showed up exactly at 8:30 and got to work. I wasn't sure how long it would take to move me out of my 2 BR, 2nd floor apartment into my new 3 BR, 1st floor apartment, but they had it done, with everything in the right places in just over five hours. I was very, very pleased with the entire process, and my movers, Fred, Melvin and Horacio were not only very professional, they worked quickly and were very respectful of my things and of me. Read the reviews and had to book, glad I did. From the first phone call, I got an immediate answer and helpful sales guy who was available each time I called. I called Big League Movers to get a quote and was put on hold then told the person who needed to quote me would have to call me back, so having 24/7 Moving answer and quote me immediately was great. On moving day, 2 movers arrived right on time, very professional, moved quickly and no damage, they even went out of their way to protect my TVs by creating padding out of my unused cardboard boxes because I was putting them in storage so they couldn't wrap them in their materials and even gave me one of their blankets for my mirror because we ran out of cardboard boxes and they didn't want it to break. Got full 1 br apt moved in exactly 3 hours. Price was reasonable. It's no wonder they continue to get 5 stars.

Our experience with 24/7 Moving and Delivery was great. They offered the lowest rate with the lowest number hours needed to lock in the move. The day of the move, the guys came in 15 minutes earlier and finished moving a 2-bedroom apartment on a second floor in Atlanta to a 2-stories house in Smyrna in the afternoon on a Friday, in only 2 hours and 45 minutes. They were careful with out items and overall polite and professional. We'll highly recommend them!

This week I was greeted by a familiar and friendly face for the 3rd time. DeMarco and his crew were assigned to assist me with my relocation and they did not disappoint. Let me first say how much I appreciate 24/7 Moving for making the effort to reconnect movers with familiar and trusted crew. Most companies do not go the extra step to do this for customers. I like seeing familiar faces when doing business with a company. DeMarco was very respectful and very accommodating and he and his crew moved swiftly and finished in record time. The hardwood floors at my home were recently refinished and I was very pleased and impressed with the great effort DeMarco and his crew took to void scuff marks. As far as I am concerned, there is only one moving company qualified to handle my moving needs and they have proved themselves 3 times over. Best movers I've ever used. We moved to Baltimore. They packed up my TV (even removing it from the wall), glass tables and other furniture so well I was impressed. Then I saw how they loaded the Penske truck. Tetris perfection. They had a strategy with the mattress, heavy furniture couches, and breakables that ensures minimal movement while driving 600 miles. Best movers I've ever used.

Randu and Reyes were awesome. I went from a storage unit to a high rise 1 bedroom. They arrived promptly at 8:30 am which was right in the window they promised and we finished quickly at 12:15 pm. 3.75 hours including travel and waiting on elevators.They took great care to make sure none of my items were damaged. They also assembled multiple items (recliners, table, etc) even though they had not been the ones to disassemble. Great pricing as well as I was quoted $109/hr for a 2 man crew + $50 travel charge. Other companies were quoting me $135/hr + 1 hour travel charge for the same 2 man crew. Overall great product, great pricing and AWESOME service from Randu and Reyes. Will definitely use 24/7 Moving again.

The movers were fast, friendly and very good at what they do! They did not hit any walls while moving out the larger furniture and navigating hallways, which was impressive.
